(一)隨著行業改革不斷深入推進,車間(jian)一線崗(gang)位人才培養問題日(ri)益凸現,主要基于以下四方(fang)面因素:

一、以提高干部(bu)思想素質(zhi)為先導,全面開展“三觀”教(jiao)育

我局(ju)把開(kai)展(zhan)“三觀”教育,作為培養和造就一支“政治過硬、業(ye)務熟(shu)練、作風(feng)優良、執(zhi)法公正、公務員之家版權所(suo)有(you)服務規(gui)范(fan)”的(de)高素(su)質干部隊伍的(de)重要內容(rong)。

根據(ju)省(sheng)教育(yu)(yu)廳《關于對我省(sheng)31所(suo)高(gao)(gao)職高(gao)(gao)專院校(xiao)(xiao)進行人(ren)(ren)才(cai)培養(yang)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)水(shui)平評(ping)(ping)估(gu)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)通知》精神,我校(xiao)(xiao)從200*年(nian)5月開始開展(zhan)了(le)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)培養(yang)水(shui)平評(ping)(ping)估(gu)自評(ping)(ping)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。在省(sheng)公(gong)安廳的(de)(de)正確領導(dao)(dao)下(xia),在省(sheng)教育(yu)(yu)廳的(de)(de)指導(dao)(dao)幫助下(xia),我校(xiao)(xiao)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)培養(yang)水(shui)平評(ping)(ping)估(gu)自評(ping)(ping)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)經過精心組織,周密(mi)安排,扎實(shi)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),嚴格按照教育(yu)(yu)部《高(gao)(gao)職高(gao)(gao)專院校(xiao)(xiao)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)培養(yang)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)水(shui)平評(ping)(ping)估(gu)方案》的(de)(de)要求,完成了(le)四個階段(duan)的(de)(de)自評(ping)(ping)任務(wu),取(qu)得了(le)較好的(de)(de)成效,被省(sheng)教育(yu)(yu)廳專家組評(ping)(ping)為優(you)秀(xiu)。現將我校(xiao)(xiao)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)培養(yang)水(shui)平評(ping)(ping)估(gu)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)總結(jie)如(ru)下(xia):

一、基本做法

(一(yi)(yi)(yi))加強組(zu)(zu)(zu)織領(ling)導,落實(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)責(ze)(ze)任(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)。今年5月接(jie)到省教育廳評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)估(gu)通知后(hou),學(xue)(xue)校黨(dang)政領(ling)導十分(fen)重視,多次召開(kai)(kai)黨(dang)委會和(he)校務會,專題(ti)研究評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)估(gu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),從(cong)各(ge)(ge)方(fang)面加強了(le)(le)(le)(le)對自評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)領(ling)導。一(yi)(yi)(yi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)根據教育部有關(guan)文件精(jing)神,結合學(xue)(xue)校的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)特(te)點和(he)實(shi)(shi)際,制(zhi)定了(le)(le)(le)(le)《關(guan)于開(kai)(kai)展人才(cai)培(pei)養工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)水平評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)估(gu)自評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)實(shi)(shi)施(shi)(shi)方(fang)案》,明(ming)確(que)(que)了(le)(le)(le)(le)自評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)指導思想、目標(biao)任(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)務和(he)措(cuo)施(shi)(shi)步(bu)驟。二是(shi)(shi)(shi)成(cheng)立(li)了(le)(le)(le)(le)校人才(cai)培(pei)養工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)水平評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)估(gu)自評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)領(ling)導小組(zu)(zu)(zu),下設評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)辦(ban)(ban),由分(fen)管教學(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)副校長(chang)任(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)主(zhu)任(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),教務處長(chang)、校辦(ban)(ban)主(zhu)任(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)為副主(zhu)任(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),抽調了(le)(le)(le)(le)專門(men)人員,正式開(kai)(kai)展自評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。同時,成(cheng)立(li)了(le)(le)(le)(le)16個項目組(zu)(zu)(zu),具(ju)體(ti)負責(ze)(ze)15項二級(ji)指標(biao)和(he)辦(ban)(ban)學(xue)(xue)特(te)色、創新項目的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)自評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo);各(ge)(ge)部門(men)也(ye)成(cheng)立(li)了(le)(le)(le)(le)自評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)小組(zu)(zu)(zu),抓好(hao)本(ben)單位自評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。學(xue)(xue)校確(que)(que)定了(le)(le)(le)(le)校長(chang)為學(xue)(xue)校評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)第一(yi)(yi)(yi)責(ze)(ze)任(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)人,各(ge)(ge)部門(men)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)領(ling)導為本(ben)單位的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)第一(yi)(yi)(yi)責(ze)(ze)任(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)人。三是(shi)(shi)(shi)抓好(hao)指標(biao)分(fen)解,明(ming)確(que)(que)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)任(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)務。校評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)辦(ban)(ban)根據教育部有關(guan)文件精(jing)神,經過(guo)認真梳理,將評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)估(gu)指標(biao)體(ti)系的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)8項一(yi)(yi)(yi)級(ji)指標(biao)、15項二級(ji)指標(biao)和(he)81項主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)信息,具(ju)體(ti)分(fen)解到各(ge)(ge)部門(men),明(ming)確(que)(que)自評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)任(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)務,責(ze)(ze)任(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)到各(ge)(ge)單位。各(ge)(ge)部門(men)根據評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)辦(ban)(ban)分(fen)配的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)任(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)務和(he)目標(biao)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)合理分(fen)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),及(ji)(ji)時將指標(biao)和(he)主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)信息分(fen)解到有關(guan)科室,指定專人負責(ze)(ze),開(kai)(kai)始(shi)了(le)(le)(le)(le)“清查家底”,收(shou)集整(zheng)理檔案資(zi)料工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。四(si)是(shi)(shi)(shi)搞好(hao)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)章立(li)制(zhi),保(bao)證了(le)(le)(le)(le)自評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)順(shun)利進(jin)(jin)行(xing)。學(xue)(xue)校明(ming)確(que)(que)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)辦(ban)(ban)要(yao)(yao)定期向(xiang)(xiang)校黨(dang)委匯(hui)報,每(mei)周至(zhi)少要(yao)(yao)向(xiang)(xiang)校長(chang)專門(men)匯(hui)報一(yi)(yi)(yi)次工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)進(jin)(jin)展情(qing)況,并出臺了(le)(le)(le)(le)《評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)獎(jiang)懲規定》;各(ge)(ge)部門(men)自評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)小組(zu)(zu)(zu)也(ye)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)立(li)了(le)(le)(le)(le)定期研究、匯(hui)報、檢(jian)查評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)度。校評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)辦(ban)(ban)堅持每(mei)天上(shang)午開(kai)(kai)早會,通報各(ge)(ge)項目組(zu)(zu)(zu)、各(ge)(ge)部門(men)自評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)小組(zu)(zu)(zu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)進(jin)(jin)展情(qing)況,加強對評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)協調和(he)指導。此(ci)外,學(xue)(xue)校還分(fen)別于6月底、8月中旬和(he)10月初(chu)對各(ge)(ge)項目組(zu)(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)自評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)了(le)(le)(le)(le)檢(jian)查,及(ji)(ji)時發現(xian)問題(ti),采取相應措(cuo)施(shi)(shi),明(ming)確(que)(que)整(zheng)改(gai)方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang),增強了(le)(le)(le)(le)評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)針對性(xing)和(he)實(shi)(shi)效性(xing)。

(二)抓好學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)宣(xuan)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan),提(ti)高(gao)思想(xiang)認(ren)識。5月(yue)17日(ri),學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)召開(kai)了(le)(le)接到(dao)教育部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)估正式通知后的(de)(de)第(di)一次迎評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)創(chuang)建(jian)動(dong)員(yuan)大會(hui)。8月(yue)30日(ri),在新學(xue)(xue)(xue)期全(quan)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)教職工(gong)(gong)(gong)大會(hui)上(shang),校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)領導就(jiu)(jiu)迎評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)創(chuang)建(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作再(zai)次做了(le)(le)動(dong)員(yuan)和(he)(he)(he)部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)署。評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)建(jian)期間,劉(liu)瑞榕(rong)副校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)長還參加了(le)(le)教育廳組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)的(de)(de)水平評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)估培訓(xun)會(hui),并多次親自主持召開(kai)項目組(zu)(zu)、各(ge)部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)門自評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作小(xiao)組(zu)(zu)會(hui)議(yi),就(jiu)(jiu)大家(jia)提(ti)出的(de)(de)疑難問題進(jin)行一一解(jie)答。各(ge)部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)門層(ceng)層(ceng)動(dong)員(yuan),廣(guang)泛宣(xuan)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)建(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作的(de)(de)重要意義,使(shi)廣(guang)大師生(sheng)提(ti)高(gao)了(le)(le)認(ren)識,統(tong)一了(le)(le)思想(xiang),增強了(le)(le)搞好評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)建(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作的(de)(de)自覺性(xing)和(he)(he)(he)主動(dong)性(xing)。政(zheng)治處、學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)處、團委等部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)門充分利(li)用廣(guang)播、校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園網絡(luo)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)刊物(wu)、宣(xuan)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)欄等媒介(jie)進(jin)行廣(guang)泛宣(xuan)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan),營造了(le)(le)濃厚的(de)(de)評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)建(jian)氛圍。校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)建(jian)辦(ban)多次組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)有關人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)認(ren)真(zhen)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)教育部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)文(wen)件(jian)和(he)(he)(he)評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)估指(zhi)標體(ti)系內容,深刻領會(hui)文(wen)件(jian)精(jing)神(shen);組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)到(dao)已接受評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)估的(de)(de)福建(jian)醫科大學(xue)(xue)(xue)、福建(jian)交(jiao)通職業技(ji)(ji)術學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)等院(yuan)(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)參觀考(kao)察、學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)取經(jing);邀請評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)估專家(jia)、福州(zhou)大學(xue)(xue)(xue)原教務(wu)處處長鄭威教授(shou),交(jiao)通職業技(ji)(ji)術學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)教務(wu)處負(fu)責人(ren)(ren)到(dao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)作自評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)輔導報告;編寫了(le)(le)《人(ren)(ren)才培養工(gong)(gong)(gong)作水平評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)估宣(xuan)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)手冊》,做到(dao)全(quan)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)師生(sheng)人(ren)(ren)手一冊,廣(guang)泛宣(xuan)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan),使(shi)大家(jia)對評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)估指(zhi)標體(ti)系等內容有了(le)(le)進(jin)一步的(de)(de)理(li)解(jie)和(he)(he)(he)把握。

“工學結合”下工商管理專業人才培養研究

摘要(yao):“工(gong)學(xue)結合(he)(he)(he)”是工(gong)商(shang)(shang)管理專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)的(de)(de)重要(yao)模式之一(yi),是建立在校企合(he)(he)(he)作的(de)(de)基礎之上的(de)(de),以實踐為主要(yao)宗旨的(de)(de)培(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)的(de)(de)模式。當(dang)前在工(gong)商(shang)(shang)管理專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)中“工(gong)學(xue)結合(he)(he)(he)”的(de)(de)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)模式還(huan)存在一(yi)些問(wen)題。鑒于此,就“工(gong)學(xue)結合(he)(he)(he)”模式下的(de)(de)工(gong)商(shang)(shang)管理專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)培(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)現狀進行分(fen)析,研究(jiu)“工(gong)學(xue)結合(he)(he)(he)”模式下工(gong)商(shang)(shang)管理專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)培(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)模式的(de)(de)創新性發展,為工(gong)商(shang)(shang)管理專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)提(ti)出更加切合(he)(he)(he)實際的(de)(de)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)培(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)建議(yi)。

工(gong)(gong)商(shang)(shang)(shang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理專(zhuan)業的(de)(de)人才(cai)培(pei)(pei)養模式(shi)是在現(xian)代化教(jiao)育理念下,通過(guo)對(dui)(dui)工(gong)(gong)商(shang)(shang)(shang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理專(zhuan)業的(de)(de)人才(cai)進行專(zhuan)業化標準的(de)(de)培(pei)(pei)養,并明確相(xiang)對(dui)(dui)固定的(de)(de)教(jiao)學(xue)內(nei)容(rong)和課程教(jiao)育。現(xian)階段各大高校的(de)(de)實(shi)踐教(jiao)學(xue)環節(jie)成(cheng)為了(le)整個工(gong)(gong)商(shang)(shang)(shang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理專(zhuan)業較為重(zhong)要的(de)(de)教(jiao)學(xue)項目之一(yi),同時也是對(dui)(dui)人才(cai)培(pei)(pei)養水平評估(gu)的(de)(de)重(zhong)要指(zhi)標之一(yi),但一(yi)些(xie)院校在實(shi)踐環節(jie)中(zhong)由(you)于(yu)設(she)備、資金(jin)、師(shi)資、環境等(deng)方面(mian)的(de)(de)設(she)置不夠逼真,使得(de)實(shi)踐教(jiao)學(xue)未能達(da)到預(yu)定效果。工(gong)(gong)商(shang)(shang)(shang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理專(zhuan)業人才(cai)的(de)(de)培(pei)(pei)養離不開相(xiang)關產業的(de)(de)參與和支持,只有工(gong)(gong)學(xue)結合的(de)(de)模式(shi)才(cai)能將理論知識與實(shi)踐相(xiang)結合,提高學(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)實(shi)踐能力,讓學(xue)生(sheng)在實(shi)踐過(guo)程中(zhong)加深(shen)對(dui)(dui)工(gong)(gong)商(shang)(shang)(shang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理專(zhuan)業的(de)(de)認識,有助于(yu)學(xue)生(sheng)做出正確的(de)(de)未來職業規劃。

一、“工學結合(he)”模式下的工商管理(li)專(zhuan)業人才培養現狀分析

工(gong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)結(jie)(jie)合(he)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)人(ren)才(cai)培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)模式(shi)是20世紀80年(nian)代(dai)中期(qi)被引入(ru)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de),這種(zhong)人(ren)才(cai)培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)模式(shi)借鑒國(guo)外工(gong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)結(jie)(jie)合(he)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)成功教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)經驗,普(pu)遍應用于我國(guo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)高職(zhi)(zhi)院線中,該(gai)模式(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)人(ren)才(cai)教(jiao)育形式(shi)可以歸(gui)納成工(gong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)交替、2+1、訂單等(deng)。由(you)于工(gong)商(shang)管理專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)涉及(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)行業(ye)較(jiao)(jiao)為(wei)(wei)廣泛,一些(xie)(xie)企(qi)業(ye)業(ye)務(wu)內(nei)容有(you)(you)明顯的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)季節性(xing)、時段性(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)需求,使(shi)(shi)得(de)對(dui)工(gong)商(shang)管理專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)人(ren)才(cai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)需求量增加(jia)。而(er)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校方面(mian)課程安排(pai)都比(bi)較(jiao)(jiao)固(gu)定,想要配(pei)合(he)這些(xie)(xie)企(qi)業(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)實踐學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)就必須打(da)亂已經預(yu)先安排(pai)好的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)計劃,使(shi)(shi)得(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校和學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)陷入(ru)兩難境地。一些(xie)(xie)企(qi)業(ye)為(wei)(wei)了配(pei)合(he)政府和學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校為(wei)(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)提供實踐學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)機(ji)會,但由(you)于客觀原因企(qi)業(ye)提供的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)實踐職(zhi)(zhi)位往(wang)往(wang)只(zhi)是一些(xie)(xie)基層空缺(que)職(zhi)(zhi)位,工(gong)作內(nei)容繁雜、薪水較(jiao)(jiao)低,一定程度(du)上打(da)擊了學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)積(ji)極性(xing),使(shi)(shi)得(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)對(dui)進入(ru)企(qi)業(ye)實習(xi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)期(qi)望值下降。面(mian)對(dui)日(ri)益豐富(fu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)各(ge)種(zhong)人(ren)才(cai)培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)模式(shi),工(gong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)結(jie)(jie)合(he)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)模式(shi)漸(jian)漸(jian)暴露出了其(qi)弱點,沒(mei)有(you)(you)健全(quan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)結(jie)(jie)合(he)制度(du)、校企(qi)合(he)作機(ji)制,使(shi)(shi)得(de)校企(qi)合(he)作變得(de)徒(tu)有(you)(you)其(qi)表,企(qi)業(ye)僅僅提供實習(xi)崗位,而(er)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)實習(xi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)目標(biao)(biao)卻(que)脫離了教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)目標(biao)(biao)和教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)安排(pai),并未達到人(ren)才(cai)培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。

學校實踐科學發展觀教學意見

*學(xue)(xue)院正處在由“大發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)”進(jin)入“大提高”的關鍵階段,新(xin)的歷史時期如何實現可持(chi)續發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)是貫徹落實科學(xue)(xue)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)觀所要(yao)面對(dui)的首要(yao)問(wen)題(ti)。為(wei)此,學(xue)(xue)校決定以開展(zhan)(zhan)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)實踐科學(xue)(xue)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)觀活(huo)動為(wei)契機,以修(xiu)訂新(xin)一輪本科人(ren)才(cai)培(pei)養(yang)方案為(wei)抓手,重(zhong)點推進(jin)“教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)質量與教(jiao)育改革創新(xin)工程(cheng)”建設(she),把“學(xue)(xue)校發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)目標和(he)人(ren)才(cai)培(pei)養(yang)定位”作為(wei)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)實踐活(huo)動的主(zhu)要(yao)議題(ti)組織專題(ti)研討,開展(zhan)(zhan)新(xin)一輪的教(jiao)育思想(xiang)大討論,為(wei)進(jin)一步深化教(jiao)育教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)改革提供強大思想(xiang)動力。

在(zai)組(zu)織(zhi)學(xue)(xue)習培(pei)訓的基礎上,各院(yuan)(系)、教學(xue)(xue)單位領導班子(zi)通(tong)過組(zu)織(zhi)座(zuo)談會、專(zhuan)題輔導報(bao)(bao)告、走訪、調(diao)研等(deng)活動,廣泛聽取師(shi)生員工意見(jian)和(he)建議,按照(zhao)科(ke)學(xue)(xue)發(fa)展(zhan)觀要求分析查(cha)找現有人(ren)才培(pei)養方案的差距和(he)不足,認真梳理在(zai)人(ren)才培(pei)養上存在(zai)的突出問題和(he)原(yuan)因,做好“新一輪本科(ke)人(ren)才培(pei)養方案”修(xiu)訂原(yuan)則、所屬學(xue)(xue)科(ke)專(zhuan)業內涵(han)及中(zhong)長期發(fa)展(zhan)規劃的調(diao)研與論證工作,形(xing)成書(shu)面調(diao)查(cha)報(bao)(bao)告。

通(tong)過科(ke)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)項(xiang)目(mu)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)人才培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)的(de)(de)構建(jian),運用矩(ju)陣式管(guan)理(li)方式進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)科(ke)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)項(xiang)目(mu)管(guan)理(li),推進(jin)(jin)包括(kuo)卓(zhuo)(zhuo)越工程(cheng)師培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)計(ji)(ji)劃等在內的(de)(de)人才培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)模式的(de)(de)探(tan)索,近年(nian)(nian)來取得(de)(de)(de)了一定的(de)(de)成(cheng)效。參加科(ke)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)項(xiang)目(mu)的(de)(de)人數和水平獲(huo)得(de)(de)(de)長足(zu)進(jin)(jin)步(bu)。我院從設(she)立科(ke)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)項(xiang)目(mu)開始,10多年(nian)(nian)來一直以來非常重視科(ke)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)工作和創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)人才培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)。2008年(nian)(nian)上(shang)海市開始設(she)立科(ke)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)基金項(xiang)目(mu),2008~2010年(nian)(nian)我校(xiao)每年(nian)(nian)獲(huo)得(de)(de)(de)40項(xiang)左右;2011年(nian)(nian)我校(xiao)獲(huo)得(de)(de)(de)上(shang)海市科(ke)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)基金超(chao)過160項(xiang);2012年(nian)(nian)我校(xiao)獲(huo)得(de)(de)(de)國(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)級創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)訓(xun)練(lian)、創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)(ye)訓(xun)練(lian)與(yu)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)(ye)實踐計(ji)(ji)劃項(xiang)目(mu)30余(yu)項(xiang)。通(tong)過這(zhe)些(xie)項(xiang)目(mu),學(xue)校(xiao)、學(xue)院、教師對學(xue)生創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)活(huo)動全(quan)程(cheng)服(fu)務與(yu)管(guan)理(li),組織項(xiang)目(mu)、組織參加各類學(xue)術競(jing)賽,在國(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)“節能減排(pai)大賽”、全(quan)國(guo)(guo)(guo)大學(xue)生“挑戰杯”、全(quan)國(guo)(guo)(guo)機械(xie)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)設(she)計(ji)(ji)大賽、上(shang)海市“科(ke)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)杯”、“陳嘉庚(geng)青(qing)少(shao)年(nian)(nian)發(fa)明(ming)獎”等學(xue)術競(jing)賽中屢獲(huo)佳績。這(zhe)對學(xue)生科(ke)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)積極性(xing)的(de)(de)提高和學(xue)術氛圍(wei)的(de)(de)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)建(jian)均大有裨益(yi)。通(tong)過這(zhe)些(xie)項(xiang)目(mu),使我校(xiao)“學(xue)習工廠”、“創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)實踐基地(di)(di)”、“創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)課堂”等創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)人才培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)理(li)念與(yu)基地(di)(di)得(de)(de)(de)到強(qiang)化。我校(xiao)熱能與(yu)動力工程(cheng)專業(ye)(ye)還被列(lie)入教育部(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)“國(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)級工程(cheng)實踐教育中心”,入選教育部(bu)(bu)首批“卓(zhuo)(zhuo)越工程(cheng)師培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)計(ji)(ji)劃”、教育部(bu)(bu)首批“專業(ye)(ye)綜合(he)改革試點”等。我校(xiao)成(cheng)為國(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)級大學(xue)生創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)(ye)訓(xun)練(lian)計(ji)(ji)劃單位,這(zhe)些(xie)是(shi)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)人才培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)的(de)(de)重要平臺,也是(shi)長期進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)科(ke)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)項(xiang)目(mu)管(guan)理(li)和創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)人才培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)模式探(tan)索的(de)(de)結晶。

通過(guo)多(duo)(duo)年的(de)(de)(de)(de)努力,承擔(dan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)大學生科(ke)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)越(yue)來越(yue)多(duo)(duo),在(zai)科(ke)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)管理(li)(li)和(he)(he)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)人(ren)才(cai)培養(yang)模(mo)式(shi)(shi)和(he)(he)方(fang)法(fa)(fa)方(fang)面不(bu)斷(duan)探索,逐步形成(cheng)單個項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)全(quan)(quan)程推進(jin)和(he)(he)全(quan)(quan)部項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)通盤管理(li)(li)相結合(he)(he)的(de)(de)(de)(de)矩(ju)陣(zhen)式(shi)(shi)科(ke)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)管理(li)(li)模(mo)式(shi)(shi),并不(bu)斷(duan)進(jin)行實習實訓基地的(de)(de)(de)(de)建設,獲得國家教育部和(he)(he)上海市的(de)(de)(de)(de)支(zhi)持,逐步形成(cheng)一(yi)(yi)系列創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)人(ren)才(cai)培養(yang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)平臺(tai),逐步構建了創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)人(ren)才(cai)培養(yang)模(mo)式(shi)(shi)和(he)(he)方(fang)法(fa)(fa),取(qu)得一(yi)(yi)定成(cheng)效,所培養(yang)人(ren)才(cai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)意識、實踐(jian)能力不(bu)斷(duan)提升(sheng),人(ren)才(cai)培養(yang)質量大幅提升(sheng)。實踐(jian)證(zheng)明,項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)全(quan)(quan)程跟蹤和(he)(he)全(quan)(quan)部項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)全(quan)(quan)程管理(li)(li)相結合(he)(he)的(de)(de)(de)(de)矩(ju)陣(zhen)式(shi)(shi)科(ke)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)管理(li)(li)模(mo)式(shi)(shi)是行之有的(de)(de)(de)(de)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)人(ren)才(cai)培養(yang)模(mo)式(shi)(shi),在(zai)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)人(ren)才(cai)培養(yang)和(he)(he)卓越(yue)工(gong)程師培養(yang)計劃過(guo)程中發揮了重要作(zuo)用(yong)。

雙新型電子商務人才培養研究

近年來(lai),隨著我國經(jing)濟建設(she)和科學技(ji)術現(xian)代化(hua)建設(she)的(de)(de)進程不斷(duan)加快,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)商(shang)務(wu)(wu)(wu)也開始逐漸得到了發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),尤其隨著近幾年的(de)(de)人(ren)(ren)(ren)工智能、大數據和云計算技(ji)術的(de)(de)不斷(duan)成熟,將電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)商(shang)務(wu)(wu)(wu)逐漸引入(ru)到了新(xin)形勢背(bei)景下。新(xin)零售(shou)階段是電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)商(shang)務(wu)(wu)(wu)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)必(bi)(bi)經(jing)階段,也是是電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)商(shang)務(wu)(wu)(wu)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)更高階段,新(xin)零售(shou)主要是通過先(xian)進的(de)(de)信息(xi)技(ji)術,完成電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)商(shang)務(wu)(wu)(wu)線上線下銷售(shou)體系的(de)(de)整合(he),是電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)商(shang)務(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)一種(zhong)新(xin)型(xing)模式(shi)。新(xin)零售(shou)概念由阿里巴巴創始人(ren)(ren)(ren)馬云率先(xian)提出,并指(zhi)出在(zai)(zai)未(wei)來(lai)的(de)(de)二(er)十年內,新(xin)型(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)商(shang)務(wu)(wu)(wu)將取代傳統電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)商(shang)務(wu)(wu)(wu)地位。在(zai)(zai)新(xin)形勢下,新(xin)零售(shou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)商(shang)務(wu)(wu)(wu)為電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)商(shang)務(wu)(wu)(wu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)培(pei)(pei)養(yang)提出了更高的(de)(de)要求,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)商(shang)務(wu)(wu)(wu)培(pei)(pei)訓機構必(bi)(bi)須要結合(he)社會實際發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)情況(kuang),做出人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)模式(shi)的(de)(de)及時調整,才(cai)(cai)能滿足電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)商(shang)務(wu)(wu)(wu)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)需求,因此,雙新(xin)型(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)商(shang)務(wu)(wu)(wu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)培(pei)(pei)養(yang)模式(shi)已經(jing)勢在(zai)(zai)必(bi)(bi)行。

一、產教融合人才培養模式的研(yan)究(jiu)現(xian)狀(zhuang)

1文化藝術專業(ye)人才培養模式(shi)現狀(zhuang)分析

對目(mu)前的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)文化(hua)(hua)以(yi)數(shu)人(ren)才培(pei)養模(mo)式(shi)(shi)現狀(zhuang)進行分(fen)析發現其存在著兩個非(fei)常突出的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)問題。第一是(shi)(shi)模(mo)式(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)固(gu)(gu)定化(hua)(hua)特點(dian)明顯(xian)。目(mu)前的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)高校,人(ren)才培(pei)養模(mo)式(shi)(shi)固(gu)(gu)化(hua)(hua)情況非(fei)常的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)嚴重,而教(jiao)育教(jiao)學方法(fa)以(yi)及教(jiao)學理念創(chuang)新等都(dou)是(shi)(shi)基于教(jiao)學模(mo)式(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de),所以(yi)固(gu)(gu)化(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)學模(mo)式(shi)(shi)對教(jiao)學方法(fa)以(yi)及教(jiao)學理念等都(dou)進行了(le)限制(zhi),這(zhe)種限制(zhi)使得現代化(hua)(hua)教(jiao)育改革推進的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)速度嚴重放(fang)緩。第二是(shi)(shi)教(jiao)學模(mo)式(shi)(shi)和市場(chang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)脫軌(gui)表現十分(fen)突出。高校人(ren)才培(pei)養的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)為社會生(sheng)(sheng)產供給(gei)人(ren)才,但(dan)是(shi)(shi)目(mu)前的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)高校人(ren)才培(pei)養,與市場(chang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)接軌(gui)比較弱,所以(yi)大部分(fen)學生(sheng)(sheng)不具備市場(chang)競爭力和適(shi)應性,這(zhe)嚴重的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)削弱了(le)我國教(jiao)育的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)實際(ji)價值。
