摘要:隨著世界局勢的變化,目前我國能源緊缺成為經濟發展的新瓶頸,國家相繼出臺了《可再生能源法》等,鼓勵開發可再生能源,但國內生物質(zhi)處(chu)理普遍存(cun)在投資高、成(cheng)本高、虧(kui)損高的現狀(zhuang),難以形成(cheng)規模化的產(chan)業。文章基于互聯網(wang)環(huan)境下(xia),利用(yong)(yong)手機APP小程(cheng)序及互聯網(wang)構建城(cheng)市生物(wu)(wu)質(zhi)閉環(huan)回收物(wu)(wu)流網(wang)絡平(ping)臺,運用(yong)(yong)回收物(wu)(wu)流網(wang)絡模式,加強生物(wu)(wu)質(zhi)的收儲,研究生物(wu)(wu)質(zhi)耦合(he)加工(gong)處(chu)理技術,促進生物(wu)(wu)質(zhi)能(neng)的新能(neng)源(yuan)發電,助力(li)我國的碳(tan)中和工(gong)作。

2.5鋪設(she)生物質(zhi)能(neng)回(hui)收的交通(tong)設(she)施(shi)(shi)網絡(luo)。著眼于物流交通(tong)基(ji)礎建設(she),交通(tong)網絡(luo)的建設(she)是(shi)地區(qu)經濟提(ti)(ti)升的前提(ti)(ti),尤其是(shi)我(wo)國的生物質(zhi)分布分散,分布區(qu)域廣,主要產區(qu)是(shi)農村(cun),所以(yi)(yi),生物質(zhi)離不(bu)開(kai)公路(lu)運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)、鐵路(lu)運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)等交通(tong)網絡(luo)的有效銜接,更離不(bu)開(kai)大型(xing)生物質(zhi)固定回(hui)收中(zhong)轉點的建立。交通(tong)部門在(zai)對(dui)鄉(xiang)、村(cun)、鎮(zhen)公路(lu)的修建上,要提(ti)(ti)高(gao)技術標準(zhun),為高(gao)質(zhi)量的公路(lu)運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)提(ti)(ti)供(gong)保障,對(dui)違法違規(gui)的影響運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)效率的限高(gao)桿、限重稱(cheng)予以(yi)(yi)拆(chai)除,為生物質(zhi)的運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)開(kai)辟(pi)綠色通(tong)道。加強縣域、村(cun)域之間的短途公路(lu)的運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu),合(he)力(li)為企(qi)業打(da)造良(liang)好(hao)的營商環境。減免高(gao)速(su)公路(lu)的收費(fei),降(jiang)低(di)生物質(zhi)回(hui)收過程中(zhong)的運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)成本;加強對(dui)運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)車輛的監(jian)管;在(zai)固定村(cun)回(hui)收中(zhong)轉中(zhong)心的選(xuan)址上,做到合(he)理選(xuan)址,避免線路(lu)規(gui)劃的重復、迂回(hui)浪費(fei)現象;還要考慮(lv)靠近水源(yuan),更要考慮(lv)到配(pei)備完善的消防設(she)施(shi)(shi),要在(zai)基(ji)礎配(pei)套設(she)施(shi)(shi)上下功夫,完善交通(tong)的監(jian)控和使(shi)用新能(neng)源(yuan)叉車、大型(xing)運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)車輛等[7]。
3生物質智能回收物流平臺創新特色
3.1推進生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)質(zhi)(zhi)發電(dian),實(shi)現向熱(re)電(dian)聯產(chan)轉型(xing)升級。從能源(yuan)層面來看(kan),利用互聯網+生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)質(zhi)(zhi)能,加強熱(re)化學加工(gong)技術的創新,嘗試(shi)研(yan)(yan)制(zhi)高效能低成本生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)能源(yuan)的實(shi)際應用。尤(you)其在城鄉交界處,對有機廢棄(qi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)再(zai)利用的新技術,例(li)如纖維素乙醇、生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)柴油(you)、生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)天然氣產(chan)業(ye)的研(yan)(yan)發和示(shi)范,不但可以打通生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)質(zhi)(zhi)原(yuan)料收(shou)集、有機肥生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)使(shi)用等重要環節,還可以擴大生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)燃料生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)規(gui)模。目前建設生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)質(zhi)(zhi)成型(xing)燃料、以生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)質(zhi)(zhi)熱(re)電(dian)聯產(chan)、可再(zai)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)能源(yuan)為(wei)主的新技術、新工(gong)藝(yi)正在試(shi)點階段,下一階段將(jiang)會重點支持(chi)在有條(tiao)件(jian)的地區開(kai)展(zhan)成規(gui)模的生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)質(zhi)(zhi)能清(qing)潔供暖替代燃煤,同時穩(wen)步發展(zhan)城鎮生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活垃圾(ji)焚(fen)燒熱(re)電(dian)聯產(chan),推進沼氣、生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)質(zhi)(zhi)成型(xing)燃料等其他(ta)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)質(zhi)(zhi)能清(qing)潔取(qu)暖。
3.2有序(xu)組織生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)收儲,形成常態化的(de)(de)節能減排。從物(wu)(wu)流層(ceng)面(mian)(mian)來看,生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)發電的(de)(de)關(guan)鍵是原料(liao)的(de)(de)收儲,一(yi)方面(mian)(mian)是有價無(wu)市的(de)(de)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)收集(ji)難題(ti),另一(yi)方面(mian)(mian)是生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)無(wu)序(xu)的(de)(de)組織、運輸,嚴(yan)重損(sun)害(hai)了(le)地區企(qi)業(ye)經營的(de)(de)積極性(xing)。通(tong)過互(hu)聯(lian)網手(shou)段,加(jia)強(qiang)對(dui)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)源(yuan)頭的(de)(de)原料(liao)收儲的(de)(de)管理(li),不(bu)但可以提高生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)原料(liao)的(de)(de)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量,而且(qie)保證了(le)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)原料(liao)供(gong)應鏈的(de)(de)長(chang)期良性(xing)發展,為(wei)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)作為(wei)可運輸、可再生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)能源(yuan)提供(gong)保障,生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)發電技術具備碳(tan)中(zhong)和效應,不(bu)但有助于降低碳(tan)的(de)(de)排放,還促進大氣污(wu)染的(de)(de)防治(zhi)。
3.3生物(wu)(wu)質智能(neng)回(hui)收物(wu)(wu)流產(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)鏈,支撐鄉村(cun)振興戰略的(de)發(fa)展。從經濟層面來看,以生物(wu)(wu)質智能(neng)回(hui)收物(wu)(wu)流平臺建立到生物(wu)(wu)質能(neng)轉化為新能(neng)源,實現向熱(re)電(dian)聯(lian)產(chan)(chan)轉型升級(ji),整個產(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)鏈長,具備帶動力強(qiang)、就業(ye)(ye)崗(gang)位多等特(te)點(dian),一(yi)方面以農業(ye)(ye)、工業(ye)(ye)和(he)服(fu)務(wu)業(ye)(ye)三大產(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)的(de)融合發(fa)展為重要載體,另一(yi)方面形(xing)成生物(wu)(wu)質產(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)精準扶(fu)貧,不(bu)但(dan)促(cu)進農民增收,同(tong)時還能(neng)促(cu)進就業(ye)(ye),帶動地區經濟發(fa)展。
4結論
生(sheng)物(wu)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)智能(neng)(neng)回(hui)收(shou)物(wu)流已(yi)經(jing)(jing)成(cheng)為未來我(wo)國(guo)推進(jin)環保和促進(jin)新能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)發展方式之一,生(sheng)物(wu)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)智能(neng)(neng)回(hui)收(shou)物(wu)流平(ping)臺項(xiang)目不(bu)(bu)僅得到國(guo)家的大力支持與鼓(gu)勵(li),而且與區域經(jing)(jing)濟發展結合、優(you)化了地區區位優(you)勢(shi)。本文從智能(neng)(neng)回(hui)收(shou)物(wu)流平(ping)臺鋪設開發、生(sheng)物(wu)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)耦合加工(gong)技術(shu)的改進(jin)、生(sheng)物(wu)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)新能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)的利用途徑(jing)、完善生(sheng)物(wu)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的供應(ying)鏈、構(gou)建(jian)回(hui)收(shou)網(wang)絡,從不(bu)(bu)同的維度論證生(sheng)物(wu)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)資源(yuan)(yuan)利用及生(sheng)物(wu)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)創新特色,對推動能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)革命,確保能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)供應(ying),助(zhu)力我(wo)國(guo)的碳中和工(gong)作(zuo)起到一定(ding)的作(zuo)用。
