摘要:近幾年大學生微(wei)(wei)營銷人(ren)數(shu)在不斷增(zeng)長,微(wei)(wei)營銷市(shi)場發(fa)展迅速的(de)同(tong)時也(ye)存(cun)在諸多問題,如:專業(ye)性不強(qiang)、設計不到位、目標(biao)群體混(hun)亂等。在實踐教(jiao)(jiao)學中(zhong)依(yi)托校企合作平臺將師徒制與微(wei)(wei)營銷緊密(mi)結合,讓微(wei)(wei)營銷更專業(ye)、更規范、更細化。這種(zhong)實踐教(jiao)(jiao)學形式不但能豐富(fu)教(jiao)(jiao)學內容、提高教(jiao)(jiao)學效果、還(huan)能培養學生的(de)人(ren)際(ji)溝(gou)通(tong)能力、創(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)業(ye)能力和實務操作能力。

四、結論
“師(shi)徒制”實踐(jian)教學體驗相對(dui)于傳統教學方法(fa)是一種(zhong)創新,在某(mou)些方面可以(yi)(yi)克服傳統教學方法(fa)的(de)缺陷和(he)不(bu)足使學生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)在學校(xiao)就可以(yi)(yi)接(jie)觸(chu)到保險(xian)工作尤其是保險(xian)微營(ying)銷方面的(de)具體內(nei)容(rong),理論(lun)聯系實際,學以(yi)(yi)致用(yong),在對(dui)學生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)進行(xing)考(kao)核(he)時加入模擬實踐(jian)的(de)成(cheng)績以(yi)(yi)考(kao)核(he)學生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)對(dui)理論(lun)知識的(de)應用(yong)水平和(he)動手能力,提高學生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)學習的(de)積極性。
