財政系統科室建設指導方案

一、主要內容和(he)具體安(an)排

(一)按照(zhao)“五個好”的標準,加(jia)強黨支部和黨員(yuan)隊伍建設

建設管理科室工作總結

一、規(gui)劃編制工作(zuo)方(fang)面

1、今年我(wo)科室配(pei)合市風管辦啟動(dong)了市-國家重(zhong)點風景名勝區總體規劃(hua)修編。

2、今年我(wo)科(ke)室配合縣國土局測繪隊完(wan)成了-地形圖測繪,為大學啟動旅游區控(kong)制性詳細(xi)規劃編制工(gong)作提供(gong)基礎數據。

3、今年(nian)我科室積極參(can)與(yu)集團對片區的規(gui)劃前(qian)期調查,制作完(wan)成了片區規(gui)劃方案設計并提交縣委政府規(gui)委會討論(lun)。

今年3月(yue),屈寧獻同志(zhi)參加了為(wei)(wei)期兩天(tian)的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)傷(shang)保(bao)險(xian)業務(wu)培(pei)訓學習,她(ta)認(ren)真聽講(jiang),將疑難問題記(ji)錄(lu)在(zai)案,課后及時向老師請教。為(wei)(wei)能把握系統的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)傷(shang)保(bao)險(xian)知識(shi)(shi),她(ta)建(jian)立(li)了工(gong)(gong)(gong)傷(shang)保(bao)險(xian)學習筆(bi)記(ji),碰到報紙上(shang)的(de)案例,就剪貼(tie)整理收集,在(zai)網(wang)上(shang)查找資料,補充知識(shi)(shi)。在(zai)規定的(de)時間內,她(ta)為(wei)(wei)我(wo)廠在(zai)職職工(gong)(gong)(gong)、勞務(wu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)1690人建(jian)立(li)了工(gong)(gong)(gong)傷(shang)保(bao)險(xian)參保(bao)信息(xi),準確率達到了100%。

堅持(chi)能(neng)力(li)強科,在(zai)全面提升人(ren)事組織干(gan)部工作本領上(shang)下功夫,是適應水電各項工作優質提速的要害。圍繞能(neng)力(li)建設,我科全體干(gan)部注重在(zai)實踐(jian)鍛(duan)煉中(zhong)提升能(neng)力(li)。

一、本科室存在的(de)主(zhu)要問題和產生原(yuan)因

1、職責不明(ming),工作拖拉扯(che)皮(pi)

在工作(zuo)(zuo)中,我們(men)經常發現,工作(zuo)(zuo)任(ren)務(wu)分(fen)配到個人后,有(you)些(xie)同(tong)事(shi)(shi)不(bu)(bu)(bu)是(shi)努力(li)想盡辦法完(wan)成(cheng)任(ren)務(wu),而是(shi)等、*大家來協作(zuo)(zuo)完(wan)成(cheng),工作(zuo)(zuo)存在拖拉扯皮現象。有(you)的(de)(de)(de)(de)同(tong)事(shi)(shi)今天(tian)該辦的(de)(de)(de)(de)事(shi)(shi)情拖到明天(tian)辦,有(you)的(de)(de)(de)(de)把一天(tian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)工作(zuo)(zuo)分(fen)成(cheng)兩(liang)天(tian)來做。有(you)些(xie)時候對基(ji)層單位請示的(de)(de)(de)(de)事(shi)(shi)項不(bu)(bu)(bu)及(ji)時研究(jiu)答復(fu),解決不(bu)(bu)(bu)了(le)的(de)(de)(de)(de)也不(bu)(bu)(bu)及(ji)時說(shuo)明情況。

產生(sheng)的(de)原因:科室(shi)分(fen)工(gong)不(bu)夠科學、不(bu)盡合(he)理,管理缺(que)乏(fa)激勵約束機制,造(zao)成干(gan)和(he)不(bu)干(gan)、干(gan)多干(gan)少、干(gan)快(kuai)干(gan)慢(man)一個樣。這些不(bu)良現象,必須通過實行首問(wen)制度(du)(du)等措施加以(yi)解決。要求各科員(yuan)嚴格按照任務書要求努力完(wan)成任務,對規(gui)(gui)范、規(gui)(gui)程、定額及工(gong)作要求熟(shu)練掌握的(de)軟件(jian)要盡快(kuai)學精學透。對來往(wang)科室(shi)、單位的(de)請示(shi)、報(bao)告等,嚴格按首問(wen)制度(du)(du)要求第(di)一接待人(ren)負責答(da)(da)復(fu),答(da)(da)復(fu)不(bu)了的(de)要及時請示(shi)有(you)關(guan)領導。

今年3月,屈寧獻同志(zhi)參加了為(wei)期(qi)兩天的(de)(de)工傷(shang)保(bao)險業(ye)務(wu)培訓學習,她(ta)認真聽講,將(jiang)疑難(nan)問題記錄在案(an),課后及時向老師(shi)請(qing)教(jiao)。為(wei)能掌握系統的(de)(de)工傷(shang)保(bao)險知識,她(ta)建(jian)立(li)了工傷(shang)保(bao)險學習筆記,遇(yu)到(dao)報(bao)紙(zhi)上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)案(an)例,就剪貼整理收集,在網上(shang)(shang)查(cha)找資(zi)料,補充知識。在規定的(de)(de)時間內,她(ta)為(wei)我(wo)廠在職職工、勞務(wu)工1690人(ren)建(jian)立(li)了工傷(shang)保(bao)險參保(bao)信息,準(zhun)確率(lv)達到(dao)了100%。

提升知人(ren)(ren)善任的(de)能(neng)力是人(ren)(ren)事(shi)(shi)組織部門實(shi)(shi)現水電“1122”人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)工(gong)程的(de)迫切需要和(he)重中之重。為(wei)努(nu)力培養一(yi)支德才(cai)(cai)兼備的(de)水電經(jing)營(ying)管(guan)理、專(zhuan)業技術(shu)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)隊伍,為(wei)水電事(shi)(shi)業在干部工(gong)作(zuo)源頭上嚴把“入口關(guan)”、“選任關(guan)”。在今年3月份8名(ming)(ming)副科(ke)級干部競(jing)聘(pin)(pin)和(he)9月份24名(ming)(ming)專(zhuan)業技術(shu)人(ren)(ren)員選拔中,丁明同志在競(jing)聘(pin)(pin)公告、報名(ming)(ming)、資格審查、組織考察、競(jing)聘(pin)(pin)述職(zhi)、公示(shi)(shi)、聘(pin)(pin)任考核7個環節中做了大(da)量的(de)具體工(gong)作(zuo),在科(ke)室(shi)長杜科(ke)長的(de)主(zhu)持(chi)下,認真審核了156名(ming)(ming)參加競(jing)聘(pin)(pin)人(ren)(ren)員的(de)基本情況(kuang),組織民主(zhu)測(ce)評會13次(ci)362人(ren)(ren),個別(bie)訪談22人(ren)(ren),集(ji)體座談3次(ci)55人(ren)(ren),對32名(ming)(ming)擬聘(pin)(pin)人(ren)(ren)員在廠(chang)局(ju)域網和(he)公示(shi)(shi)欄中進(jin)行(xing)了公示(shi)(shi),接(jie)受職(zhi)工(gong)群眾的(de)監督,實(shi)(shi)施陽光操作(zuo),經(jing)廠(chang)黨政領導(dao)聯席會決(jue)定(ding):8名(ming)(ming)管(guan)理人(ren)(ren)員、24名(ming)(ming)專(zhuan)業技術(shu)人(ren)(ren)員走上工(gong)作(zuo)崗(gang)位,為(wei)水電發展提供了人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)保證。
