摘要(yao):核(he)安(an)全工程是2010年經教(jiao)育部批準設置的戰略性新興產業(ye)相關(guan)本科專業(ye),南華大(da)學是目前唯一獲批該專業(ye)(方(fang)向)招生的高校。文章對南華大(da)學核(he)安(an)全工程專業(ye)(方(fang)向)在(zai)(zai)人才(cai)培(pei)養方(fang)案(an)制定、培(pei)養目標(biao)、課程體系、師資隊伍(wu)建(jian)設、實(shi)(shi)驗室建(jian)設、實(shi)(shi)習(xi)基地建(jian)設等方(fang)面的探索與實(shi)(shi)踐進(jin)行(xing)了闡述,旨在(zai)(zai)為核(he)安(an)全領域本科層次人才(cai)培(pei)養提供(gong)參考。

一、核安全工程專業培養方案制定的思考

隨著我國(guo)環(huan)境壓力(li)日益突(tu)出,核(he)(he)(he)能(neng)作為(wei)(wei)一種幾乎是零排放的(de)(de)(de)清(qing)潔(jie)能(neng)源(yuan),在(zai)(zai)我國(guo)的(de)(de)(de)能(neng)源(yuan)結(jie)構調整(zheng)中(zhong)將發揮越來(lai)越重要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)作用(yong)。為(wei)(wei)了(le)保證我國(guo)核(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)建設的(de)(de)(de)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)、高(gao)效發展,國(guo)家(jia)環(huan)保部核(he)(he)(he)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)局(ju)已在(zai)(zai)國(guo)內實(shi)施注冊核(he)(he)(he)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)工程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)(shi)制度。為(wei)(wei)了(le)適應(ying)核(he)(he)(he)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)人(ren)才(cai)(cai)的(de)(de)(de)強大(da)的(de)(de)(de)需求現狀,南華(hua)大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)于2007年(nian)率先在(zai)(zai)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)工程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)下設置了(le)核(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)工程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)和(he)鈾(you)礦冶(ye)(ye)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)工程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)兩(liang)個(ge)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)方向,并在(zai)(zai)人(ren)才(cai)(cai)培(pei)(pei)養目(mu)標方面進(jin)行(xing)了(le)積極(ji)探索[1]。為(wei)(wei)了(le)制定核(he)(he)(he)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)工程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)培(pei)(pei)養方案,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科建設團(tuan)隊首先以需求為(wei)(wei)導向,先后調研了(le)中(zhong)核(he)(he)(he)福清(qing)核(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)站、中(zhong)核(he)(he)(he)三門(men)核(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)站、中(zhong)國(guo)原子能(neng)科學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)研究院(yuan)、中(zhong)核(he)(he)(he)北方核(he)(he)(he)燃(ran)料元(yuan)件(jian)有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)公司(si)(二○二廠)、中(zhong)核(he)(he)(he)錦原鈾(you)業(ye)(ye)有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)公司(si)等十多個(ge)核(he)(he)(he)工業(ye)(ye)企(qi)事業(ye)(ye)單位,獲得了(le)中(zhong)核(he)(he)(he)北方核(he)(he)(he)燃(ran)料元(yuan)件(jian)有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)公司(si)、中(zhong)國(guo)核(he)(he)(he)動力(li)研究設計院(yuan)、秦山核(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)公司(si)、西安(an)(an)(an)(an)中(zhong)核(he)(he)(he)藍天鈾(you)業(ye)(ye)有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)公司(si)等單位的(de)(de)(de)信函回執反饋意見(jian),并利(li)用(yong)南華(hua)大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)為(wei)(wei)中(zhong)核(he)(he)(he)集團(tuan)開辦(ban)的(de)(de)(de)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)工程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)領域(yu)工程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)碩(shuo)士班學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)來(lai)校學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)的(de)(de)(de)機(ji)會,分企(qi)業(ye)(ye)類別(bie)(bie)(核(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)、研究院(yuan)所、鈾(you)礦冶(ye)(ye)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)、核(he)(he)(he)燃(ran)料加工企(qi)業(ye)(ye)、核(he)(he)(he)廢物處(chu)理(li)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)等)召開學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)員座(zuo)談會,聽取意見(jian)與建議。同時,組織(zhi)南華(hua)大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)相關專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(特別(bie)(bie)是核(he)(he)(he)類專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye))教師(shi)(shi)多次研討核(he)(he)(he)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)工程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)人(ren)才(cai)(cai)培(pei)(pei)養方案。最(zui)終確定以“核(he)(he)(he)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)工程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)(shi)應(ying)用(yong)型人(ren)才(cai)(cai)培(pei)(pei)養”為(wei)(wei)辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)宗旨,主要(yao)(yao)參照國(guo)家(jia)《注冊核(he)(he)(he)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)工程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)(shi)》、《注冊安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)評價師(shi)(shi)》和(he)《安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)工程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)中(zhong)、高(gao)級技術資格評審條(tiao)件(jian)》的(de)(de)(de)知識要(yao)(yao)求,根(gen)據“基(ji)礎厚、口徑寬(kuan)、能(neng)力(li)強、素質高(gao)”的(de)(de)(de)原則制定該專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)人(ren)才(cai)(cai)培(pei)(pei)養方案,并分別(bie)(bie)于2012年(nian)和(he)2014年(nian)進(jin)行(xing)了(le)兩(liang)次修(xiu)改。

1主管線的維護

由于(yu)在管(guan)(guan)線(xian)施(shi)工過程中(zhong),受地(di)下(xia)原有(you)各種管(guan)(guan)道(dao)、光(guang)電纜和地(di)上河流沖刷(shua)的(de)影響。有(you)的(de)管(guan)(guan)線(xian)不能按設(she)(she)計路線(xian),深(shen)度(du)進行鋪設(she)(she)。這就要(yao)求人冬之前要(yao)對所有(you)管(guan)(guan)線(xian)進行檢查,發現由于(yu)其(qi)他施(shi)工或沿線(xian)農民(min)取土,土質沉降等出現的(de)塌陷進行回(hui)填,保(bao)證管(guan)(guan)線(xian)深(shen)度(du),確保(bao)冬季地(di)下(xia)管(guan)(guan)線(xian)的(de)安全。

2入戶管線的維護

由(you)(you)(you)于(yu)人(ren)戶管(guan)(guan)線大多采(cai)用(yong)中(zhong)20、中(zhong)25型(xing)號的(de)PE管(guan)(guan)材。管(guan)(guan)線內徑小,水(shui)流量(liang)小。而且(qie)人(ren)戶管(guan)(guan)線土方(fang)工程(cheng)主要(yao)由(you)(you)(you)農民自已投(tou)資或投(tou)勞來完(wan)成,這就導致(zhi)了由(you)(you)(you)于(yu)開(kai)溝深(shen)度不夠或由(you)(you)(you)于(yu)水(shui)鉆打(da)孔(kong)過程(cheng)中(zhong)鉆頭不準,造(zao)成的(de)人(ren)戶管(guan)(guan)埋(mai)淺,到了冬季農民吃不上水(shui)。可(ke)以(yi)采(cai)用(yong)重(zhong)新(xin)打(da)孔(kong)或深(shen)埋(mai)等(deng)措施,如不能(neng)重(zhong)新(xin)埋(mai)管(guan)(guan),可(ke)以(yi)在人(ren)冬之前(qian)采(cai)用(yong)樹葉或秸稈葉在管(guan)(guan)線上方(fang)進行覆蓋,以(yi)保(bao)證管(guan)(guan)線安全越冬。

3冬(dong)季(ji)管線損(sun)壞的(de)維修(xiu)

)(yan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)內(nei)容質量不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)高,多為自(zi)編實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)講(jiang)義,存在著很多問題。8實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)室對(dui)外開放交流不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)夠,導(dao)致學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科(ke)建設(she)(she)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)術領域(yu)的(de)最新(xin)信息不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)能(neng)及(ji)時(shi)地引入(ru)到學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)踐環(huan)(huan)節中來(lai)。9與工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)踐結(jie)合不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)夠緊密,實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)過(guo)于(yu)注重(zhong)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)結(jie)果,忽視(shi)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)際(ji)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)踐非(fei)常(chang)重(zhong)視(shi)的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)條件,程(cheng)序化的(de)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)安排在與工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)踐偏離的(de)同時(shi)也限(xian)制了學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)創新(xin)能(neng)力(li)的(de)成(cheng)長。

2安全工程專業(ye)實驗(yan)教學體系構建

通過對當(dang)前安全(quan)工程專業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)現狀及其存(cun)在問(wen)題的剖析,安全(quan)工程專業(ye)綜(zong)合(he)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)結合(he)國內外部分高(gao)校(xiao)實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)經驗(yan)(yan)(yan),不斷深化實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)體系,使實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)內容、實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)方(fang)法、實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)管理及考核(he)、實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)儀器設備、實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)師資隊(dui)伍等(deng)相互(hu)有(you)機匹配,探索出一條在專業(ye)課程實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)中(zhong)全(quan)面(mian)提高(gao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的綜(zong)合(he)素質(zhi)和培養學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的動手(shou)能力的有(you)效途徑(jing)。圖1為中(zhong)國石油(you)大學(xue)(xue)(xue)北(bei)京(jing)安全(quan)工程專業(ye)綜(zong)合(he)實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)體系框圖。

林(lin)州市(shi)各(ge)地斷層發育升降(jiang)不均(jun),總的(de)趨(qu)勢(shi)(shi)為西(xi)北(bei)高(gao),向東南(nan)逐(zhu)漸傾斜。西(xi)部(bu)(bu)山(shan)(shan)區(qu)海(hai)(hai)拔1000~1600m,南(nan)北(bei)兩端山(shan)(shan)區(qu)海(hai)(hai)拔700~1000m,中(zhong)部(bu)(bu)山(shan)(shan)區(qu)海(hai)(hai)拔400~600m。北(bei)、西(xi)、南(nan)三邊(bian)(bian)高(gao)山(shan)(shan)綿(mian)亙,東邊(bian)(bian)山(shan)(shan)勢(shi)(shi)平(ping)緩、斷續(xu)分(fen)布,形(xing)成市(shi)域(yu)南(nan)北(bei)長74km,東西(xi)寬約30km的(de)東向缺(que)口的(de)簸箕形(xing)高(gao)地,分(fen)為深山(shan)(shan)、淺山(shan)(shan)、丘陵和山(shan)(shan)間盆地4個地貌類型。林(lin)州的(de)農業土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)壤屬(shu)褐(he)(he)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)類土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)壤,下分(fen)褐(he)(he)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)、碳酸(suan)鹽(yan)褐(he)(he)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)、淋溶褐(he)(he)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)及(ji)褐(he)(he)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)性土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)4個亞類,9個土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)屬(shu),13個土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)種。其中(zhong)以碳酸(suan)鹽(yan)褐(he)(he)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)亞類的(de)白(bai)面土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)分(fen)布最廣(guang),約占總土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)壤面積的(de)21.30%。該市(shi)境內主(zhu)要有洹河、淅(xi)河、淇河、露水(shui)河、濁(zhuo)漳河5條河流,除(chu)濁(zhuo)漳河水(shui)源較充沛外,其余均(jun)系季節性河流。全市(shi)多年平(ping)均(jun)降(jiang)水(shui)量597.70mm,因受地形(xing)、地勢(shi)(shi)及(ji)季風影響,降(jiang)雨(yu)時空分(fen)布極(ji)不均(jun)勻。
