一、高校工會管理現狀及問題

二、“互聯網+”高校工會管理模式創新重要性

高(gao)校(xiao)工(gong)會管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)新路徑(jing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)開拓(tuo)必(bi)然離不(bu)開物質的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)持,在適應信(xin)(xin)息(xi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)教育要(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)同時(shi),信(xin)(xin)息(xi)技術(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)研究、技術(shu)設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)提供、信(xin)(xin)息(xi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)人才的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)引進以及(ji)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)資源的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)開拓(tuo),都需要(yao)(yao)(yao)有(you)(you)足(zu)(zu)夠(gou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)經(jing)費(fei)來(lai)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)撐。但大部(bu)分的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)高(gao)等(deng)(deng)院校(xiao)因各(ge)方面(mian)條件(jian)限制,沒能夠(gou)擁有(you)(you)厚(hou)實的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)經(jing)濟(ji)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)撐。經(jing)費(fei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)到位,信(xin)(xin)息(xi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)開展便會遭遇一定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)困難(nan)。經(jing)濟(ji)基礎(chu)決定(ding)上(shang)層建(jian)筑,充足(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)經(jing)濟(ji)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)持是高(gao)校(xiao)工(gong)會管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)不(bu)斷提升(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)基礎(chu)與(yu)保障。不(bu)得(de)不(bu)說,教育工(gong)會管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)十(shi)分復雜(za),也十(shi)分艱難(nan),必(bi)須要(yao)(yao)(yao)有(you)(you)充足(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)資金(jin)來(lai)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)撐管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)發展,信(xin)(xin)息(xi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)才能夠(gou)更加順(shun)利(li)地(di)推(tui)進。首先,工(gong)會應當設(she)(she)(she)立具體的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)經(jing)費(fei)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)部(bu)門(men),制定(ding)詳細(xi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)制度(du),將每筆資金(jin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)收(shou)入、支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)出(chu)等(deng)(deng)明細(xi)公(gong)開于校(xiao)內微(wei)信(xin)(xin)平臺,做到公(gong)開、透明。同時(shi)需要(yao)(yao)(yao)有(you)(you)相關(guan)部(bu)門(men)負(fu)責監督經(jing)費(fei)收(shou)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)明細(xi),提高(gao)經(jing)費(fei)利(li)用率。爭取實現經(jing)費(fei)使用最優(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),用最少的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)金(jin)錢獲取最大的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)利(li)益(yi)。其(qi)次,加強經(jing)費(fei)預算規劃。高(gao)校(xiao)工(gong)會管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she),包括了硬件(jian)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)以及(ji)軟(ruan)(ruan)件(jian)設(she)(she)(she)施(shi)(shi)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)。在重視硬件(jian)設(she)(she)(she)施(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)同時(shi),也要(yao)(yao)(yao)注重軟(ruan)(ruan)件(jian)設(she)(she)(she)施(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)提升(sheng)。軟(ruan)(ruan)件(jian)設(she)(she)(she)施(shi)(shi)包括各(ge)種軟(ruan)(ruan)件(jian)設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)、工(gong)會環境、部(bu)門(men)風氣、精神(shen)元素等(deng)(deng),在現實生活中建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)經(jing)費(fei)預算往往規劃得(de)不(bu)夠(gou)全面(mian),尤其(qi)是對于軟(ruan)(ruan)件(jian)設(she)(she)(she)施(shi)(shi)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)規劃很容(rong)易被忽略。最后,努(nu)力配合提高(gao)學校(xiao)教學成績,提高(gao)師資水平與(yu)學生質量,加強學校(xiao)特色建(jian)設(she)(she)(she),提升(sheng)學校(xiao)知名度(du),讓(rang)學校(xiao)獲得(de)更多的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)社(she)(she)會認(ren)可,從而爭取社(she)(she)會資金(jin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)贊助[5]。

四、結束語

“互聯(lian)網(wang)(wang)+”背(bei)景(jing)下(xia)的工(gong)(gong)會工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)管(guan)理模(mo)式的創新在(zai)高(gao)(gao)(gao)校(xiao)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)改革中起著舉足輕重(zhong)的作(zuo)用,重(zhong)要性不(bu)言而喻。在(zai)信(xin)息時(shi)代的高(gao)(gao)(gao)速發展之(zhi)(zhi)下(xia),互聯(lian)網(wang)(wang)給(gei)高(gao)(gao)(gao)校(xiao)工(gong)(gong)會管(guan)理部(bu)(bu)門(men)(men)提供了(le)優越的平臺(tai)。在(zai)社會要求(qiu)不(bu)斷提高(gao)(gao)(gao)之(zhi)(zhi)下(xia),工(gong)(gong)會工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)管(guan)理新路徑(jing)的探索(suo)還需(xu)要學校(xiao)內部(bu)(bu)各(ge)(ge)人員的共同努力。工(gong)(gong)會管(guan)理隊伍的建(jian)設、各(ge)(ge)部(bu)(bu)門(men)(men)之(zhi)(zhi)間的協調合作(zuo)以及工(gong)(gong)會部(bu)(bu)門(men)(men)長遠(yuan)規劃都是信(xin)息化下(xia)的高(gao)(gao)(gao)校(xiao)工(gong)(gong)會管(guan)理的新對策。只有提高(gao)(gao)(gao)高(gao)(gao)(gao)校(xiao)工(gong)(gong)會管(guan)理信(xin)息化水平,提高(gao)(gao)(gao)互聯(lian)網(wang)(wang)與管(guan)理的融合的程度,才能(neng)夠(gou)提升教(jiao)學與管(guan)理水平,契(qi)合院校(xiao)精(jing)神,實(shi)現高(gao)(gao)(gao)校(xiao)教(jiao)學、聲譽、經營的快速發展,真正實(shi)現校(xiao)園秩序(xu)穩定、快速發展。
