2.3讓中小學生(sheng)在參與創建全(quan)國文(wen)明城市志愿者活動(dong)中健(jian)康成長
中(zhong)小學(xue)生作為(wei)社(she)會(hui)中(zhong)的(de)(de)一股新生力(li)量,充滿活(huo)力(li),富有創(chuang)新精神,雖然(ran)年齡較小,但學(xue)習能力(li)很強,可以在(zai)創(chuang)建(jian)全國文(wen)明(ming)城市中(zhong)參與:“文(wen)明(ming)用(yong)語”“禮貌待人(ren)”“講究衛生”“心中(zhong)有榜樣”等從事(shi)力(li)所能及的(de)(de)義務勞(lao)動和(he)無償服(fu)務活(huo)動,增強與人(ren)際溝通能力(li),在(zai)實踐(jian)中(zhong)接(jie)受鍛(duan)煉,培養社(she)會(hui)責任感(gan),提(ti)升青(qing)少年道德文(wen)明(ming)素質,提(ti)高社(she)會(hui)實踐(jian)能力(li)和(he)綜合(he)文(wen)明(ming)素質,同時,對創(chuang)建(jian)全國文(wen)明(ming)城市環境下(xia)營(ying)造一個人(ren)人(ren)具備社(she)會(hui)文(wen)明(ming)公德意識的(de)(de)氛圍也十分有利。
3當前中小學生思想方面存在的主要問題
3.1認知行為(wei)存(cun)在偏差,法紀意(yi)識(shi)不強
據調查問卷顯示(shi)(shi)(shi),目前(qian)平涼市(shi)的(de)(de)(de)中(zhong)小(xiao)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)在認知行為(wei)(wei)(wei)上,部(bu)分學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)未(wei)能形成正確的(de)(de)(de)價值(zhi)觀(guan)和(he)世界觀(guan),表(biao)現(xian)為(wei)(wei)(wei):4%的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)表(biao)示(shi)(shi)(shi)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)熱愛黨和(he)國(guo)家、不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)滿意(yi)(yi)當前(qian)的(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)(sheng)活,30%學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)表(biao)示(shi)(shi)(shi)幾乎不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)關心時事(shi)新聞,對(dui)(dui)國(guo)際國(guo)內大事(shi)一(yi)概(gai)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)知;18%的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)對(dui)(dui)考試作弊這些(xie)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)誠(cheng)信(xin)行為(wei)(wei)(wei)表(biao)示(shi)(shi)(shi)贊(zan)同或肯(ken)定;20%的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)認為(wei)(wei)(wei)捐(juan)款是迫于無奈,其他人都捐(juan)自(zi)己不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)捐(juan)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)行或老師讓捐(juan)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)敢不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)捐(juan),助(zhu)人為(wei)(wei)(wei)樂意(yi)(yi)識不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)強(qiang)。60%以上學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)法(fa)紀(ji)觀(guan)念淡(dan)薄,法(fa)紀(ji)觀(guan)念仍然比(bi)較淡(dan)薄,校園欺凌(ling)(ling)現(xian)象不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)同程度的(de)(de)(de)存在,不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)論(lun)是欺凌(ling)(ling)者還是被欺凌(ling)(ling)者,他們的(de)(de)(de)法(fa)治觀(guan)念都比(bi)較淡(dan)薄,不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)懂(dong)得(de)欺凌(ling)(ling)行為(wei)(wei)(wei)已觸犯法(fa)律(lv),被欺凌(ling)(ling)這也不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)懂(dong)得(de)運用法(fa)律(lv)武(wu)器(qi)保(bao)護自(zi)己周全(quan),這對(dui)(dui)于創建全(quan)國(guo)文明城市(shi)中(zhong)中(zhong)小(xiao)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)道德(de)全(quan)面(mian)提升是一(yi)個很大的(de)(de)(de)障礙(ai),歸根到底是學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)知道自(zi)己在無意(yi)(yi)間觸碰了法(fa)律(lv),甚至已構(gou)成犯罪。這都表(biao)明,部(bu)分學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)愛國(guo)主義教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)、誠(cheng)信(xin)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)和(he)助(zhu)人為(wei)(wei)(wei)樂等價值(zhi)觀(guan)和(he)道德(de)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)、法(fa)紀(ji)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)方面(mian)還不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)到位,在創建全(quan)國(guo)文明城市(shi)濃厚的(de)(de)(de)氛圍下,可以進一(yi)步加強(qiang)對(dui)(dui)這些(xie)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)正面(mian)引導與積極教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)。
3.2受傳(chuan)統觀念束縛,大部(bu)分(fen)家長有輕道德重(zhong)學
習的(de)(de)現象(xiang)濃厚。父(fu)母(mu)作(zuo)為(wei)孩子(zi)(zi)的(de)(de)第一任(ren)老師,一言一行都會(hui)潛移默化的(de)(de)感(gan)染孩子(zi)(zi),經(jing)過長時(shi)間(jian)熏(xun)陶(tao),孩子(zi)(zi)自身(shen)的(de)(de)道(dao)德(de)素(su)養(yang)自然(ran)就(jiu)跟家(jia)人如出一轍。如今(jin),仍然(ran)有好多家(jia)長存在(zai)(zai)僅將學習作(zuo)為(wei)狠抓目標,而對于孩子(zi)(zi)的(de)(de)心理、道(dao)德(de)素(su)質、孩子(zi)(zi)想什么的(de)(de)問題關注度不高,其中很大一部(bu)分(fen)原因在(zai)(zai)于我國(guo)應試教(jiao)育下存在(zai)(zai)的(de)(de)重知識、輕道(dao)德(de)的(de)(de)弊端,在(zai)(zai)平時(shi)的(de)(de)教(jiao)育教(jiao)學中沒有完全將我國(guo)現階段(duan)核心素(su)養(yang)的(de)(de)目標結合起來,導致孩子(zi)(zi)道(dao)德(de)素(su)質理念的(de)(de)缺失,影(ying)響(xiang)其全面發展(zhan)。
4中小學生思想道德在創建全國文明城市中起到培根鑄魂的作用

4.1加強中(zhong)華傳(chuan)統(tong)美德教育

正如(ru)蘇霍(huo)姆林(lin)斯基所言:“由(you)道(dao)德(de)概念通向(xiang)道(dao)德(de)信念的(de)通道(dao)是以(yi)行(xing)為(wei)和(he)(he)習(xi)慣為(wei)起點的(de)。”。結合日常(chang)(chang)豐(feng)富的(de)實踐活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)并結合學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)自身的(de)特色(se),充分發(fa)揮學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)主體性(xing),讓中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)在在行(xing)為(wei)活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)修養德(de)行(xing),加強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)道(dao)德(de)素(su)(su)質(zhi)的(de)提(ti)升。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)除(chu)了(le)開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)常(chang)(chang)規性(xing)的(de)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)之(zhi)外,可以(yi)開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)些(xie)創新性(xing),特色(se)性(xing)的(de)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong),比如(ru)清明(ming)節組織(zhi)師生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)掃墓、3月5日學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)雷鋒(feng)活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong),五四青(qing)年(nian)節學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)青(qing)年(nian)志士為(wei)民(min)族獨(du)立、人民(min)解放、國(guo)家富強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)、社(she)會進步中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)做出的(de)巨大(da)犧牲和(he)(he)偉大(da)貢獻,激發(fa)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)斗志,增強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)家國(guo)情懷,豐(feng)富其思想內涵(han),增強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)創建全國(guo)文明(ming)工作中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)德(de)育(yu)工作的(de)時效性(xing)。同時,找準(zhun)貼近學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)的(de)素(su)(su)材,各個中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)可以(yi)積(ji)極(ji)與周邊社(she)區(qu)、團委等社(she)會組織(zhi)聯合起來,拓寬活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)的(de)內容和(he)(he)范圍,完(wan)善中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)道(dao)德(de)素(su)(su)質(zhi)提(ti)升的(de)形式。
4.3實(shi)現中小學生道德價值理念(nian)內化(hua)于心(xin)、外化(hua)于行
一方面(mian),通過(guo)創建全(quan)(quan)國文明城(cheng)(cheng)市,在原有思(si)想(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)道德(de)(de)教育的(de)基礎上,經過(guo)社會(hui)大氛(fen)圍(wei)精神文明素質(zhi)提升,讓中(zhong)小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)接受到方方面(mian)面(mian)的(de)思(si)想(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)觀(guan)念、道德(de)(de)規范和(he)社會(hui)主(zhu)義核心價(jia)值觀(guan),并將(jiang)這些內(nei)容不(bu)斷(duan)融(rong)入(ru)自己的(de)思(si)想(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)和(he)行(xing)(xing)為實踐(jian)之(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong),形(xing)成正確的(de)人生(sheng)(sheng)觀(guan)、世界(jie)觀(guan)。以(yi)社會(hui)主(zhu)義核心價(jia)值觀(guan)、主(zhu)流思(si)想(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)理念引導中(zhong)小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)形(xing)成道德(de)(de)認(ren)同,指導行(xing)(xing)為實踐(jian),才能實現內(nei)化于心,外化于行(xing)(xing)的(de)過(guo)渡與(yu)轉化,使社會(hui)要求(qiu)和(he)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)思(si)想(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)品(pin)德(de)(de)實際(ji)不(bu)斷(duan)地相互(hu)適應。另一方面(mian),鼓(gu)勵(li)中(zhong)小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)參與(yu)到創建全(quan)(quan)國文明城(cheng)(cheng)市行(xing)(xing)動中(zhong)來,用實際(ji)行(xing)(xing)動更好(hao)地豐富道德(de)(de)體驗、增強道德(de)(de)情感,將(jiang)中(zhong)小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)守則和(he)社會(hui)公德(de)(de)很(hen)好(hao)地融(rong)入(ru)實踐(jian)之(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong)。
4.4集家(jia)庭(ting)、校(xiao)園、社會三者有機(ji)結合(he)提升中(zhong)小學生(sheng)道(dao)德素質(zhi)
家庭是(shi)孩子的(de)第(di)一學校(xiao),學校(xiao)是(shi)學生素質(zhi)教育提(ti)升的(de)關鍵之地,是(shi)學生思想(xiang)品德(de)正向發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)和(he)樹立正確世界觀的(de)重要場所。是(shi)社會教育是(shi)家庭和(he)校(xiao)園教育的(de)延伸和(he)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan),因(yin)此(ci),我們要集家庭、學校(xiao)和(he)社會三方之力形成(cheng)鼎立之勢,相(xiang)輔相(xiang)成(cheng)、相(xiang)互作用和(he)滲(shen)透(tou),給予學生思想(xiang)和(he)行為上的(de)雙重影響(xiang)與(yu)指導,以(yi)此(ci)促(cu)進(jin)中小學生全身(shen)心健康發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)。
4.5結合(he)創建全國文(wen)明城市,積極開展(zhan)送法進校園活動
整合公安、教育(yu)、團委、婦聯等部(bu)門力量,以開(kai)(kai)展校園(yuan)警(jing)務(wu)室(shi)活動為平(ping)臺,通過引進(jin)(jin)(jin)公安警(jing)察開(kai)(kai)展普法(fa)知識(shi)講座、網絡電視、張(zhang)貼(tie)圖畫、發放(fang)法(fa)治(zhi)資料等方式(shi),進(jin)(jin)(jin)一步普及未成年人(ren)法(fa)律保護意識(shi),營造(zao)文明向善(shan)的(de)(de)和氛(fen)圍。總而言之,德(de)育(yu)是素質教育(yu)的(de)(de)靈魂(hun),更是一項復雜(za)而又長(chang)期的(de)(de)艱巨工程。這需要(yao)眾多(duo)教育(yu)工作者(zhe)有立德(de)之心,從自身(shen)出(chu)發,不斷更新(xin)觀(guan)念,完善(shan)教育(yu)途(tu)徑與方法(fa),從民族(zu)的(de)(de)、本(ben)土的(de)(de)、社(she)會(hui)的(de)(de)文化中汲(ji)取營養。此外(wai),學校也應開(kai)(kai)展多(duo)樣活動,讓(rang)中小學思(si)想(xiang)道(dao)德(de)教育(yu)走出(chu)校園(yuan),走進(jin)(jin)(jin)社(she)會(hui),在社(she)會(hui)實(shi)踐活動中讓(rang)學生切身(shen)體(ti)驗與感受,讓(rang)他們的(de)(de)思(si)想(xiang)道(dao)德(de)觀(guan)念得以加強,進(jin)(jin)(jin)而讓(rang)中小學思(si)想(xiang)道(dao)德(de)教育(yu)更加完善(shan)。

中小學生道德素質提升、文明習慣養成(cheng)是一項長期而艱巨的工作(zuo),我們必須(xu)以創建全國文明城市為(wei)(wei)契機,及時總結經驗教訓,進(jin)一步加強學生日常(chang)行(xing)為(wei)(wei)習慣養成(cheng)教育(yu),精心(xin)營造良(liang)好(hao)的校(xiao)園育(yu)人氛圍,讓文明之風(feng)吹遍校(xiao)園每一個角落,為(wei)(wei)全市創建全國文明城市作(zuo)出貢獻。
