高校勞動教育實施現狀分析

摘要:勞動教育是新時代高校落實立德樹人根本任務,促進大學生全面發展的重要途徑。文章對湖南農業大學1137名學生進行勞動教育現狀問卷調查,結果表(biao)明,該校(xiao)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)整體情(qing)況較好,但(dan)也(ye)存在(zai)學(xue)(xue)生參與勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)積(ji)極性不(bu)高(gao)、沒(mei)有完善的教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)評價(jia)(jia)(jia)系統、缺乏(fa)經驗豐富的實踐教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)以(yi)及條(tiao)件(jian)保障體系薄弱等問題。針對勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)過程中存在(zai)的問題,高(gao)校(xiao)應當從培養學(xue)(xue)生正確勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)價(jia)(jia)(jia)值觀和吃苦耐勞(lao)的精神(shen)品質、完善勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)評價(jia)(jia)(jia)體系、加強勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)師(shi)資(zi)隊伍的建設(she)以(yi)及健全高(gao)校(xiao)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)條(tiao)件(jian)保障體系等方面推進。

2020年3月,中共中央、國務院發布《關于全面加強新時代大中小學勞動教育的意見》(以下簡稱《意見》),要求全面構建能夠體現時代特征的勞動教育體系,強調普通高校本科階段勞動教育不能少于32個學時。隨著《意見》的實施,各大(da)(da)高(gao)(gao)校相繼出(chu)臺勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)實施方案與教(jiao)學(xue)計劃等文件,積(ji)極落(luo)實勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu),促(cu)進(jin)(jin)學(xue)生(sheng)全面發展(zhan)。新時(shi)代(dai)中(zhong)國(guo)特色(se)社會(hui)(hui)主(zhu)義教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)發展(zhan)道路,需要勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)奠基(ji)[1]。盡管(guan)國(guo)家大(da)(da)力提(ti)倡(chang)勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu),但受經費(fei)、人員以及場(chang)地等諸多(duo)因素的(de)制(zhi)(zhi)約,勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)機(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)在(zai)(zai)實際運(yun)行(xing)和實施中(zhong)存(cun)(cun)在(zai)(zai)許(xu)多(duo)問(wen)(wen)題,尚未(wei)達到(dao)理想中(zhong)的(de)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)效果。新時(shi)代(dai)高(gao)(gao)校勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)現狀如(ru)何,是社會(hui)(hui)各界廣泛關注的(de)焦點。要探索新時(shi)代(dai)高(gao)(gao)校勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)發展(zhan)與改進(jin)(jin)方向(xiang),完善高(gao)(gao)校勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)體系,提(ti)高(gao)(gao)高(gao)(gao)校勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)質量,必須在(zai)(zai)實證調(diao)查的(de)基(ji)礎上,準確了解高(gao)(gao)校在(zai)(zai)推進(jin)(jin)勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)過程中(zhong)存(cun)(cun)在(zai)(zai)的(de)問(wen)(wen)題。本研(yan)究通過問(wen)(wen)卷(juan)對湖南農業大(da)(da)學(xue)勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)現狀進(jin)(jin)行(xing)調(diao)查,分析其在(zai)(zai)推進(jin)(jin)大(da)(da)學(xue)生(sheng)勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)時(shi)存(cun)(cun)在(zai)(zai)的(de)問(wen)(wen)題并(bing)提(ti)出(chu)相應的(de)策略。

一、研究設計

(一)研究工具與內(nei)容本研究采(cai)用問卷星(xing)在線問卷進行調查。調查問卷分為(wei)兩個(ge)部(bu)分:第一部(bu)分是學(xue)生(sheng)基本情(qing)況,主要(yao)包括性別、年級、所學(xue)專業以及生(sheng)源地四(si)個(ge)題(ti)項。第二部(bu)分為(wei)五分量表題(ti),從“非常不符(fu)合”到(dao)“非常符(fu)合”依次從1至5進行賦值,主要(yao)包括學(xue)生(sheng)態度(du)、學(xue)校(xiao)頂層設計、氛圍(wei)營造、師資隊伍、條(tiao)件保障五個(ge)維(wei)度(du)。

(二(er))量(liang)表(biao)信(xin)(xin)效度(du)分析本(ben)研究(jiu)采用Cronbach'sAlpha系(xi)數(shu)作為(wei)(wei)(wei)信(xin)(xin)度(du)指標,檢驗問(wen)卷(juan)整(zheng)體信(xin)(xin)度(du)。問(wen)卷(juan)整(zheng)體的(de)(de)克隆巴赫Alpha系(xi)數(shu)為(wei)(wei)(wei)0.990,說(shuo)明(ming)問(wen)卷(juan)具(ju)有較好(hao)的(de)(de)內(nei)部一致性。各(ge)個維(wei)度(du)的(de)(de)克隆巴赫Alpha系(xi)數(shu)分別為(wei)(wei)(wei)0.967、0.960、0.962、0.960、0.964,均大于0.9,說(shuo)明(ming)問(wen)卷(juan)各(ge)個維(wei)度(du)的(de)(de)信(xin)(xin)度(du)良好(hao),可用于進一步研究(jiu)(Cronbach’sAlpha的(de)(de)值(zhi)超過(guo)0.7表(biao)示信(xin)(xin)度(du)良好(hao),數(shu)值(zhi)在(zai)0.6~0.7為(wei)(wei)(wei)可以接受)。通(tong)過(guo)KMO值(zhi)和Bartlett球形檢驗對問(wen)卷(juan)的(de)(de)效度(du)進行分析。樣(yang)本(ben)數(shu)據(ju)KMO值(zhi)為(wei)(wei)(wei)0.981>0.8,顯著水平p=0.000<0.01,達(da)到(dao)非常(chang)顯著水平,說(shuo)明(ming)問(wen)卷(juan)效度(du)良好(hao)(KMO值(zhi)高于0.8,則說(shuo)明(ming)問(wen)卷(juan)效度(du)很好(hao),研究(jiu)數(shu)據(ju)非常(chang)適合提(ti)取信(xin)(xin)息(xi))。

二、結果分析

(一)調查(cha)基本(ben)(ben)情(qing)(qing)(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)本(ben)(ben)次(ci)調查(cha)數(shu)據(ju)來源主(zhu)要(yao)包含農學(xue)、動物醫學(xue)、教(jiao)育學(xue)、經濟(ji)學(xue)、管理學(xue)、法(fa)學(xue)等不同專業(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)學(xue)生(sheng)。為(wei)了確保問(wen)卷(juan)數(shu)據(ju)的(de)(de)真實性(xing),本(ben)(ben)次(ci)調查(cha)研究(jiu)采取(qu)匿(ni)名(ming)方式作(zuo)答。剔除信息缺(que)失的(de)(de)問(wen)卷(juan)之(zhi)后(hou)共收回有效問(wen)卷(juan)1137份(fen),采用SPSS24.0進(jin)(jin)行統計(ji)(ji)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)析,樣本(ben)(ben)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)布情(qing)(qing)(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)如表1所(suo)示。從性(xing)別來看(kan),男(nan)女比例基本(ben)(ben)持平(ping)。從年(nian)級來看(kan),主(zhu)要(yao)以正在進(jin)(jin)行勞(lao)動教(jiao)育的(de)(de)大(da)(da)(da)一、大(da)(da)(da)二年(nian)級的(de)(de)學(xue)生(sheng)為(wei)主(zhu),占97.3%。從專業(ye)(ye)來看(kan),湖南農業(ye)(ye)大(da)(da)(da)學(xue)主(zhu)要(yao)學(xue)科(ke)農業(ye)(ye)類的(de)(de)學(xue)生(sheng)占39%。從生(sheng)源地來看(kan),來自農村(cun)的(de)(de)學(xue)生(sheng)占59.1%,其主(zhu)要(yao)因素(su)可能和農業(ye)(ye)類大(da)(da)(da)學(xue)生(sheng)源更多(duo)來自農村(cun)有關。在研究(jiu)中(zhong)(zhong)將3、3.75、4.25作(zuo)為(wei)李克特五(wu)(wu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)量表的(de)(de)臨界(jie)值來判斷(duan)被試(shi)的(de)(de)得(de)(de)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)情(qing)(qing)(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)(kuang),小于(yu)3分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen),情(qing)(qing)(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)較差;3~3.75分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen),情(qing)(qing)(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)一般;3.75~4.25分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen),情(qing)(qing)(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)較好(hao);大(da)(da)(da)于(yu)4.25分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen),情(qing)(qing)(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)非(fei)常好(hao)[2]。將勞(lao)動教(jiao)育各維(wei)度(du)(du)題項的(de)(de)數(shu)據(ju)加總后(hou)取(qu)平(ping)均值即(ji)可得(de)(de)到(dao)各維(wei)度(du)(du)的(de)(de)得(de)(de)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)值。由表2可知,湖南農業(ye)(ye)大(da)(da)(da)學(xue)勞(lao)動教(jiao)育學(xue)生(sheng)態度(du)(du)、學(xue)習(xi)頂層(ceng)設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)、氛圍營造、師資隊伍、條(tiao)(tiao)件(jian)保障(zhang)五(wu)(wu)個維(wei)度(du)(du)平(ping)均分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)都大(da)(da)(da)于(yu)3.75分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen),其中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)校頂層(ceng)設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)平(ping)均分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)大(da)(da)(da)于(yu)4分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen),整(zheng)體情(qing)(qing)(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)較好(hao)。從得(de)(de)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)情(qing)(qing)(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)來看(kan),五(wu)(wu)個維(wei)度(du)(du)當中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)校頂層(ceng)設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)整(zheng)體狀況(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)最好(hao),條(tiao)(tiao)件(jian)保障(zhang)方面相對來說(shuo)最薄(bo)弱(ruo)。

三、結論與啟示

從總體來(lai)看,學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)態(tai)度(du)、學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)頂層(ceng)設計(ji)、氛圍(wei)營(ying)造、師資(zi)(zi)隊伍(wu)以及條(tiao)件保(bao)障五個(ge)方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)面整體情況都比(bi)較(jiao)好,但也存在(zai)需要進(jin)一步完善與改進(jin)的地方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)。高校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教育的全(quan)面有效推進(jin)是(shi)一項長期的系統工程,包含了理論與實(shi)踐(jian)教學(xue)(xue)、校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)文化(hua)的營(ying)造、師資(zi)(zi)隊伍(wu)建設、個(ge)人(ren)財(cai)物的保(bao)障、政策(ce)的落實(shi)、高效的管理等諸(zhu)多方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)面。對(dui)于高校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)來(lai)說推進(jin)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教育要抓(zhua)住(zhu)要領,把(ba)重點放在(zai)對(dui)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教育影(ying)響最大的方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)面來(lai)提高勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教育的整體水(shui)平,把(ba)難(nan)點放在(zai)現狀相(xiang)對(dui)薄弱的環節來(lai)完善勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教育體系。推動(dong)(dong)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教育的發展,實(shi)現其育人(ren)功(gong)能(neng),需要高校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)與社會、家庭、學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的共同努力才能(neng)更好地凸顯出其效果。因此,本研(yan)究結(jie)合調研(yan)分析結(jie)論有針對(dui)性(xing)的提出幾點建議。

(一)健(jian)全(quan)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)條件保(bao)(bao)(bao)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)體系(xi)是基(ji)礎(chu)就(jiu)調(diao)查數(shu)(shu)據來(lai)看,條件保(bao)(bao)(bao)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)現狀相對其他方面(mian)來(lai)說最薄弱。為了有效(xiao)推動(dong)(dong)高(gao)校(xiao)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)實施,高(gao)校(xiao)應(ying)(ying)該(gai)在(zai)物(wu)質(zhi)經(jing)費(fei)、實踐(jian)(jian)場地(di)、安(an)全(quan)管(guan)理(li)(li)等多(duo)方面(mian)健(jian)全(quan)高(gao)校(xiao)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)條件保(bao)(bao)(bao)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)體系(xi),提(ti)(ti)高(gao)高(gao)校(xiao)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)整體水(shui)平。在(zai)物(wu)質(zhi)和經(jing)費(fei)保(bao)(bao)(bao)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)方面(mian),高(gao)校(xiao)應(ying)(ying)該(gai)主動(dong)(dong)加(jia)強(qiang)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)方面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)經(jing)費(fei)投入,切實保(bao)(bao)(bao)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)經(jing)費(fei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)嚴格管(guan)理(li)(li),設(she)(she)置專(zhuan)項資(zi)(zi)金(jin)(jin)項目(mu)。專(zhuan)項資(zi)(zi)金(jin)(jin)可(ke)(ke)(ke)用于學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)開(kai)展社會實踐(jian)(jian)、勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)專(zhuan)題教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)、暑期三下鄉活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)與(yu)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)技能(neng)比(bi)賽(sai)等。另外,高(gao)校(xiao)也(ye)可(ke)(ke)(ke)以爭取社會資(zi)(zi)源的(de)(de)(de)(de)支持,為學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)提(ti)(ti)供更多(duo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)物(wu)質(zhi)和資(zi)(zi)金(jin)(jin)保(bao)(bao)(bao)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)。高(gao)校(xiao)應(ying)(ying)該(gai)在(zai)綜合(he)考慮學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)數(shu)(shu)量以及教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)需(xu)求的(de)(de)(de)(de)基(ji)礎(chu)上,盡可(ke)(ke)(ke)能(neng)多(duo)地(di)增加(jia)專(zhuan)門進(jin)行勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)場地(di),不能(neng)僅依(yi)靠(kao)校(xiao)園場地(di)讓學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)進(jin)行簡單(dan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)清潔活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)。同(tong)(tong)時(shi),勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)實踐(jian)(jian)場地(di)可(ke)(ke)(ke)與(yu)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)專(zhuan)業結合(he)起來(lai)設(she)(she)置,提(ti)(ti)高(gao)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)專(zhuan)業實踐(jian)(jian)能(neng)力。在(zai)安(an)全(quan)管(guan)理(li)(li)方面(mian),學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)應(ying)(ying)該(gai)提(ti)(ti)高(gao)安(an)全(quan)防范意識(shi),建(jian)立安(an)全(quan)保(bao)(bao)(bao)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)機制,設(she)(she)立有關(guan)部門統籌協調(diao)。在(zai)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)進(jin)行勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)實踐(jian)(jian)時(shi)要配備專(zhuan)業人員,同(tong)(tong)時(shi)也(ye)要讓教(jiao)師學(xue)(xue)習相應(ying)(ying)的(de)(de)(de)(de)防范與(yu)應(ying)(ying)急知(zhi)識(shi)。

(二)提(ti)高學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)價值(zhi)觀(guan)(guan)念(nian)教(jiao)育(yu)是前提(ti)從學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)對(dui)(dui)于勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)態(tai)度當(dang)中可以(yi)看出其能夠意(yi)識(shi)到勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)要性(xing),但是對(dui)(dui)于自(zi)己參(can)(can)與勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)實(shi)踐的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)熱(re)情(qing)與意(yi)愿(yuan)相對(dui)(dui)偏低。同(tong)時,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)也普(pu)遍認為(wei)周(zhou)圍的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)同(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)參(can)(can)與勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)實(shi)踐活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)積極性(xing)不(bu)(bu)高。不(bu)(bu)愿(yuan)意(yi)參(can)(can)與勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)可能是因為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)形式較為(wei)單一(yi)、枯(ku)燥(zao)乏味,不(bu)(bu)能引起學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)足夠興(xing)趣(qu)(qu)。高校在(zai)(zai)開展勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)實(shi)踐活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)時可以(yi)安排豐富(fu)多彩的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)形式以(yi)及對(dui)(dui)在(zai)(zai)勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)中表現(xian)優(you)秀的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)獎勵(li)來提(ti)高學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)對(dui)(dui)于勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)興(xing)趣(qu)(qu)。同(tong)時,還(huan)要從思想層面出發,培養學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)正確(que)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)價值(zhi)觀(guan)(guan)念(nian)以(yi)及吃苦(ku)耐勞的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)精(jing)神品質。高校要認識(shi)到勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)有利于幫助學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)樹(shu)立正確(que)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)價值(zhi)觀(guan)(guan)、培養健全的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)人(ren)格[3],在(zai)(zai)日(ri)常教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)過程中要加強勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)價值(zhi)觀(guan)(guan)教(jiao)育(yu),引導學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)熱(re)愛勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),注重(zhong)教(jiao)育(yu)實(shi)效,實(shi)現(xian)知(zhi)行(xing)(xing)合(he)一(yi)。幫助學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)樹(shu)立正確(que)擇業(ye)觀(guan)(guan),具有到艱苦(ku)地區和行(xing)(xing)業(ye)工(gong)作的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)奮斗精(jing)神,懂得空(kong)談誤國、實(shi)干(gan)興(xing)邦的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)深刻(ke)道理。

(三)加強勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)師(shi)資(zi)(zi)隊(dui)伍建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)是關鍵在師(shi)資(zi)(zi)隊(dui)伍方(fang)面,進(jin)行勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)實(shi)踐(jian)(jian)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)師(shi)資(zi)(zi)較為(wei)薄弱,沒有實(shi)踐(jian)(jian)經驗豐富的(de)(de)教(jiao)師(shi)帶(dai)(dai)領(ling)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生參與勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)實(shi)踐(jian)(jian)活動(dong)。加強師(shi)資(zi)(zi)隊(dui)伍建(jian)設(she)(she)(she),是高(gao)校(xiao)勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)培養合格人(ren)才(cai)的(de)(de)堅實(shi)基礎。師(shi)資(zi)(zi)隊(dui)伍建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)是高(gao)校(xiao)勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)基礎保(bao)證(zheng),建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)一(yi)支綜合素質過硬(ying)、勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)能力突出的(de)(de)師(shi)資(zi)(zi)隊(dui)伍對(dui)(dui)于高(gao)校(xiao)勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)長遠發展(zhan)來說(shuo)至關重(zhong)要。針對(dui)(dui)帶(dai)(dai)領(ling)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生進(jin)行勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)實(shi)踐(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)教(jiao)師(shi),一(yi)定要強化其勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)實(shi)踐(jian)(jian)操(cao)作能力,使其能夠應對(dui)(dui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生在勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)實(shi)踐(jian)(jian)中的(de)(de)不足與困惑。如果有條件,也可(ke)以聘請一(yi)線勞(lao)模作為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)的(de)(de)校(xiao)外(wai)兼職教(jiao)師(shi),帶(dai)(dai)領(ling)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生進(jin)行實(shi)地勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)實(shi)踐(jian)(jian)。

(四)完善勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)考核評(ping)(ping)(ping)價(jia)體系(xi)是(shi)補(bu)充勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)評(ping)(ping)(ping)價(jia)既是(shi)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)最后(hou)一(yi)步,也(ye)是(shi)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)不可(ke)或缺(que)的(de)一(yi)步。勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)評(ping)(ping)(ping)價(jia)的(de)結(jie)果對于后(hou)續勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)實施有著極強的(de)導向作用(yong)。勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)后(hou)續發(fa)展方向的(de)正(zheng)確性取決于勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)評(ping)(ping)(ping)價(jia)體系(xi)是(shi)否完善。勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)評(ping)(ping)(ping)價(jia)體系(xi)不健全、不完善,缺(que)乏嚴(yan)格(ge)(ge)的(de)考核評(ping)(ping)(ping)價(jia)標準,會導致勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)得不到正(zheng)確的(de)反饋,失(shi)去發(fa)展的(de)方向,從而被弱化(hua)、邊緣化(hua)。教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)部門應(ying)當對勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)課程的(de)開(kai)展與(yu)實施情況進行(xing)及時的(de)督導與(yu)監測,建立嚴(yan)格(ge)(ge)而靈活的(de)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)考核標準,安排專職人員進行(xing)監管與(yu)評(ping)(ping)(ping)價(jia),同時應(ying)當及時將評(ping)(ping)(ping)價(jia)結(jie)果和考核明細公開(kai)。
