摘要:隨著全球化市場競爭日益激烈,企業之間的競爭由國內競爭上升到了國際競爭,加之科學技術飛速發展,企業的生產效率逐步提升,產品的更新周期越來越短,因此市場競爭愈演愈烈。全球化的供應鏈管理是國際企業管理的重要方向和領域,也是一種重要的流通組織形式和營銷模式,有效的供應鏈管理已成為企業降低經營成本、滿足客戶需求、提升核心競爭力的重要手段。基于此,本文對新形勢下企業供應鏈管理策略進行了詳細分析,重點提出新形勢下企業供應鏈創新管理的有效(xiao)策略,為(wei)供應鏈的現代化發展提供理(li)論(lun)依據。
