圖書館學本科課程設置回顧與展望

摘要:文章對中國圖書館學教育百年發展歷史中的(de)課(ke)程(cheng)設(she)置(zhi)變化(hua)進(jin)(jin)行了深(shen)入(ru)研究(jiu),采用(yong)網絡調查法和文獻(xian)內容分析法,統計了20世紀(ji)初至(zhi)今的(de)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)學(xue)課(ke)程(cheng)設(she)置(zhi)方案,對圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)學(xue)課(ke)程(cheng)體系(xi)的(de)演變過(guo)程(cheng)進(jin)(jin)行了整理,對課(ke)程(cheng)設(she)置(zhi)的(de)時代特征進(jin)(jin)行了研究(jiu)。認為新時代圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)學(xue)的(de)課(ke)程(cheng)設(she)置(zhi)應緊抓核心課(ke)程(cheng),與時俱進(jin)(jin),建設(she)具(ju)有中國(guo)特色的(de)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)學(xue)課(ke)程(cheng)體系(xi)。

中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)教(jiao)育擁有百(bai)年(nian)歷史,飽經滄桑變(bian)(bian)革,逐步發展完(wan)善(shan)。1920年(nian),美國(guo)(guo)教(jiao)育家韋棣(di)華在武昌文(wen)(wen)華大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)設(she)立圖書(shu)(shu)科(ke),從而在中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)開(kai)創(chuang)了(le)(le)圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)專(zhuan)業(ye)。金陵大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)、北京大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)以一(yi)批學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)成(cheng)(cheng)歸國(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)專(zhuan)業(ye)留學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生為基礎,相繼(ji)成(cheng)(cheng)立了(le)(le)圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)專(zhuan)門學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科(ke)。目前,中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)專(zhuan)業(ye)已(yi)形成(cheng)(cheng)完(wan)整的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)本、碩、博三位一(yi)體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)人才培(pei)養體(ti)系。課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)設(she)置(zhi)是人才培(pei)養體(ti)系的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)基礎架(jia)構,不(bu)同的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)設(she)置(zhi)方案反映了(le)(le)不(bu)同的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科(ke)培(pei)養目標。本文(wen)(wen)對(dui)不(bu)同階段(duan)圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)設(she)置(zhi)方案進行了(le)(le)總結分析,探究(jiu)了(le)(le)國(guo)(guo)內圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科(ke)建設(she)進程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)設(she)置(zhi)演變(bian)(bian)及其原因,并(bing)對(dui)圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)教(jiao)育未(wei)來的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)改革方向進行了(le)(le)思考。

一、歷史

1.緊抓(zhua)核(he)心(xin)課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),理(li)論與(yu)實(shi)踐并行核(he)心(xin)課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)是(shi)(shi)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)根本(ben),是(shi)(shi)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)理(li)論基礎。絕大(da)多數(shu)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)核(he)心(xin)課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)都與(yu)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)日常工(gong)作息(xi)(xi)息(xi)(xi)相關(guan)(guan)。百年時(shi)間,圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)經歷了多次變革,圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)概論、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)獻學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)、目(mu)錄學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)、信(xin)息(xi)(xi)檢索、信(xin)息(xi)(xi)組(zu)織和(he)(he)信(xin)息(xi)(xi)描述等課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)經過(guo)修改與(yu)更新一直保(bao)(bao)留(liu)和(he)(he)延(yan)續下來,這些就是(shi)(shi)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)核(he)心(xin)課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),是(shi)(shi)指(zhi)導(dao)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)相關(guan)(guan)工(gong)作的(de)有(you)力(li)(li)(li)工(gong)具(ju)(ju)。這一特(te)色值得借鑒(jian),在(zai)課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)時(shi)也應(ying)(ying)該強調實(shi)踐課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)性,增加學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生實(shi)習學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)時(shi),進(jin)而(er)提高學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生專(zhuan)業認同感和(he)(he)就業競爭力(li)(li)(li)。2.建設(she)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)特(te)色圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)體系(xi)“文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)強國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)”戰(zhan)略的(de)提出,對人文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)科(ke)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)而(er)言是(shi)(shi)機遇也是(shi)(shi)挑戰(zhan)。《新文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)科(ke)建設(she)宣言》中(zhong)提出要(yao)構(gou)建世(shi)界水平(ping)、中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)特(te)色的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)科(ke)人才培(pei)(pei)養體系(xi)。從建設(she)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)強國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)的(de)角度出發,圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)更應(ying)(ying)當具(ju)(ju)有(you)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)特(te)色,應(ying)(ying)當繼(ji)承(cheng)和(he)(he)發展(zhan)(zhan)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)古代文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)獻學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)、目(mu)錄學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)等內(nei)容(rong)(rong),同時(shi)保(bao)(bao)留(liu)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)書(shu)(shu)(shu)史、中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)古代圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)知識(shi)等經典課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)。中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)發展(zhan)(zhan)應(ying)(ying)當立足國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)情,聯系(xi)實(shi)際,緊扣(kou)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)產業的(de)發展(zhan)(zhan)需(xu)要(yao)。圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)作為社(she)會主義公共文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)務體系(xi)的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)組(zu)成部(bu)分,承(cheng)擔著推動、引導(dao)、服(fu)務全民閱讀的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)任(ren)務,公共文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)必然會成為圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)研究(jiu)方向。中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)界長期開展(zhan)(zhan)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)特(te)色圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)服(fu)務研究(jiu),關(guan)(guan)注(zhu)特(te)殊人群(qun),注(zhu)重(zhong)人文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)關(guan)(guan)懷(huai),這些研究(jiu)內(nei)容(rong)(rong)均可納(na)入(ru)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。此外,圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)背景下的(de)數(shu)據科(ke)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)與(yu)數(shu)字人文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)方向,應(ying)(ying)當在(zai)保(bao)(bao)留(liu)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)核(he)心(xin)課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的(de)基礎上(shang),引入(ru)符合(he)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)情與(yu)實(shi)際需(xu)要(yao)的(de)信(xin)息(xi)(xi)技術類課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),以(yi)跨(kua)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科(ke)綜合(he)型人才為培(pei)(pei)養目(mu)標,著力(li)(li)(li)打(da)造圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)“新文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)科(ke)”。
