高(gao)(gao)油大(da)豆(dou)育種及栽(zai)培技(ji)術(shu)以提高(gao)(gao)單產和含油率為(wei)重點(dian)。在*主產區選(xuan)育單產160公斤(jin)、含油率22-23%的高(gao)(gao)產、高(gao)(gao)油、抗(kang)病、抗(kang)蟲大(da)豆(dou)新品(pin)種,完善(shan)模式化栽(zai)培技(ji)術(shu),努力降(jiang)低成本,滿足(zu)國內豆(dou)油加工企(qi)業的原料需求,替(ti)代部分進口,盡(jin)快搶占國內增量市(shi)場。

一、指導思想

一、特色產業不(bu)斷(duan)提檔升(sheng)級(ji)。

一是煙(yan)(yan)葉(xie)生(sheng)產水平不斷提高。20**年(nian)(nian),全(quan)年(nian)(nian)種(zhong)植烤煙(yan)(yan)3.88萬畝,比(bi)去(qu)(qu)年(nian)(nian)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)9.9%,收(shou)(shou)(shou)購(gou)煙(yan)(yan)葉(xie)5350噸,比(bi)上年(nian)(nian)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)18.9%;均價(jia)13.22元(yuan)/公斤(jin)(jin),比(bi)去(qu)(qu)年(nian)(nian)增(zeng)(zeng)加2.11元(yuan)/公斤(jin)(jin);收(shou)(shou)(shou)購(gou)金額7246.07萬元(yuan);實現(xian)稅收(shou)(shou)(shou)1594.14萬元(yuan),比(bi)上年(nian)(nian)1097.59萬元(yuan)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)45.24%,煙(yan)(yan)葉(xie)種(zhong)植面積、煙(yan)(yan)農收(shou)(shou)(shou)入、煙(yan)(yan)葉(xie)稅收(shou)(shou)(shou)、煙(yan)(yan)葉(xie)均價(jia)等創歷史新高。

二是核(he)(he)桃(tao)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)業發(fa)展態勢很(hen)好。堅(jian)持把(ba)核(he)(he)桃(tao)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)業作為我縣(xian)第(di)一大農業產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)業進(jin)行(xing)培(pei)(pei)植,嚴格按(an)照“六個一”的(de)技術(shu)(shu)標準和“四個一”的(de)質量要求,堅(jian)持整村(cun)推進(jin)核(he)(he)桃(tao)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)業建設,核(he)(he)桃(tao)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)業體系不斷完善(shan),發(fa)展核(he)(he)桃(tao)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)業的(de)信心更加堅(jian)定。20**年,全(quan)縣(xian)定植核(he)(he)桃(tao)5萬畝(mu),初(chu)步形成(cheng)了(le)**溪、**和**家坪三個連片面積在(zai)(zai)1000畝(mu)以上的(de)核(he)(he)桃(tao)走廊,建成(cheng)了(le)一批面積超過500畝(mu)的(de)核(he)(he)桃(tao)重點(dian)村(cun)。全(quan)年累計完成(cheng)核(he)(he)桃(tao)育苗(miao)530畝(mu),建采穗圃130畝(mu),完成(cheng)核(he)(he)桃(tao)嫁接(jie)44萬株。在(zai)(zai)職教中心舉辦了(le)第(di)一期農民技術(shu)(shu)員培(pei)(pei)訓班(ban),共(gong)培(pei)(pei)訓核(he)(he)桃(tao)技術(shu)(shu)員65名(ming),在(zai)(zai)8個鄉鎮開展了(le)8場專(zhuan)題培(pei)(pei)訓。全(quan)縣(xian)核(he)(he)桃(tao)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)業在(zai)(zai)全(quan)省已小有名(ming)氣。

農業現代化發展戰略研究論文

一、科教興農戰略

農(nong)業(ye)科(ke)技(ji)(ji)在農(nong)業(ye)生產過程中起到關(guan)鍵作用,因此(ci),必須(xu)依靠農(nong)業(ye)科(ke)學技(ji)(ji)術(shu)推動農(nong)業(ye)現代化。在繼承鄧小平科(ke)教興(xing)農(nong)思想的(de)基(ji)礎上,大(da)力(li)推進(jin)(jin)(jin)科(ke)教興(xing)農(nong)戰(zhan)略,提出(chu)農(nong)業(ye)根(gen)本的(de)出(chu)路(lu)在于科(ke)學與(yu)教育,農(nong)業(ye)現代化的(de)實現要(yao)依靠科(ke)技(ji)(ji)進(jin)(jin)(jin)步的(de)思想,有力(li)地(di)促進(jin)(jin)(jin)了農(nong)業(ye)生產力(li)的(de)發展。

振(zhen)興農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)村(cun)經(jing)濟,最終(zhong)(zhong)取(qu)決于(yu)科(ke)(ke)(ke)學(xue)與(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)。早在1989年12月(yue),在國家科(ke)(ke)(ke)學(xue)技(ji)(ji)術獎勵大(da)會上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang),就明(ming)確提出(chu):“要依靠科(ke)(ke)(ke)技(ji)(ji)進(jin)(jin)(jin)步(bu)(bu)(bu)振(zhen)興農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)。”1991年10月(yue),在農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)科(ke)(ke)(ke)學(xue)家座(zuo)談會上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)首次提到了科(ke)(ke)(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)興農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)戰略(lve)問(wen)題(ti),指(zhi)出(chu):“近年來(lai),我國農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)有了很大(da)的(de)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan),……一(yi)(yi)方(fang)面由于(yu)我們注(zhu)意解決好(hao)生產(chan)(chan)(chan)關系問(wen)題(ti),實(shi)行以家庭聯產(chan)(chan)(chan)承包為主的(de)責(ze)任制、完善統分結(jie)合的(de)雙層經(jing)營體(ti)(ti)(ti)制、發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)了社會化服務體(ti)(ti)(ti)系、逐(zhu)步(bu)(bu)(bu)壯(zhuang)大(da)了集體(ti)(ti)(ti)經(jing)濟實(shi)力(li),解決了農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)村(cun)經(jing)濟體(ti)(ti)(ti)制方(fang)面的(de)許多(duo)問(wen)題(ti);另一(yi)(yi)方(fang)面實(shi)施科(ke)(ke)(ke)技(ji)(ji)、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)興農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)戰略(lve),對(dui)促進(jin)(jin)(jin)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)生產(chan)(chan)(chan)力(li)的(de)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)也發(fa)(fa)揮(hui)了巨大(da)作用(yong)。”后來(lai),在黨的(de)十(shi)三屆八中全會閉幕會上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)正(zheng)式提出(chu)了科(ke)(ke)(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)興農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)戰略(lve),認為“我國農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)中科(ke)(ke)(ke)技(ji)(ji)因素在不斷的(de)提高(gao),已(yi)經(jing)取(qu)得了很大(da)的(de)進(jin)(jin)(jin)步(bu)(bu)(bu),但(dan)同國際(ji)先進(jin)(jin)(jin)水(shui)平(ping)相(xiang)比,仍處(chu)于(yu)較(jiao)低水(shui)平(ping);從(cong)(cong)國際(ji)經(jing)驗看,農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)現(xian)代(dai)(dai)化的(de)實(shi)現(xian)和(he)(he)大(da)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)經(jing)濟的(de)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan),最終(zhong)(zhong)取(qu)決的(de)不是人多(duo)力(li)量大(da),而是取(qu)決于(yu)科(ke)(ke)(ke)學(xue)技(ji)(ji)術的(de)進(jin)(jin)(jin)步(bu)(bu)(bu)和(he)(he)適用(yong)技(ji)(ji)術的(de)廣泛應(ying)用(yong);我們一(yi)(yi)定要樹立科(ke)(ke)(ke)學(xue)技(ji)(ji)術是第一(yi)(yi)生產(chan)(chan)(chan)力(li)的(de)馬克思主義的(de)觀(guan)點(dian),積極創造條件,把農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)和(he)(he)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)村(cun)經(jing)濟的(de)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan),逐(zhu)步(bu)(bu)(bu)轉移到依靠科(ke)(ke)(ke)技(ji)(ji)進(jin)(jin)(jin)步(bu)(bu)(bu)和(he)(he)勞動者(zhe)素質的(de)軌道上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)來(lai)。”他在十(shi)四大(da)報告中明(ming)確指(zhi)出(chu):“堅(jian)持依靠科(ke)(ke)(ke)技(ji)(ji)、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)興農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong),多(duo)渠道增加農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)投入,堅(jian)持不懈(xie)地開展(zhan)(zhan)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)田(tian)水(shui)利建(jian)設(she),不斷提高(gao)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)的(de)集約經(jing)營水(shui)平(ping)和(he)(he)綜(zong)合生產(chan)(chan)(chan)力(li)。”“要充分運用(yong)現(xian)代(dai)(dai)科(ke)(ke)(ke)學(xue)技(ji)(ji)術改革傳統農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye),盡快縮短我國農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)科(ke)(ke)(ke)技(ji)(ji)同國際(ji)先進(jin)(jin)(jin)水(shui)平(ping)的(de)差距;從(cong)(cong)根本上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)看,振(zhen)興我國農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)村(cun)經(jing)濟,最終(zhong)(zhong)將取(qu)決于(yu)我國農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)科(ke)(ke)(ke)學(xue)技(ji)(ji)術的(de)重大(da)突破(po)和(he)(he)廣泛應(ying)用(yong)。”1997年9月(yue)在黨的(de)十(shi)五(wu)大(da)上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang),在報告中要求,大(da)力(li)推進(jin)(jin)(jin)科(ke)(ke)(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)興農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong),發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)高(gao)產(chan)(chan)(chan)、優質、高(gao)效農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)和(he)(he)節水(shui)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)。

一、科教興農戰略

農(nong)業(ye)科技(ji)在(zai)農(nong)業(ye)生(sheng)產(chan)過程中起到關鍵作(zuo)用,因此,必須依靠(kao)農(nong)業(ye)科學(xue)技(ji)術推動農(nong)業(ye)現代化(hua)。在(zai)繼(ji)承鄧(deng)小平科教(jiao)興農(nong)思想的(de)(de)(de)基(ji)礎上,大(da)力推進(jin)科教(jiao)興農(nong)戰略,提出農(nong)業(ye)根(gen)本(ben)的(de)(de)(de)出路在(zai)于科學(xue)與教(jiao)育,農(nong)業(ye)現代化(hua)的(de)(de)(de)實現要(yao)依靠(kao)科技(ji)進(jin)步的(de)(de)(de)思想,有力地促(cu)進(jin)了(le)農(nong)業(ye)生(sheng)產(chan)力的(de)(de)(de)發展。

一、科教興農戰略

農(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)科(ke)技(ji)在(zai)(zai)農(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)生產過程中起到關鍵作用,因此,必(bi)須依(yi)(yi)靠農(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)科(ke)學技(ji)術推動農(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)現(xian)代化。在(zai)(zai)繼承鄧小平科(ke)教興(xing)農(nong)(nong)思想(xiang)的(de)(de)基礎上,大力推進(jin)(jin)科(ke)教興(xing)農(nong)(nong)戰(zhan)略(lve),提出(chu)農(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)根本的(de)(de)出(chu)路(lu)在(zai)(zai)于科(ke)學與(yu)教育,農(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)現(xian)代化的(de)(de)實現(xian)要依(yi)(yi)靠科(ke)技(ji)進(jin)(jin)步的(de)(de)思想(xiang),有(you)力地促(cu)進(jin)(jin)了農(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)生產力的(de)(de)發展。

振(zhen)興(xing)(xing)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)村(cun)(cun)經濟(ji),最終取決(jue)于(yu)科(ke)(ke)(ke)學(xue)與(yu)教(jiao)育。早在(zai)(zai)1989年(nian)12月,在(zai)(zai)國(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)科(ke)(ke)(ke)學(xue)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)獎勵(li)大(da)(da)會(hui)上,就明確提出(chu):“要(yao)依(yi)靠科(ke)(ke)(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)進(jin)步振(zhen)興(xing)(xing)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)。”1991年(nian)10月,在(zai)(zai)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)科(ke)(ke)(ke)學(xue)家(jia)座談會(hui)上首(shou)次提到了(le)科(ke)(ke)(ke)教(jiao)興(xing)(xing)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)戰略(lve)問題,指出(chu):“近年(nian)來(lai),我(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)有了(le)很大(da)(da)的(de)(de)(de)(de)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan),……一方面由(you)于(yu)我(wo)們注意解決(jue)好生產關系(xi)問題,實(shi)(shi)行以家(jia)庭聯產承包為主(zhu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)責任(ren)制(zhi)、完(wan)善(shan)統分結合的(de)(de)(de)(de)雙層經營體制(zhi)、發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)了(le)社會(hui)化服務體系(xi)、逐步壯大(da)(da)了(le)集(ji)體經濟(ji)實(shi)(shi)力(li),解決(jue)了(le)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)村(cun)(cun)經濟(ji)體制(zhi)方面的(de)(de)(de)(de)許(xu)多(duo)問題;另(ling)一方面實(shi)(shi)施科(ke)(ke)(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)、教(jiao)育興(xing)(xing)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)戰略(lve),對(dui)促進(jin)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)生產力(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)也發(fa)揮了(le)巨大(da)(da)作用(yong)。”后來(lai),在(zai)(zai)黨的(de)(de)(de)(de)十(shi)(shi)三屆八(ba)中(zhong)全會(hui)閉幕會(hui)上正式(shi)提出(chu)了(le)科(ke)(ke)(ke)教(jiao)興(xing)(xing)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)戰略(lve),認為“我(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)中(zhong)科(ke)(ke)(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)因素在(zai)(zai)不(bu)斷(duan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)提高(gao),已經取得了(le)很大(da)(da)的(de)(de)(de)(de)進(jin)步,但(dan)同(tong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)際先進(jin)水(shui)平相比,仍處于(yu)較低(di)水(shui)平;從(cong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)際經驗(yan)看(kan),農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)現(xian)代化的(de)(de)(de)(de)實(shi)(shi)現(xian)和(he)大(da)(da)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)經濟(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan),最終取決(jue)的(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)是人多(duo)力(li)量(liang)大(da)(da),而是取決(jue)于(yu)科(ke)(ke)(ke)學(xue)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)進(jin)步和(he)適用(yong)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)廣泛應(ying)用(yong);我(wo)們一定要(yao)樹立科(ke)(ke)(ke)學(xue)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)是第一生產力(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)馬克思主(zhu)義的(de)(de)(de)(de)觀點(dian),積(ji)極創造條件,把農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)和(he)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)村(cun)(cun)經濟(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan),逐步轉移(yi)到依(yi)靠科(ke)(ke)(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)進(jin)步和(he)勞動者素質(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)軌道上來(lai)。”他在(zai)(zai)十(shi)(shi)四大(da)(da)報告(gao)中(zhong)明確指出(chu):“堅(jian)持(chi)依(yi)靠科(ke)(ke)(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)、教(jiao)育興(xing)(xing)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong),多(duo)渠道增(zeng)加農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)投入,堅(jian)持(chi)不(bu)懈地開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)田水(shui)利建(jian)設,不(bu)斷(duan)提高(gao)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)集(ji)約經營水(shui)平和(he)綜合生產力(li)。”“要(yao)充分運用(yong)現(xian)代科(ke)(ke)(ke)學(xue)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)改革傳(chuan)統農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye),盡快縮短我(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)科(ke)(ke)(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)同(tong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)際先進(jin)水(shui)平的(de)(de)(de)(de)差距;從(cong)根本上看(kan),振(zhen)興(xing)(xing)我(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)村(cun)(cun)經濟(ji),最終將(jiang)取決(jue)于(yu)我(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)科(ke)(ke)(ke)學(xue)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)大(da)(da)突(tu)破和(he)廣泛應(ying)用(yong)。”1997年(nian)9月在(zai)(zai)黨的(de)(de)(de)(de)十(shi)(shi)五大(da)(da)上,在(zai)(zai)報告(gao)中(zhong)要(yao)求,大(da)(da)力(li)推進(jin)科(ke)(ke)(ke)教(jiao)興(xing)(xing)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong),發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)高(gao)產、優質(zhi)、高(gao)效農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)和(he)節水(shui)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)。

**職(zhi)中(zhong)創辦于1986年。當時(shi),全縣共有貧困(kun)人(ren)(ren)口12.7萬,占當時(shi)全縣人(ren)(ren)口的51.6%,是國家(jia)“八七(qi)(qi)”扶貧攻(gong)堅(jian)(jian)縣和(he)省的“七(qi)(qi)七(qi)(qi)”扶貧攻(gong)堅(jian)(jian)縣。由于貧困(kun)面大(da),農(nong)民(min)文化素質(zhi)偏低(di),經(jing)(jing)濟(ji)(ji)落后,人(ren)(ren)才外流,科技(ji)人(ren)(ren)才十分缺乏,嚴重制(zhi)約了(le)農(nong)業(ye)生(sheng)產(chan)的發展和(he)農(nong)村(cun)科技(ji)的進步(bu)。面對(dui)這樣的縣情,我們(men)就如(ru)何(he)發展職(zhi)業(ye)技(ji)術(shu)教育,辦好職(zhi)業(ye)中(zhong)學(xue),培養科教興農(nong)人(ren)(ren)才,發展地方(fang)經(jing)(jing)濟(ji)(ji),進行(xing)了(le)深入的思考和(he)探(tan)索。

2、農(nong)(nong)(nong)科教(jiao)(jiao)結合(he)(he)(he)聯合(he)(he)(he)辦學(xue),培(pei)養(yang)發展(zhan)農(nong)(nong)(nong)村(cun)經(jing)濟(ji)的實用人(ren)(ren)才。我校(xiao)和農(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)局、林業(ye)局、科學(xue)技術局等16家單位(wei)聯合(he)(he)(he)辦學(xue),形成了(le)(le)農(nong)(nong)(nong)科教(jiao)(jiao)結合(he)(he)(he)聯合(he)(he)(he)辦學(xue)的格局。農(nong)(nong)(nong)科教(jiao)(jiao)三家形成合(he)(he)(he)力,培(pei)育和發展(zhan)地(di)方優勢產(chan)業(ye),為廣(guang)大農(nong)(nong)(nong)戶培(pei)訓科學(xue)種植養(yang)殖技術,培(pei)養(yang)科技明(ming)白人(ren)(ren)和帶頭人(ren)(ren),推廣(guang)優良品種,為我縣經(jing)濟(ji)發展(zhan)和科技進(jin)步做出了(le)(le)貢獻。在(zai)北京召開的全國農(nong)(nong)(nong)科教(jiao)(jiao)三結合(he)(he)(he)工(gong)作座談會(hui)上,**職中農(nong)(nong)(nong)科教(jiao)(jiao)結合(he)(he)(he)、聯合(he)(he)(he)辦學(xue)的經(jing)驗得到(dao)了(le)(le)交流(liu)和推廣(guang)。

3、培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)科技(ji)人(ren)才(cai),引進(jin)科技(ji)項目(mu),推廣科技(ji)成果(guo)。九十(shi)年代中期,我(wo)縣(xian)大(da)力發(fa)展(zhan)烤煙生產,**職中及時開(kai)辦(ban)煙草(cao)栽培(pei)(pei)與烘烤專業(ye),培(pei)(pei)育人(ren)才(cai),培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)煙農(nong),促進(jin)了(le)我(wo)縣(xian)烤煙生產的(de)發(fa)展(zhan)。兩煙“雙控”后,**職中按照縣(xian)委(wei)、縣(xian)人(ren)民(min)政(zheng)府“發(fa)展(zhan)經(jing)濟果(guo)木(mu)林,再造一個(ge)新××”的(de)目(mu)標(biao),緊密結合(he)(he)(he)山區綜合(he)(he)(he)開(kai)發(fa)的(de)需要,實施(shi)人(ren)才(cai)工程,培(pei)(pei)養山區綜合(he)(he)(he)開(kai)發(fa)的(de)帶頭人(ren);引進(jin)科技(ji)項目(mu),做試(shi)驗(yan),作示(shi)范,使學校科教(jiao)興農(nong)主動適(shi)應全縣(xian)產業(ye)結構的(de)調(diao)整(zheng),為(wei)發(fa)展(zhan)地方(fang)經(jing)濟服(fu)務。
