1 消(xiao)防(fang)工程施工的特點以及存(cun)在(zai)的問題(ti)
1.1 消防工程(cheng)施工的(de)特點
消防工程具有非常明確的目的性,它的施工是一項非常復雜的產品加工過程。消防工程在施工的過程中作業場具有流動比較分散,生產周期普遍較長,還需要交叉作業等特點。由于施工環節多,從最開始的設計、施工準備,到施工的工程、調試開通,以及最后的竣工驗收都會對工程的質量產生影響。所以,對消防工程施工質量監理是一個漫長的過程。消防工程的作用是預防火災和減少火災的危害,這對于保障社會主義現代化建設,構建和諧社會,保護人民群眾生命和財產安全,促進國民經濟的健康發展都有著重要的現實意義。由此可以看出消防工程質量的優劣(lie)事(shi)關重大(da),施(shi)工(gong)監(jian)管人員務必要做到(dao)嚴格(ge)把關,保障消防工(gong)程的施(shi)工(gong)質量,切(qie)不可有半點疏忽。
1.2 當(dang)前(qian)消防工程存(cun)在的(de)問(wen)題
第一,施(shi)工(gong)過程缺乏規(gui)范(fan)性。經(jing)過實際的(de)(de)調查研究,筆者(zhe)發現,不(bu)少消防(fang)(fang)(fang)工(gong)程在(zai)施(shi)工(gong)中并沒(mei)(mei)有(you)(you)(you)為給(gei)水管(guan)道內(nei)(nei)外做充(chong)足的(de)(de)防(fang)(fang)(fang)銹處理,有(you)(you)(you)些(xie)室內(nei)(nei)消防(fang)(fang)(fang)水管(guan)道也沒(mei)(mei)有(you)(you)(you)使用(yong)(yong)鍍鋅管(guan)道。除此之外,有(you)(you)(you)的(de)(de)施(shi)工(gong)團隊從(cong)主管(guan)道通向噴(pen)水頭(tou)的(de)(de)至(zhi)關(guan)(guan)沒(mei)(mei)有(you)(you)(you)用(yong)(yong)三通接頭(tou)連(lian)接,而(er)是直接在(zai)主管(guan)道上切割開洞進行焊接,這(zhe)樣存在(zai)一定的(de)(de)安全隱患。還(huan)有(you)(you)(you),閘閥安裝不(bu)規(gui)范(fan),自動報(bao)警系統的(de)(de)電器線路預埋管(guan)有(you)(you)(you)些(xie)沒(mei)(mei)有(you)(you)(you)到(dao)位,有(you)(you)(you)的(de)(de)屋頂水箱消防(fang)(fang)(fang)用(yong)(yong)水與生活用(yong)(yong)水出水口的(de)(de)高度沒(mei)(mei)有(you)(you)(you)達到(dao)設計要求,這(zhe)些(xie)都是在(zai)實際施(shi)工(gong)經(jing)常(chang)出現的(de)(de)施(shi)工(gong)不(bu)規(gui)范(fan)、不(bu)到(dao)位的(de)(de)地(di)方,相關(guan)(guan)從(cong)業人員(yuan)必須(xu)引起足夠(gou)重視。
第二,隱(yin)蔽的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程質(zhi)量(liang)無法保障(zhang)。消防(fang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程中有很(hen)大一部分(fen)屬于隱(yin)蔽工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程,消防(fang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程的(de)(de)質(zhi)量(liang)檢(jian)(jian)測等到竣工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)驗(yan)收時隱(yin)蔽工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程的(de)(de)質(zhi)量(liang)就已(yi)經無法測得(de),只能依靠檢(jian)(jian)驗(yan)固(gu)定消防(fang)設備時應(ying)用(yong)性能,對于外露部分(fen)不規范(fan)的(de)(de)焊(han)接即(ji)使是發現(xian)了,修改的(de)(de)難度(du)也比較大,給(gei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程的(de)(de)安全性和成本控制帶來了極大的(de)(de)不利。
2 消防(fang)工(gong)程施(shi)工(gong)質量(liang)監(jian)理措施(shi)
施(shi)工(gong)(gong)的質量監理(li)包括了作業技(ji)術活動(dong)和(he)管理(li)活動(dong),而施(shi)工(gong)(gong)是(shi)一個(ge)從投入原材料到(dao)完成工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)質量驗收和(he)交工(gong)(gong)的系統(tong)過程(cheng)。做(zuo)好(hao)質量監理(li)需要(yao)建(jian)立健(jian)全工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)項目質量管理(li)工(gong)(gong)作體(ti)系。根據筆者(zhe)的調查研究,以及(ji)對相關(guan)實例的總結歸納,列(lie)舉出以下(xia)幾條施(shi)工(gong)(gong)質量建(jian)立措施(shi)。
2.1 加強對施工過程質量的(de)監督
施工(gong)(gong)(gong)質量(liang)是消(xiao)防使用(yong)功能可靠(kao)性(xing)和耐(nai)久(jiu)性(xing)的(de)(de)基(ji)(ji)礎,要(yao)想在根本上保障(zhang)消(xiao)防建(jian)筑的(de)(de)可靠(kao)性(xing)和耐(nai)久(jiu)性(xing)就必須在設計(ji)、施工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)過程中(zhong)嚴(yan)格按(an)照土建(jian)。安裝(zhuang)等(deng)(deng)各專業(ye)規范的(de)(de)要(yao)求,認認真(zhen)真(zhen)的(de)(de)保證質量(liang)。特別是對吊頂內隱蔽安裝(zhuang)的(de)(de)噴淋(lin)、報警、聯(lian)動、防排眼觀(guan)線等(deng)(deng)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)項目(mu)要(yao)特別注意(yi)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)質量(liang),因為這些是消(xiao)防工(gong)(gong)(gong)程發揮(hui)作(zuo)用(yong)的(de)(de)重要(yao)基(ji)(ji)礎。所以,質量(liang)監督(du)機(ji)構與公安消(xiao)防管理兩者要(yao)有機(ji)結合(he),互為補充,互為保障(zhang),共同(tong)實現其監督(du)職能。
2.2 著重考慮人的(de)因素(su)
目(mu)前,我(wo)國已(yi)經頒布了《建(jian)筑法(fa)(fa)》以及《建(jian)筑工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)管(guan)理(li)條例》等(deng)法(fa)(fa)律條文,其(qi)中嚴格規定了我(wo)國實行建(jian)筑業(ye)(ye)(ye)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)經營資質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)理(li)、市場準(zhun)(zhun)入制(zhi)度(du)、執業(ye)(ye)(ye)資格注冊制(zhi)度(du)、作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)(ye)(ye)及管(guan)理(li)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)持(chi)證上崗制(zhi)度(du)等(deng),從(cong)本(ben)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)上說(shuo),這都是對(dui)從(cong)事建(jian)設(she)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)活動的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)人(ren)(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)素(su)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)和(he)(he)能(neng)力進行了必要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)控制(zhi)。所以,在施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)前,就要(yao)(yao)確(que)保(bao)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)素(su)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)達到要(yao)(yao)求(qiu),要(yao)(yao)能(neng)通過消(xiao)防(fang)專業(ye)(ye)(ye)考試并合格,相關技(ji)(ji)術(shu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)要(yao)(yao)接受有針對(dui)性的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)交底(di),使(shi)其(qi)領(ling)會消(xiao)防(fang)設(she)計(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)意圖、設(she)計(ji)變更的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)、執行和(he)(he)滿足(zu)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)規范、規程(cheng)(cheng)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)標準(zhun)(zhun)、質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)評定標準(zhun)(zhun)和(he)(he)建(jian)設(she)單(dan)位的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)合理(li)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)。積極(ji)學(xue)習與工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)相關的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)消(xiao)防(fang)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)規范。由于在施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)過程(cheng)(cheng)中,存(cun)在電工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)(ye)(ye)、壓力容(rong)器操作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)、起重(zhong)機械操作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)、焊接作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)(ye)(ye)等(deng)多個(ge)(ge)工(gong)(gong)(gong)種作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)(ye)(ye),為保(bao)證施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量(liang),需要(yao)(yao)對(dui)使(shi)用人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)進行一個(ge)(ge)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)(ye)(ye)前的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)培訓,確(que)保(bao)每一個(ge)(ge)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)具有獨立作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)能(neng)力。參(can)與消(xiao)防(fang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)項目(mu)經理(li)、技(ji)(ji)術(shu)主管(guan)、質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)員(yuan)(yuan)、安全員(yuan)(yuan)、資料員(yuan)(yuan)等(deng)要(yao)(yao)熟悉和(he)(he)勝任本(ben)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),具有較高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)思想素(su)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)和(he)(he)業(ye)(ye)(ye)務(wu)素(su)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。對(dui)于消(xiao)防(fang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)現(xian)場施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)來說(shuo),項目(mu)經理(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)綜(zong)合素(su)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)高(gao)低(di)直接決定了現(xian)場的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量(liang),因此要(yao)(yao)選(xuan)擇法(fa)(fa)律意識強(qiang)、技(ji)(ji)術(shu)精湛、具有強(qiang)烈的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)責任心(xin)以及良好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)風的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才來擔任。

3 結論
經過(guo)多(duo)年的(de)努力,我國(guo)在消(xiao)(xiao)防(fang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)的(de)設計、設計審(shen)核、施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)以(yi)及工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)驗收等(deng)環(huan)節都積累不少的(de)經驗,也(ye)取得(de)了很大的(de)發展,但(dan)是(shi)當(dang)前我國(guo)消(xiao)(xiao)防(fang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)在施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)質量監理上還存(cun)在一(yi)(yi)些問(wen)題(ti)(ti),部分(fen)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)的(de)火災報警(jing)系統(tong)以(yi)及消(xiao)(xiao)防(fang)聯動系統(tong)等(deng)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)的(de)監理還是(shi)做得(de)不夠好,當(dang)前急(ji)需解(jie)決的(de)就是(shi)監理應加強對各(ge)個環(huan)節主(zhu)要規范的(de)學習(xi),主(zhu)動介入(ru)到系統(tong)調試、試運行以(yi)及驗收等(deng)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)當(dang)中(zhong)去。從目前的(de)消(xiao)(xiao)防(fang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)的(de)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)情況來看,由于施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)人員的(de)綜(zong)合(he)素質存(cun)在差異,監理人員疏于管理,甚至有的(de)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)人員不遵(zun)守消(xiao)(xiao)防(fang)安(an)全操作(zuo)規程(cheng)(cheng),違規操作(zuo),給消(xiao)(xiao)防(fang)系統(tong)埋下了各(ge)種(zhong)安(an)全隱患(huan),并且在一(yi)(yi)定程(cheng)(cheng)度上也(ye)影響(xiang)了施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)質量,但(dan)筆者深(shen)深(shen)相信,這(zhe)都是(shi)暫(zan)時(shi)的(de),隨著技(ji)術的(de)發展,施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)質量監理的(de)日(ri)趨合(he)理化,這(zhe)些問(wen)題(ti)(ti)都會被(bei)一(yi)(yi)一(yi)(yi)解(jie)決。

若小區的開發(fa)建設(she)是分期(qi)(qi)(qi)交付使(shi)用(yong)時,應考慮建筑(zhu)管道、電氣(qi)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)、通風與空調工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)、消防工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)、電梯(ti)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)、智(zhi)能化(hua)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)等各(ge)專業工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)之間的施(shi)工(gong)工(gong)期(qi)(qi)(qi)合理交叉安排(pai),相應地(di)按分期(qi)(qi)(qi)交付驗收進行工(gong)期(qi)(qi)(qi)安排(pai),以確保工(gong)期(qi)(qi)(qi),保證(zheng)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)項目(mu)的順利交工(gong)。
高層住(zhu)宅因(yin)高度(du)大,層數(shu)多(duo),沉降(jiang)量大,安(an)裝(zhuang)給水(shui)(shui)排水(shui)(shui)及室內(nei)雨(yu)水(shui)(shui)落管道(dao)時,要避(bi)免因(yin)地下(xia)室的(de)管道(dao)承受沉降(jiang)的(de)剪(jian)力(li)而損(sun)壞。應(ying)在(zai)結構(gou)封頂(ding)并經初沉后(hou)(hou)進(jin)行施工,如因(yin)趕工需要同(tong)步進(jin)行安(an)裝(zhuang),則應(ying)先(xian)安(an)裝(zhuang)建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)物(wu)內(nei)的(de)管道(dao),等結構(gou)封頂(ding)初沉后(hou)(hou)再穿外墻(qiang)做(zuo)出(chu)戶管道(dao)。地下(xia)室或構(gou)筑(zhu)(zhu)物(wu)外墻(qiang)有(you)管道(dao)穿過往往設置有(you)套(tao)管,是高層建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)出(chu)現滲水(shui)(shui)最(zui)多(duo)的(de)部位(wei),管道(dao)安(an)裝(zhuang)后(hou)(hou)要有(you)可靠的(de)防(fang)水(shui)(shui)措施。
在防排煙系統或風管(guan)輸(shu)送(song)高溫氣(qi)體(ti)、易(yi)燃(ran)、易(yi)爆(bao)氣(qi)體(ti)或穿(chuan)越(yue)易(yi)燃(ran)、易(yi)爆(bao)環境的(de)(de)鍍鋅鋼板風管(guan)施(shi)工時,技術人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)應(ying)及時交底,且操作人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)應(ying)由合(he)格(ge)的(de)(de)設置接地,否則一(yi)旦靜電產生(sheng),將導(dao)致(zhi)管(guan)道內的(de)(de)氣(qi)體(ti)或易(yi)燃(ran)環境產生(sheng)爆(bao)炸,造成無法彌補的(de)(de)損失(shi)。
電(dian)氣(qi)工程施工計劃的(de)安排,要與土建施工計劃銜接(jie)好,不致發生缺少預留預埋,并嚴(yan)格按施工圖紙設計位(wei)置及走向布管和施工如有(you)變更一定要在竣工圖中標(biao)明(ming),從而避免使裝(zhuang)飾(shi)裝(zhuang)修工程與電(dian)氣(qi)照明(ming)燈具安裝(zhuang)線路敷設產生相互干擾而失去(qu)統一的(de)和諧(xie)美感。
消(xiao)防(fang)工(gong)程在施工(gong)單(dan)(dan)(dan)位(wei)安裝(zhuang)結束(shu)后,以施工(gong)單(dan)(dan)(dan)位(wei)為主,必要時(shi)會同建設單(dan)(dan)(dan)位(wei)、設計單(dan)(dan)(dan)位(wei)和設備供(gong)應商(shang),對(dui)固(gu)定滅火系統進行自檢性質的(de)調試檢驗(yan),鑒定固(gu)定滅火系統的(de)功能是否(fou)符合設計與其要求,發(fa)現安裝(zhuang)缺陷,及時(shi)整(zheng)改,為向公(gong)安消(xiao)防(fang)機(ji)構(gou)申報(bao)消(xiao)防(fang)驗(yan)收做好準備。
要(yao)確定(ding)衛(wei)生間排(pai)(pai)氣(qi)扇的(de)預留(liu)洞(dong)口是設(she)置在(zai)墻上還是窗戶上。如果(guo)設(she)計要(yao)求設(she)置在(zai)墻上,則要(yao)注意預留(liu)洞(dong)口的(de)位置是否合(he)理及是否有相應尺(chi)寸的(de)排(pai)(pai)氣(qi)扇。
戶門(men)及防(fang)(fang)火(huo)門(men)必(bi)須及時采(cai)購并安(an)裝(zhuang)門(men)框(kuang),以便外墻和樓梯間部位(wei)的(de)涂料或飾面(mian)磚收口,同時也可以保證電梯機房設(she)備安(an)裝(zhuang)后的(de)防(fang)(fang)盜(dao)安(an)全及電梯的(de)質監驗(yan)收。
安全防(fang)范(fan)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)需(xu)要檢(jian)測防(fang)范(fan)部(bu)位和(he)(he)要害部(bu)門(men)的(de)設(she)防(fang)情況,有無防(fang)范(fan)盲區。安全防(fang)范(fan)設(she)備的(de)運行是(shi)否(fou)達(da)到(dao)設(she)計(ji)要求(qiu)。各防(fang)范(fan)子系(xi)(xi)統(tong)之間的(de)報警聯動是(shi)否(fou)達(da)到(dao)安全防(fang)范(fan)的(de)要求(qiu)。監(jian)控圖像的(de)記(ji)錄和(he)(he)保存時間是(shi)否(fou)達(da)到(dao)設(she)計(ji)和(he)(he)規(gui)范(fan)標(biao)準要求(qiu)。
3.建(jian)筑機電(dian)安裝技術措(cuo)施(shi)
3.1 編制合(he)理的施(shi)工組織(zhi)設計(ji)
施工(gong)(gong)組(zu)(zu)織設(she)計(ji)應根據具體(ti)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)項目的(de)(de)實際情況,通過技術計(ji)算和驗算,編(bian)制針對(dui)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)重點(dian)、難點(dian)的(de)(de)具有指導性強(qiang)的(de)(de)施工(gong)(gong)方法和保障措施,使(shi)(shi)其既有較強(qiang)的(de)(de)使(shi)(shi)用價值,又(you)可(ke)保證良好的(de)(de)經濟效益。并根據設(she)計(ji)文件和施工(gong)(gong)組(zu)(zu)織設(she)計(ji),合理選用設(she)備及施工(gong)(gong)機械,以確保基礎工(gong)(gong)作的(de)(de)進(jin)展。
3.2 嚴格按照施工(gong)進(jin)度計劃開展(zhan)安裝工(gong)作
每一項建筑機(ji)(ji)電安裝工(gong)作順序都是根據現場(chang)施(shi)工(gong)環境、機(ji)(ji)電安裝工(gong)藝規律(lv)、設備材料進(jin)場(chang)時間等諸多因素編(bian)制的,所(suo)以(yi)(yi)它具有一定的科學性。在施(shi)工(gong)過程(cheng)中,要嚴格執行進(jin)度計劃,不要隨(sui)便改(gai)動,以(yi)(yi)免造成返工(gong)窩工(gong),工(gong)期延誤。
3.3 施工做到(dao)總體(ti)布置、統(tong)一安排
對(dui)大型建筑機電安(an)(an)(an)裝工(gong)程,由于設備多(duo),安(an)(an)(an)裝環(huan)節多(duo),因此對(dui)每一(yi)項安(an)(an)(an)裝都必須(xu)有總體布置,做(zuo)到統一(yi)安(an)(an)(an)排,施工(gong)隊(dui)必須(xu)統一(yi)指(zhi)揮。作(zuo)為(wei)技(ji)術人(ren)員,應(ying)對(dui)各安(an)(an)(an)裝環(huan)節要了如指(zhi)掌,對(dui)下一(yi)步該干什(shen)么(me)、怎么(me)干、缺(que)什(shen)么(me)材料(liao)和配件,還存在(zai)(zai)什(shen)么(me)問題等都要心中(zhong)有數,提前做(zuo)好(hao)協調安(an)(an)(an)排,這樣才(cai)不至于在(zai)(zai)安(an)(an)(an)裝工(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)造成停工(gong)待料(liao)的(de)被動局面(mian)。
3.4 機電安裝工作主(zhu)次分(fen)明(ming)
一個工程要(yao)想達到縮短(duan)工期之功效,安(an)裝(zhuang)工作必須(xu)主次分(fen)明。只(zhi)要(yao)合(he)理安(an)排安(an)裝(zhuang)順序,就能(neng)使資源(yuan)優化配(pei)置(zhi),做(zuo)到現場不積壓設備,人員不窩(wo)工,施工機械不浪費(fei),有(you)計(ji)劃有(you)目(mu)的地進行安(an)裝(zhuang)工作,才能(neng)達到利(li)益(yi)的最優化。
3.5 設(she)備安(an)裝中嚴格按照技術規(gui)程操作
每種設(she)備的(de)安(an)裝,都有一定的(de)作(zuo)業(ye)方式和工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)順(shun)序,不能急(ji)于求成,工(gong)(gong)序顛倒。例(li)如(ru):管(guan)道安(an)裝:施工(gong)(gong)準備;配合土建預留、預埋;管(guan)道走向(xiang)測繪線、管(guan)道元(yuan)件檢驗(yan) ;管(guan)道支架制作(zuo)安(an)裝;管(guan)道加工(gong)(gong)預制管(guan)道安(an)裝;系(xi)統(tong)試驗(yan); 防腐(fu)絕(jue)熱(re);系(xi)統(tong)清(qing)洗(xi);試運行; 竣工(gong)(gong)驗(yan)收。只有完成防腐(fu)清(qing)洗(xi)后才(cai)能進行生(sheng)活給水管(guan)道在交付前的(de)沖洗(xi)和消(xiao)毒,如(ru)果這兩個施工(gong)(gong)順(shun)序顛倒,就等于系(xi)統(tong)清(qing)洗(xi)要做兩次,造成不必要的(de)麻煩和經濟(ji)損失。
