2斗式提升機畚斗的設計
畚(ben)(ben)斗(dou)(dou)是斗(dou)(dou)式機的(de)(de)承載構(gou)件(jian)(jian),材料(liao)有鋼制(zhi)和(he)塑(su)(su)(su)料(liao),其(qi)各(ge)有優缺點。由于現在(zai)塑(su)(su)(su)料(liao)畚(ben)(ben)斗(dou)(dou)質量越(yue)來越(yue)好,同時也為(wei)了(le)(le)減少重(zhong)量,故本次設(she)計材料(liao)選用(yong)塑(su)(su)(su)料(liao)畚(ben)(ben)斗(dou)(dou)。塑(su)(su)(su)料(liao)斗(dou)(dou)時用(yong)尼龍或聚(ju)丙烯經(jing)模壓成型(xing),其(qi)特(te)點是重(zhong)量輕、耐磨、與機殼碰(peng)撞(zhuang)時不(bu)會(hui)產生火花(hua)。離散元(yuan)素法(DEM)是用(yong)于在(zai)粒(li)子(zi)級(ji)對粒(li)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)流進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)建(jian)模的(de)(de)數值工(gong)具。它作為(wei)一(yi)種優化工(gong)具顯示(shi)出(chu)巨大的(de)(de)潛力,適用(yong)于各(ge)種處(chu)理顆(ke)粒(li)物(wu)料(liao)的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)業。對于不(bu)同形(xing)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)的(de)(de)畚(ben)(ben)斗(dou)(dou)承載相同的(de)(de)物(wu)料(liao),用(yong)粒(li)子(zi)分析軟件(jian)(jian)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)了(le)(le)模擬拋灑物(wu)料(liao)的(de)(de)情況。下表(biao)是利用(yong)EDEM軟件(jian)(jian)對三種不(bu)同畚(ben)(ben)斗(dou)(dou)形(xing)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)及不(bu)同速(su)度進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)散粒(li)體分析,如表(biao)1所示(shi)。有三種形(xing)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)不(bu)同的(de)(de)畚(ben)(ben)斗(dou)(dou)。形(xing)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)1是深斗(dou)(dou)型(xing),其(qi)拋灑物(wu)料(liao)不(bu)太理想,有三分之一(yi)的(de)(de)物(wu)料(liao)未能拋灑出(chu)去。形(xing)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)3的(de)(de)物(wu)料(liao)拋灑路徑過(guo)(guo)大,從而繪(hui)制(zhi)機頭的(de)(de)形(xing)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)尺(chi)寸偏大。形(xing)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)2的(de)(de)畚(ben)(ben)斗(dou)(dou)效果最佳(jia),可通過(guo)(guo)表(biao)二分析拋料(liao)情況。

摘(zhai)要(yao)(yao)(yao):機關(guan)是國稅(shui)工作(zuo)的決策指揮(hui)(hui)中樞,發揮(hui)(hui)著組織(zhi)、協調、指導、督促的作(zuo)用。加強基(ji)(ji)層建(jian)設,關(guan)鍵是要(yao)(yao)(yao)提升基(ji)(ji)層的執行力和落實(shi)水平,那么,就省轄市局機關(guan)而言,加強機關(guan)建(jian)設,關(guan)鍵就是要(yao)(yao)(yao)提升機關(guan)為基(ji)(ji)層的服務(wu)力。
一、機關建設(she)的著(zhu)力點(dian)要放在提(ti)升機關服務力上
1.機(ji)(ji)關(guan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的性質決定了是(shi)為(wei)基(ji)層搞好服(fu)(fu)務(wu)。鄧小(xiao)平同志說過,“領導就是(shi)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)”。這實(shi)際上是(shi)對我們黨工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)宗(zong)旨的深度詮(quan)釋(shi)。市(shi)(shi)局(ju)機(ji)(ji)關(guan)是(shi)各省轄市(shi)(shi)國(guo)稅(shui)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的領導機(ji)(ji)關(guan),其本(ben)質當然(ran)也必(bi)然(ran)是(shi)為(wei)基(ji)層搞好服(fu)(fu)務(wu)。機(ji)(ji)關(guan)為(wei)基(ji)層服(fu)(fu)務(wu),不僅僅是(shi)狹義上的為(wei)基(ji)層建(jian)設(she)投入多少(shao)財力(li)、物力(li)和精力(li),而是(shi)涵(han)蓋了組織、協調、指導、督促(cu)的全(quan)過程,最終目的是(shi)為(wei)了促(cu)進(jin)各項工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的落實(shi),促(cu)進(jin)國(guo)稅(shui)事業的發展。這與基(ji)層國(guo)稅(shui)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的愿(yuan)景(jing)目標也是(shi)一致的。

淺談煤礦風機與提升機的安裝與調試

二(er)、礦井(jing)提升機監控系統的(de)主要功能及特點
礦井提升機(ji)的(de)(de)監(jian)(jian)控系(xi)統(tong)(tong)存在是(shi)有它的(de)(de)必要性,我們設計(ji)的(de)(de)計(ji)算機(ji)監(jian)(jian)控系(xi)統(tong)(tong)就(jiu)是(shi)要滿足(zu)實(shi)際的(de)(de)需(xu)要。本系(xi)統(tong)(tong)主(zhu)要就(jiu)是(shi)要實(shi)現監(jian)(jian)控保護和系(xi)統(tong)(tong)信(xin)息監(jian)(jian)視(shi),具體(ti)如(ru)(ru)何實(shi)現這樣的(de)(de)功能(neng)如(ru)(ru)下(xia):

礦井提升機電液控制系統設計探索
摘要:為(wei)保證(zheng)礦井提(ti)升(sheng)機(ji)運行安(an)全(quan),降低(di)松繩(sheng)、斷繩(sheng)、過卷(juan)等事故發生的(de)概率,利用(yong)仿真模(mo)擬結合理(li)論分(fen)析的(de)方法(fa)對礦井提(ti)升(sheng)機(ji)的(de)恒減(jian)速(su)電液(ye)控制(zhi)系統進行優化設(she)計(ji)(ji),給出了(le)恒減(jian)速(su)電液(ye)控制(zhi)系統的(de)硬件、軟(ruan)件的(de)組成及工作(zuo)原(yuan)理(li),同時通過Adams對恒減(jian)速(su)電控控制(zhi)設(she)計(ji)(ji)方案進行仿真研究,得出滾筒速(su)度在5s內能夠降低(di)至零(ling),能滿足(zu)正常生產需求,驗(yan)證(zheng)了(le)設(she)計(ji)(ji)方案的(de)有(you)效可行性,為(wei)礦井安(an)全(quan)開(kai)(kai)采(cai)及礦井高效開(kai)(kai)采(cai)提(ti)供一(yi)定的(de)參考及借鑒。
