此次(ci)調(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)研(yan)(yan)主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)是采取問(wen)卷(juan)調(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)查和(he)個(ge)別訪(fang)談為主(zhu)(zhu),同(tong)時輔以資(zi)料查閱。針(zhen)(zhen)對(dui)不同(tong)調(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)研(yan)(yan)對(dui)象,課(ke)題(ti)組設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)了不同(tong)類型的(de)調(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)研(yan)(yan)問(wen)卷(juan)。調(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)研(yan)(yan)對(dui)象主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)分為三(san)大類:在(zai)校學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)、任(ren)課(ke)教(jiao)師(shi)及(ji)(ji)(ji)班主(zhu)(zhu)任(ren)、實(shi)(shi)習(xi)醫(yi)院(yuan)(yuan)。針(zhen)(zhen)對(dui)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)問(wen)卷(juan)設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji),主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)針(zhen)(zhen)對(dui)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)日常(chang)行為習(xi)慣(guan)及(ji)(ji)(ji)就(jiu)業(ye)觀(guan)(guan)兩個(ge)模塊(kuai)進(jin)行調(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)研(yan)(yan)。在(zai)日常(chang)行為習(xi)慣(guan)模塊(kuai),主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)就(jiu)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)遲(chi)到(dao)課(ke)堂(tang)表(biao)現、參加集體活動、文明禮貌(mao)(mao)等(deng)(deng)11個(ge)問(wen)題(ti)進(jin)行設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji);在(zai)就(jiu)業(ye)觀(guan)(guan)模塊(kuai),主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)就(jiu)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)工作(zuo)薪資(zi)期望、畢業(ye)后選(xuan)擇的(de)城市(shi)等(deng)(deng)問(wen)題(ti)進(jin)行設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)。我校2013級(ji)護理、助(zhu)(zhu)產等(deng)(deng)四個(ge)專業(ye)的(de)部分學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)參與(yu)了此次(ci)問(wen)卷(juan)調(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)研(yan)(yan)活動。此次(ci)發放(fang)調(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)研(yan)(yan)問(wen)卷(juan)255份(fen),回收232份(fen),其中(zhong)有效調(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)研(yan)(yan)問(wen)卷(juan)220份(fen),達(da)(da)94.8%。針(zhen)(zhen)對(dui)教(jiao)師(shi)的(de)調(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)研(yan)(yan)問(wen)卷(juan),主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)從學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)課(ke)堂(tang)紀(ji)律、道德(de)品(pin)質及(ji)(ji)(ji)社(she)會(hui)(hui)(hui)能(neng)力(li)三(san)個(ge)模塊(kuai)進(jin)行問(wen)題(ti)設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji),其中(zhong)課(ke)堂(tang)紀(ji)律模塊(kuai)從學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)遲(chi)到(dao)、曠課(ke)、課(ke)堂(tang)參與(yu)度(du)、學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)積極(ji)性(xing)、學(xue)(xue)習(xi)態度(du)、教(jiao)室衛生(sheng)(sheng)情(qing)況等(deng)(deng)七個(ge)方面(mian)(mian)進(jin)行內(nei)(nei)容設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji);道德(de)品(pin)質模塊(kuai)涉及(ji)(ji)(ji)禮儀禮貌(mao)(mao)、誠實(shi)(shi)誠信、助(zhu)(zhu)人為樂等(deng)(deng)九個(ge)方面(mian)(mian)的(de)內(nei)(nei)容設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji);社(she)會(hui)(hui)(hui)能(neng)力(li)模塊(kuai)涉及(ji)(ji)(ji)自我約束(shu)能(neng)力(li)、語言表(biao)達(da)(da)能(neng)力(li)、書面(mian)(mian)表(biao)達(da)(da)能(neng)力(li)、溝通交流能(neng)力(li)、社(she)會(hui)(hui)(hui)交往和(he)適(shi)應能(neng)力(li)等(deng)(deng)五個(ge)方面(mian)(mian)的(de)內(nei)(nei)容設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji),調(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)研(yan)(yan)對(dui)象主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)是我校2013級(ji)任(ren)課(ke)教(jiao)師(shi)及(ji)(ji)(ji)班主(zhu)(zhu)任(ren),發放(fang)調(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)研(yan)(yan)問(wen)卷(juan)32份(fen),回收32份(fen),達(da)(da)100%。針(zhen)(zhen)對(dui)醫(yi)院(yuan)(yuan)實(shi)(shi)習(xi)單(dan)位(wei),問(wen)卷(juan)涉及(ji)(ji)(ji)職業(ye)道德(de)素質方面(mian)(mian)十四個(ge)指(zhi)標,如(ru)工作(zuo)責任(ren)心、實(shi)(shi)習(xi)積極(ji)性(xing)、敬崗愛業(ye)、社(she)交禮儀、職業(ye)認(ren)同(tong)感、職業(ye)道德(de)素質綜合評價等(deng)(deng)方面(mian)(mian)。實(shi)(shi)習(xi)單(dan)位(wei)涉及(ji)(ji)(ji)廣西區(qu)內(nei)(nei)市(shi)、縣(xian)等(deng)(deng)各級(ji)醫(yi)院(yuan)(yuan),其中(zhong)有柳州(zhou)市(shi)中(zhong)醫(yi)院(yuan)(yuan)、宜(yi)州(zhou)人民(min)醫(yi)院(yuan)(yuan)、融水縣(xian)人民(min)醫(yi)院(yuan)(yuan)、三(san)江縣(xian)人民(min)醫(yi)院(yuan)(yuan)等(deng)(deng)25個(ge)實(shi)(shi)習(xi)點,發放(fang)調(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)研(yan)(yan)問(wen)卷(juan)25份(fen),回收25份(fen)。

二、研究結果分析

(一)行(xing)為習慣(guan)方面(mian)

通過對學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生日常行為習慣等方面的(de)(de)(de)調研,結果顯示:在學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習習慣方面,75%的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生有(you)(you)(you)過上(shang)課遲到現(xian)象(xiang),31.2%的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生有(you)(you)(you)過曠課經歷,91%的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生有(you)(you)(you)過上(shang)課玩手機的(de)(de)(de)情(qing)況,58%的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生幾乎(hu)沒有(you)(you)(you)參(can)加過課堂發言(yan),而僅有(you)(you)(you)18%的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生上(shang)課經常發言(yan),67.8%的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生不愿意(yi)參(can)加集體活動。在衛生習慣方面,62%的(de)(de)(de)教室衛生不盡(jin)如人(ren)意(yi),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生有(you)(you)(you)隨(sui)手亂丟果皮紙屑、隨(sui)地吐痰(tan)的(de)(de)(de)行為;另外(wai),從學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生和老師個別訪(fang)談中了解到,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生有(you)(you)(you)翻(fan)墻外(wai)出的(de)(de)(de)行為,有(you)(you)(you)的(de)(de)(de)與社會閑(xian)雜人(ren)員交往密切(qie),甚至(zhi)會引發校園暴力事件。

1.缺(que)乏(fa)良(liang)好的(de)(de)學習(xi)(xi)態度,基礎知識薄弱。筆者在上課過程中發現大多數(shu)(shu)學生(sheng)在學習(xi)(xi)基礎、行為習(xi)(xi)慣(guan)、學習(xi)(xi)動力上都比較欠缺(que)。大多數(shu)(shu)高(gao)職學生(sheng)是以失(shi)敗者的(de)(de)心(xin)態進入(ru)高(gao)職院(yuan)校的(de)(de),多多少少存在著心(xin)態上的(de)(de)自(zi)卑和自(zi)暴(bao)自(zi)棄(qi),在學習(xi)(xi)方(fang)面缺(que)乏(fa)自(zi)信(xin)心(xin)和興趣,缺(que)乏(fa)自(zi)主學習(xi)(xi)能力,而且(qie)也缺(que)少克服困難的(de)(de)勇氣。

2.紀律(lv)觀(guan)念不(bu)強。大學生(sheng)活不(bu)象高中生(sheng)活,管理沒有那么嚴格,沒有家(jia)長(chang)的督促,再加上(shang)現在科技的發達,單招生(sheng)容易課(ke)上(shang)和(he)課(ke)下沉(chen)迷于網絡,造成手機不(bu)離手的現狀,嚴重影響了課(ke)堂紀律(lv)和(he)自己的學習和(he)身心健(jian)康(kang)。

3.自(zi)(zi)我(wo)意識(shi)(shi)強,喜(xi)歡(huan)標新立異(yi)。高(gao)職高(gao)專單招生大多(duo)是獨生子女(nv),家庭條件比較優越,喜(xi)歡(huan)穿時尚類的(de)服裝,喜(xi)歡(huan)參(can)加社團的(de)各(ge)類文藝演出和體育活動。但是由于父(fu)母的(de)溺愛,造(zao)成(cheng)以自(zi)(zi)我(wo)為中(zhong)心,思(si)想上渙(huan)散,自(zi)(zi)我(wo)約束力和責(ze)任感差,團隊意識(shi)(shi)差和缺乏吃苦耐勞的(de)精神。
