課題研究的背景與意義
2021年10月,中共中央辦公廳、國務院辦公廳印發的《關于推動現代職業教育高質量發展的意見》中指出,堅持產教融合、校企合作,推動形成產教良性互動、校企優勢互補的發展格局。產教融合、校企合作是高職教育發展的必經之路,在校企融合中校園文化與企(qi)業(ye)(ye)文(wen)化(hua)相互影(ying)響相互制(zhi)約是(shi)(shi)(shi)必(bi)然(ran)的。寧夏(xia)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)是(shi)(shi)(shi)經寧夏(xia)自治區政府批準、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育部(bu)備案的公辦全日制(zhi)高等職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)院(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao),是(shi)(shi)(shi)寧夏(xia)惟(wei)一(yi)一(yi)所由(you)國有(you)(you)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)創(chuang)辦的高等職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)院(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao),至(zhi)今已有(you)(you)四(si)十二年(nian)的辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)歷程。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)是(shi)(shi)(shi)國家(jia)能源集團(tuan)寧夏(xia)煤(mei)(mei)業(ye)(ye)有(you)(you)限責任公司(si)下屬全資子公司(si),也(ye)是(shi)(shi)(shi)國家(jia)能源集團(tuan)系(xi)統內惟(wei)一(yi)集職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育與員工(gong)培訓(xun)為一(yi)體的辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)機(ji)構。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)設(she)有(you)(you)采(cai)礦工(gong)程系(xi)、機(ji)電工(gong)程系(xi)、化(hua)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)程系(xi)、馬克思主(zhu)義教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科研部(bu)、培訓(xun)基(ji)地等5個教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)部(bu)門,開設(she)了煤(mei)(mei)礦智(zhi)能化(hua)開采(cai)技(ji)術、煤(mei)(mei)炭清潔(jie)利用技(ji)術、礦山機(ji)電和智(zhi)能設(she)備技(ji)術等19個專業(ye)(ye)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)充分發揮企(qi)業(ye)(ye)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)優勢(shi),持(chi)續深化(hua)產教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)融合(he)工(gong)作(zuo),加(jia)快形成教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育鏈(lian)、人才鏈(lian)、產業(ye)(ye)鏈(lian)、創(chuang)新鏈(lian)同頻(pin)共(gong)振,將產教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)融合(he)落實(shi)到辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)辦校(xiao)(xiao)的各(ge)個環節。2020年(nian),寧夏(xia)煤(mei)(mei)業(ye)(ye)公司(si)成功申報為自治區產教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)融合(he)培育試點(dian)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)。
