建立職工之家感言

一(yi)、統(tong)一(yi)思(si)想,加強認識,使“建家”工作深入(ru)人心

土壤所(suo)在開始籌建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)“職(zhi)(zhi)工之(zhi)(zhi)家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)”時,也存(cun)在一些(xie)模糊認(ren)(ren)(ren)識,認(ren)(ren)(ren)為“建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)先進職(zhi)(zhi)工之(zhi)(zhi)家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)”標準太高(gao),目(mu)(mu)標難以實現(xian);另外一種認(ren)(ren)(ren)識認(ren)(ren)(ren)為建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)不(bu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)無(wu)所(suo)謂,我們是科研(yan)(yan)單位,只要(yao)完成科研(yan)(yan)任務就行了。針對(dui)這些(xie)模糊認(ren)(ren)(ren)識,所(suo)工會組織大家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)學習全國總工會和(he)省總工會有關開展(zhan)創建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)“職(zhi)(zhi)工之(zhi)(zhi)家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)”的(de)(de)(de)(de)文件(jian)和(he)辦(ban)法,認(ren)(ren)(ren)真開展(zhan)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)活(huo)動的(de)(de)(de)(de)宣傳和(he)發動工作(zuo)(zuo),明確(que)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)的(de)(de)(de)(de)意義和(he)目(mu)(mu)的(de)(de)(de)(de),進一步提(ti)高(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)工群眾對(dui)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)認(ren)(ren)(ren)識,所(suo)黨委給于(yu)所(suo)工會建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工作(zuo)(zuo)高(gao)度重視和(he)支持,在當時科研(yan)(yan)經費比較困難的(de)(de)(de)(de)情況(kuang)下,撥出專款(kuan)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)立(li)職(zhi)(zhi)工之(zhi)(zhi)家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)活(huo)動室(shi),購(gou)買(mai)各種健身器材和(he)修建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)運(yun)動場地,盡量滿足建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)需要(yao);同時研(yan)(yan)究所(suo)還成立(li)了創建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)職(zhi)(zhi)工之(zhi)(zhi)家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)的(de)(de)(de)(de)領導小組,嚴格按照“建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)”的(de)(de)(de)(de)標準進行部署和(he)開展(zhan)工作(zuo)(zuo),終于(yu)在05年(nian)底通(tong)過了省教育科技工會的(de)(de)(de)(de)檢查和(he)驗收,獲得“先進職(zhi)(zhi)工之(zhi)(zhi)家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)”光榮稱號(hao)。

二、健全和完(wan)善(shan)維護職工合(he)法權益的主渠道,充分發揮(hui)職代會作用

1、在(zai)(zai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中不(bu)斷規范職(zhi)代會的(de)運作(zuo),認真(zhen)(zhen)落實職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)知(zhi)情權,把住民主參(can)與關,定(ding)期和(he)(he)不(bu)定(ding)期召開職(zhi)代會,認真(zhen)(zhen)聽取審(shen)議所長(chang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)報告(gao)(gao)和(he)(he)研究所創新(xin)發(fa)展的(de)重(zhong)大(da)事(shi)項和(he)(he)財務(wu)報告(gao)(gao),認真(zhen)(zhen)討(tao)論所里的(de)重(zhong)大(da)決(jue)策和(he)(he)涉及(ji)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)切身利益的(de)熱點(dian)問(wen)題。近年來(lai)土(tu)壤(rang)所先后審(shen)議通過了“科研經(jing)費管理(li)規定(ding)”“職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)離(li)崗退養(yang)暫行(xing)規定(ding)”“土(tu)壤(rang)所結(jie)構工(gong)(gong)(gong)資試行(xing)辦(ban)法”“返聘(pin)離(li)退休(xiu)人員試行(xing)辦(ban)法”“科技獎勵(li)暫行(xing)條例”“知(zhi)識創新(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程各類各級崗位招聘(pin)辦(ban)法”等(deng)一(yi)系列重(zhong)大(da)決(jue)策;所長(chang)和(he)(he)有關領導在(zai)(zai)職(zhi)代會召開期間,就代表提出(chu)(chu)的(de)希(xi)望、想法和(he)(he)要求(qiu)等(deng)共性的(de)問(wen)題,在(zai)(zai)大(da)會上(shang)作(zuo)出(chu)(chu)說明和(he)(he)解(jie)釋,最后經(jing)過上(shang)下溝通理(li)解(jie)基本(ben)達成共識,確保土(tu)壤(rang)所創新(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程順(shun)利發(fa)展。使我所依法治(zhi)所、規范管理(li)上(shang)一(yi)個新(xin)臺階。

2、發(fa)揮職工主(zhu)人翁作用(yong),開(kai)展合(he)理(li)化建議提案(an)活動是每年召開(kai)職代會(hui)的前提準備工作,工會(hui)作為職代會(hui)閉會(hui)期間具體辦事機構,將收到的合(he)理(li)化建議分(fen)類(lei)歸檔,將其整(zheng)理(li)成“問題與答復”,由(you)所領導出面,責(ze)成有關部門在規(gui)定(ding)時間內制定(ding)出整(zheng)改(gai)(gai)措施進行整(zheng)改(gai)(gai),并將整(zheng)改(gai)(gai)意(yi)見反(fan)饋給職工,使職代會(hui)的質量和信益得到進一步提高(gao)。

職工之家建設思考

中(zhong)國銀行(xing)**平(ping)陽支(zhi)行(xing)成立于1999年8月(yue)1日,是(shi)中(zhong)國銀行(xing)山西(xi)省分行(xing)的直屬(shu)支(zhi)行(xing)之(zhi)一。支(zhi)行(xing)成立以來(lai),在黨(dang)總支(zhi)的領導下,緊緊圍繞工(gong)作大局和業務發展(zhan)這條主旋律,努力(li)創建(jian)“制度(du)健全規范、民主決策有力(li)、經營效益明(ming)顯、群眾充(chong)分信賴(lai)”的“和諧職工(gong)之(zhi)家”,增強了工(gong)會的活(huo)力(li),實現了建(jian)“家”和興(xing)“行(xing)”的良性互動和有效發展(zhan)。

一(yi)、加強(qiang)組(zu)織建設,構建“制度(du)之家”

建立和完(wan)善工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)各項制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度(du)是依(yi)法(fa)(fa)治(zhi)會(hui)(hui),加(jia)強(qiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)法(fa)(fa)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)化建設(she)的制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度(du)基礎(chu)(chu)。平(ping)(ping)陽(yang)(yang)支(zhi)(zhi)行(xing)黨總支(zhi)(zhi)在工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)成立之初就明確要求工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)“干部高(gao)素質(zhi)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)高(gao)起(qi)點、活動(dong)高(gao)質(zhi)量(liang)”。2001年,支(zhi)(zhi)行(xing)按照《工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)法(fa)(fa)》有關規(gui)定(ding)選(xuan)配工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)領導(dao)班子,工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)主(zhu)席由支(zhi)(zhi)行(xing)行(xing)長擔任,挑選(xuan)熱(re)愛工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)、政治(zhi)責任心(xin)強(qiang)、群眾(zhong)基礎(chu)(chu)好、切(qie)實(shi)能代表(biao)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)利(li)益的同(tong)志(zhi)擔任工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)干部,完(wan)善了(le)組(zu)織(zhi)建設(she),下(xia)設(she)了(le)18個基層(ceng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)小組(zu),目(mu)前會(hui)(hui)員(yuan)達270余(yu)人,確保了(le)100%的管理(li)覆蓋面。平(ping)(ping)陽(yang)(yang)支(zhi)(zhi)行(xing)2001年9月(yue)召(zhao)開了(le)一(yi)屆一(yi)次職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)代表(biao)大會(hui)(hui),選(xuan)舉產生了(le)第一(yi)屆工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)委員(yuan)會(hui)(hui),建立了(le)《職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)代表(biao)大會(hui)(hui)實(shi)施細則》、《向黨總支(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)期匯報工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)》、《提案處理(li)辦法(fa)(fa)》等制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度(du),規(gui)范了(le)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的運行(xing)機制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。

二、暢通渠道建設,推進(jin)“民主(zhu)治家(jia)”

加強民主管理,組織(zhi)廣(guang)大員工參(can)政議政,充分發揮(hui)主人(ren)翁(weng)精神(shen)和工作積(ji)極性(xing),保護職工群(qun)眾的(de)(de)權益,是“職工之家”建設(she)的(de)(de)重要內容。

一是堅(jian)持職工(gong)代(dai)表大會(hui)制度。平(ping)陽支(zhi)行自2001年(nian)以來,堅(jian)持每年(nian)召開職工(gong)代(dai)表大會(hui),會(hui)上認真審議行長的工(gong)作(zuo)報(bao)告(gao)、業務發(fa)展規劃(hua)報(bao)告(gao)、財務分析(xi)報(bao)告(gao)以及其他有關員工(gong)切身(shen)利益的重(zhong)大問題,同時廣泛征求各種(zhong)意見(jian)。

縣總工會:

 一、深入貫徹工(gong)會十四大精神,不斷(duan)完(wan)善健(jian)全(quan)工(gong)會組織建(jian)設。

我局現有(you)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)142人,會(hui)員142人,職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)入(ru)會(hui)率達100%。工(gong)(gong)會(hui)小組8個,工(gong)(gong)會(hui)委員會(hui)委員6人,每年經費收入(ru)3萬元,職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)活動(dong)中心300平(ping)方米(mi),職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)教育中心80平(ping)方米(mi)。近(jin)年來,局工(gong)(gong)會(hui)在上級工(gong)(gong)會(hui)和局黨委的領(ling)導下,認(ren)真(zhen)貫(guan)徹執行《工(gong)(gong)會(hui)法(fa)》,不斷加強自(zi)身建設,堅持與時(shi)俱進、實(shi)(shi)事(shi)求是(shi)的工(gong)(gong)作思路(lu)和方法(fa),動(dong)員和團(tuan)結全體職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)為(wei)國土資源事(shi)業的發展以及精神文明建設做做出了重(zhong)要貢獻,切實(shi)(shi)履(lv)行了各項職(zhi)(zhi)能,先后(hou)多次(ci)被(bei)縣總工(gong)(gong)會(hui)評為(wei)“先進基(ji)層(ceng)工(gong)(gong)會(hui)”。

二、堅持和完善職工代(dai)表大會制度,實施政務(wu)公開,切(qie)實履(lv)行(xing)民主(zhu)管理和民主(zhu)監督職責。

模范職工之家匯報

在上級(ji)工(gong)會的正確(que)領導下,人行**中支(zhi)工(gong)會緊緊圍繞(rao)金(jin)融工(gong)作中心任務,正確(que)履行工(gong)會各項(xiang)職(zhi)責,在加強職(zhi)工(gong)隊(dui)伍建(jian)設(she),組織開展勞動競賽(sai)和各項(xiang)文化活動,實施民(min)主管(guan)理(li),創(chuang)建(jian)高級(ji)別“職(zhi)工(gong)之(zhi)家(jia)(jia)”,促進文明單位(wei)建(jian)設(she)活動中,充分(fen)調動全行員工(gong)的積極性和創(chuang)造性,內強素(su)質,外樹形象,依法履職(zhi),開拓創(chuang)新(xin),2001年、2005年中支(zhi)機關(guan)分(fen)別獲(huo)(huo)得“分(fen)行級(ji)文明單位(wei)”。2003年機關(guan)工(gong)會榮獲(huo)(huo)總行級(ji)“模范(fan)職(zhi)工(gong)之(zhi)家(jia)(jia)”榮譽稱號。

一、夯實(shi)基礎,完善制度,建設規范之家

一(yi)是(shi)加強組織領導(dao),完善建(jian)家(jia)體(ti)系。中支黨委(wei)一(yi)貫(guan)十(shi)分(fen)(fen)重視建(jian)家(jia)工作(zuo),堅(jian)持做到“一(yi)把手”親自(zi)抓、分(fen)(fen)管領導(dao)具(ju)體(ti)抓、工會(hui)部門(men)專(zhuan)門(men)抓和(he)相關部門(men)配(pei)合抓,并始終把建(jian)家(jia)工作(zuo)同業務工作(zuo)一(yi)道(dao)納入(ru)(ru)全(quan)行整體(ti)規(gui)劃,做到同研究、同布置(zhi)、同考核。特(te)別(bie)在“三定”改革后,為使建(jian)家(jia)工作(zuo)不(bu)受(shou)影響,在不(bu)增(zeng)加內設機構(gou)和(he)領導(dao)干部職數的前提下,專(zhuan)門(men)配(pei)備(bei)了(le)(le)一(yi)名正(zheng)科級(ji)干部負責工會(hui)工作(zuo),重新改選了(le)(le)工會(hui)委(wei)員(yuan)會(hui),成立(li)了(le)(le)英(ying)語(yu)、寫作(zuo)、棋(qi)類、球類等11個興趣小組,有力(li)地推動了(le)(le)建(jian)家(jia)工作(zuo)深入(ru)(ru)開展。

二(er)是加強陣(zhen)地建(jian)(jian)(jian)設,奠定建(jian)(jian)(jian)家基(ji)礎。為給職工創造一(yi)個功能齊全、設施(shi)完備(bei)、環(huan)境優雅的(de)(de)娛樂活(huo)動(dong)場所(suo)(suo),我(wo)們(men)堅持“長遠規劃、因時(shi)而(er)宜(yi)、分步實施(shi)、量力而(er)行”的(de)(de)原則,先后(hou)建(jian)(jian)(jian)成了(le)(le)電(dian)教室、健身(shen)(shen)室、燈光(guang)球場、榮譽室等多功能娛樂場所(suo)(suo),購置了(le)(le)健身(shen)(shen)器材(cai)和大量的(de)(de)圖書資料,添置了(le)(le)電(dian)教設備(bei),建(jian)(jian)(jian)起(qi)了(le)(le)職工教育遠程可視化學習局域網等,指定了(le)(le)專人管理活(huo)動(dong)場所(suo)(suo)和活(huo)動(dong)設施(shi),保(bao)證了(le)(le)職工活(huo)動(dong)陣(zhen)地的(de)(de)規范運作(zuo)。

職工之家工作匯報

一、圍繞“一個中心”,積極推進辦事處業務發展

一(yi)是開展(zhan)勞動(dong)競賽(sai)(sai),調動(dong)員工(gong)(gong)的積(ji)極(ji)(ji)性。根據辦事(shi)處不同(tong)時(shi)期不同(tong)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)重點,積(ji)極(ji)(ji)組織員工(gong)(gong)開展(zhan)勞動(dong)競賽(sai)(sai)。工(gong)(gong)會每年牽頭組織開展(zhan)“爭(zheng)當處置能手”、“爭(zheng)當服務先進(jin)(jin)”為主(zhu)題的勞動(dong)競賽(sai)(sai)活動(dong),采取“按(an)月(yue)(yue)通報,專欄上(shang)墻,群眾評選(xuan),年終表彰”的形式,在(zai)辦公大(da)樓設置了競賽(sai)(sai)表格,按(an)月(yue)(yue)通報競賽(sai)(sai)指標(biao)完成進(jin)(jin)度,年末由工(gong)(gong)會組織員工(gong)(gong)按(an)照競賽(sai)(sai)條(tiao)件及指標(biao)完成情況民主(zhu)推薦評選(xuan),報辦事(shi)處黨委審批。對獲獎人員在(zai)次年工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)會議(yi)上(shang)進(jin)(jin)行隆重表彰。

二是傾聽員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)的呼聲,發揮工(gong)(gong)會(hui)橋(qiao)梁和紐帶作用(yong)。做到“三(san)個貼近”,即貼近業務、貼近員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)、貼近實(shi)際。通過召(zhao)開員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)座談(tan)會(hui),開展員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)思想動態問卷調查(cha),以及(ji)召(zhao)開工(gong)(gong)會(hui)小(xiao)組會(hui)議等形式,聽取(qu)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)合理化建議,及(ji)時了解和掌握員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)最關(guan)心、最直(zhi)接、最現實(shi)的問題(ti),并形成(cheng)書面意(yi)見(jian)向(xiang)辦事處黨委反(fan)饋。

三是(shi)推(tui)行民(min)主(zhu)(zhu)管(guan)理職能(neng),切實(shi)維護員(yuan)工的(de)知情權(quan)和參(can)政議(yi)政的(de)民(min)主(zhu)(zhu)權(quan)利。結合每年黨委(wei)民(min)主(zhu)(zhu)生活會征求群眾意見(jian)座(zuo)談會的(de)召(zhao)開,對各項工作思路的(de)出臺(tai)、工作措施(shi)的(de)實(shi)施(shi)、干部的(de)選拔公(gong)示,以及食堂(tang)的(de)管(guan)理、物業管(guan)理的(de)確(que)定,都通過(guo)召(zhao)開員(yuan)工座(zuo)談會或調查問卷、網上公(gong)示、民(min)主(zhu)(zhu)選舉、無記(ji)名(ming)投票等方(fang)式,讓(rang)員(yuan)工充分發表意見(jian),確(que)保員(yuan)工民(min)主(zhu)(zhu)參(can)與、民(min)主(zhu)(zhu)管(guan)理、民(min)主(zhu)(zhu)監督的(de)職權(quan)到位,維護員(yuan)工主(zhu)(zhu)人翁地位。

我中(zhong)隊工(gong)會小(xiao)組(zu)共有(you)會員36人,2004年以(yi)(yi)來,中(zhong)隊工(gong)會在公司黨總支的(de)正確領導(dao)下(xia),在行政的(de)大(da)力支持下(xia),以(yi)(yi)鄧小(xiao)平理論為(wei)指導(dao),全(quan)面貫徹"三個(ge)代(dai)表(biao)"重要思想(xiang),團(tuan)結帶領廣大(da)職工(gong),以(yi)(yi)經(jing)濟(ji)建設為(wei)中(zhong)心,深入、扎實(shi)(shi)工(gong)作,狠(hen)抓落(luo)實(shi)(shi),為(wei)全(quan)面完成年內各項工(gong)作打下(xia)了堅實(shi)(shi)的(de)基礎。

一、抓好社會主義勞動競賽,重視(shi)發揮榜樣的作用,最大限度地調(diao)動廣大職工勞動生產積極性

勞動競賽是(shi)中(zhong)隊工(gong)會最重要的日常工(gong)作(zuo)之一,是(shi)激勵廣大職工(gong)積極投(tou)身公司生產經營和(he)管理活動的最佳途徑。

今年(nian),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)隊(dui)工會先后組織了一季(ji)度勞動(dong)競(jing)賽、和(he)以(yi)“提高服務質量,確保(bao)雙過(guo)半”為主題的二季(ji)度勞動(dong)競(jing)賽,為各(ge)項生(sheng)產任(ren)務的完成(cheng)打下了良好(hao)的基礎。涌現出陶(tao)文中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)、李平生(sheng)、朱江等先進個人。這些(xie)先進個人,在中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)隊(dui)的整個生(sheng)產經營管理活動(dong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)既是中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)流砥柱,又起到了很好(hao)的模范帶頭作用。

二、調動職(zhi)工主動參與(yu)企業民主管理,民主決策的積極性,為成功召開公(gong)司六屆七次職(zhi)代會做好會前準備

職(zhi)工代表大會(hui)制度是我(wo)國職(zhi)工參與企業(ye)民(min)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)管理(li)、民(min)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)決(jue)策和行使(shi)民(min)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)監督(du)的一項(xiang)基(ji)本制度,是職(zhi)工當家作(zuo)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)和在企業(ye)政治(zhi)、經濟生(sheng)活(huo)中的一件大事。因此,中隊工會(hui)歷來都給予了高度的重視。
