1.1 管理理念陳舊

在以往的班組建(jian)設中,沒有對(dui)建(jian)設過(guo)程中存在的問題(ti)和(he)積累的經驗進行有效記錄,往往是在遭(zao)遇(yu)上級部門檢(jian)查時做做表面形式(shi),應付了事,甚至存在弄虛作假的情況,形式(shi)主義嚴重[1]。

2 供電所班組安(an)全管理的重(zhong)點

2.1 重視(shi)安全培(pei)訓

一方面,班組長應(ying)該(gai)做好相應(ying)的模范帶頭(tou)作用,做到嚴(yan)以(yi)律己,強(qiang)化安全責任意(yi)識,嚴(yan)格(ge)依照各(ge)項規章(zhang)制度進行班組的管理工作,將安全問題時(shi)刻記在心頭(tou),對于在工作中出現的違規違章(zhang)現象,需(xu)要及(ji)時(shi)進行糾正;

另一方面,應該定期對班組成員進行安全培訓,針對發現的各種安全問題和安全隱患進行深入分析,提出切實可行的整改意見,并對經驗教訓進行總結,避免類似問題的重(zhong)復發生,引導班組成員樹(shu)立安全(quan)意識。

2.2 完(wan)善安全制度

二、規范(fan)制(zhi)度(du),以嚴(yan)謹的(de)制(zhi)度(du)規范(fan)班組行為

“沒有(you)規矩,不成(cheng)方(fang)圓”。為(wei)了保(bao)證班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)高效的運(yun)轉(zhuan),必(bi)要的配套制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度(du)(du)建設(she)勢在必(bi)行。班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)應該在公司(si)里各種(zhong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度(du)(du)的基礎上,結合(he)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)的基本情況(kuang)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)定相(xiang)應的一些制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度(du)(du)。班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)基礎制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度(du)(du)是保(bao)證班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)正常運(yun)轉(zhuan)、提(ti)高班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)凝聚(ju)力(li)的關鍵。班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)長應在公司(si)內各種(zhong)規章制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度(du)(du)的基礎上,征詢班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)成(cheng)員(yuan)(yuan)意見,結合(he)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)特性完善班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)內的一些制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度(du)(du),主要包括班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)例會(hui)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度(du)(du)、班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)內部績效考(kao)核辦法(fa)、班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)成(cheng)員(yuan)(yuan)管(guan)理辦法(fa)、班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)成(cheng)員(yuan)(yuan)分(fen)工協作(zuo)辦法(fa)、傳(chuan)幫(bang)帶制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度(du)(du)等。

三、仔細聆聽,發掘改進(jin)現狀(zhuang)的(de)好點(dian)子(zi)

大(da)多(duo)數班(ban)(ban)組(zu)長(chang)只是把(ba)自己(ji)當成(cheng)一個(ge)傳(chuan)達命令的樞紐,結(jie)果(guo)使他們聆聽下(xia)屬(shu)意見和(he)建議的熱情大(da)大(da)降低(di)。一個(ge)真正具(ju)有(you)生產效率的班(ban)(ban)組(zu)是每(mei)個(ge)人都積極思考更好、更有(you)效率的工作(zuo)方法(fa)。要達成(cheng)這種革新(xin),作(zuo)為班(ban)(ban)組(zu)長(chang)必須接(jie)受(shou)新(xin)構(gou)想,而且還(huan)要鼓勵(li)下(xia)屬(shu)創新(xin)。激勵(li)辦(ban)法(fa)很多(duo),但最有(you)效的動力是,讓班(ban)(ban)組(zu)成(cheng)員(yuan)知(zhi)道你確(que)實在聆聽或將他們的建議和(he)構(gou)想付諸工作(zuo)中。

我(wo)(wo)所在(zai)的(de)(de)(de)班(ban)(ban)組作為本部門(men)的(de)(de)(de)培訓(xun)基(ji)地(di)(di),新參加工(gong)(gong)作的(de)(de)(de)本科生(sheng)、研究生(sheng)較多(duo)。他們年(nian)輕(qing)、朝氣蓬勃,在(zai)許(xu)多(duo)事情(qing)上(shang)有(you)自(zi)己獨到(dao)的(de)(de)(de)見(jian)解。沒(mei)過多(duo)長時間,我(wo)(wo)就開始意(yi)識(shi)到(dao):年(nian)輕(qing)人(ren)都是(shi)非常聰明(ming)的(de)(de)(de),他們有(you)很(hen)(hen)多(duo)絕妙的(de)(de)(de)創(chuang)意(yi),只(zhi)是(shi)沒(mei)有(you)得到(dao)應(ying)有(you)的(de)(de)(de)重視。譬(pi)如在(zai)某次(ci)(ci)填(tian)寫《xx公(gong)(gong)司固(gu)定資(zi)產清查(cha)表(biao)(biao)》的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作中(zhong)(zhong),由于工(gong)(gong)作量(liang)較大,我(wo)(wo)把工(gong)(gong)作平均分配給三個班(ban)(ban)次(ci)(ci)共(gong)同(tong)完成(cheng),并(bing)詳細交待(dai)了(le)注(zhu)意(yi)事項(xiang)。令(ling)我(wo)(wo)意(yi)外的(de)(de)(de)是(shi),第一個班(ban)(ban)次(ci)(ci)還沒(mei)結束(shu),站上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)年(nian)輕(qing)人(ren)就告訴我(wo)(wo)已經完成(cheng)了(le)工(gong)(gong)作。我(wo)(wo)的(de)(de)(de)第一反應(ying)是(shi):表(biao)(biao)格完成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)質量(liang)如何?仔細審閱一番,數(shu)(shu)據(ju)完整準(zhun)確,沒(mei)有(you)任(ren)(ren)何缺項(xiang)漏(lou)項(xiang),一些無法查(cha)找的(de)(de)(de)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)還做出(chu)了(le)認真(zhen)的(de)(de)(de)標注(zhu)。驚喜(xi)之余不免一番追問(wen),原來這位善于動腦筋的(de)(de)(de)小伙(huo)子接(jie)到(dao)工(gong)(gong)作任(ren)(ren)務后并(bing)沒(mei)有(you)象我(wo)(wo)交待(dai)的(de)(de)(de)那樣(yang)一板(ban)一眼地(di)(di)查(cha)找數(shu)(shu)據(ju),而是(shi)利用辦公(gong)(gong)系統中(zhong)(zhong)現有(you)的(de)(de)(de)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)和EXCEL表(biao)(biao)格的(de)(de)(de)排(pai)序功(gong)能(neng)對數(shu)(shu)據(ju)進行(xing)排(pai)列、分類,很(hen)(hen)短的(de)(de)(de)時間就出(chu)色地(di)(di)完成(cheng)了(le)任(ren)(ren)務。

發現(xian)這(zhe)(zhe)個情況(kuang)之后(hou)(hou),我在班組大會(hui)上表揚(yang)了這(zhe)(zhe)位小伙(huo)子,并向(xiang)大家保證在今(jin)后(hou)(hou)的(de)(de)工作(zuo)中一定會(hui)注意聆聽,努力從(cong)大家的(de)(de)提議(yi)中發掘(jue)出(chu)一些能夠(gou)改進現(xian)狀的(de)(de)好點子。畢竟,那些從(cong)事具體工作(zuo)的(de)(de)人能夠(gou)看出(chu)很(hen)多領導們發現(xian)不了的(de)(de)問題,所以謹慎(shen)的(de)(de)班組長應該注重(zhong)聆聽下屬的(de)(de)建議(yi)和意見。

四、非親家長,以非血緣關系(xi)的親情維系(xi)班組和諧

(一)做班組成員生活貼心人(ren)

當(dang)好(hao)班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)長(chang)(chang)首(shou)先要(yao)明確自(zi)己所(suo)負的責(ze)任,不但對工(gong)(gong)作要(yao)盡心(xin)(xin)(xin)盡責(ze),還要(yao)時(shi)(shi)刻(ke)關心(xin)(xin)(xin)班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)成(cheng)員(yuan)的生(sheng)活(huo)(huo)和(he)工(gong)(gong)作,及時(shi)(shi)了解班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)成(cheng)員(yuan)的情(qing)況和(he)思(si)想動(dong)態(tai),要(yao)做到“時(shi)(shi)時(shi)(shi)處處了解人(ren)(ren)(ren)、真(zhen)心(xin)(xin)(xin)真(zhen)意尊重人(ren)(ren)(ren)、實(shi)實(shi)在在關心(xin)(xin)(xin)人(ren)(ren)(ren)”。在實(shi)際(ji)工(gong)(gong)作中、生(sheng)活(huo)(huo)中,班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)長(chang)(chang)一定要(yao)做好(hao)班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)成(cheng)員(yuan)的貼(tie)心(xin)(xin)(xin)人(ren)(ren)(ren),要(yao)用道理(li)啟迪(di)、用行為召喚、用典型引路,靠人(ren)(ren)(ren)格(ge)魅力帶動(dong)和(he)激(ji)勵班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)成(cheng)員(yuan)。如(ru)果班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)成(cheng)員(yuan)在工(gong)(gong)作、生(sheng)活(huo)(huo)方面遇到了什么困(kun)難,要(yao)想方設法(fa)盡自(zi)己的能(neng)力幫助他們(men)(men)擺脫困(kun)境,這(zhe)樣(yang)時(shi)(shi)間久(jiu)了,員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)就(jiu)會(hui)把班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)長(chang)(chang)當(dang)成(cheng)他們(men)(men)的知(zhi)心(xin)(xin)(xin)朋友(you),這(zhe)樣(yang)班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)長(chang)(chang)工(gong)(gong)作起來和(he)組(zu)員(yuan)就(jiu)會(hui)更有默(mo)契,班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)就(jiu)更好(hao)管理(li)。

(二)尊重班組(zu)成員的話語權

千萬不(bu)要(yao)痛恨那些報告壞消(xiao)息(xi)的(de)人,這一點對(dui)領導者是(shi)至(zhi)關重要(yao)的(de)。它可(ke)以使(shi)班組長(chang)及(ji)時(shi)了解到班組內部(bu)出現的(de)問(wen)題,從而可(ke)以更加(jia)及(ji)時(shi)地采(cai)取措(cuo)施避免(mian)或解決問(wen)題。我相(xiang)信,對(dui)任(ren)何一個班組來說,創造(zao)能夠讓人們暢所(suo)欲言的(de)環(huan)境都是(shi)一件事(shi)關生死(si)的(de)大事(shi),這種說法毫不(bu)夸張。

當大(da)家發現我能夠虛心接受批評的(de)(de)時候(hou),他們(men)就會跟我坦(tan)誠相見。這也正(zheng)是我們(men)能夠迅速取得進(jin)步的(de)(de)一(yi)個重要(yao)因素。只有真正(zheng)地(di)相互理(li)解,人們(men)才能最大(da)限度地(di)為(wei)班(ban)組貢獻自己的(de)(de)力量。

(三(san))營(ying)造信任(ren)、積(ji)極向上的班(ban)組氛圍

班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)長(chang)(chang)要(yao)(yao)(yao)善于營造信(xin)任、積極(ji)向上的(de)班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)氛(fen)圍。信(xin)任對于班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)的(de)健康發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)和(he)效率提(ti)(ti)高(gao)(gao)具有至關重要(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)作用(yong)。要(yao)(yao)(yao)使班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)健康發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan),班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)長(chang)(chang)首先(xian)要(yao)(yao)(yao)嚴于律己(ji),要(yao)(yao)(yao)嚴格、公平、公開(kai)執行團隊(dui)的(de)各(ge)項制度,使班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)員對班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)長(chang)(chang)充(chong)滿(man)(man)信(xin)心;班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)長(chang)(chang)要(yao)(yao)(yao)在班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)內營造互(hu)幫互(hu)助(zhu)、積極(ji)向上、感恩和(he)關愛他(ta)人的(de)良(liang)好團隊(dui)氛(fen)圍,尊重員工(gong)的(de)自我(wo)價值,提(ti)(ti)高(gao)(gao)班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)員的(de)工(gong)作滿(man)(man)足感;踐行老(lao)帶(dai)新、傳幫帶(dai)等制度,營造班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)員之間(jian)互(hu)幫互(hu)助(zhu)、共(gong)(gong)同提(ti)(ti)高(gao)(gao)、共(gong)(gong)同進步的(de)氛(fen)圍,增(zeng)強(qiang)班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)員的(de)歸屬感。

(四)幫助班組成(cheng)員減壓(ya)

工(gong)(gong)作和生活節奏的不斷加(jia)快給現代人(ren)(ren)帶來(lai)極大的精(jing)(jing)(jing)神壓力。而推(tui)心置腹的交流或傾訴不但可增強人(ren)(ren)們(men)(men)的友誼和信任,更能使你(ni)精(jing)(jing)(jing)神舒暢,煩(fan)惱盡(jin)消。平時工(gong)(gong)作中,我密切關注班組成(cheng)員(yuan)的情緒變(bian)化,經常與他(ta)們(men)(men)在(zai)一起聊(liao)天、拉家常,站(zhan)在(zai)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)的立場上替他(ta)們(men)(men)考慮問題并提出(chu)合理(li)的建議,鼓勵他(ta)們(men)(men)沉著、冷靜地(di)處理(li)各種(zhong)紛(fen)繁復(fu)雜的事(shi)情,即使做(zuo)錯了事(shi),也不要責備自已,這有利于人(ren)(ren)的心理(li)平衡,同時也有助于舒緩人(ren)(ren)的精(jing)(jing)(jing)神壓力。

我試圖通過(guo)這種方式與每一位(wei)班組成(cheng)員建(jian)立起一種私人關(guan)系(xi),希望我們(men)之間能夠(gou)(gou)達成(cheng)一種一致的(de)目標,因為只有這樣,他們(men)才(cai)能夠(gou)(gou)把(ba)自(zi)己(ji)的(de)命運與班組聯系(xi)起來,真正貢(gong)獻(xian)出自(zi)己(ji)的(de)才(cai)智(zhi)和力量,也才(cai)能夠(gou)(gou)在自(zi)己(ji)的(de)工作中發現真正的(de)意(yi)義。

(五(wu))鼓(gu)勵班組(zu)成員進步

隨著企業的(de)不(bu)斷發展,工作(zuo)(zuo)標準(zhun)和(he)崗(gang)(gang)位(wei)能力要求更(geng)(geng)高(gao)(gao),班組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)員(yuan)渴(ke)望(wang)個人(ren)成(cheng)(cheng)長(chang),希望(wang)工作(zuo)(zuo)價(jia)值(zhi)得到(dao)認可。作(zuo)(zuo)為一名優(you)秀的(de)班組(zu)長(chang),除了(le)圓滿完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)日常工作(zuo)(zuo)之外,還要注重帶動班組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)員(yuan)共(gong)同(tong)進步(bu),為他(ta)們(men)(men)創(chuang)造更(geng)(geng)好(hao)的(de)學習條(tiao)件和(he)機(ji)會。首先要正視班組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)員(yuan)的(de)差(cha)異(yi)性,對于業務(wu)基礎(chu)薄弱的(de)成(cheng)(cheng)員(yuan),加(jia)大培訓力度,提高(gao)(gao)其業務(wu)技能;對于業務(wu)過(guo)硬(ying)的(de)成(cheng)(cheng)員(yuan),鼓勵他(ta)們(men)(men)根據(ju)自身的(de)特長(chang),積極參加(jia)各種業務(wu)競賽(sai);針對年輕(qing)人(ren)喜歡(huan)上網的(de)特點,給他(ta)們(men)(men)安排了(le)任務(wu),即(ji)將《崗(gang)(gang)位(wei)學綱》所列的(de)各知識點,利用(yong)網絡平臺查(cha)找標準(zhun)答案,匯總(zong)后交叉審(shen)閱,編制出一套答案完(wan)整的(de)崗(gang)(gang)位(wei)試題庫。查(cha)找的(de)過(guo)程也(ye)是學習的(de)過(guo)程,年輕(qing)人(ren)們(men)(men)建立了(le)微(wei)信(xin)群,方(fang)便在互聯網上隨時討(tao)論問(wen)題、交流心(xin)得。

通過一系列手段(duan),引導和鼓勵班組成(cheng)員自覺參(can)與到班組創新建設工程中來。以(yi)有(you)效學習,永續成(cheng)長,打(da)造無盡的(de)發(fa)展力。

目前(qian),僅就部分企業中的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)班組民主管(guan)理而言,其發(fa)展還略顯不(bu)平衡,特別是(shi)在當前(qian)深(shen)化改革的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)新形勢下,雖然一些班組建立、制(zhi)定了(le)一些相應的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)度,但作用(yong)發(fa)揮(hui)好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)也只(zhi)是(shi)少數。在相當一部分班組里(li)充分發(fa)揮(hui)職工群眾主人(ren)翁作用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)問題還沒(mei)有得到很好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)解決。

一、進一步搞好班組民(min)主管(guan)理的必要性和重要性

我們的(de)(de)(de)石(shi)油石(shi)化(hua)工廠企業,既有集中領(ling)導(dao),又(you)有民主(zhu)管理,兩者(zhe)不是對立(li)的(de)(de)(de),是辯證統一的(de)(de)(de)。社(she)會化(hua)、現代(dai)化(hua)的(de)(de)(de)大生(sheng)產,要求我們的(de)(de)(de)企業實行(xing)集中領(ling)導(dao),建立(li)起(qi)具有高度權威的(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)產指揮(hui)系統,建立(li)起(qi)各項責任制(zhi),賦(fu)于領(ling)導(dao)必要的(de)(de)(de)權力,使他們真正(zheng)(zheng)負起(qi)責任。但是集中指揮(hui)決不意味著少數人獨斷專行(xing)。集中統一指揮(hui)只有建立(li)在(zai)充分(fen)發(fa)揮(hui)民主(zhu)的(de)(de)(de)基(ji)礎上,得到廣大職工的(de)(de)(de)真心擁(yong)護,才能真正(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)揮(hui)作(zuo)用。

二、關于如何進一步搞好班組(zu)民主管理(li)的建議

首先要(yao)不斷提高思想認識,尤其(qi)是(shi)提高各級領導(dao)的(de)認識。民主(zhu)(zhu)管理要(yao)解(jie)決(jue)的(de)中心問題,就是(shi)要(yao)讓企業(ye)的(de)職工群(qun)眾(zhong)行(xing)使當(dang)家作主(zhu)(zhu)的(de)民力。我們黨(dang)的(de)各級領導(dao)干部,更應真(zhen)(zhen)正(zheng)(zheng)樹立起(qi)全心全意依(yi)靠工人階級的(de)思想,真(zhen)(zhen)正(zheng)(zheng)擺正(zheng)(zheng)公仆與主(zhu)(zhu)人的(de)關系,自覺(jue)接受群(qun)眾(zhong)的(de)監督、幫助。

四、加強班組安全(quan)(quan)生(sheng)產考核,提升班組安全(quan)(quan)生(sheng)產水平

要抓好(hao)班(ban)(ban)組(zu)安全生產(chan)(chan),必須強(qiang)化對班(ban)(ban)組(zu)安全生產(chan)(chan)的(de)考核,做得好(hao)的(de)取(qu)得成績給(gei)予獎勵,做得差的(de)造成損失給(gei)予處罰,增強(qiang)班(ban)(ban)組(zu)安全生產(chan)(chan)的(de)責任心,以(yi)此提升班(ban)(ban)組(zu)安全生產(chan)(chan)水平。

(一)獎勵辦法

1、班組(zu)長改革(ge)、創新建議(yi)被公(gong)司(si)采納,給公(gong)司(si)帶(dai)來工作效(xiao)益或經濟(ji)效(xiao)益的獎(jiang)勵(li)100---800元,有效(xiao)解決技(ji)術(shu)(shu)難題的獎(jiang)勵(li)300---800元,新的方法達到核心關(guan)鍵技(ji)術(shu)(shu)的獎(jiang)勵(li)5000元。(所(suo)有建議(yi)要以書(shu)面形式(shi)提交公(gong)司(si)相關(guan)部門)

2、班組長(chang)在工作過(guo)程中發(fa)現(xian)重大問題并及(ji)時解決(jue),為(wei)公司減少不必要損失的,獎勵(li)100--1000元。

3、班組長連續5年以上被省級(ji)、州級(ji)評為先(xian)進班組或(huo)個人(ren)先(xian)進的(de),獎(jiang)勵個人(ren)300元,獎(jiang)勵班組2000元。

4、一年(nian)中,班(ban)(ban)組(zu)長或班(ban)(ban)組(zu)成員連續6次獲得公司獎勵的(de),年(nian)終再給予(yu)班(ban)(ban)組(zu)長2%的(de)獎勵,給予(yu)班(ban)(ban)組(zu)成員1%的(de)獎勵。

(二)懲罰措施

1、不(bu)服(fu)從班(ban)組長工(gong)作安排、有意怠慢(man)工(gong)作或不(bu)努(nu)力工(gong)作的,正(zheng)式員工(gong)處罰(fa)300元,農電工(gong)處罰(fa)200元;情節嚴重的,正(zheng)式員工(gong)待(dai)崗(gang)6個(ge)月---1年(nian),農電工(gong)待(dai)崗(gang)3個(ge)月,待(dai)崗(gang)期間只發基本生活費。

2、班組(zu)長(chang)任(ren)職期間發生(sheng)安全(quan)生(sheng)產事(shi)故、重大事(shi)故、特別重大事(shi)故的,班組(zu)長(chang)給予降崗使用(yong)3年,3年內(nei)不(bu)得參加組(zu)聘(pin)中層管理人員(yuan)及部門(men)負責人。

3、員工的(de)生(sheng)命是公(gong)司最寶貴(gui)的(de)財(cai)富,任何危急情況發(fa)生(sheng),公(gong)司都奉行“生(sheng)命第一的(de)”原(yuan)則(ze),不(bu)認同員工冒著生(sheng)命危險搶(qiang)險國家財(cai)產、集體財(cai)產及他(ta)人財(cai)產的(de)價值觀,不(bu)支持帶病堅(jian)持工作。如發(fa)現帶病工作,一經查出(chu),每次處罰100---200元(yuan)。

在“春查(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)”勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)保(bao)(bao)護監(jian)(jian)督(du)檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)之前,2月26日我們專(zhuan)門召(zhao)開(kai)(kai)了一次動(dong)員會(hui)(hui),組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)全(quan)(quan)(quan)體工(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)保(bao)(bao)護檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)員參加了會(hui)(hui)議,會(hui)(hui)上對“春查(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)”勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)保(bao)(bao)護監(jian)(jian)督(du)檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)進(jin)行安(an)(an)(an)排和(he)部署。我們還按照電(dian)業(ye)工(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)“春查(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)保(bao)(bao)護監(jian)(jian)督(du)檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)”的(de)(de)(de)要求(qiu)(qiu),制(zhi)定并下(xia)發了我局(ju)《關于(yu)認(ren)(ren)真(zhen)做好(hao)20__年(nian)“春查(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)”期(qi)間(jian)工(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)保(bao)(bao)護監(jian)(jian)督(du)檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)通(tong)(tong)知》。春查(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)期(qi)間(jian)組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)工(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)干部和(he)工(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)小組(zu)(zu)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)保(bao)(bao)護檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)員認(ren)(ren)真(zhen)學(xue)習了__*總(zong)經理(li)在公司(si)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)會(hui)(hui)議上題為“安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)是企業(ye)改(gai)革發展(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)命脈”的(de)(de)(de)講話精(jing)神(shen)(shen)和(he)新(xin)安(an)(an)(an)規(gui),要求(qiu)(qiu)廣大工(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)小組(zu)(zu)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)保(bao)(bao)護檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)員認(ren)(ren)真(zhen)學(xue)習領(ling)會(hui)(hui)其精(jing)神(shen)(shen),不斷增(zeng)強工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)責任心和(he)自覺性,逐步提高開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)工(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)保(bao)(bao)護監(jian)(jian)督(du)檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)的(de)(de)(de)業(ye)務能(neng)力(li)和(he)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)水平。組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)基層職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)利用安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)活動(dong)日認(ren)(ren)真(zhen)學(xue)習了各類事故通(tong)(tong)報(bao)、安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)簡報(bao)、《國家(jia)電(dian)網公司(si)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)規(gui)程規(gui)定》、《安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)法(fa)》等文(wen)件(jian)和(he)制(zhi)度。舉辦了“兩票”學(xue)習班、交通(tong)(tong)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)培訓班,加強職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)教育(yu)和(he)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)技(ji)能(neng)培訓。

2、充(chong)分(fen)發(fa)揮(hui)工(gong)會(hui)組織(zhi)的(de)主陣地作用,繼續(xu)以“十個一”活動(dong)為載體,在職(zhi)工(gong)中廣泛普及勞動(dong)安全(quan)衛生知識。

組(zu)織(zhi)全(quan)體職工(gong)深入開展安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)“十個一”活動(dong)。在活動(dong)中(zhong),各工(gong)會小(xiao)(xiao)組(zu)緊緊圍(wei)繞全(quan)局中(zhong)心(xin)工(gong)作(zuo),認真組(zu)織(zhi)職工(gong)學(xue)習了勞動(dong)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)衛(wei)生的基本知識和(he)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)生產各項(xiang)規章(zhang)制度,同(tong)時我們還組(zu)織(zhi)了安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)生產簽名(ming)、安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)猜謎(mi)、周五事(shi)故反(fan)思、安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)事(shi)故分(fen)析等活動(dong),通過活動(dong)使勞動(dong)保(bao)護意(yi)識深入職工(gong)群眾的內心(xin),提高(gao)了職工(gong)的安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)意(yi)識,增(zeng)強了自我保(bao)護意(yi)識和(he)能力(li),使他們自覺做(zuo)到遵章(zhang)守紀,抵(di)制違(wei)章(zhang)操作(zuo),杜絕違(wei)章(zhang)作(zuo)業,營造出“時時想安(an)(an)(an)全(quan),處(chu)(chu)處(chu)(chu)抓安(an)(an)(an)全(quan),事(shi)事(shi)重安(an)(an)(an)全(quan),人人保(bao)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)”的氛圍(wei)。同(tong)時,各工(gong)會小(xiao)(xiao)組(zu)還發(fa)揮(hui)工(gong)會組(zu)織(zhi)優(you)勢,廣泛征求職工(gong)對(dui)企業安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)生產方面的建議和(he)意(yi)見,工(gong)會積(ji)極向(xiang)行(xing)政反(fan)映職工(gong)意(yi)愿和(he)要求,真正(zheng)為職工(gong)多辦實(shi)事(shi)。
