【摘要】隨著資源節約型、環境友好型社會創建目標影響力不斷提升,近年來我國綠色建筑領域實現了較為長足進步,綠色施工管理的大量開展便屬于該進步的直觀體現,基于此,本文簡單分析了醫院建筑施工管理創新思路,并結合實例詳細論述了醫院建筑綠色施工管理路(lu)徑,希望由此能夠為相關業內(nei)人(ren)士帶來一(yi)定(ding)啟發。

前言
近(jin)年來我國在工(gong)業(ye)化(hua)(hua)、城市化(hua)(hua)領域(yu)均取得了舉世矚目的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)展成果(guo),但發(fa)展成果(guo)背后存在的(de)(de)(de)巨大能(neng)(neng)源消(xiao)耗(hao)和浪(lang)費也不容忽視,據(ju)(ju)權威機構調查表明,現階段我國建(jian)筑(zhu)能(neng)(neng)耗(hao)占全社會終端(duan)能(neng)(neng)耗(hao)的(de)(de)(de)30%左右,公共建(jian)筑(zhu)能(neng)(neng)耗(hao)則占據(ju)(ju)建(jian)筑(zhu)總能(neng)(neng)耗(hao)的(de)(de)(de)1/3,而為了提(ti)供(gong)一條(tiao)可行性(xing)較強的(de)(de)(de)公共建(jian)筑(zhu)能(neng)(neng)耗(hao)節約路(lu)徑,正是本(ben)文(wen)圍繞(rao)醫院建(jian)筑(zhu)施(shi)工(gong)管理創新及綠色施(shi)工(gong)管理開展具體研究(jiu)的(de)(de)(de)原因所在。
1醫(yi)院建筑施(shi)工管理創新思(si)路
1.1施工人員(yuan)管理創新(xin)
在醫(yi)院建筑施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)管(guan)理(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)創新(xin)(xin)探索中,施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)人員的(de)(de)(de)(de)創新(xin)(xin)管(guan)理(li)(li)必須得到重(zhong)視,這一創新(xin)(xin)管(guan)理(li)(li)可通過(guo)設置安(an)(an)全管(guan)理(li)(li)機構(gou)、開展(zhan)(zhan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育培訓(xun)(xun)(xun)實現,安(an)(an)全管(guan)理(li)(li)機構(gou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)設置需(xu)圍繞法人、負責安(an)(an)全經(jing)理(li)(li)、總工(gong)程(cheng)師、項目經(jing)理(li)(li)、施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)員/安(an)(an)全員/技術員組成的(de)(de)(de)(de)五級(ji)安(an)(an)全管(guan)理(li)(li)機構(gou)人員體系展(zhan)(zhan)開,這一體系屬于(yu)“團(tuan)隊化”創新(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)典型,由此實現嚴(yan)謹工(gong)作方(fang)式和創新(xin)(xin)思(si)維方(fang)式的(de)(de)(de)(de)互(hu)補,即可實現創新(xin)(xin)性較高的(de)(de)(de)(de)醫(yi)院建筑施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)安(an)(an)全管(guan)理(li)(li);教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育培訓(xun)(xun)(xun)的(de)(de)(de)(de)開展(zhan)(zhan)則(ze)要(yao)求建筑施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)單(dan)位告別“教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育培訓(xun)(xun)(xun)資金能省(sheng)(sheng)則(ze)省(sheng)(sheng),程(cheng)序盡量(liang)從簡(jian)”等錯(cuo)誤(wu)行為,由此引入(ru)現代多媒體技術、BIM技術開展(zhan)(zhan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育培訓(xun)(xun)(xun),即可大幅提升教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育培訓(xun)(xun)(xun)的(de)(de)(de)(de)有效性,這種(zhong)創新(xin)(xin)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育培訓(xun)(xun)(xun)的(de)(de)(de)(de)開展(zhan)(zhan)同(tong)樣能夠較好服務于(yu)醫(yi)院建筑施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)管(guan)理(li)(li)。
1.2施工技術管理創新
