1醫(yi)院后勤技術(shu)崗位定位

醫院(yuan)后勤(qin)工作(zuo)主要擔負著服務、保(bao)(bao)障和管(guan)理3項職能(neng),涵蓋多方面的(de)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)知(zhi)識(shi),具有較(jiao)強的(de)技(ji)術(shu)性和專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)性。其工作(zuo)質(zhi)量(liang)、效率和管(guan)理水(shui)平,直(zhi)接影響醫院(yuan)工作(zuo)能(neng)否正常(chang)(chang)開展(zhan)和醫療質(zhi)量(liang)的(de)高低。可以說(shuo),醫院(yuan)后勤(qin)部門(men)是醫院(yuan)正常(chang)(chang)運營發展(zhan)不(bu)可或(huo)缺的(de)組成部分。其管(guan)轄范疇主要包含(han)供配電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系統(tong)(電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)工班(ban))、給(gei)排水(shui)系統(tong)(管(guan)道班(ban))、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)梯(電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)梯班(ban))、中央空調、鍋(guo)爐(lu)(lu)、洗(xi)滌中心、保(bao)(bao)潔、食堂、污水(shui)處(chu)置(zhi)、醫療廢物(wu)管(guan)理、綠化養護(hu)、外包服務等(deng)。其中的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)工班(ban)、管(guan)道班(ban)、空調鍋(guo)爐(lu)(lu)班(ban)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)梯班(ban)等(deng)因涉及相應的(de)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)技(ji)術(shu)知(zhi)識(shi),故將其定位(wei)為(wei)后勤(qin)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)技(ji)術(shu)崗位(wei)。

年述職報告工會

年月(yue),我專職擔任(ren)公(gong)司工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)主席(xi)。在公(gong)司班(ban)子、基層領導的(de)(de)大力支持和各基層工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)的(de)(de)全體職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)共同配合下(xia),按照工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)主席(xi)的(de)(de)職責做好本職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),為保(bao)障我分公(gong)司的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),為生產(chan)經(jing)營服務以及公(gong)司的(de)(de)穩定(ding)發(fa)展做了一(yi)定(ding)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),現將年度(du)述職如下(xia),請予評議。

一(yi)、完成的主要工作

⒈貫(guan)徹落(luo)實總公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)職(zhi)(zhi)代(dai)會(hui)(hui)精神,指導基層(ceng)各單(dan)(dan)位(wei)及時(shi)召(zhao)開職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)大(da)會(hui)(hui),按要(yao)求(qiu)程序聽取(qu)(qu)行政、工(gong)會(hui)(hui)年度(du)工(gong)作報(bao)告,原創:積(ji)極(ji)推進廠(chang)務公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)開,深(shen)化民主管理(li)。指導基層(ceng)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)利(li)用“公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)開欄(lan)”形式,將職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)需要(yao)了(le)(le)(le)解的(de)本單(dan)(dan)位(wei)生(sheng)產(chan)經營狀況(kuang)(kuang)及職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)關心的(de)熱點、焦(jiao)點問題進行公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)開,尤其(qi)是設計院落(luo)、水表廠(chang)等單(dan)(dan)位(wei),保證重(zhong)大(da)決策必須通過全體職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)大(da)會(hui)(hui)向職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)開,凡涉(she)及職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)切身(shen)利(li)益的(de)問題,認(ren)真(zhen)聽取(qu)(qu)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)意(yi)見(jian),通過公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)開,使職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)比較全面的(de)了(le)(le)(le)解總公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)、分公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)及單(dan)(dan)位(wei)的(de)經營情況(kuang)(kuang)、工(gong)作計劃(hua)、領導班(ban)子的(de)廉潔(jie)情況(kuang)(kuang)。職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)知情、參政,為促進職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)做(zuo)好本職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)作,發揮主人(ren)翁作用,行使民主監(jian)督權力(li)發揮了(le)(le)(le)積(ji)極(ji)作用。

⒉積(ji)極(ji)組(zu)(zu)織所屬單位職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)升級達標競賽,并進(jin)一(yi)(yi)步完善(shan)考核制(zhi)度,提高(gao)(gao)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)整(zheng)(zheng)體(ti)素質(zhi),促進(jin)基(ji)礎管理。按照上(shang)級要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu),今年分公(gong)司(si)(si)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)臺(tai)帳(zhang)記(ji)(ji)錄從過去的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)表(biao)(biao)(biao)廠(chang)擴大到設(she)(she)計院、水(shui)(shui)質(zhi)監測中心,即科室(shi)也要(yao)有臺(tai)帳(zhang)記(ji)(ji)錄,不(bu)但考核不(bu)能放松,臺(tai)帳(zhang)記(ji)(ji)錄要(yao)跟(gen)上(shang),公(gong)司(si)(si)工(gong)(gong)(gong)會召開(kai)(kai)了(le)(le)(le)專題工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)會議,針(zhen)(zhen)對(dui)(dui)(dui)兩個單位提出的(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)同(tong)問(wen)題統一(yi)(yi)思想認(ren)識,按照總公(gong)司(si)(si)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)建(jian)設(she)(she)現場的(de)(de)(de)(de)總體(ti)要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu),根據分公(gong)司(si)(si)實(shi)際(ji)組(zu)(zu)織了(le)(le)(le)有關(guan)人(ren)員參觀學習兄弟(di)單位柿園水(shui)(shui)廠(chang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)現場管理,介(jie)紹經驗取長補短,借它之(zhi)石夯(hang)實(shi)基(ji)礎,基(ji)已(yi)之(zhi)玉尋(xun)求(qiu)(qiu)發展(zhan),使大家對(dui)(dui)(dui)柿園水(shui)(shui)廠(chang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)建(jian)設(she)(she)有了(le)(le)(le)全新的(de)(de)(de)(de)認(ren)識,對(dui)(dui)(dui)搞(gao)好(hao)本單位的(de)(de)(de)(de)壙組(zu)(zu)建(jian)設(she)(she)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)有了(le)(le)(le)新的(de)(de)(de)(de)目(mu)標,找出了(le)(le)(le)差距,使基(ji)層班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)感到分公(gong)司(si)(si)目(mu)前(qian)硬件(jian)條件(jian)好(hao),人(ren)員整(zheng)(zheng)體(ti)素質(zhi)高(gao)(gao)是分公(gong)司(si)(si)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)建(jian)設(she)(she)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)再上(shang)新臺(tai)階(jie)的(de)(de)(de)(de)優勢,同(tong)時(shi)結合實(shi)際(ji),分公(gong)司(si)(si)進(jin)行臺(tai)帳(zhang)記(ji)(ji)錄的(de)(de)(de)(de)評(ping)比,對(dui)(dui)(dui)按規范要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)記(ji)(ji)錄好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)要(yao)進(jin)行表(biao)(biao)(biao)彰和(he)獎(jiang)(jiang)勵,鼓勵大家對(dui)(dui)(dui)臺(tai)帳(zhang)記(ji)(ji)錄認(ren)真填寫的(de)(de)(de)(de)積(ji)極(ji)性(xing),達到逐步提高(gao)(gao)紀錄整(zheng)(zheng)體(ti)水(shui)(shui)平的(de)(de)(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)。為了(le)(le)(le)做(zuo)好(hao)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)基(ji)礎建(jian)設(she)(she)和(he)管理,今年除堅持(chi)每月檢查考核評(ping)比外,設(she)(she)計院工(gong)(gong)(gong)會還針(zhen)(zhen)對(dui)(dui)(dui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝、土建(jian)、電(dian)氣(qi)三個專業,制(zhi)定(ding)了(le)(le)(le)不(bu)同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)質(zhi)量評(ping)定(ding)標準和(he)辦法,由總工(gong)(gong)(gong)負責,一(yi)(yi)月一(yi)(yi)小評(ping),一(yi)(yi)季一(yi)(yi)大評(ping),評(ping)定(ding)結果記(ji)(ji)入圖紙檔案管理,使設(she)(she)計質(zhi)量有了(le)(le)(le)明顯提高(gao)(gao)。水(shui)(shui)表(biao)(biao)(biao)廠(chang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)會按照總公(gong)司(si)(si)標桿班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)條件(jian),制(zhi)定(ding)了(le)(le)(le)爭創(chuang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)目(mu)標,在廠(chang)效(xiao)益不(bu)景氣(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)情況下,仍然落實(shi)了(le)(le)(le)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)建(jian)設(she)(she)獎(jiang)(jiang)勵基(ji)金(jin)。分公(gong)司(si)(si)不(bu)定(ding)期進(jin)行檢查、指導,對(dui)(dui)(dui)存在的(de)(de)(de)(de)問(wen)題及時(shi)協調解(jie)決。截止年底,共發放班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)建(jian)設(she)(she)獎(jiang)(jiang)勵基(ji)金(jin)元(含水(shui)(shui)表(biao)(biao)(biao)廠(chang)),有效(xiao)地保(bao)證了(le)(le)(le)此項(xiang)活動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)順(shun)利開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)。

⒊協助行(xing)政搞好“安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)康杯”競賽(sai)活(huo)動,確保(bao)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)年(nian)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)無(wu)(wu)事故。認真配(pei)合(he)行(xing)政,參(can)加分公司組織(zhi)(zhi)的(de)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)檢查,為(wei)保(bao)證(zheng)“安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)康杯”競賽(sai)活(huo)動的(de)順利進行(xing),分公司把(ba)各(ge)種(zhong)常見的(de)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)小常識收(shou)集整理,制(zhi)成小冊子下發給職(zhi)工(gong)(gong),同時制(zhi)定(ding)了(le)(le)各(ge)單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)員的(de)交流和信息溝通(tong)措施,各(ge)單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)以安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)生產為(wei)內容,通(tong)過黑板(ban)報、標(biao)語條幅等(deng)形式向廣大職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)進行(xing)宣傳教(jiao)育(yu),營(ying)造(zao)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)競賽(sai)的(de)氛圍。同時積極參(can)加市(shi)(shi)場總(zong)工(gong)(gong)會(hui)在(zai)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)市(shi)(shi)開展的(de)“安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)康杯”勞動競賽(sai)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)征文(wen)活(huo)動,選送(song)撰寫的(de)征文(wen)獲得市(shi)(shi)場總(zong)工(gong)(gong)會(hui)二等(deng)獎。十(shi)一(yi)前夕,按照總(zong)公司工(gong)(gong)會(hui)的(de)布置(zhi)要求(qiu),組織(zhi)(zhi)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)收(shou)看(kan)“安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)責任重于泰山”的(de)錄(lu)像教(jiao)育(yu)片,觀看(kan)人(ren)員達。通(tong)過收(shou)看(kan)給廣大職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)上了(le)(le)一(yi)堂生動的(de)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)教(jiao)育(yu)課(ke),使廣大職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)認識到安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)的(de)重要性,提(ti)高(gao)了(le)(le)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)意(yi)識。各(ge)單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)結合(he)將要面臨搬(ban)(ban)遷的(de)實際,對貴重物品、危險品、重要技術資(zi)料等(deng)制(zhi)定(ding)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)特殊的(de)保(bao)護(hu)措施,在(zai)單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)整體(ti)搬(ban)(ban)遷的(de)過程中(zhong)(zhong),指(zhi)定(ding)專人(ren)負(fu)責運輸管理,各(ge)單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)責任到人(ren),確保(bao)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)搬(ban)(ban)運,有(you)效地保(bao)證(zheng)了(le)(le)各(ge)單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)在(zai)搬(ban)(ban)遷過程中(zhong)(zhong)萬無(wu)(wu)一(yi)失。

⒋開(kai)展職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)讀書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)自(zi)學活(huo)動(dong)(dong),結合各單位(wei)實(shi)際,有重(zhong)點的(de)結合部分(fen)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)實(shi)際建立讀書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)筆(bi)(bi)(bi)記(ji)、征集(ji)讀書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)心得,分(fen)公司工(gong)(gong)(gong)會在(zai)總(zong)(zong)結以往活(huo)動(dong)(dong)中(zhong)存在(zai)的(de)問題和(he)(he)不足時,今年(nian)按照總(zong)(zong)公司工(gong)(gong)(gong)會的(de)要(yao)求,在(zai)質(zhi)量(liang)和(he)(he)數(shu)量(liang)上(shang)較去(qu)年(nian)提(ti)出了(le)(le)(le)更高(gao)的(de)標(biao)準,參加人數(shu)也(ye)較去(qu)年(nian)積極(ji)、踴躍,分(fen)公司參加讀書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)筆(bi)(bi)(bi)記(ji)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)人,占職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)總(zong)(zong)數(shu)近四(si)成,收到讀書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)論(lun)文(wen)篇,通(tong)過組織評(ping)(ping)選(xuan),評(ping)(ping)出優(you)秀(xiu)筆(bi)(bi)(bi)記(ji)本,優(you)秀(xiu)論(lun)文(wen)篇,并上(shang)報總(zong)(zong)公司工(gong)(gong)(gong)會。通(tong)過開(kai)展讀書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)自(zi)學活(huo)動(dong)(dong),調動(dong)(dong)了(le)(le)(le)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)學習熱(re)情,提(ti)高(gao)了(le)(le)(le)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)自(zi)身素(su)養和(he)(he)鑒(jian)賞(shang)水平(ping)。根(gen)據條件、支持(chi)和(he)(he)鼓勵水表廠為廣大職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)參加讀書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)創造(zao)條件,組織新購書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)籍近本,充(chong)實(shi)了(le)(le)(le)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)室的(de)藏書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu),為職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)余讀書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)提(ti)供了(le)(le)(le)場地(di)與條件。

鐵路工人技師述職報告

我叫*,2007年3月考取工(gong)人技師(shi)資格,在(zai)(zai)任職的(de)一(yi)年當中,自已能認真按照平(ping)時所學(xue)的(de)業(ye)務知(zhi)識帶領班組職工(gong)加強(qiang)設(she)(she)備(bei)的(de)養(yang)護(hu)與維修,不(bu)斷地改造和提高(gao)設(she)(she)備(bei)質(zhi)量。在(zai)(zai)路局提出“二次創業(ye)”理(li)念(nian)精神的(de)感召下(xia),自已更(geng)是牢固樹(shu)立“六大(da)(da)理(li)念(nian)”和現場作(zuo)業(ye)的(de)“三大(da)(da)要素”嚴格卡控作(zuo)業(ye)質(zhi)量,以新標準嚴要求(qiu)、以新理(li)念(nian)嚴控制,在(zai)(zai)管轄的(de)11公里(li)正線(xian)(xian)、17組道岔(cha)、11條(tiao)股道和3公里(li)專(zhuan)用(yong)線(xian)(xian)的(de)設(she)(she)備(bei)整治中,能不(bu)分正線(xian)(xian)、站線(xian)(xian)、專(zhuan)用(yong)線(xian)(xian),一(yi)個(ge)(ge)標準對設(she)(she)備(bei)進(jin)行精心(xin)養(yang)護(hu)維修,一(yi)個(ge)(ge)標準建安全標準線(xian)(xian),通過8個(ge)(ge)月的(de)設(she)(she)備(bei)集中整治,軌(gui)檢車質(zhi)量由年初2月份的(de)平(ping)均每公里(li)出分13.50分,下(xia)降到9月份的(de)0.45分,消滅了(le)三級超限(xian),嚴格控制了(le)2級超限(xian)出分率,使設(she)(she)備(bei)質(zhi)量達到了(le)全優。職工(gong)在(zai)(zai)業(ye)務學(xue)習、班組建設(she)(she)、主(zhu)人翁意(yi)識等方面也均有了(le)顯(xian)著的(de)提高(gao)。現就一(yi)年來主(zhu)要工(gong)作(zuo)匯報述職如下(xia):
