[摘要]中職學校德育教育的課程體系中,哲學與人生課程占據著主導作用,是學生構建正確的人生觀、世界觀和價值觀的重要理論基礎,對中職生的成長和發展具有十分重要的意義。筆者結合珠海市衛生學校在德育課程特色創新研究教學中提出的“專題教學法”的(de)運用情(qing)況,以哲學(xue)(xue)(xue)與人(ren)生(sheng)課程為(wei)切入點,對(dui)“專題教學(xue)(xue)(xue)法”在中職德育課程中的(de)應用進行(xing)了創(chuang)新性的(de)探索(suo),有效地提高了德育課教學(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)育人(ren)效果,促進了學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)思想品德與行(xing)為(wei)方式的(de)成長。

哲學與人生這門課程是中職學校德育課程中的核心課程,同時課程內容涉及到哲學理論,傳統的課程教學感染力和引導認識相對枯燥,理論知識學生學習起來比較困難,用什么樣的教學方法能將這門課程的內容用既簡練又通俗易懂的方法授于學生,是所有德育教師經常思考的問題。珠海市衛生學校(以下簡稱“學校”)德育教研組開展了“以立德樹人為核心的校本德育課程特色創新研究”課題的研究工作,從中(zhong)創新性地(di)提出了“專題教學法”。
1專題教學法的背景
學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)按國(guo)(guo)(guo)家規定(ding)開設(she)了(le)(le)6門(men)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),在(zai)(zai)按要(yao)求開設(she)足(zu)夠課(ke)(ke)(ke)時(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)同(tong)時(shi),又能(neng)體(ti)現(xian)專業(ye)特色(se)(se)。但不(bu)足(zu)之處也十分(fen)明(ming)顯,具體(ti)表現(xian)在(zai)(zai):①德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)交叉重疊的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)容(rong)過(guo)(guo)多,不(bu)同(tong)課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)師根據教(jiao)材內(nei)(nei)容(rong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)系統性和(he)(he)(he)(he)完整(zheng)性,向學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)講(jiang)授同(tong)樣內(nei)(nei)容(rong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)知識(shi)。既(ji)浪費學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習時(shi)間,教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)效果也不(bu)好(hao)。甚至還有可能(neng)出(chu)現(xian)不(bu)同(tong)教(jiao)師就同(tong)一內(nei)(nei)容(rong)講(jiang)授不(bu)同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)觀(guan)點,讓(rang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)無(wu)所適從。②2013年版的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)4門(men)核(he)心(xin)課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)道德(de)(de)與(yu)法律、職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)涯規劃、經(jing)濟政治與(yu)社(she)(she)(she)會(hui)(hui)(hui)和(he)(he)(he)(he)哲(zhe)(zhe)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)與(yu)人(ren)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)雖(sui)然編寫的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)很(hen)好(hao),很(hen)符(fu)合“三(san)(san)貼(tie)近(jin)”原則(ze),但在(zai)(zai)很(hen)多方(fang)面未能(neng)體(ti)現(xian)《中等(deng)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)大(da)綱(gang)(gang)》的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)要(yao)求,許多地(di)方(fang)有待完善(shan)。③根據教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)部《中等(deng)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)大(da)綱(gang)(gang)》(2014年修訂(ding))的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)要(yao)求,中職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)應當“以(yi)(yi)(yi)中國(guo)(guo)(guo)特色(se)(se)社(she)(she)(she)會(hui)(hui)(hui)主義(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)理(li)論體(ti)系為(wei)統領,在(zai)(zai)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)中融入(ru)‘富強(qiang)、民主、文明(ming)、和(he)(he)(he)(he)諧,自(zi)由、平(ping)等(deng)、公(gong)正、法治,愛(ai)國(guo)(guo)(guo)、敬業(ye)、誠信、友善(shan)’的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)社(she)(she)(she)會(hui)(hui)(hui)主義(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)核(he)心(xin)價(jia)值(zhi)觀(guan)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu),科學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)設(she)置教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)內(nei)(nei)容(rong)”。鑒于上(shang)述情況(kuang),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)教(jiao)研(yan)組根據國(guo)(guo)(guo)家相關(guan)規定(ding),結合學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)實(shi)際(ji)(ji),以(yi)(yi)(yi)如(ru)何全面落實(shi)新時(shi)代中國(guo)(guo)(guo)特色(se)(se)社(she)(she)(she)會(hui)(hui)(hui)主義(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)思(si)(si)想、如(ru)何讓(rang)社(she)(she)(she)會(hui)(hui)(hui)主義(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)核(he)心(xin)價(jia)值(zhi)觀(guan)融入(ru)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)中、如(ru)何全面落實(shi)禮行(xing)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)“三(san)(san)貼(tie)近(jin)”(貼(tie)近(jin)社(she)(she)(she)會(hui)(hui)(hui),貼(tie)近(jin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活,貼(tie)近(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng))等(deng)問題(ti)(ti)(ti),開展了(le)(le)“以(yi)(yi)(yi)立德(de)(de)樹人(ren)為(wei)核(he)心(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)校(xiao)(xiao)本(ben)(ben)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)特色(se)(se)創新研(yan)究”課(ke)(ke)(ke)題(ti)(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)研(yan)究工(gong)作(zuo)。課(ke)(ke)(ke)題(ti)(ti)(ti)組和(he)(he)(he)(he)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)教(jiao)研(yan)組從中職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)實(shi)際(ji)(ji)情況(kuang)出(chu)發,經(jing)過(guo)(guo)分(fen)析(xi)和(he)(he)(he)(he)梳(shu)理(li),將哲(zhe)(zhe)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)與(yu)人(ren)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)等(deng)4門(men)核(he)心(xin)課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)和(he)(he)(he)(he)校(xiao)(xiao)本(ben)(ben)《十禮百行(xing)》讀(du)本(ben)(ben)進行(xing)整(zheng)合,在(zai)(zai)原統篇(pian)教(jiao)材的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)基(ji)(ji)礎上(shang)形成四大(da)新模塊(kuai),以(yi)(yi)(yi)“專題(ti)(ti)(ti)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)法”的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)形式編寫了(le)(le)相應的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)專題(ti)(ti)(ti)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)指引。經(jing)過(guo)(guo)整(zheng)合后形成的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)四大(da)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)新模塊(kuai),具有課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)主線(xian)(xian)清(qing)晰、主題(ti)(ti)(ti)鮮明(ming)、知識(shi)點完整(zheng)、課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)內(nei)(nei)容(rong)不(bu)重復、緊貼(tie)中職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)認知水平(ping)和(he)(he)(he)(he)接受能(neng)力的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)特點。哲(zhe)(zhe)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)與(yu)人(ren)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)這(zhe)門(men)課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)改革后,以(yi)(yi)(yi)人(ren)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)哲(zhe)(zhe)理(li)篇(pian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)形式呈(cheng)現(xian),新改革的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)人(ren)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)哲(zhe)(zhe)理(li)篇(pian)融入(ru)了(le)(le)社(she)(she)(she)會(hui)(hui)(hui)主義(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)核(he)心(xin)價(jia)值(zhi)觀(guan)“自(zi)由、和(he)(he)(he)(he)諧”,以(yi)(yi)(yi)辯證(zheng)唯(wei)(wei)物主義(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)和(he)(he)(he)(he)歷史唯(wei)(wei)物主義(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)基(ji)(ji)本(ben)(ben)觀(guan)點和(he)(he)(he)(he)方(fang)法為(wei)主線(xian)(xian),以(yi)(yi)(yi)分(fen)析(xi)解(jie)決中職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)最切(qie)實(shi)際(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)人(ren)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)問題(ti)(ti)(ti)為(wei)主題(ti)(ti)(ti)和(he)(he)(he)(he)落腳點,用馬(ma)克思(si)(si)主義(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)哲(zhe)(zhe)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)智慧啟迪學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)人(ren)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng),讓(rang)中職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)會(hui)(hui)(hui)用唯(wei)(wei)物辯證(zheng)法的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)基(ji)(ji)本(ben)(ben)觀(guan)點和(he)(he)(he)(he)方(fang)法思(si)(si)考人(ren)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)、思(si)(si)考社(she)(she)(she)會(hui)(hui)(hui)、思(si)(si)考世界,走好(hao)自(zi)己(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)人(ren)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)路。
2專題教學法的運用
