【關鍵詞】高架(jia)橋;預制梁;場地建設方案
公路(lu)橋(qiao)梁施工(gong)(gong)建設(she)將成為(wei)公路(lu)建設(she)中(zhong)的(de)重要(yao)的(de)組成部分(fen),也勢必將越來越多的(de)接觸到(dao)大型公路(lu)預制場建設(she)。但是,我(wo)國路(lu)橋(qiao)施工(gong)(gong)企業(ye)管理(li)落(luo)后,項目的(de)經(jing)營效益不理(li)想,因此對(dui)公路(lu)高架橋(qiao)的(de)預制梁場場地的(de)施工(gong)(gong)建設(she)方案進行(xing)探討變得(de)尤其重要(yao)。
1 工程概況
X高速公(gong)路全長9.12公(gong)里(li),其中路基段0.5km,高架橋段8.6km,工(gong)程全部按照雙向(xiang)六車道高速公(gong)路標準設(she)(she)(she)計(ji),設(she)(she)(she)計(ji)時速80km/h。,結構形式主(zhu)要是預(yu)制(zhi)梁,其中小箱梁1756片,共設(she)(she)(she)置106個臺座(zuo)。該工(gong)程位于華北平原(yuan)北海(hai)(hai)沖(chong)積平原(yuan),地(di)(di)貌特征(zheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)濱海(hai)(hai)低地(di)(di)、瀉湖洼和(he)海(hai)(hai)灘,淺層土(tu)體主(zhu)要為(wei)(wei)(wei)淤泥、淤泥質土(tu),其厚(hou)度達(da)10m,土(tu)層的承(cheng)載力基本容許值為(wei)(wei)(wei)90kPa。海(hai)(hai)濱大(da)道北段二(er)期工(gong)程預(yu)制(zhi)場受場地(di)(di)條件(jian)限制(zhi),選(xuan)址大(da)部分處于現(xian)狀海(hai)(hai)擋以外(wai)的沿海(hai)(hai)灘涂(tu)地(di)(di)之(zhi)中,場地(di)(di)內多(duo)為(wei)(wei)(wei)當(dang)地(di)(di)魚池蝦(xia)池等(deng),在(zai)這種情況下,如何做好預(yu)制(zhi)場場地(di)(di)的地(di)(di)基處理,使(shi)其在(zai)預(yu)制(zhi)生產期間滿足預(yu)制(zhi)要求是預(yu)制(zhi)場建設(she)(she)(she)的重點。
2 預(yu)制梁臺(tai)座地基處(chu)理
為了確(que)保預制梁(liang)場地(di)填(tian)筑(zhu)(zhu)后地(di)基不(bu)(bu)產生不(bu)(bu)均勻沉降(jiang),并綜合考慮(lv)工期、造價等各方(fang)面(mian)因素,該(gai)工程分(fen)采(cai)用幾種方(fang)法結合處理,擬分(fen)三層填(tian)筑(zhu)(zhu),填(tian)料采(cai)用山皮石,碎石含量不(bu)(bu)小于總重量的(de)70%,尺寸不(bu)(bu)小于300rnm,且小于300mm粒(li)徑的(de)含量不(bu)(bu)得超過10%,抗壓(ya)強度不(bu)(bu)低于30MPa。
第一層填(tian)筑(zhu)厚度(du)約(yue)1.5m,填(tian)筑(zhu)標高3.0m,挖機配合(he)推(tui)土(tu)機進行。從制梁(liang)區(qu)中心成(cheng)等(deng)腰三角形向前推(tui)進,挖掘機配合(he)清(qing)(qing)(qing)淤的(de)同時(shi)拋填(tian)山皮石,漸次向兩側(ce)對稱地拋填(tian)至全寬,使軟土(tu)向兩側(ce)擠出(chu)。在完成(cheng)全斷面拋擠后,及時(shi)清(qing)(qing)(qing)理(li)冒(mao)出(chu)拋石頂(ding)面的(de)淤泥,然后進行沖(chong)擊壓實,在沖(chong)壓過(guo)程中適時(shi)清(qing)(qing)(qing)理(li)翻冒(mao)淤泥。
第二層填(tian)(tian)筑厚度約0.5m,填(tian)(tian)筑標高(gao)3.5m,填(tian)(tian)料是含石(shi)量稍低的山皮土,平(ping)整(zheng)后,用18噸振動(dong)壓路機平(ping)碾(nian)壓1-2遍(bian),掛振碾(nian)壓3-5遍(bian)。細料找平(ping)碾(nian)壓后再鋪第二層土工格(ge)柵(zha)。
最(zui)后一(yi)層(ceng)山皮土填筑標高到4.0m,掛振碾壓完成后,再用細料(liao)找(zhao)平,18噸(dun)靜碾1-2遍。
3 預制(zhi)梁臺座(zuo)設計
臺座(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)上最(zui)重(zhong)的(de)梁為(wei)185噸,臺座(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)斷面b h=99cm 40cm,長(chang)度L=3520cm,臺座(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)砼強度等(deng)級C30,E=3.01 104MPa,臺座(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)上的(de)均布荷載(zai)為(wei)q=52.56kN/m,張拉起拱后臺座(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)兩端(duan)的(de)集中荷載(zai)為(wei)Pl=P2=925kN,k=73575kN/m3,為(wei)了適用各種長(chang)度的(de)梁,吊孔位置(zhi)距臺座(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)端(duan)頭110cm,臺座(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)長(chang)向設2.5cm拋物線反拱。

根據文克勒(le)地基梁模型進行對臺(tai)座結(jie)構設計,臺(tai)座在張拉(la)前后有兩(liang)種荷載(zai)作用,張拉(la)前為均(jun)布荷載(zai),張拉(la)后為局部三(san)角形(xing)荷載(zai)。
①張拉前為(wei)均(jun)布(bu)荷(he)載,其(qi)可以簡化為(wei)集(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)荷(he)載進行計算,把1米內的均(jun)布(bu)荷(he)載簡化為(wei)一個集(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)荷(he)載,所(suo)有集(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)荷(he)載簡化后均(jun)相等(deng)。
L=0.5823 17.60=10.248> ,其中(zhong)L為x>0時的梁(liang)長(chang),所以該梁(liang)屬于(yu)無限長(chang)梁(liang)。
②張拉后荷載(zai)(zai)轉化為(wei)梁端(duan)局部三角形荷載(zai)(zai),其可簡化為(wei)兩端(duan)集(ji)中荷載(zai)(zai)。
③按照無限長梁分別(bie)計算梁的內力
計算結果如圖1臺(tai)(tai)座(zuo)立面圖所(suo)示。為(wei)了防止臺(tai)(tai)座(zuo)端(duan)部產(chan)生(sheng)不(bu)均勻(yun)沉降,臺(tai)(tai)座(zuo)兩端(duan)采用C20硅加強端(duan),尺寸2 2 0.3m。

4 預制梁臺座的施工方案
制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)存梁(liang)(liang)(liang)臺座的數(shu)量(liang)取決(jue)于制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)存梁(liang)(liang)(liang)場(chang)設(she)備(bei)配置情況、制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)梁(liang)(liang)(liang)工序、制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)梁(liang)(liang)(liang)周期、制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)梁(liang)(liang)(liang)進度以及存梁(liang)(liang)(liang)方(fang)式等(deng)。這里(li)假設(she)存梁(liang)(liang)(liang)場(chang)存梁(liang)(liang)(liang)方(fang)式為單層存梁(liang)(liang)(liang),則梁(liang)(liang)(liang)場(chang)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)、存梁(liang)(liang)(liang)臺座數(shu)量(liang)計(ji)算公式為:

式(3)、(4)中,Kl、K2從分(fen)別表(biao)示為每(mei)孔梁(liang)(liang)占(zhan)(zhan)用(yong)制(zhi)梁(liang)(liang)臺座(zuo)時(shi)(shi)間(d)和(he)每(mei)孔梁(liang)(liang)占(zhan)(zhan)用(yong)存梁(liang)(liang)臺座(zuo)時(shi)(shi)間(d)。根(gen)據(ju)目(mu)前客運(yun)專線(xian)鐵路制(zhi)存梁(liang)(liang)場情況,每(mei)孔梁(liang)(liang)占(zhan)(zhan)用(yong)制(zhi)梁(liang)(liang)臺位(wei)時(shi)(shi)間為5-6天(tian),考(kao)慮到高速(su)鐵路簡(jian)支(zhi)箱(xiang)梁(liang)(liang)梁(liang)(liang)形以32m雙線(xian)簡(jian)支(zhi)箱(xiang)梁(liang)(liang)為主,每(mei)孔梁(liang)(liang)占(zhan)(zhan)用(yong)制(zhi)梁(liang)(liang)臺位(wei)時(shi)(shi)間Kl按6天(tian)考(kao)慮。整孔箱(xiang)梁(liang)(liang)從灌注完成至箱(xiang)梁(liang)(liang)出(chu)場時(shi)(shi)間(硅強(qiang)度(du)達到100%、徐變上拱等完成)約35d,即每(mei)孔梁(liang)(liang)占(zhan)(zhan)用(yong)存梁(liang)(liang)臺座(zuo)時(shi)(shi)間從=35d。則不同制(zhi)梁(liang)(liang)進度(du)要(yao)求(qiu)所(suo)需要(yao)的(de)制(zhi)、存臺座(zuo)數量計算(少量24m雙線(xian)箱(xiang)梁(liang)(liang)另各安排臺座(zuo))如表(biao)1所(suo)示:

從上分析可得,梁(liang)(liang)場預制(zhi)梁(liang)(liang)制(zhi)梁(liang)(liang)臺(tai)座(zuo)與存梁(liang)(liang)臺(tai)座(zuo)的比例為(wei)1:6。
5 綜合管(guan)網、綜合管(guan)線布設(she)方案
施工中將梁場的(de)綜合(he)(he)管(guan)(guan)(guan)線(xian)(xian)實行地下暗(an)敷,通過(guo)主(zhu)次綜合(he)(he)管(guan)(guan)(guan)溝(gou)將管(guan)(guan)(guan)線(xian)(xian)分部(bu)到各個使用點,從而實現水(shui)(shui)、暖(nuan)、電、排水(shui)(shui)等管(guan)(guan)(guan)線(xian)(xian)連接到各個電箱、閥門(men)、井口(kou)。管(guan)(guan)(guan)溝(gou)結構為深50cm、寬50cm,管(guan)(guan)(guan)溝(gou)內壁為磚砌結構,表面砂漿抹平,距溝(gou)底30cm處設(she)(she)置(zhi)電纜、供水(shui)(shui)、供暖(nuan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)線(xian)(xian)掛鉤,管(guan)(guan)(guan)溝(gou)內水(shui)(shui)、暖(nuan)、電分別在支架上有序(xu)布置(zhi)和(he)固定,溝(gou)底部(bu)分為排水(shui)(shui)通道,溝(gou)頂設(she)(she)置(zhi)混凝(ning)土預制(zhi)溝(gou)蓋板。使得施工現場看(kan)不到管(guan)(guan)(guan)線(xian)(xian)布置(zhi),既節約(yue)了空間方便施工,又方便日常的(de)檢查和(he)維護。主(zhu)次管(guan)(guan)(guan)溝(gou)布置(zhi)為:沿100t門(men)吊軌道外(wai)側(ce)縱向(xiang)對稱設(she)(she)置(zhi)了兩條主(zhu)綜合(he)(he)管(guan)(guan)(guan)溝(gou),再(zai)沿每個制(zhi)梁區(qu)南側(ce)橫向(xiang)設(she)(she)置(zhi)次綜合(he)(he)管(guan)(guan)(guan)溝(gou),管(guan)(guan)(guan)溝(gou)蓋板上設(she)(she)置(zhi)相應的(de)空洞,用于管(guan)(guan)(guan)線(xian)(xian)的(de)接出,實現了水(shui)(shui)、暖(nuan)、電等管(guan)(guan)(guan)線(xian)(xian)集中管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)。
6 附屬設施布設方案
6.1 門吊選擇(ze)和(he)配(pei)置
每(mei)(mei)條生產(chan)線設100噸(dun)34米跨大門(men)(men)吊(diao)(diao)2臺,每(mei)(mei)個小(xiao)區設10噸(dun)29米跨小(xiao)門(men)(men)吊(diao)(diao)1臺。34米跨大門(men)(men)跨越(yue)29米跨小(xiao)門(men)(men)吊(diao)(diao),軌(gui)道(dao)(dao)獨立布置,一側留4m運梁道(dao)(dao)路。每(mei)(mei)臺小(xiao)門(men)(men)吊(diao)(diao)用于每(mei)(mei)個小(xiao)區模板拆裝,半成品鋼筋骨架入模,相鄰小(xiao)區部分公用模板倒運等。除(chu)在(zai)本(ben)區工作外,還(huan)可以兼(jian)顧相鄰小(xiao)區。
大門(men)吊(diao)(diao)用(yong)于預制梁(liang)(liang)(liang)出坑,提梁(liang)(liang)(liang)平(ping)移放到(dao)運(yun)梁(liang)(liang)(liang)平(ping)車(che)上,或者從平(ping)車(che)上卸(xie)車(che)堆(dui)放存(cun)(cun)梁(liang)(liang)(liang)。為了提高大門(men)吊(diao)(diao)利用(yong)率,實(shi)行交叉存(cun)(cun)梁(liang)(liang)(liang),即東梁(liang)(liang)(liang)場(chang)(chang)兩(liang)臺(tai)大門(men)吊(diao)(diao)提梁(liang)(liang)(liang)出坑裝車(che),運(yun)梁(liang)(liang)(liang)平(ping)車(che)運(yun)梁(liang)(liang)(liang)到(dao)西梁(liang)(liang)(liang)場(chang)(chang)存(cun)(cun)梁(liang)(liang)(liang)區,西梁(liang)(liang)(liang)場(chang)(chang)兩(liang)臺(tai)大門(men)吊(diao)(diao)卸(xie)車(che)堆(dui)放。本(ben)預制場(chang)(chang)安裝100噸(dun)(另有(you)10噸(dun)葫蘆)34米跨大門(men)吊(diao)(diao)4臺(tai),10噸(dun)29米跨小門(men)吊(diao)(diao)8臺(tai)。
6.2 鋼筋加(jia)工場地布置
(1)場地(di)布置標準化
鋼(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)場(chang)地(di)(di)為半封(feng)閉式半工(gong)(gong)廠化管理,實行(xing)存(cun)料區(qu)和(he)鋼(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)加工(gong)(gong)區(qu)無露天作業情況。場(chang)地(di)(di)內懸(xuan)掛鋼(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)場(chang)地(di)(di)布置圖、各種(zhong)文明施工(gong)(gong)標語、安全警示牌、鋼(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)施工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)流程(cheng)圖和(he)鋼(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)加工(gong)(gong)機械的操(cao)作規程(cheng)。
(2)安(an)全管理標(biao)準(zhun)化
組(zu)織全(quan)(quan)(quan)體鋼筋作業(ye)人員進行安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)教育培訓,進行安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)技術交底(di),同(tong)班組(zu)簽(qian)訂安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)責任書,制(zhi)定安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)管理(li)獎懲制(zhi)度(du)。機(ji)械、電(dian)氣設(she)備(bei)安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)防護(hu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置、警(jing)報(bao)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置和保護(hu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置必須配備(bei)齊全(quan)(quan)(quan)。用(yong)(yong)電(dian)采用(yong)(yong)三相五線制(zhi),按三級(ji)配電(dian)、二級(ji)保護(hu)設(she)置標準電(dian)閘箱(xiang),箱(xiang)內一(yi)機(ji)一(yi)閘一(yi)漏(lou)保,設(she)有專門的(de)電(dian)纜(lan)溝(gou)。場內設(she)置簡易的(de)消防設(she)施,易燃易爆的(de)氣體使(shi)用(yong)(yong)和存放設(she)有安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)警(jing)示標志和使(shi)用(yong)(yong)須知。定期進行全(quan)(quan)(quan)面的(de)安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)檢查。
(3)質量管(guan)理(li)標(biao)準化
嚴把質量關,制(zhi)定質量管理制(zhi)度(du),明確質量責任人(ren),原材(cai)料(liao)進場必須(xu)按要求對鋼筋(jin)進行支墊(dian)和覆蓋,以免鋼筋(jin)彎曲、銹(xiu)蝕,影(ying)響材(cai)質。制(zhi)作(zuo)鋼筋(jin)配料(liao)、尺寸大樣(yang)、工(gong)藝流程(cheng)和制(zhi)作(zuo)偏差(cha)圖上墻。

我市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)2019年(nian)成立了市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)長(chang)任組(zu)長(chang)的數(shu)字棗莊暨智(zhi)慧城(cheng)(cheng)市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)建設(she)(she)工作領導小組(zu),組(zu)建了市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)大(da)數(shu)據中心,印(yin)發(fa)了一系列規范性文件(jian),建設(she)(she)了魯南(nan)大(da)數(shu)據中心、數(shu)據共享(xiang)交(jiao)換平臺、政務云網等數(shu)字基(ji)(ji)礎(chu)設(she)(she)施(shi),新型(xing)(xing)智(zhi)慧城(cheng)(cheng)市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)建設(she)(she)有了一定的基(ji)(ji)礎(chu)。目前(qian),滕(teng)州(zhou)市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)列入省級四星(xing)級城(cheng)(cheng)市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)建設(she)(she)試(shi)點(dian),其余區到達(da)二(er)星(xing)級標準。省工作會議后,圍繞省委、省政府工作部(bu)(bu)署,市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)大(da)數(shu)據中心結合我市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)實際,按照“整(zheng)體設(she)(she)計、分步實施(shi)”原(yuan)則,通過調度梳理相(xiang)關(guan)部(bu)(bu)門信(xin)息(xi)化建設(she)(she)情況,組(zu)織開展研討,初步形成了新型(xing)(xing)智(zhi)慧城(cheng)(cheng)市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)建設(she)(she)的思路,在(zai)前(qian)期調研、收集(ji)資料、充分論(lun)證基(ji)(ji)礎(chu)上,研究起草(cao)了《關(guan)于加快(kuai)推進新型(xing)(xing)智(zhi)慧城(cheng)(cheng)市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)建設(she)(she)的實施(shi)方案(代擬稿)》,并征求了市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)直相(xiang)關(guan)部(bu)(bu)門和區(市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi))的意見建議。
二、決策依據
省(sheng)委、省(sheng)政(zheng)府高度重(zhong)視新型智(zhi)慧(hui)城市建設工(gong)作(zuo),主要(yao)領(ling)導親(qin)自部署、親(qin)自調度。9月份,省(sheng)委常委會議(yi)、省(sheng)政(zheng)府常務會議(yi)先(xian)后審議(yi)了(le)《關于加快(kuai)推進(jin)新型智(zhi)慧(hui)城市建設的指導意見》。會上劉家義書記(ji)特別(bie)強調,這項工(gong)作(zuo)非常必要(yao),要(yao)加快(kuai)進(jin)度,保質量、重(zhong)實效;李干杰省(sheng)長要(yao)求各(ge)市各(ge)部門抓住機遇(yu),扛牢責任,趟路子(zi)、破壁壘、解難(nan)題,爭(zheng)取形成一(yi)批成果。
三、出臺目的
按照全省(sheng)大(da)數據創新應用暨新型(xing)智(zhi)(zhi)慧(hui)城(cheng)市建(jian)設工作會議要求(qiu),把新型(xing)智(zhi)(zhi)慧(hui)城(cheng)市建(jian)設作為(wei)今后工作的總(zong)抓手(shou),全面(mian)落實好我省(sheng)《新型(xing)智(zhi)(zhi)慧(hui)城(cheng)市建(jian)設指導意(yi)見》文件要求(qiu),加快推動(dong)新型(xing)智(zhi)(zhi)慧(hui)城(cheng)市建(jian)設工作走在前列(lie)。

人們常說(shuo):家是避風的(de)港灣,家是卸下疲憊,放松身心(xin)的(de)家園,家是重新獲得自信的(de)礦藏。我園是黃陂區(qu)唯(wei)一(yi)一(yi)所(suo)公辦園,唯(wei)一(yi)一(yi)所(suo)市級(ji)(ji)一(yi)級(ji)(ji)園。目前在職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)58人,退休教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)35人。工(gong)會工(gong)作(zuo)規范化,建(jian)(jian)好(hao)教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)之(zhi)家,能(neng)讓教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)當家作(zuo)主,能(neng)提高教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)教(jiao)(jiao)學工(gong)作(zuo)能(neng)力,關心(xin)教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)的(de)生活,積(ji)極開展各類活動,能(neng)讓教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)體會到(dao)家的(de)溫(wen)暖(nuan),也(ye)能(neng)讓幼(you)兒園的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)做(zuo)得更好(hao)。現在對(dui)本園工(gong)會工(gong)作(zuo)規范化建(jian)(jian)設、建(jian)(jian)家情況自評(ping)如下:
一、建設教工之家指導思想.
以(yi)“三個代表”重要(yao)思想(xiang)、深(shen)入踐行科學(xue)發展(zhan)觀為(wei)指導,深(shen)入貫徹全(quan)國總工(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)十七大精神,根(gen)據上級工(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)的工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)部(bu)署和(he)要(yao)求(qiu),結合(he)我園工(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)實(shi)(shi)際,以(yi)“建家(jia)”工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)中心,突出工(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)四項職(zhi)能,切實(shi)(shi)維護(hu)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)權(quan)益;加(jia)強(qiang)部(bu)門小組建設,夯實(shi)(shi)“建家(jia)”基(ji)礎;開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)“模(mo)范建家(jia)”工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),不斷提高建家(jia)水平,增強(qiang)工(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)組織的吸引力(li)和(he)凝聚(ju)力(li)。在總結和(he)鞏固近(jin)年來工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)成果的基(ji)礎上,努(nu)力(li)開(kai)(kai)創(chuang)工(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)新局面(mian),把我園工(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)建成組織健(jian)全(quan)、維權(quan)到位、工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)規范、作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用明顯、職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)信賴的合(he)格職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)之家(jia)。
二、模范職工之家(jia)創(chuang)建情況。
本園(yuan)工會(hui)在園(yuan)黨支部的(de)領導下,按(an)照區直機關(guan)幼(you)兒園(yuan)工會(hui)教職(zhi)工之家(jia)(jia)創(chuang)建(jian)(jian)計劃(hua),圍繞“模范建(jian)(jian)家(jia)(jia)”工作,履行(xing)工會(hui)職(zhi)能(neng),主抓(zhua)基(ji)層建(jian)(jian)設,強(qiang)化(hua)自身建(jian)(jian)設,加強(qiang)人性化(hua)管理,激發基(ji)層活力(li),增(zeng)強(qiang)了(le)工會(hui)的(de)吸引力(li)和凝聚(ju)力(li),使整個建(jian)(jian)家(jia)(jia)工作呈現了(le)良好局面。
1、重視(shi)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)模范之(zhi)家的領(ling)導工(gong)(gong)作和制(zhi)度建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)。幼(you)兒園(yuan)黨(dang)委重視(shi)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)模范教(jiao)工(gong)(gong)之(zhi)工(gong)(gong)作,責成本(ben)園(yuan)工(gong)(gong)會全(quan)面(mian)負責,并制(zhi)定(ding)了進一步(bu)加強教(jiao)工(gong)(gong)之(zhi)家建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)的實施方(fang)案,制(zhi)訂了模范教(jiao)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)之(zhi)家硬件(jian)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)方(fang)案。
2、廣泛動(dong)員,精(jing)心組織,抓好以(yi)園務公開(kai)為主(zhu)要內容的(de)民(min)主(zhu)管理(li)工(gong)作。
園(yuan)務公開(kai)是民主(zhu)管理工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)立足點。民主(zhu)體(ti)現于參(can)政(zheng),參(can)政(zheng)先(xian)要(yao)議政(zheng),議政(zheng)源于知情,沒(mei)有園(yuan)務公開(kai)就沒(mei)有教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)工(gong)的(de)知情權(quan)。知情權(quan)得到保(bao)障(zhang),教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)工(gong)才能(neng)充分行使(shi)(shi)發(fa)言權(quan),從而為幼兒園(yuan)的(de)科學(xue)決策(ce)(ce)提供(gong)更(geng)多的(de)依據。自本屆工(gong)會成立以來(lai),無論是本園(yuan)的(de)人(ren)動、崗位(wei)競(jing)聘、評先(xian)評優、年度考核,還是經費的(de)使(shi)(shi)用,職(zhi)工(gong)福利的(de)發(fa)放等等,我們(men)都做到了公開(kai)條(tiao)(tiao)件、公開(kai)規定、公開(kai)政(zheng)策(ce)(ce),讓教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)工(gong)根據自身條(tiao)(tiao)件公平競(jing)爭。并且將(jiang)決策(ce)(ce)結果公示,使(shi)(shi)各個工(gong)作(zuo)環節透(tou)明,便于教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)工(gong)監督,使(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)工(gong)能(neng)夠最大限度地參(can)與各項管理工(gong)作(zuo),真正體(ti)現其主(zhu)人(ren)翁(weng)的(de)地位(wei)。
疏通民(min)主(zhu)管理(li)渠(qu)道,營造(zao)民(min)主(zhu)管理(li)氛圍,為實現民(min)主(zhu)化管理(li)提供(gong)保障。在工(gong)(gong)作中(zhong)(zhong),本園(yuan)工(gong)(gong)會能夠傾聽教(jiao)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)呼聲(sheng),了(le)解民(min)情,集中(zhong)(zhong)民(min)智(zhi)。教(jiao)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)對幼(you)兒(er)園(yuan)的管理(li)或(huo)規(gui)劃(hua)(hua)出(chu)謀劃(hua)(hua)策(ce),可以是書面(mian)形式(shi),也(ye)可以是口頭形式(shi),可以直接向幼(you)兒(er)園(yuan)領導建(jian)議(yi),也(ye)可以向工(gong)(gong)會建(jian)議(yi)。
所有的建議均統一整理(li),提交本園(yuan)領導班子聯席會(hui)議審定(ding)采納,而(er)后歸口落(luo)實。另(ling)外,我(wo)園(yuan)還(huan)非常注重民(min)(min)主(zhu)管理(li)氛圍(wei)。一年中,多次組織召開教職工(gong)座(zuo)談(tan)會(hui)、業務(wu)骨(gu)干(gan)座(zuo)談(tan)會(hui)、黨(dang)員(yuan)代表(biao)座(zuo)談(tan)會(hui)、教職工(gong)代表(biao)座(zuo)談(tan)會(hui)等會(hui)議,與會(hui)人(ren)員(yuan)暢所欲言,促進了(le)民(min)(min)主(zhu)管理(li)建設,營造了(le)民(min)(min)主(zhu)管理(li)氛圍(wei),從而(er)把(ba)民(min)(min)主(zhu)化管理(li)工(gong)作落(luo)到了(le)實處(chu)。
3、關(guan)注教(jiao)(jiao)職工生活,解決教(jiao)(jiao)職工困(kun)難,抓好以維(wei)(wei)護教(jiao)(jiao)職工切(qie)身利益為主要內容的維(wei)(wei)權(quan)工程。
幼兒園(yuan)工會(hui)十分關(guan)注教職(zhi)工生活,積極(ji)反映教職(zhi)工的(de)呼聲(sheng)和要求(qiu),采(cai)取多種方式為教職(zhi)工排(pai)憂解難送溫暖,處處維護職(zhi)工權益。主要表現在(zai)以下2個方面:
(1)協助有(you)關部門為教職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)每(mei)一(yi)(yi)年(nian)做健康體檢2次(ci),女教職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)還增加了婦科檢查(cha)項目。每(mei)一(yi)(yi)年(nian)都會組織全(quan)體教職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)外出考(kao)查(cha)一(yi)(yi)次(ci),為所有(you)教職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)購買商(shang)業(ye)保險(xian),積極(ji)爭取提(ti)高教職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)崗(gang)位津(jin)貼。
(2)開(kai)展職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(包括職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工的直系(xi)親屬)送(song)“溫(wen)暖”活動。職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工辦理婚(hun)、喪事(shi)或因病住(zhu)院(yuan)時,領(ling)導(黨政工)都(dou)帶(dai)禮品(pin)前去慰問,以示(shi)關心。截(jie)止到11月,2014年(nian)(nian)度共計看望(wang)教(jiao)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工達23人(ren)次,紅白喜事(shi)5次。另外(wai),還做好(hao)貧困(kun)教(jiao)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工檔案管理工作。每(mei)年(nian)(nian)的春節(jie)、元旦之際,開(kai)展扶貧解困(kun)送(song)溫(wen)暖活動,每(mei)年(nian)(nian)都(dou)有教(jiao)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工受到幫(bang)助。送(song)溫(wen)暖活動不僅在“雙節(jie)”進行,而是已形(xing)成制度化、經(jing)常化,今年(nian)(nian)7月,退休老教(jiao)師李善英因患尿毒癥住(zhu)院(yuan),生活拮據,工會(hui)領(ling)導和園領(ling)導帶(dai)頭捐款,及時給予(yu)了(le)補助。
4、組織(zhi)開展(zhan)有益于(yu)教職(zhi)工身心健康的各類(lei)活動(dong),豐(feng)富了(le)教職(zhi)工的文化生活,增(zeng)強了(le)教職(zhi)工的凝聚力,陶(tao)冶職(zhi)工情操,促進了(le)社會主(zhu)義精神文明建(jian)設。例如:開展(zhan)了(le)教職(zhi)工拔(ba)河比(bi)賽(sai),趣味(wei)運動(dong)會,2次茶(cha)話會。
5、做好教職工(gong)的業務(wu)培訓(xun)和技能比(bi)(bi)賽(sai)。每(mei)年(nian)暑期,工(gong)會都會認真組織(zhi)教職工(gong)參加電腦、教材研究、教學方(fang)法等(deng)方(fang)面(mian)的培訓(xun),每(mei)年(nian)至少要組織(zhi)3此技能比(bi)(bi)賽(sai),積極推薦(jian)優秀人(ren)才(cai)參加市區(qu)級(ji)(ji)技能比(bi)(bi)賽(sai)。先后有5人(ren)次獲得市區(qu)級(ji)(ji)技能比(bi)(bi)賽(sai)一(yi)二等(deng)獎(jiang)。

強化基礎工作(zuo),建規范之家
為強化組(zu)(zu)織建(jian)設,一季度,我(wo)們通過會(hui)(hui)(hui)員大會(hui)(hui)(hui)選舉(ju)成立了新一屆車間工(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)委員會(hui)(hui)(hui),并先(xian)后完(wan)成了班組(zu)(zu)工(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)組(zu)(zu)織的調整與整頓,成立了15個工(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)小(xiao)組(zu)(zu),積極開展了系(xi)(xi)列活(huo)(huo)動。為使會(hui)(hui)(hui)員隊伍適應礦(kuang)井建(jian)設,我(wo)們及(ji)時完(wan)善了“四薄一冊”,對職工(gong)人數(shu)、會(hui)(hui)(hui)員人數(shu)隨時統(tong)計,系(xi)(xi)統(tong)掌握,及(ji)時上報(bao)。按(an)照礦(kuang)工(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)要求,車間委員、工(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)小(xiao)組(zu)(zu)長隨缺隨補,保證了組(zu)(zu)織的完(wan)整性。我(wo)們根據(ju)礦(kuang)工(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)年度工(gong)作安(an)排,認真研究討(tao)論,制定規劃措施,并分工(gong)負(fu)責(ze)抓落實(shi),增(zeng)強了班子成員的集體觀念和(he)責(ze)任意識,使“爭創先(xian)進(jin)工(gong)會(hui)(hui)(hui)小(xiao)組(zu)(zu)、爭當(dang)優(you)秀會(hui)(hui)(hui)員”競賽活(huo)(huo)動,做到了活(huo)(huo)動新、內容實(shi)、效果好。
維護職(zhi)工合(he)法(fa)權益,建民主之(zhi)家
我們堅持每季一次的(de)職(zhi)(zhi)代(dai)會制度(du)(du),并在工(gong)區(qu)的(de)領導、指導下(xia)努力(li)做(zuo)到制度(du)(du)化(hua),力(li)求規范化(hua),把職(zhi)(zhi)代(dai)會辦成了參(can)政議(yi)政、解決(jue)實(shi)際問題(ti)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)群(qun)眾信賴的(de)會議(yi)。同時我們還把抓(zhua)好提(ti)案、決(jue)議(yi)的(de)落實(shi)作為(wei)工(gong)作重點,以職(zhi)(zhi)代(dai)會為(wei)中(zhong)心、各專門小組(zu)和工(gong)會小組(zu)為(wei)骨架,通過座談(tan)會、協(xie)商(shang)會和區(qu)務公開等形式,解決(jue)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)關心的(de)熱點、難點問題(ti),保持了職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)隊伍的(de)穩定(ding)。在此基礎上,我們積極協(xie)助工(gong)區(qu)不(bu)斷完(wan)善了以獎金(jin)分配(pei)為(wei)主(zhu)要內容的(de)激勵機(ji)制,認真開展了民(min)主(zhu)評議(yi)工(gong)區(qu)領導班(ban)子和班(ban)子成員活動,密切了干(gan)群(qun)關系。

發揮主力軍(jun)作(zuo)用,建安全小家(jia)
圍繞我(wo)礦“1812330”的(de)(de)奮斗目(mu)標(biao),大力開(kai)展各種(zhong)形式的(de)(de)勞動競(jing)賽活動,促(cu)進(jin)了各項(xiang)任務完成(cheng)。8月份,在全(quan)礦開(kai)展“地面(mian)工程會戰”新形勢下,我(wo)們也(ye)加(jia)大了工作力度,在龍門吊地面(mian)打(da)灰中,針對時(shi)間(jian)緊、工作量大的(de)(de)困難,在組織發動,合理安(an)排的(de)(de)基礎上,通過開(kai)展隊與(yu)隊、班(ban)與(yu)班(ban)之間(jian)的(de)(de)競(jing)賽活動,加(jia)快了打(da)灰速(su)度,提前6天完成(cheng)打(da)灰任務。在群監(jian)活動中,我(wo)們堅持做到長遠有(you)(you)目(mu)標(biao),階段有(you)(you)中心,近期有(you)(you)重(zhong)點(dian),使安(an)全(quan)競(jing)賽活動扎實有(you)(you)效。與(yu)此同(tong)時(shi),對群監(jian)員,我(wo)們以(yi)技(ji)能培訓(xun)、業(ye)務練兵為重(zhong)點(dian),采(cai)取(qu)技(ji)能書(shu)面(mian)考試、現場隱患(huan)排查、切磋交流等方式,不斷提高群監(jian)員專(zhuan)業(ye)技(ji)能,加(jia)大了群監(jian)力度,確(que)保了安(an)全(quan)生產。

廣(guang)州(zhou)航標(biao)處工(gong)(gong)會(hui)把創建“模(mo)范職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)之家(jia)”作為工(gong)(gong)會(hui)的(de)(de)一項(xiang)重要工(gong)(gong)作來抓,緊緊圍繞中(zhong)心(xin)工(gong)(gong)作,結(jie)合廣(guang)州(zhou)航標(biao)處的(de)(de)特(te)點,建立和(he)完善各項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)作制(zhi)(zhi)度(du),保障工(gong)(gong)作的(de)(de)順(shun)利進行(xing)。如(ru)會(hui)員大會(hui)制(zhi)(zhi)度(du),堅(jian)持(chi)每年(nian)召(zhao)開一次(ci)會(hui)員大會(hui),專(zhuan)兼職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)會(hui)年(nian)度(du)培訓,每季度(du)召(zhao)開一次(ci)委員會(hui)議,按照民主集(ji)中(zhong)制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)原則,充分發揮職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)聰明才智(zhi),認真討論研(yan)究制(zhi)(zhi)定本單(dan)位工(gong)(gong)會(hui)工(gong)(gong)作的(de)(de)重要事項(xiang)和(he)活動,具有(you)廣(guang)泛的(de)(de)群眾基礎,因此(ci),工(gong)(gong)會(hui)組織的(de)(de)技能(neng)運動會(hui)、季度(du)活動,安(an)全競賽(sai)和(he)質量評比以(yi)及各種文(wen)體活動,廣(guang)大干部職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)都能(neng)積極(ji)支持(chi)和(he)參與。

廣(guang)州航(hang)(hang)標(biao)處在經歷多項改革后,職(zhi)工(gong)人(ren)手減少,工(gong)作(zuo)量(liang)明顯增加(jia),壓力(li)增大(da),身體素質有所下(xia)降。工(gong)作(zuo)在邊遠(yuan)地(di)方(fang)或島嶼的(de)職(zhi)工(gong),除了工(gong)作(zuo)生(sheng)活條件(jian)艱苦外,學(xue)習(xi)培(pei)訓的(de)條件(jian)和(he)機會也十分欠缺,要學(xue)習(xi)一(yi)些新的(de)知(zhi)識(如電腦操作(zuo))只能靠自學(xue)。隨著信息化的(de)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)和(he)航(hang)(hang)標(biao)維護(hu)手段的(de)科技含量(liang)增加(jia),掌握現代科技知(zhi)識,適應(ying)新的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)要求,成為職(zhi)工(gong)的(de)當務(wu)之急。廣(guang)州航(hang)(hang)標(biao)處工(gong)會積極配合(he)教育、業(ye)務(wu)部門(men),創造條件(jian),加(jia)強對職(zhi)工(gong)的(de)培(pei)訓。如給(gei)邊遠(yuan)臺站購買一(yi)些相關(guan)(guan)的(de)業(ye)務(wu)書(shu)籍(ji),使(shi)他們能夠在業(ye)余時間自學(xue),在處機關(guan)(guan)建(jian)立圖(tu)書(shu)室(shi),供(gong)機關(guan)(guan)及附近基層單位(wei)的(de)人(ren)員(yuan)借閱(yue)等(deng)等(deng)。在全處開展(zhan)“創建(jian)學(xue)習(xi)型單位(wei)(科室(shi)),爭做(zuo)知(zhi)識型職(zhi)工(gong)”活動(dong),通過活動(dong),提高職(zhi)工(gong)學(xue)習(xi)的(de)積極性,從而使(shi)職(zhi)工(gong)的(de)學(xue)習(xi)能力(li)、競爭能力(li)、發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)能力(li)得到提升。
開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)豐富多彩的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)體(ti)活動(dong),活躍業余文(wen)化(hua)生活,增強職(zhi)工的(de)(de)(de)身(shen)心健(jian)康(kang)。各(ge)基層單位根據(ju)自(zi)己的(de)(de)(de)條(tiao)件開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)多種(zhong)文(wen)娛(yu)活動(dong)。三灶航(hang)標站不(bu)單是培訓接待,還新建一(yi)幢綜合體(ti)育健(jian)身(shen)樓(lou),內設會(hui)議廳,籃球場(chang)(chang),羽毛球場(chang)(chang),乒(ping)乓球,卡拉(la)OK唱歌、跳(tiao)舞(wu);侖頭航(hang)測基地(di)籃球場(chang)(chang)的(de)(de)(de)再造(zao)、羽毛球場(chang)(chang)、乒(ping)乓球室等原有的(de)(de)(de)活動(dong)場(chang)(chang)所由增建了碼頭健(jian)身(shen)康(kang)體(ti)樂園,職(zhi)工可盡(jin)情選擇自(zi)己喜(xi)愛的(de)(de)(de)活動(dong)項(xiang)目。職(zhi)工的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)生活豐富多彩了,身(shen)心得到調理放松,工作起來(lai)更有干勁。
4.參與(yu)民主監督,發揮好工(gong)會(hui)的(de)作用
在近(jin)幾(ji)年來的(de)(de)重(zhong)大改(gai)革(ge)(ge)(ge)過(guo)程中,“模范(fan)職(zhi)工之家(jia)”永葆不變,工會深入(ru)基層,了(le)解掌握職(zhi)工的(de)(de)想法(fa)(fa),及時(shi)(shi)把職(zhi)工關心(xin)的(de)(de)熱點(dian)問題(ti)向處黨委匯報,對及時(shi)(shi)調整改(gai)革(ge)(ge)(ge)方案、促使改(gai)革(ge)(ge)(ge)順(shun)利進行起到了(le)較(jiao)好的(de)(de)橋梁作用,化解了(le)職(zhi)工的(de)(de)疑(yi)慮。在船(chuan)員(yuan)管理(li)模式改(gai)革(ge)(ge)(ge)后,船(chuan)員(yuan)的(de)(de)合(he)法(fa)(fa)利益受(shou)到影響,船(chuan)員(yuan)思想出(chu)現(xian)了(le)較(jiao)大的(de)(de)波動,一度產生消極對立(li)情(qing)緒,處工會及時(shi)(shi)到船(chuan)上(shang)認真聽取船(chuan)員(yuan)職(zhi)工的(de)(de)意見、要(yao)求(qiu)和(he)建議,做好改(gai)革(ge)(ge)(ge)政策的(de)(de)宣傳解釋工作,對有些(xie)船(chuan)員(yuan)要(yao)集體上(shang)訪等情(qing)況及時(shi)(shi)反映給處領導,使處領導及時(shi)(shi)采取措(cuo)施,妥善解決了(le)問題(ti)。
如在“管養分(fen)(fen)(fen)開(kai)”改革工(gong)作結束后,個別(bie)單位的(de)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)對獎(jiang)金分(fen)(fen)(fen)配問(wen)題(ti)意見很大,主要是同一職(zhi)(zhi)務的(de)分(fen)(fen)(fen)配系(xi)數不(bu)一樣,職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)找(zhao)到(dao)處(chu)工(gong)會(hui)反(fan)映這一問(wen)題(ti),處(chu)工(gong)會(hui)立即會(hui)同人事(shi)、紀檢等部門(men)的(de)同志到(dao)現場了解情(qing)況,經調查核實(shi),職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)反(fan)映的(de)問(wen)題(ti)屬實(shi),工(gong)會(hui)馬上(shang)把情(qing)況向處(chu)領(ling)導作了匯報(bao),最(zui)后根據處(chu)的(de)有關規定把同職(zhi)(zhi)務的(de)分(fen)(fen)(fen)配系(xi)數調整一致(zhi),維護(hu)了職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)的(de)切身(shen)權益。
由(you)于工會的積(ji)極努力和(he)主動參與,廣(guang)州航標處在“人(ren)船分開”和(he)“管養分開”等管理模(mo)式的改革(ge)中,沒有發(fa)生職(zhi)工集(ji)體(ti)上訪(fang)事(shi)件,得到處和(he)局(ju)領導的好評。
5.做好(hao)職工關懷,做好(hao)職工的貼(tie)心人
做好職工(gong)關懷,是工(gong)會組織的(de)(de)(de)使命和應(ying)盡義務。廣州航標處詳(xiang)細掌握全處200多名在職職工(gong)和100多名退休職工(gong)的(de)(de)(de)基本情況(kuang),對(dui)生活(huo)困難、情況(kuang)特(te)殊(shu)的(de)(de)(de)職工(gong)特(te)別給予關注。特(te)別是,職工(gong)關懷能夠從物(wu)質和精神兩(liang)方面齊入手。
如全國(guo)“五一勞(lao)動(dong)獎(jiang)章”獲(huo)得(de)者黃(huang)燦明(ming)同志(zhi)(zhi)是廣州航(hang)(hang)標處舢板洲燈塔燈守員(yuan),長(chang)期工(gong)(gong)作生活在(zai)一座(zuo)孤僻海島上(shang),生活、交通很(hen)不方(fang)便(bian)。處工(gong)(gong)會經常(chang)組織有關人員(yuan)上(shang)島慰問,盡(jin)量解決黃(huang)燦明(ming)同志(zhi)(zhi)生活上(shang)的(de)(de)不便(bian),工(gong)(gong)資(zi)、淡水(shui)、藥品及時送到,讓他(ta)安心工(gong)(gong)作,每(mei)年還(huan)安排他(ta)健康療養(yang)。航(hang)(hang)標工(gong)(gong)左敏同志(zhi)(zhi)以(yi)黃(huang)燦明(ming)同志(zhi)(zhi)為(wei)榜樣(yang),在(zai)2011年廣東話省(sheng)總工(gong)(gong)會主辦(ban)的(de)(de)航(hang)(hang)標技能競(jing)賽比賽中奪得(de)第一名,榮獲(huo)廣東省(sheng)總工(gong)(gong)會“五一勞(lao)動(dong)獎(jiang)章”。他(ta)們不驕不躁(zao),組織對(dui)他(ta)們的(de)(de)關心使他(ta)們更(geng)努力工(gong)(gong)作,燈塔的(de)(de)發光(guang)率均達100%,保證了進出珠(zhu)江口船舶的(de)(de)安全航(hang)(hang)行。

(一)加強工會組(zu)織自身(shen)建設。
組織工(gong)(gong)會(hui)干(gan)部(bu)深入學(xue)習(xi)了工(gong)(gong)會(hui)法(fa)、勞動(dong)法(fa)、婦女權益(yi)保障法(fa)和(he)未成年(nian)人保護法(fa)等法(fa)律法(fa)規(gui),提高了工(gong)(gong)會(hui)干(gan)部(bu)的(de)(de)法(fa)律觀念和(he)理(li)論水平;利(li)用干(gan)部(bu)例會(hui),學(xue)習(xi)討論工(gong)(gong)會(hui)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)方法(fa)和(he)經驗(yan),完(wan)善(shan)工(gong)(gong)會(hui)管(guan)理(li)職能,進一步探索(suo)出適合我(wo)校實(shi)際的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)思路和(he)方法(fa);完(wan)善(shan)“教工(gong)(gong)之家”網絡平臺(tai),及時活動(dong)信息,全面報道我(wo)校工(gong)(gong)會(hui)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)動(dong)態及成果;發展新會(hui)員,促進學(xue)校和(he)諧發展。
(二)積極參與(yu)學校的(de)管理與(yu)決策。
對學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)延時服務與績效工(gong)資(zi)方(fang)案的實施開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)調查研究(jiu),參(can)與教(jiao)壇(tan)之星評(ping)選活動,依(yi)托(tuo)網(wang)站(zhan)做好校(xiao)(xiao)務公開(kai)(kai),健全民主(zhu)(zhu)評(ping)議(yi)干部制度,使廣大教(jiao)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)積(ji)極(ji)參(can)與學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)民主(zhu)(zhu)管理、民主(zhu)(zhu)監督(du)。依(yi)托(tuo)“教(jiao)工(gong)之家”網(wang)絡(luo)平臺,收集(ji)合(he)理化建議(yi);采取(qu)座談會、家訪等(deng)形式,聽取(qu)教(jiao)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)意見,把教(jiao)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)們的要(yao)求、意見、建議(yi)等(deng)及時向(xiang)學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)領導反映,協商解(jie)決,積(ji)極(ji)維(wei)護廣大教(jiao)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)的權(quan)益和學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)的穩定,共謀學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)發展(zhan)。
(三)開展工(gong)會活動,增強(qiang)工(gong)會凝(ning)聚力。
本學期,工會除(chu)了(le)(le)組織“兩節”慶祝外(wai)還開展了(le)(le)以下系(xi)列活(huo)(huo)動(dong):3月(yue)底男教工參加“繁榮杯”乒乓(pang)球賽、5月(yue)初全(quan)校(xiao)“知榮明恥、愛崗敬業(ye)”教師粉筆字比(bi)賽及5月(yue)底結(jie)合赴(fu)于都校(xiao)際研(yan)討活(huo)(huo)動(dong)組織老師參觀(guan)于都羅田巖(yan)風景區。另外(wai)還組織了(le)(le)14位(wei)老師參加小汽車駕照學習,暑假還將(jiang)配合黨(dang)政做好教師兩年(nian)一次的外(wai)出考察活(huo)(huo)動(dong),教師健康體檢活(huo)(huo)動(dong)也將(jiang)于6月(yue)底結(jie)束。
(四)開展師(shi)德師(shi)風建(jian)設。
依(yi)托網站的(de)宣傳和教育功(gong)能,組織全(quan)校(xiao)教師學習未成(cheng)年人(ren)保護法等法律法規(gui)和有關網絡應用知識。在全(quan)體教師中開展“八榮八恥(chi)”社會主義榮辱觀主題教育活動,倡導(dao)“知榮明恥(chi)、愛崗敬業”。
(五)關心教職工(gong)生活,做細教職工(gong)思想(xiang)工(gong)作。
堅持走訪(fang)慰問制度,把學(xue)校對教師(shi)的關心(xin)延伸到每個(ge)教師(shi)家庭。對教師(shi)個(ge)人出現的思(si)想傾(qing)向(xiang),開(kai)展談心(xin)活(huo)動。本(ben)學(xue)期(qi)工會開(kai)始把學(xue)校的生活(huo)老師(shi)納入為(wei)關心(xin)的對象。一年來,對教職工及(ji)家屬因(yin)生育或疾病等原(yuan)因(yin)送上的慰問金已達兩千余元。

今年我局(ju)緊緊圍(wei)繞“xx”的總體工(gong)作思(si)路(lu)(lu)開(kai)展經營工(gong)作,根據我局(ju)生產經營特點(dian),我會配(pei)合局(ju)領導、各部門及時調整發展經營思(si)路(lu)(lu),確保了經營收入穩中有升,較好完成市局(ju)下達的經營任(ren)務。
(1)我局(ju)x月(yue)(yue)份召開全局(ju)工作會議(yi),根據(ju)實際情況(kuang)及(ji)時調整各營業(ye)部的(de)(de)指標數,制(zhi)定(ding)超(chao)(chao)計(ji)劃完(wan)成(cheng)收入(ru)的(de)(de)獎勵(li)制(zhi)度,我會鼓勵(li)營業(ye)部多想點子(zi)、項目經理尋找(zhao)新的(de)(de)業(ye)務發展(zhan)點。這一舉措取得了極(ji)好(hao)的(de)(de)成(cheng)效,如x月(yue)(yue)份的(de)(de)完(wan)成(cheng)情況(kuang)統(tong)計(ji)表明,絕大部分的(de)(de)營業(ye)部都超(chao)(chao)額完(wan)成(cheng)月(yue)(yue)計(ji)劃,極(ji)大的(de)(de)鼓勵(li)了職工的(de)(de)生(sheng)產積極(ji)性。
(2)我局根(gen)據自身(shen)新業(ye)務發展(zhan)(zhan)情況,及時制定競賽方案,層(ceng)層(ceng)動員,發揮(hui)廣(guang)大職工(gong)的(de)積(ji)極性,先后開展(zhan)(zhan)了xx、xx促(cu)銷競賽,取得(de)了較高的(de)業(ye)務收(shou)入,也(ye)加強了全局職工(gong)對拓展(zhan)(zhan)新業(ye)務的(de)信心。
(3)我局(ju)重視科(ke)技經(jing)營,以現代化的科(ke)學(xue)方(fang)法從管理(li)、業務各方(fang)面指導經(jing)營生產(chan)工作。xx年xx月份(fen)xx獲得xx科(ke)技進步(bu)獎一等(deng)獎。市場經(jing)營管理(li)工作到位,我局(ju)較好地完成了市局(ju)下達(da)的各項經(jing)營任(ren)務和(he)目標(biao)。
2、組(zu)織職工圍(wei)繞(rao)企業生產、經營、管理、服(fu)務(wu)等工作中(zhong)心開展(zhan)合(he)理化建議活動。
工(gong)會工(gong)作的(de)(de)根本(ben)任務在于(yu)調動(dong)職(zhi)工(gong)的(de)(de)積(ji)極(ji)性,為企業貢獻光(guang)和熱。因此,我會積(ji)極(ji)參與(yu)組織我局的(de)(de)經營分析會、業務發展(zhan)座談會、各種創收促銷活動(dong)等,引(yin)導(dao)生產(chan)骨干及職(zhi)工(gong)代表(biao)為企業的(de)(de)發展(zhan)出謀劃策。今年(nian),經過評(ping)議(yi),最終形成x條合理化建議(yi)上報市(shi)局,其中一條已被(bei)市(shi)局采納實(shi)施(shi)。
3、組織職工開(kai)展崗位成才,崗位練功活動,提高職工的綜合素(su)質(zhi)。

4、組織職工開展勞動保護,加強安全生產監督(du)。
以人為(wei)本,安(an)(an)(an)(an)全生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)。我局(ju)狠抓安(an)(an)(an)(an)全生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)、綜合治理工(gong)作,通過崗前培(pei)訓、安(an)(an)(an)(an)全學習會、安(an)(an)(an)(an)全知識答題等形式對(dui)廣大職(zhi)工(gong)開展安(an)(an)(an)(an)全教育,定期到各部(bu)門清查消防(fang)、電線線路、資金等安(an)(an)(an)(an)全隱患。駕駛員每月(yue)進行一次安(an)(an)(an)(an)全學習,按(an)時播放(fang)收聽教育節目。我局(ju)工(gong)作紀律嚴明、安(an)(an)(an)(an)全生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)落實,未發生(sheng)重大安(an)(an)(an)(an)全生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)事故。
5、組(zu)織全局職工積極(ji)向勞(lao)動模(mo)范和先進(jin)人物學習。

我局按規定每年開展民主評議(yi)會,重(zhong)要(yao)的經營方(fang)針政策、人事調(diao)動、薪(xin)酬改革(ge)方(fang)案等都經民主管理會議(yi)審議(yi)通過(guo)方(fang)能(neng)實(shi)施。關系(xi)職工切身利益(yi)的問題都會事前征(zheng)求群眾的意見。
我局實行民主評(ping)(ping)議(yi)制度,組織(zhi)了有職(zhi)工代表、生產骨干(gan)、群眾代表參(can)加民主評(ping)(ping)議(yi)領導干(gan)部(bu)座談會,黨風廉(lian)政建設卓著。

四、組織職工開展(zhan)健康的(de)業余文(wen)體活動。
1、 我(wo)會(hui)按期租(zu)體育場館為職(zhi)工提供運動場所,在休(xiu)息區(qu)安排(pai)圖(tu)書(shu)雜(za)志閱覽區(qu),定(ding)期編(bian)寫更換墻報內容。
組(zu)(zu)織職(zhi)工(gong)開展乒(ping)乓球等球類(lei)比賽。組(zu)(zu)織“三八婦(fu)女節”女職(zhi)工(gong)外出活動;組(zu)(zu)織參加消防運(yun)動會;組(zu)(zu)織攀登xx山。在市局的(de)演講比賽、團委活動中(zhong)均取得(de)好(hao)成績(ji)。在緊(jin)張的(de)經(jing)營生(sheng)產之(zhi)余,通過(guo)這些健康有益的(de)文體活動調解職(zhi)工(gong)身心,促進了同(tong)事之(zhi)間的(de)感情交流。
2做(zuo)好職工(gong)(gong)(gong)思(si)想調(diao)研工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),組織填(tian)寫(xie)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)思(si)想狀況調(diao)查(cha)問(wen)卷;鼓勵(li)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)自修自學不斷提(ti)高素質;通(tong)過各(ge)類業務培訓、學習提(ti)高職工(gong)(gong)(gong)業務知識和技(ji)能。組織“創爭”讀書(shu)征文活動(dong),上交讀書(shu)心得(de)體會(hui)5篇,獲得(de)一個鼓勵(li)獎。
通過這些教育(yu)和讀書活動,職工群眾(zhong)強化了樹(shu)立(li)服務(wu)觀念(nian),提(ti)高了服務(wu)質量;樹(shu)立(li)奮發有為(wei)的人生觀,激發干部員工“xxxx”的熱情。在企業(ye)內基本形(xing)成愛崗敬業(ye)、誠(cheng)實守信(xin)、辦事公道、服務(wu)群眾(zhong)、奉獻社會的職業(ye)道德風尚。
五、加強工(gong)會組(zu)織自身(shen)建設,做好工(gong)會的各項工(gong)作。
1、深(shen)入調查研究,切實加強工會作風建(jian)設。每(mei)個(ge)季度按照實際情(qing)況上(shang)交職工思想動態調查報告;經常關心下(xia)屬x個(ge)工會小組的(de)工作情(qing)況,幫助解決遇到的(de)問題,有效地處理職工的(de)反饋。
