中學書記年終總結

年,本人在上級部門的正確領導下,在教育行政主管部門的關心下,在全體教職員工的支持下,忠于職守,務實工作,認真貫徹執行教育方針和黨的各項政策、法令,堅持正確的辦學方向,帶領學校一班人以十七大精神為動力,以科學發展觀為指導,切實制訂好學年工作計劃,并組織人力、物力和財力認真實施。履行校黨委書記職責,依法治校、以德治校,作風踏實、不圖虛(xu)名,廉潔自律,奮(fen)發向上,認真(zhen)完成(cheng)上級交給的各項(xiang)任務。現(xian)就一年(nian)來(lai)的工作情況匯報如下:

一、鞏固和擴大學習實踐(jian)科學發展(zhan)觀活動(dong)一是精(jing)心謀(mou)劃抓部(bu)署(shu),強化領導促落實

在(zai)總結(jie)縣城學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)踐科(ke)學(xue)(xue)(xue)發(fa)展觀活動經驗(yan)作法的(de)(de)(de)基(ji)礎上,我(wo)堅持高起點(dian)謀(mou)劃(hua)、高標(biao)準(zhun)要(yao)求、高質量落實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),著力(li)推進我(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)踐活動的(de)(de)(de)開(kai)展。二是(shi)創新(xin)模(mo)式抓(zhua)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi),輔導培訓(xun)促提高。在(zai)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)活動中,我(wo)要(yao)求全(quan)校(xiao)(xiao)黨(dang)(dang)員干部(bu)(bu)堅持自學(xue)(xue)(xue),學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)領導帶(dai)頭(tou)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi),做到真(zhen)學(xue)(xue)(xue)、真(zhen)用、真(zhen)干。制定了“三(san)個(ge)一(yi)”學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)計(ji)劃(hua),即(ji)一(yi)周制定一(yi)份學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)計(ji)劃(hua),一(yi)周開(kai)展一(yi)次心(xin)得(de)交流,一(yi)周審(shen)閱一(yi)次學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)筆記。三(san)是(shi)緊扣校(xiao)(xiao)情(qing)抓(zhua)調研(yan)(yan),理(li)清思路促發(fa)展。根據我(wo)縣教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育發(fa)展實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)際(ji),我(wo)認真(zhen)查擺和梳理(li)涉及教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育培訓(xun)、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育考(kao)核、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)隊(dui)伍(wu)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)管理(li)、后(hou)勤保障、師(shi)生(sheng)安(an)全(quan)、現代教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育、素質教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育等(deng)方(fang)面的(de)(de)(de)突出(chu)問題,確定四(si)個(ge)調研(yan)(yan)專(zhuan)題,帶(dai)領我(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)黨(dang)(dang)員干部(bu)(bu)采取(qu)多(duo)種(zhong)方(fang)式開(kai)展調研(yan)(yan)。四(si)是(shi)抱(bao)誠守(shou)信訪民意,分析檢實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)效。在(zai)深入調研(yan)(yan)的(de)(de)(de)基(ji)礎上,我(wo)帶(dai)頭(tou)建(jian)(jian)立(li)校(xiao)(xiao)黨(dang)(dang)支部(bu)(bu)與村組聯(lian)系點(dian)、黨(dang)(dang)員教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)與困難群眾(zhong)聯(lian)系人制度,走進學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)家庭開(kai)展了“班主任(ren)老師(shi)大(da)家訪”活動,廣泛征求群眾(zhong)、家長對教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育、對學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)(de)意見建(jian)(jian)議。

二、積(ji)極開展“創先爭優”活動(dong)

一是制(zhi)定《黨員(yuan)(yuan)干部學習制(zhi)度(du)》《黨員(yuan)(yuan)參(can)加(jia)創先(xian)爭優活動(dong)制(zhi)度(du)》《黨員(yuan)(yuan)參(can)加(jia)學校優質課活動(dong)、、制(zhi)度(du)》《黨員(yuan)(yuan)幫扶活動(dong)制(zhi)度(du)》《黨員(yuan)(yuan)爭做優秀班(ban)主任(ren)活動(dong)制(zhi)度(du)》。

二是學校黨支(zhi)部和(he)全(quan)體黨員簽訂(ding)“創先爭優”活動承諾書,調動起(qi)全(quan)體干部、全(quan)體黨員教師創先爭優的積(ji)極性(xing)。

三是(shi)組織全(quan)校開展人人一(yi)節(jie)公開課、優(you)(you)(you)秀(xiu)(xiu)教師模范課、全(quan)體黨(dang)員(yuan)教師爭做(zuo)(zuo)優(you)(you)(you)秀(xiu)(xiu)“三八紅(hong)旗手”、黨(dang)員(yuan)幫扶、全(quan)體黨(dang)員(yuan)爭做(zuo)(zuo)優(you)(you)(you)秀(xiu)(xiu)班(ban)主(zhu)任等活動。

三、狠(hen)抓學校(xiao)校(xiao)舍(she)加固維修工程

自年(nian)實(shi)(shi)施(shi)(shi)(shi)農村中小學危房改(gai)造工(gong)程(cheng)以來,在(zai)(zai)上(shang)級部門的(de)正確(que)(que)領導下,我主動(dong)放棄暑(shu)期長假,積極(ji)投入校舍(she)加固維修工(gong)程(cheng)。配(pei)合相關部門廣泛動(dong)員社會力量,集中人力、物力、財力、精心組織實(shi)(shi)施(shi)(shi)(shi)。在(zai)(zai)實(shi)(shi)施(shi)(shi)(shi)過程(cheng)中,堅持“牢固、實(shi)(shi)用、夠用、方便(bian)學生(sheng)”的(de)原則,確(que)(que)保資金良性運(yun)轉,確(que)(que)保工(gong)程(cheng)質量,確(que)(que)保投入效益。共爭取到項目資金170多萬(wan)元,實(shi)(shi)施(shi)(shi)(shi)校舍(she)修建(jian)2360平方米,并順利通過上(shang)級部門的(de)驗收(shou)。

四(si)、努力(li)抓好青年教師的培養工作

我校(xiao)在職(zhi)教師165名,其中(zhong)(zhong)特崗教師70多名,教師年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)輕化已成為我校(xiao)教師隊伍特色(se)。把(ba)青(qing)(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)教師培養(yang)好,使(shi)他(ta)(ta)們能早日(ri)勝(sheng)任學(xue)校(xiao)教育(yu)教學(xue)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),是學(xue)校(xiao)黨支部的(de)(de)重要工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。在青(qing)(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)教師培養(yang)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)上,我主要做了(le)以(yi)下幾項工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo):第(di)一,主動了(le)解青(qing)(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)教師生活、學(xue)習,工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)上的(de)(de)問題(ti),及時幫(bang)助(zhu)他(ta)(ta)們解決困難,使(shi)他(ta)(ta)們能安(an)心(xin)積極工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。第(di)二(er),深入教育(yu)教學(xue)第(di)一線,了(le)解青(qing)(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)教師教育(yu)教學(xue)的(de)(de)實際情況,一年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)中(zhong)(zhong)我共聽(ting)青(qing)(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)教師上課四十二(er)節。第(di)三,與(yu)(yu)青(qing)(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)教師交流談(tan)心(xin),了(le)解他(ta)(ta)們的(de)(de)思想現狀(zhuang)、工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)目標(biao),給青(qing)(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)教師指出(chu)問題(ti),提出(chu)要求(qiu),指明發展(zhan)方向。一年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)中(zhong)(zhong)我與(yu)(yu)青(qing)(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)教師談(tan)心(xin)二(er)十六人次。第(di)四,積極支持配合教務、政教等部門(men)的(de)(de)青(qing)(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)教師工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。第(di)五,支持幫(bang)助(zhu)共青(qing)(qing)(qing)團(tuan)組織開展(zhan)的(de)(de)各項活動。

五、切(qie)實抓好學生思(si)想道德教育(yu)工作(zuo)

第(di)(di)一(yi),積(ji)(ji)極(ji)(ji)宣傳(chuan)上級關于加強(qiang)未成(cheng)年人(ren)(ren)思(si)想道(dao)德(de)(de)(de)(de)建設的(de)意(yi)見,無論是行政(zheng)干(gan)部(bu)會、教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)會,還是與(yu)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)個別(bie)談話(hua),我都大力(li)宣傳(chuan)德(de)(de)(de)(de)育(yu)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)重要性,努力(li)使廣大教(jiao)職工(gong)樹立(li)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)先(xian)育(yu)德(de)(de)(de)(de)的(de)教(jiao)育(yu)理(li)念。第(di)(di)二,加強(qiang)對德(de)(de)(de)(de)育(yu)干(gan)部(bu)和(he)班(ban)主(zhu)任(ren)的(de)培(pei)養。我經常與(yu)政(zheng)教(jiao)、共青團干(gan)部(bu)交流思(si)想,探討德(de)(de)(de)(de)育(yu)干(gan)部(bu)的(de)基本素質和(he)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)要求,研究我校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)德(de)(de)(de)(de)育(yu)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)指(zhi)導(dao)思(si)想,指(zhi)出德(de)(de)(de)(de)育(yu)干(gan)部(bu)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中存在的(de)問題,從而使德(de)(de)(de)(de)育(yu)干(gan)部(bu)的(de)思(si)想素質、工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)水平有(you)了(le)(le)一(yi)定提高。第(di)(di)三,積(ji)(ji)極(ji)(ji)了(le)(le)解(jie)班(ban)主(zhu)任(ren)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)現(xian)狀,指(zhi)導(dao)班(ban)主(zhu)任(ren),特別(bie)是青年班(ban)主(zhu)任(ren)的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),一(yi)年中我與(yu)班(ban)主(zhu)任(ren)個別(bie)交流達(da)二十(shi)三人(ren)(ren)次。第(di)(di)四,深入學生實際,了(le)(le)解(jie)掌握學生思(si)想道(dao)德(de)(de)(de)(de)的(de)現(xian)狀,及時提出教(jiao)育(yu)意(yi)見。第(di)(di)五,關注行為困(kun)難學生情況,積(ji)(ji)極(ji)(ji)主(zhu)動做好困(kun)難學生的(de)思(si)想工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。第(di)(di)六,組(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)七(qi)八(ba)年級學生軍訓(xun)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。9月(yue)(yue)初,我積(ji)(ji)極(ji)(ji)爭取(qu)縣消(xiao)防隊的(de)支持,組(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)了(le)(le)十(shi)六名教(jiao)官到(dao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)為我校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)學生訓(xun)練,一(yi)周軍訓(xun)取(qu)得了(le)(le)較好的(de)效果。第(di)(di)七(qi),開展(zhan)人(ren)(ren)人(ren)(ren)獻(xian)愛(ai)心活動。今年,我號召并組(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)全校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)生向遭受(shou)云南大旱、玉(yu)樹地震和(he)舟(zhou)曲泥石流的(de)受(shou)災群眾捐款累計兩萬余元。第(di)(di)八(ba),開展(zhan)愛(ai)國(guo)(guo)主(zhu)義(yi)教(jiao)育(yu)活動。十(shi)月(yue)(yue)是我校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)愛(ai)國(guo)(guo)主(zhu)義(yi)教(jiao)育(yu)月(yue)(yue),我們組(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)全校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)生觀看愛(ai)國(guo)(guo)主(zhu)義(yi)影片四部(bu),聽愛(ai)國(guo)(guo)主(zhu)義(yi)專題講座兩次。這些活動的(de)開展(zhan),極(ji)(ji)大提高了(le)(le)師(shi)(shi)(shi)生們愛(ai)國(guo)(guo)主(zhu)義(yi)素養,增強(qiang)了(le)(le)民族自(zi)豪(hao)感。

六、努力抓(zhua)好班子(zi)交給的其他分管(guan)工(gong)作

學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)行政(zheng)事務工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)十分(fen)(fen)繁雜,作(zuo)(zuo)為支(zhi)部書記應當為行政(zheng)分(fen)(fen)擔(dan)責(ze)任,積極主動地做好(hao)一(yi)(yi)些分(fen)(fen)管工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。一(yi)(yi)是(shi)抓(zhua)好(hao)創建(jian)(jian)安全(quan)文明校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),我(wo)(wo)擔(dan)任創建(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)領導小組組長,與其他同志一(yi)(yi)起積極擬訂計劃,制(zhi)(zhi)訂預案,抓(zhua)宣傳教育(yu)(yu)(yu),抓(zhua)演習(xi)(xi),硬(ying)件設施(shi)的(de)(de)(de)配備,在全(quan)校(xiao)(xiao)師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)共同努(nu)力下(xia),創建(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)獲得上(shang)(shang)級(ji)的(de)(de)(de)好(hao)評。二是(shi)抓(zhua)好(hao)食(shi)堂(tang)(tang)。我(wo)(wo)經常(chang)到(dao)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)中(zhong)聽(ting)取學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)對伙(huo)食(shi)的(de)(de)(de)意(yi)見,及時向食(shi)堂(tang)(tang)轉達師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)意(yi)見。去(qu)食(shi)堂(tang)(tang)檢(jian)查副食(shi)品(pin)的(de)(de)(de)進(jin)貨渠道,數量和質(zhi)量。檢(jian)查調味品(pin)的(de)(de)(de)來(lai)源(yuan),是(shi)否有過(guo)期物品(pin)。保(bao)證物品(pin)來(lai)源(yuan)渠道正常(chang),質(zhi)量合格(ge),保(bao)證師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)用(yong)餐(can)安全(quan)。三是(shi)認真組織實(shi)(shi)施(shi)全(quan)區(qu)陽(yang)光(guang)營(ying)養早餐(can)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng),確保(bao)這一(yi)(yi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)落到(dao)實(shi)(shi)處。四是(shi)抓(zhua)好(hao)國家(jia)對困(kun)難(nan)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)補助資金的(de)(de)(de)落實(shi)(shi),做到(dao)全(quan)程(cheng)(cheng)監督,專款(kuan)專用(yong),讓學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)真正感受到(dao)國家(jia)的(de)(de)(de)溫暖。以上(shang)(shang)是(shi)我(wo)(wo)一(yi)(yi)年來(lai)所(suo)做的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),今后我(wo)(wo)決心要進(jin)一(yi)(yi)步(bu)加強學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi),特(te)別是(shi)要學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)先進(jin)的(de)(de)(de)教育(yu)(yu)(yu)理念和現代(dai)教育(yu)(yu)(yu)制(zhi)(zhi)度(du),廣泛聽(ting)取教職員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)意(yi)見,努(nu)力思考學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)改(gai)革發(fa)展的(de)(de)(de)大事,為學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)加快發(fa)展貢(gong)獻(xian)自己的(de)(de)(de)力量。要進(jin)一(yi)(yi)步(bu)解放思想(xiang),提(ti)高創新(xin)意(yi)識,要進(jin)一(yi)(yi)步(bu)加強學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)德(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),始終(zhong)不渝地把德(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)放在學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)首位(wei)。
