聘請吉林大學、長春理工大學等高校的資深教授來我院授課,主講教師經驗豐富,各具特色,讓學生分享到不同風格的教師授課,體驗不同的教學模式和教學(xue)(xue)方法,開(kai)拓思維,耳目一新,拓寬了學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)視野,激(ji)發了學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)興趣。聘請汽(qi)車制造(zao)領域企業(ye)高級工(gong)程師進(jin)校授課并開(kai)展前言講座(zuo),將在企業(ye)的生(sheng)產實(shi)踐(jian)經驗分享給學(xue)(xue)生(sheng),使(shi)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)接觸(chu)到生(sheng)產實(shi)際中的問題(ti),進(jin)行工(gong)程思維訓練,培養(yang)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)工(gong)程素質(zhi)和工(gong)程應用能力。
3構建學科交叉產教融合校企合作實踐教學新模式
以知識傳授為主的課(ke)程(cheng)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)淡化了(le)學(xue)生實(shi)踐(jian)應用能力(li)和解決實(shi)際工(gong)程(cheng)問題(ti)能力(li)的培養(yang),理論與實(shi)踐(jian)相(xiang)結合,在實(shi)踐(jian)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)中探索(suo)提(ti)升學(xue)生工(gong)程(cheng)素質(zhi)和工(gong)程(cheng)應用能力(li)的方(fang)法,是高等工(gong)程(cheng)教(jiao)(jiao)育面臨的問題(ti)。我校汽車服務工(gong)程(cheng)專業采取課(ke)程(cheng)內融入(ru)項目教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue),課(ke)程(cheng)間實(shi)踐(jian)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)整合,校企合作協同育人等方(fang)式開展實(shi)踐(jian)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)新模(mo)式。

5結束語
面對汽車(che)新(xin)技術、信(xin)息技術和(he)互(hu)聯網的(de)快速(su)發展,對汽車(che)后市場服務的(de)新(xin)需求(qiu),應(ying)用(yong)型本科院校汽車(che)服務工程專業(ye)的(de)人(ren)才培養定位(wei)和(he)專業(ye)建設(she)與改革尤為重要。本文以行業(ye)需求(qiu)為導向,構建了面向提(ti)升工程應(ying)用(yong)能(neng)力的(de)汽車(che)服務工程專業(ye)的(de)課程新(xin)普系,探索優(you)質教學(xue)(xue)資源(yuan)共享途徑,建立了以校企協作為抓(zhua)手(shou),引(yin)入(ru)企業(ye)優(you)質教學(xue)(xue)資源(yuan)的(de)實(shi)踐(jian)教學(xue)(xue)新(xin)體系。通過考(kao)核評價體系改革,切實(shi)提(ti)高了學(xue)(xue)生學(xue)(xue)習(xi)主動性。通過以上改革實(shi)踐(jian)表明該(gai)教學(xue)(xue)模式(shi)對于更(geng)新(xin)教學(xue)(xue)理念,提(ti)升學(xue)(xue)生工程應(ying)用(yong)能(neng)力起到了良(liang)好的(de)作用(yong)。
