1.引言

隨著科學(xue)技術的不斷發展,各種(zhong)新的墻體材料(liao)開始被(bei)研制與開發出來,并同時(shi)得到(dao)了(le)(le)極大的推廣與應(ying)用,進而也對當前我(wo)國建(jian)筑(zhu)工程的電氣施工技術提(ti)出了(le)(le)更高的要(yao)求。從(cong)當前我(wo)國新型節能(neng)墻體的具體應(ying)用情況上(shang)看,它使得建(jian)筑(zhu)更加(jia)具有舒適性、節能(neng)性與環(huan)保(bao)性,具有較高的安全質量(liang)。滿足了(le)(le)人們對建(jian)筑(zhu)物(wu)設計的現實要(yao)求,同時(shi)也給使用者提(ti)供(gong)了(le)(le)良好的工作與生活(huo)環(huan)境。
一、進行(xing)新型節(jie)能墻體電氣(qi)施工前的準備
(一)電氣設計委托書的設定

(二)對(dui)圖紙(zhi)進(jin)行會審(shen)

(三)選擇電氣設備的(de)具(ju)體類型
建(jian)筑工(gong)程的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)程量(liang)(liang)較大,實(shi)際建(jian)設(she)成本較高(gao)。因此,我(wo)們需(xu)要在嚴格保證建(jian)筑質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)(de)前提下,盡量(liang)(liang)節約相應的(de)(de)(de)建(jian)設(she)成本,進(jin)(jin)而為(wei)建(jian)筑公司(si)帶來更多(duo)的(de)(de)(de)經(jing)濟(ji)效益。選擇電(dian)氣設(she)備(bei)的(de)(de)(de)具體型號便關系到了(le)工(gong)程材(cai)料的(de)(de)(de)具體消耗與工(gong)程的(de)(de)(de)實(shi)際進(jin)(jin)度,所以合理科學地選擇合適的(de)(de)(de)設(she)備(bei)類型在電(dian)氣施(shi)(shi)工(gong)建(jian)設(she)中便顯得(de)尤為(wei)重(zhong)要。在具體選擇電(dian)氣設(she)備(bei)類型的(de)(de)(de)過程中,需(xu)要將設(she)備(bei)的(de)(de)(de)美觀性與實(shi)用性有機地結合起來,嚴格控制(zhi)設(she)備(bei)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang),使設(she)備(bei)能(neng)夠符(fu)合電(dian)氣施(shi)(shi)工(gong)的(de)(de)(de)現實(shi)要求(qiu)。
二、監控(kong)電(dian)氣(qi)施工過程中的質量
安全(quan)(quan)與(yu)質(zhi)量,是(shi)建筑工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)每(mei)一個(ge)(ge)環(huan)(huan)節(jie)順(shun)利(li)完成的(de)(de)基礎與(yu)前提,也是(shi)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)員(yuan)需(xu)要特別(bie)(bie)重(zhong)視(shi)的(de)(de)地方。通常情況(kuang)下,施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)員(yuan)在(zai)具體(ti)開展電氣施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)過程(cheng)(cheng)中,工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)項目的(de)(de)負(fu)責(ze)人(ren)與(yu)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)監管(guan)(guan)(guan)部門需(xu)要對各項施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)環(huan)(huan)節(jie)進行嚴格的(de)(de)審(shen)核與(yu)監督(du),特別(bie)(bie)是(shi)針對一些重(zhong)點施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)環(huan)(huan)節(jie),更要加大監管(guan)(guan)(guan)與(yu)審(shen)核力度,進而保證(zheng)(zheng)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)質(zhi)量與(yu)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)安全(quan)(quan)性。在(zai)電氣施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)細節(jie)與(yu)重(zhong)點方面,要建立(li)起科學合理(li)的(de)(de)監督(du)機制,做到(dao)責(ze)任(ren)到(dao)人(ren),同時開展定期與(yu)不(bu)定期相(xiang)結(jie)合的(de)(de)監督(du)與(yu)檢測工(gong)(gong)(gong)作。在(zai)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)建筑電氣系(xi)統上(shang)面,我們最(zui)重(zhong)要的(de)(de)就是(shi)強調安全(quan)(quan)與(yu)質(zhi)量,同時在(zai)具體(ti)開展電氣施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)過程(cheng)(cheng)中,能夠(gou)保證(zheng)(zheng)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)員(yuan)可(ke)以(yi)在(zai)安全(quan)(quan)的(de)(de)環(huan)(huan)境下工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,保證(zheng)(zheng)每(mei)個(ge)(ge)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)環(huan)(huan)節(jie)緊密(mi)結(jie)合,進而完善整(zheng)個(ge)(ge)電氣系(xi)統建設(she)。
三、控制好施工工藝質量
首(shou)先是(shi)體(ti)現(xian)在(zai)(zai)(zai)PVC管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)安裝上面,PVC管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)與混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)握(wo)裹性不夠好,特別是(shi)PVC管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)徑(jing)(jing)較(jiao)大時(shi)(shi)(shi),容(rong)易在(zai)(zai)(zai)樓(lou)地板(ban)開(kai)槽位置產(chan)生(sheng)樓(lou)板(ban)裂縫。所以,在(zai)(zai)(zai)樓(lou)板(ban)地面的(de)(de)(de)(de)混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)開(kai)槽中(zhong)(zhong)埋設PVC管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)時(shi)(shi)(shi),需要(yao)(yao)把管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)徑(jing)(jing)掌握(wo)在(zai)(zai)(zai)樓(lou)板(ban)三分之一的(de)(de)(de)(de)厚度內。將PVC管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)與箱(xiang)(xiang)體(ti)及接(jie)(jie)(jie)線(xian)盒進行連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)時(shi)(shi)(shi),需要(yao)(yao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)區域內采用(yong)專(zhuan)門的(de)(de)(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)口(kou)進行連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie),也可(ke)以在(zai)(zai)(zai)相(xiang)應(ying)(ying)的(de)(de)(de)(de)專(zhuan)用(yong)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)件(jian)(jian)上面噴(pen)上膠合(he)劑,保(bao)證(zheng)接(jie)(jie)(jie)口(kou)可(ke)以進行牢固密封。與此(ci)同時(shi)(shi)(shi),在(zai)(zai)(zai)樓(lou)板(ban)的(de)(de)(de)(de)混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)中(zhong)(zhong)埋設PVC保(bao)護套(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)時(shi)(shi)(shi),還要(yao)(yao)選(xuan)擇級別比中(zhong)(zhong)型管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)較(jiao)低的(de)(de)(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)材。其次(ci)是(shi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)路連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie),在(zai)(zai)(zai)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)路連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)的(de)(de)(de)(de)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong),JDG管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)要(yao)(yao)與相(xiang)應(ying)(ying)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)規格(ge)尺(chi)寸相(xiang)對應(ying)(ying)。選(xuan)擇套(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)時(shi)(shi)(shi),要(yao)(yao)選(xuan)在(zai)(zai)(zai)最為牢固的(de)(de)(de)(de)地方。當套(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)跟(gen)箱(xiang)(xiang)盒連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)時(shi)(shi)(shi),箱(xiang)(xiang)盒敲落孔的(de)(de)(de)(de)實(shi)際直徑(jing)(jing)要(yao)(yao)與套(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)外(wai)徑(jing)(jing)保(bao)持一致,保(bao)證(zheng)套(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)與箱(xiang)(xiang)盒兩者之間的(de)(de)(de)(de)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)互相(xiang)垂(chui)直。最后是(shi)在(zai)(zai)(zai)采用(yong)JDG管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)進行管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)路埋設時(shi)(shi)(shi),要(yao)(yao)用(yong)鋼(gang)鋸(ju)條進行切(qie)(qie)割,同時(shi)(shi)(shi)保(bao)證(zheng)切(qie)(qie)割后的(de)(de)(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)口(kou)平整(zheng)光滑。不能夠使用(yong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)刀進行切(qie)(qie)割,防止在(zai)(zai)(zai)具體(ti)切(qie)(qie)割的(de)(de)(de)(de)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)劃破(po)絕緣(yuan)層,進而導致了管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)口(kou)縮徑(jing)(jing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)現(xian)象。
四、結語
