【摘要】隨著智能建筑的發展,電氣安裝施工技術成為影響其后期使用的關鍵性環節,在傳統建筑電氣施工中,主要采用的是電磁設備進行控制調節,不僅操作困難,而且安全隱患比較大。但是,智能建筑中的電氣主要利用光纖電纜對各項設備進行調控檢測,這樣在很大程度上提高了電氣安裝施工的效率和質量,所以,對智能建筑電氣安裝施工進行分析研究(jiu)有重要(yao)價值和作用(yong)。

1智能建筑中系統構成

2智能建筑中電氣設備施工技術要求
2.1配(pei)電箱安裝技(ji)術(shu)
智能建(jian)筑(zhu)中(zhong)會(hui)(hui)設置不同類型的(de)用電(dian)設備,耗電(dian)量(liang)非(fei)常大,并(bing)且很(hen)難估算,這就對(dui)電(dian)源和配(pei)電(dian)箱的(de)可(ke)靠性及質量(liang)提(ti)出了(le)嚴(yan)格要(yao)求(qiu)。智能建(jian)筑(zhu)的(de)配(pei)電(dian)箱安(an)裝(zhuang),要(yao)先(xian)對(dui)建(jian)筑(zhu)用電(dian)負(fu)荷(he)(he)進行(xing)精準估算,由于其實際用電(dian)負(fu)荷(he)(he)很(hen)難估算,所(suo)以,在施工之前(qian)要(yao)在圖紙(zhi)會(hui)(hui)審階(jie)段采用系數法(fa)、負(fu)荷(he)(he)密度法(fa)進行(xing)用電(dian)驗(yan)算和核驗(yan),從而準確預估用電(dian)量(liang),選擇合適(shi)的(de)配(pei)電(dian)箱。要(yao)嚴(yan)格遵守相關監管部門制定的(de)規(gui)范要(yao)求(qiu),同時還要(yao)按照智能建(jian)筑(zhu)對(dui)配(pei)電(dian)箱的(de)設計(ji)要(yao)求(qiu)和現場的(de)實際情況采取針(zhen)對(dui)性的(de)安(an)裝(zhuang)技術。
2.2管路(lu)敷設技術
2.2.1 現(xian)澆混凝土結構(gou)中的(de)管路敷設(she)
墻內(nei)管路敷設要(yao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)鋼筋(jin)網中按照(zhao)最近的(de)路徑進(jin)(jin)行(xing)敷設,同時從鋼筋(jin)內(nei)側進(jin)(jin)行(xing)固定綁扎,固定時的(de)距離要(yao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)1m以內(nei)。線管在(zai)(zai)(zai)穿過墻柱(zhu)時,要(yao)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)加筋(jin)處(chu)理(li),避免暗配(pei)管影(ying)響到建筑結(jie)構。如果管線需要(yao)并行(xing),要(yao)注意管之間的(de)間距要(yao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)25mm以上(shang)。還要(yao)對管線穿外(wai)墻進(jin)(jin)行(xing)套管保護,做好(hao)防水處(chu)理(li)。
2.2.2 地面內管線敷設(she)
首先,要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)最(zui)大限度(du)減(jian)少管(guan)(guan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)接(jie)頭(tou),如果(guo)必須接(jie),要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)用(yong)麻繩進(jin)(jin)行纏繞,并(bing)在(zai)涂抹鉛油后進(jin)(jin)行擰(ning)緊處理,避免漏水(shui)影響(xiang)。如果(guo)管(guan)(guan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)采(cai)用(yong)的(de)是金屬(shu)地(di)面(mian)出(chu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)盒(he),盒(he)口要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)和地(di)面(mian)保(bao)(bao)(bao)持齊(qi)平,引出(chu)管(guan)(guan)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)和地(di)面(mian)保(bao)(bao)(bao)持垂直關(guan)系。管(guan)(guan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)露出(chu)地(di)面(mian)的(de)長度(du)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)在(zai)200mm以上(shang)(shang);多根(gen)管(guan)(guan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)在(zai)進(jin)(jin)入配(pei)(pei)電(dian)箱(xiang)(xiang)時(shi),要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)排列(lie)整齊(qi),如果(guo)配(pei)(pei)電(dian)箱(xiang)(xiang)采(cai)用(yong)的(de)是落(luo)地(di)式,管(guan)(guan)口要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)高于基礎面(mian)50mm。在(zai)進(jin)(jin)行水(shui)平或者垂直敷(fu)(fu)設管(guan)(guan)路(lu)(lu)加接(jie)線(xian)(xian)(xian)盒(he)時(shi),要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)參考下(xia)表(biao)(biao)進(jin)(jin)行施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(見表(biao)(biao)1)。在(zai)敷(fu)(fu)設電(dian)氣(qi)配(pei)(pei)管(guan)(guan)時(shi),要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)對配(pei)(pei)管(guan)(guan)和其他(ta)管(guan)(guan)道之間(jian)(jian)的(de)距(ju)(ju)離(li)(li)進(jin)(jin)行合(he)理控制,具體參數要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求如表(biao)(biao)2所示(shi)。在(zai)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)需(xu)(xu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)注意的(de)是,蒸(zheng)汽管(guan)(guan)道的(de)管(guan)(guan)外需(xu)(xu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)包隔熱層(ceng)時(shi),上(shang)(shang)下(xia)平行的(de)距(ju)(ju)離(li)(li)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)減(jian)少到200mm左右;暖氣(qi)管(guan)(guan)和熱水(shui)管(guan)(guan)需(xu)(xu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)設置隔熱層(ceng);對于裸(luo)導線(xian)(xian)(xian),需(xu)(xu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)在(zai)裸(luo)導線(xian)(xian)(xian)外設置一層(ceng)保(bao)(bao)(bao)護網(wang)。如果(guo)涉及煤(mei)氣(qi)管(guan)(guan)道,煤(mei)氣(qi)管(guan)(guan)道和配(pei)(pei)管(guan)(guan)需(xu)(xu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)在(zai)同一平面(mian)上(shang)(shang),并(bing)且間(jian)(jian)距(ju)(ju)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)在(zai)50mm以上(shang)(shang),不同平面(mian)內的(de)間(jian)(jian)距(ju)(ju)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)在(zai)20mm以上(shang)(shang),配(pei)(pei)電(dian)盤、配(pei)(pei)電(dian)箱(xiang)(xiang)和煤(mei)氣(qi)管(guan)(guan)道之間(jian)(jian)的(de)間(jian)(jian)距(ju)(ju)也(ye)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)在(zai)300mm以上(shang)(shang),各個電(dian)器開關(guan)接(jie)頭(tou)等和煤(mei)氣(qi)管(guan)(guan)道之間(jian)(jian)的(de)距(ju)(ju)離(li)(li)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)在(zai)150mm以上(shang)(shang)[2]。另外,管(guan)(guan)路(lu)(lu)敷(fu)(fu)設時(shi)還要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)結合(he)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)圖紙來對管(guan)(guan)路(lu)(lu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)道的(de)敷(fu)(fu)設方(fang)式、型號等進(jin)(jin)行控制,這樣才可以確(que)保(bao)(bao)(bao)電(dian)氣(qi)設備運行的(de)安(an)全(quan)和效率。
2.2.3 電氣插(cha)座電氣插(cha)座、開關施(shi)工技術

智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)電(dian)氣施(shi)工技(ji)術對智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)中各種電(dian)氣化系統的(de)(de)正常(chang)使用有著重要作用和價(jia)值。因此,在智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)電(dian)氣施(shi)工過(guo)程中,需要結合智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)的(de)(de)實(shi)際情況對各個(ge)電(dian)氣施(shi)工環節進行科學(xue)合理的(de)(de)控制,這樣才(cai)可以更好地提高(gao)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)整體(ti)的(de)(de)實(shi)用性和使用性,充分發揮出智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)的(de)(de)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)水平,為智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)的(de)(de)使用者提供更加(jia)方便(bian)安全的(de)(de)使用功能(neng)(neng),提高(gao)居民的(de)(de)使用體(ti)驗,最(zui)大(da)化實(shi)現智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)的(de)(de)經濟效(xiao)益。
