第(di)一(yi),各學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科針對本(ben)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)情(qing)況(kuang),具(ju)體的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)提(ti)(ti)出本(ben)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科本(ben)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)期(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)目(mu)(mu)標(biao)和(he)措施(shi)。如(ru)數學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科在(zai)(zai)2004年(nian)第(di)一(yi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)期(qi)(qi)制(zhi)(zhi)定的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)目(mu)(mu)標(biao)是(shi)解決后進(jin)生(sheng)(sheng)問題,面向全(quan)體學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)。這(zhe)是(shi)長(chang)期(qi)(qi)困擾(rao)我(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)個難題。因(yin)為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)水(shui)(shui)平(ping)參差(cha)(cha)不齊,差(cha)(cha)生(sheng)(sheng)相對突出,所(suo)以(yi)(yi)(yi),在(zai)(zai)新(xin)初(chu)一(yi)便提(ti)(ti)出解決后進(jin)生(sheng)(sheng)問題,也是(shi)符合我(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)實際情(qing)況(kuang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。語文學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科提(ti)(ti)出的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)本(ben)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)期(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)目(mu)(mu)標(biao)是(shi):提(ti)(ti)高(gao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)文水(shui)(shui)平(ping)。因(yin)為五(wu)中(zhong)(zhong)所(suo)處(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)位(wei)置(zhi),大部(bu)分學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)都(dou)沒有(you)良好的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)家(jia)庭(ting)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu),從小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)沒有(you)受到過(guo)良好的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)文化氛圍(wei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)熏(xun)陶,因(yin)此(ci)表(biao)現出閱讀水(shui)(shui)平(ping)、表(biao)達水(shui)(shui)平(ping)以(yi)(yi)(yi)及(ji)寫作(zuo)水(shui)(shui)平(ping)都(dou)較(jiao)(jiao)差(cha)(cha)。在(zai)(zai)作(zuo)文分值占語文總分(120分)41.67%的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)今天,直接制(zhi)(zhi)約著(zhu)(zhu)我(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)語文教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)水(shui)(shui)平(ping)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)提(ti)(ti)高(gao)。所(suo)以(yi)(yi)(yi),經(jing)全(quan)體語文教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)研(yan)討,把提(ti)(ti)高(gao)寫作(zuo)水(shui)(shui)平(ping)作(zuo)為我(wo)憑日常工作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)重點。英(ying)(ying)語學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科,根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)在(zai)(zai)家(jia)里無人輔導的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)情(qing)況(kuang),認真地制(zhi)(zhi)定了利用“英(ying)(ying)語小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)組”的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)來提(ti)(ti)高(gao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)英(ying)(ying)語水(shui)(shui)平(ping)。這(zhe)既包(bao)括課堂上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)英(ying)(ying)語小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)組,同時(shi)(shi)也包(bao)括課外英(ying)(ying)語小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)組。使學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)互相幫助(zhu)解決難題。小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科以(yi)(yi)(yi)如(ru)何利用“遺忘曲線”為依據,探索提(ti)(ti)高(gao)課堂45分鐘效率的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)具(ju)體措施(shi)。讓學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)在(zai)(zai)課堂上(shang)(shang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)會應(ying)知(zhi)應(ying)會的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)容(rong),以(yi)(yi)(yi)減輕學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)課下(xia)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)負擔。
第二,以(yi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)組(zu)為單位(wei)(wei),以(yi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)組(zu)長(chang)為龍(long)頭(tou),以(yi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)活動(dong)為依(yi)托,展開本(ben)(ben)(ben)學(xue)科(ke)的(de)(de)(de)校本(ben)(ben)(ben)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)。在(zai)一所(suo)學(xue)校中,教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)組(zu)是最基本(ben)(ben)(ben)的(de)(de)(de)科(ke)研(yan)單位(wei)(wei),我校的(de)(de)(de)辦(ban)公(gong)室(shi)是以(yi)學(xue)科(ke)組(zu)為單位(wei)(wei)來安(an)排的(de)(de)(de),這更便于在(zai)一起協商溝通。在(zai)開學(xue)之出(chu),各教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)組(zu)制(zhi)定本(ben)(ben)(ben)學(xue)期的(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)計(ji)劃,并上報教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)導(dao)處(chu),教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)導(dao)處(chu)對歌教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)組(zu)計(ji)劃盡心審核(he),對于不切實(shi)(shi)際的(de)(de)(de)活動(dong)和做法,要求教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)組(zu)進行(xing)修訂(ding)。然后進行(xing)實(shi)(shi)施。各教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)組(zu)有組(zu)長(chang)牽頭(tou),組(zu)織本(ben)(ben)(ben)組(zu)的(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)活動(dong)。包括本(ben)(ben)(ben)學(xue)科(ke)的(de)(de)(de)聽課安(an)排、組(zu)內研(yan)討、外出(chu)學(xue)習,同時負責對本(ben)(ben)(ben)組(zu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師,尤其是年輕教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師的(de)(de)(de)指導(dao)。使計(ji)劃得以(yi)實(shi)(shi)施和落實(shi)(shi)。
第三,學校為教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師創設寬松的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學環境,使校本教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研得(de)以開(kai)展。
1、學(xue)校在財(cai)力緊張(zhang)的情況下,為每個協作(zuo)組(zu)配(pei)置(zhi)了(le)一套多媒體(ti)設備(bei),用以輔助教學(xue),使教師能(neng)更好地進行教學(xue)。
2、學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)為了提高(gao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)理(li)念,每(mei)學(xue)(xue)期為教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)解決30元的(de)資料費(fei),用以(yi)輔助教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)。同(tong)時購(gou)置了大量的(de)有(you)關新課改的(de)光盤,以(yi)改變教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)觀念,開拓教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)視(shi)野,提高(gao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)水平。
校本教研計劃
校本(ben)教(jiao)(jiao)研工(gong)作(zuo)在(zai)我(wo)校開(kai)展已經一(yi)(yi)(yi)年半了(le),積累了(le)一(yi)(yi)(yi)點(dian)經驗,初步理清了(le)一(yi)(yi)(yi)些頭緒,更發現了(le)不少問(wen)題。本(ben)學(xue)(xue)(xue)期,我(wo)校將在(zai)原(yuan)有(you)基礎(chu)上,解決難(nan)題,創建(jian)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)性組織,以新課改為導向,致力于(yu)提高教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)水平(ping)。樹立良好的師(shi)德師(shi)風,使(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)的自我(wo)反(fan)思行(xing)為縱深(shen)發展,凸(tu)顯個體價值,倡導團體合作(zuo),形(xing)成終身學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)的能(neng)力。
總(zong)體(ti)內容(rong):以(yi)個人反(fan)思(si)學習為基礎,講求(qiu)實踐的錘煉,在同伴互助和專業(ye)引領中提升。
操作思路:以教(jiao)(jiao)師專業化(hua)水(shui)平提(ti)高(gao)為主(zhu)線;以教(jiao)(jiao)學觀(guan)念與(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)學行為的(de)轉變為切(qie)入點;以教(jiao)(jiao)師課(ke)堂教(jiao)(jiao)學能(neng)力、教(jiao)(jiao)研能(neng)力、科(ke)研能(neng)力的(de)提(ti)高(gao)為途徑;理(li)論(lun)聯系實踐(jian),學習后交(jiao)流,在交(jiao)流中(zhong)學習;以考核評價學習,在考核中(zhong)深化(hua)學習;點上(shang)突破與(yu)面(mian)上(shang)推進相結合。
工作方向:針對(dui)我校語文教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)相對(dui)薄弱的情況,本學(xue)(xue)期(qi)將把提(ti)高(gao)語文教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)質量作為重(zhong)點來抓,側重(zhong)于教(jiao)(jiao)師語文教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)能力、研(yan)究能力培訓、考察,堅守(shou)課堂(tang)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)主陣(zhen)地,以觀念促行動,從而(er)有效(xiao)提(ti)高(gao)學(xue)(xue)生的閱讀及寫作能力。
具體活動內容:
1.從實際出(chu)發(fa),定時(shi)、不(bu)定時(shi)組織研討、互助,做到有問題及時(shi)解(jie)決(jue),有經驗及時(shi)傳遞,使教(jiao)研深入(ru)教(jiao)學一線,直接服務(wu)于教(jiao)學,幫(bang)助教(jiao)師排憂解(jie)難(nan),分析原(yuan)因,達到提(ti)高教(jiao)師專業水平(ping)的(de)目的(de)。

調查發現,一(yi)些(xie)(xie)學(xue)(xue)校、教師對(dui)集(ji)(ji)(ji)體(ti)備課的(de)(de)(de)(de)大方(fang)向(xiang)不(bu)明確,他們只是指望通過(guo)集(ji)(ji)(ji)體(ti)備課解決具體(ti)教學(xue)(xue)過(guo)程(cheng)中存在的(de)(de)(de)(de)問題(ti)。每一(yi)次集(ji)(ji)(ji)體(ti)備課幾(ji)乎都是一(yi)成不(bu)變的(de)(de)(de)(de)活動形式(shi):下(xia)周的(de)(de)(de)(de)課(或(huo)下(xia)面的(de)(de)(de)(de)幾(ji)節課)的(de)(de)(de)(de)教學(xue)(xue)內(nei)容是什么,教學(xue)(xue)重點難點是什么,如何設計教學(xue)(xue)過(guo)程(cheng),選(xuan)擇(ze)怎(zen)樣的(de)(de)(de)(de)例(li)題(ti)或(huo)習題(ti),怎(zen)樣進行作業與(yu)考試……幾(ji)乎所有的(de)(de)(de)(de)活動都是在圍繞教學(xue)(xue)內(nei)容與(yu)教學(xue)(xue)細節進行。這本無可厚(hou)非,甚至是非常(chang)必(bi)要的(de)(de)(de)(de),但從下(xia)面的(de)(de)(de)(de)理由看(kan),集(ji)(ji)(ji)體(ti)備課僅有這些(xie)(xie)也許就顯(xian)得不(bu)夠了。

二、分工(gong)備課多,合作交流少
集體(ti)(ti)備課(ke)(ke)(ke)應當是(shi)(shi)平等、民主、互助(zhu)、開放的(de)(de)(de)(de)交流活(huo)動過程。集體(ti)(ti)備課(ke)(ke)(ke),人(ren)(ren)(ren)人(ren)(ren)(ren)都(dou)是(shi)(shi)主角,但分T又應有(you)所不(bu)同(tong):教(jiao)(jiao)研組(zu)長(備課(ke)(ke)(ke)組(zu)長)要(yao)組(zu)織活(huo)動的(de)(de)(de)(de)全過程,學科帶頭人(ren)(ren)(ren)要(yao)充分發(fa)揮專(zhuan)業引領示范作(zuo)用,研討時中(zhong)心發(fa)言(yan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(也稱(cheng)主備人(ren)(ren)(ren))作(zuo)中(zhong)心發(fa)言(yan),提(ti)(ti)供相關材料,設(she)計并提(ti)(ti)出富(fu)有(you)探(tan)究(jiu)意(yi)義(yi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)研討問題。所有(you)的(de)(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)積極參(can)與,各抒己見(jian)。在探(tan)索的(de)(de)(de)(de)過程中(zhong),教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)達成共識,形成實施教(jiao)(jiao)學的(de)(de)(de)(de)基(ji)本思路(lu)、提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)自(zi)己的(de)(de)(de)(de)水平。在此(ci)基(ji)礎上,教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)還要(yao)根據自(zi)身(shen)實際(本人(ren)(ren)(ren)、學生、教(jiao)(jiao)學內容等)進行(xing)“二次(ci)”備課(ke)(ke)(ke)。同(tong)時,要(yao)力戒(jie)以下兩種走向極端(duan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)做法:

二、明確目標,積極探索校本教研制度的建設
我(wo)市校(xiao)本(ben)(ben)教(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)工作的(de)目標是:經過3年的(de)探索和建(jian)設,全市中小(xiao)學基本(ben)(ben)建(jian)立起比(bi)(bi)較完(wan)善的(de)校(xiao)本(ben)(ben)教(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)體制(zhi)。90%以上的(de)學校(xiao)都能形成比(bi)(bi)較完(wan)備(bei)的(de)校(xiao)本(ben)(ben)教(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)制(zhi)度,具備(bei)組織和開展校(xiao)本(ben)(ben)教(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)的(de)能力,能比(bi)(bi)較經常地、規范地開展校(xiao)本(ben)(ben)教(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)活動。

為了更好的落實(shi)(shi)與(yu)實(shi)(shi)施(shi)《小(xiao)學校本(ben)(ben)教(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)(yan)制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)構(gou)建與(yu)實(shi)(shi)施(shi)的研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)》,我校成(cheng)立了校本(ben)(ben)教(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)(yan)組織(zhi)管理機構(gou),由(you)校長(chang)擔任(ren)組長(chang),教(jiao)(jiao)導擔任(ren)副組長(chang),全體(ti)教(jiao)(jiao)師為成(cheng)員的三級(ji)教(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)(yan)網絡機制(zhi)(zhi);構(gou)建《山(shan)(shan)前(qian)小(xiao)學校本(ben)(ben)教(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)(yan)制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)》,制(zhi)(zhi)定《山(shan)(shan)前(qian)小(xiao)學校本(ben)(ben)教(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)(yan)構(gou)建與(yu)實(shi)(shi)施(shi)方(fang)案》,使(shi)校本(ben)(ben)教(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)(yan)工作(zuo)有條(tiao)不紊地(di)開展。

一、評選條件
1.立足本校(xiao)培養骨干教(jiao)師(shi),制度(du)健全(quan),措施落實,成效(xiao)明顯,有鮮明的特色,能(neng)對本地區的同類(lei)學校(xiao)起到(dao)示范、帶動作用。
2.學校教(jiao)學研(yan)究與教(jiao)學管理制(zhi)度切(qie)合實(shi)際,講求實(shi)效,能在貫徹執(zhi)行中及(ji)時(shi)改(gai)進和發(fa)展(zhan)。

小議校本教研和教育智慧的提升關聯
摘要:教(jiao)育是(shi)充滿智慧(hui)的事(shi)業。教(jiao)育論文教(jiao)師教(jiao)育智慧(hui)的形成過程是(shi)與其對(dui)教(jiao)育教(jiao)學實踐探索(suo)研究相伴的。校本教(jiao)研恰恰以教(jiao)育反思、教(jiao)育敘(xu)事(shi)、合(he)作共(gong)享等形式(shi),有(you)效地促(cu)進了教(jiao)師教(jiao)育智慧(hui)的提(ti)升。
