2班組建(jian)設(she)人力(li)資源的現狀(zhuang)
2.1班組建(jian)設的(de)組成
亭子口公司(si)設備(bei)管(guan)理(li)部(bu)是公司(si)安全生(sheng)產保(bao)證體系的管(guan)理(li)部(bu)門(men),在生(sheng)產過程(cheng)中行(xing)使組(zu)(zu)(zu)織、協調(diao)的職能(neng),是公司(si)所有(you)生(sheng)產設備(bei)、設施技術及(ji)質量管(guan)理(li)的責任主體。其(qi)(qi)下設一(yi)次專業(ye)班(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(9人)、二次專業(ye)班(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(13人)、機械專業(ye)班(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(12人)、通信專業(ye)班(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(4人)、部(bu)門(men)管(guan)理(li)(13人),共51人(女員(yuan)工(gong)8人)。其(qi)(qi)中,80后的年(nian)輕人占部(bu)門(men)總人數的78%,90后的年(nian)輕人占部(bu)門(men)總人數的6%,四個專業(ye)班(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)中7名班(ban)長或副班(ban)長是80后年(nian)輕人。
2.2班組擔任的職責
設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)部主(zhu)要(yao)承擔全廠4臺發電機組、公用設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)、大(da)(da)壩表(biao)孔弧門系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)、大(da)(da)壩底孔弧門系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)、排水系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)、特種(zhong)設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)的(de)日(ri)常維護、檢修及管理(li)工作,各專(zhuan)業班組通(tong)過QC小組和技術分析和改造(zao)等方法,對所轄設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)進行(xing)優化運(yun)行(xing),為企業創造(zao)了可觀的(de)經濟(ji)效益。
2.3班組的特征
由于(yu)班組建設中大部分(fen)都是80、90后(hou)的(de)(de)年(nian)輕(qing)(qing)人,班組內成(cheng)員(yuan)具有年(nian)齡年(nian)輕(qing)(qing)化優勢,體(ti)現在工作人員(yuan)擁有互(hu)聯網(wang)精神,具有開(kai)放的(de)(de)心態、分(fen)享(xiang)的(de)(de)精神、強烈的(de)(de)責任心及長遠的(de)(de)眼光。
3班組建(jian)設存在的問(wen)題
3.1基礎(chu)建設較為薄弱,專業素養需提升
目前,各班(ban)組(zu)人員年輕態,班(ban)組(zu)基(ji)礎(chu)建設較(jiao)為薄弱,員工現場作業經驗不足,缺乏技(ji)術(shu)骨干,甚至出現技(ji)術(shu)斷層,技(ji)能水平和工作效率有待提高。雖然(ran)年輕工作人員具備容易接受各項技(ji)能的優勢(shi),但深入學習仍然(ran)需要(yao)一個(ge)過程(cheng),達到(dao)全面熟悉精(jing)通程(cheng)度,尚需要(yao)時間(jian)和精(jing)力(li)的投入。
3.2缺乏(fa)完善的(de)激勵機制
部分班(ban)組團隊的(de)(de)凝聚(ju)力不夠強,盡管企業(ye)正在(zai)進(jin)行薪酬體(ti)制(zhi)改(gai)革,有些員工(gong)仍抱怨個人收入(ru)低,尤(you)其是在(zai)購房還貸時期,員工(gong)的(de)(de)思(si)想壓力大。員工(gong)的(de)(de)技能(neng)水平、工(gong)作貢獻(xian)、自我學習和培(pei)訓的(de)(de)動力,尚未在(zai)績效上體(ti)現出來。換句話說(shuo),現有的(de)(de)激勵機(ji)制(zhi)無(wu)法完(wan)全調動員工(gong)的(de)(de)工(gong)作熱情和學習積(ji)極性,影響了班(ban)組的(de)(de)長遠發展。
3.3管理標準不夠規范

由于各班組(zu)長都是從電力系統不同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)企業調來,工作方式和工作理念存在(zai)差異(yi),各班組(zu)之間缺乏有效的(de)(de)(de)溝通,信(xin)息(xi)不對稱(cheng),這(zhe)需要各班組(zu)組(zu)長加強(qiang)相互溝通,保證工作的(de)(de)(de)正常開(kai)展(zhan)。
3.56s管理未(wei)能及時開展(zhan)
結合目前(qian)情況(kuang)來(lai)看,“6S”管理(包括生產(chan)(chan)設(she)備、生產(chan)(chan)現場、班組庫房、辦(ban)公室)未能開展(zhan)。水電(dian)行業(ye)企業(ye)需(xu)要(yao)團隊作(zuo)戰,班組建設(she)管理的重點是建立(li)規(gui)范,讓員(yuan)工(gong)將按(an)(an)規(gui)范做事當成(cheng)一種習慣(guan),作(zuo)為一種本能。但是在工(gong)作(zuo)過程(cheng)(cheng)中,員(yuan)工(gong)尚未嚴格(ge)按(an)(an)照規(gui)范操作(zuo),在某種程(cheng)(cheng)度上會影(ying)響工(gong)作(zuo)效率,造成(cheng)資源上的浪費。
4解決方案
4.1制定完善的培訓制度
4.1.1綜合分析培訓需求為了提高整體員工的專業素養和技能,提高公司的核心競爭力,打造優秀的企業員工團隊,公司應該制定完善的培訓制度,制定具體的員工培訓計劃,使公司培訓工作規范化、標準化。制定計劃需要員工、管理人員、培訓機構共同參加,根據目前存在的問題,確定通過培訓是否可以解決,并確定哪些部門、哪些業務需要參加培訓,讓員工了解自己身上肩負的責任及需要掌握的技能。相關的培訓應以員工個人能力及公司需求為主,針對技術水平不同的人提供具有針對性的培訓內容,以滿足企業日常生產和發展的需要。4.1.2根據工作情況制定培訓計劃通過需求分析,了解員工當下工作狀態與目標的差距,制定具體的培訓計劃,使員工的職業技能得到提升。若某種培訓無法解決問題,則取消該培訓計劃。根據工作情況確定培訓的目標,提高員工的角色意識,通過培訓改變員工的態度,消除與目標的差距,使員工掌握相應的知識和技能。培訓計劃要確定培訓的目標和難點,培訓內容應該由知識、技能組成。針對管理層面的問題,可以在此基礎上拓展素質培訓,拓展管理人員的視野,訓練管理人員的創新思維,進一步提高管理人員的管理能力,適應公司快速發展的需要,更好地帶領下屬展開日常工作。4.1.3開展引領式培訓模式,提高培訓實效在培訓過程中,要建立起領導干部、技術骨干和先進個人為主力的培訓機制,樹立模范典型,引導職工學習。一是領導干部要躬身示范,下到現場教學培訓。即公司領導深入基層開展現場培訓,與基層工作人員實現面對面交流,增強基層工作人員的工作熱情和學習熱情。基層員工既能與領導零距離交流政策形勢,還能對公司的管理提出直接性的意見;二是技術骨干上講臺,學習形式活起來。讓公司里的技術人才在培訓講臺上分享日常工作中積累出的寶貴經驗,職工也可以就工作中的技術疑(yi)問(wen)進行(xing)交流。這樣(yang)既能增強員工(gong)(gong)的(de)行(xing)業(ye)知(zhi)識(shi),還能活躍氣氛,提高工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)積極性;三(san)是(shi)以先進人物站出來激(ji)勵。讓工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)的(de)先進人物在培訓(xun)中(zhong)做報告,分享工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)點滴(di)心得。這樣(yang)可以充分發揮榜樣(yang)模(mo)(mo)范(fan)的(de)帶(dai)頭作(zuo)用,讓職工(gong)(gong)受到感染激(ji)勵。4.1.4開展“導師(shi)帶(dai)徒”活動實行(xing)“老員工(gong)(gong)帶(dai)新員工(gong)(gong),骨干引青年”模(mo)(mo)式(shi),通過“一幫一”、“師(shi)帶(dai)徒”、“開小灶”等途徑,實現(xian)“先進帶(dai)后進”,縮小差距,達到共同進步、共同成長(chang)的(de)目的(de)。

一、 網絡(luo)教育培訓系(xi)統的定義
網絡教育培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)系統是以(yi)多媒體、交互(hu)式為特征,遠距離、快速(su)度、高(gao)質量(liang)地傳送教學(xue)聲像、圖文(wen)和數據,自動跟蹤(zong)學(xue)習(xi)行為,記錄和分(fen)析(xi)培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)結果,從而(er)實現培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)的一種新型的教學(xue)手段(duan)。可起到拓寬培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)渠道、創新培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)方式、提高(gao)培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)效能和節(jie)約(yue)培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)成本的作用。
二(er)、 網絡教育培訓系統規劃(hua)策(ce)略
根據佛山(shan)供電(dian)局(ju)培訓現狀(zhuang),在吸取了國內部分大中型企業應用(yong)經驗后(hou),佛山(shan)供電(dian)局(ju)制(zhi)定了系統建(jian)設規劃,并(bing)重點(dian)考(kao)慮以下幾(ji)個方(fang)面(mian)的(de)問題。
(一)避(bi)免(mian)出現(xian)信(xin)息(xi)孤島。佛山供電局(ju)的日常(chang)主要業(ye)(ye)務都已基本實(shi)現(xian)信(xin)息(xi)化,系(xi)(xi)統(tong)通過企(qi)業(ye)(ye)應用集(ji)成(cheng)平(ping)臺與(yu)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)門戶(hu)網站、人力資源管理信(xin)息(xi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)等(deng)互聯,有效地解決(jue)了(le)信(xin)息(xi)孤島問(wen)題。

(四)遵(zun)循(xun)國內(nei)和國際的標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)。主要(yao)(yao)(yao)體現在系統平臺建設和資(zi)源(yuan)建設兩個方面,都(dou)要(yao)(yao)(yao)符合國內(nei)和國際的標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)。系統需要(yao)(yao)(yao)兼容第(di)三方標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)課程(cheng)資(zi)源(yuan)產品,實現系統中對標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)課程(cheng)的學習狀(zhuang)態(tai)跟蹤。
(五)選擇成熟穩定(ding)的(de)解決(jue)方案。系(xi)統平臺(tai)應保證承載大容量培訓業務(wu)時(shi)系(xi)統的(de)穩定(ding)性,同時(shi)需要考慮系(xi)統冗(rong)余,確保系(xi)統業務(wu)的(de)穩定(ding)實(shi)施。
(六(liu))個性化解決方(fang)案。系統在(zai)選擇具(ju)有(you)廣泛使用(yong)的(de)解決方(fang)案的(de)同時,需(xu)要考慮根據(ju)自(zi)身需(xu)求特點(dian)進(jin)行(xing)個性化開發(fa)的(de)重(zhong)(zhong)要性,注(zhu)重(zhong)(zhong)系統的(de)二次(ci)開發(fa)及客戶化實現能力。

網絡(luo)教育培訓(xun)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)從總(zong)體(ti)上劃(hua)分為系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)支撐平(ping)臺、培訓(xun)支持系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)、培訓(xun)管理系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)和資源庫,并為獨(du)立模塊(kuai)提供接口。系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)總(zong)體(ti)結構如圖1所示:
(一)培訓門戶信息
門(men)戶(hu)功能(neng)是(shi)網(wang)(wang)絡(luo)教育系統的(de)入(ru)(ru)口。用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)在通過身(shen)份驗證后,將(jiang)通過此功能(neng)看(kan)到(dao)系統最新的(de)各類(lei)網(wang)(wang)絡(luo)培訓各類(lei)欄(lan)目(mu)的(de)新聞信息(xi)。同時(shi),根據用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)身(shen)份,將(jiang)顯(xian)示與用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)有關的(de)課程、考試、培訓信息(xi)。門(men)戶(hu)功能(neng)還是(shi)各類(lei)用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)進(jin)入(ru)(ru)該系統各種子平臺的(de)入(ru)(ru)口,例如進(jin)入(ru)(ru)課程學習、專項考試、個人信息(xi)設置等子平臺的(de)入(ru)(ru)口。
(二)異步學習
異步學(xue)習(xi)(xi)是指學(xue)員通過課件的(de)(de)方(fang)式進行學(xue)習(xi)(xi),學(xue)習(xi)(xi)中教(jiao)學(xue)的(de)(de)交(jiao)流(liu)是異步的(de)(de),學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)通過系統(tong)發出疑(yi)問,教(jiao)師異步對疑(yi)問進行解答。這種(zhong)學(xue)習(xi)(xi)方(fang)式的(de)(de)優點是學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)學(xue)習(xi)(xi)不受特定時(shi)間(jian)的(de)(de)限(xian)制,學(xue)習(xi)(xi)行為的(de)(de)發起為學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng),學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)和(he)教(jiao)師之間(jian)的(de)(de)交(jiao)流(liu)是異步的(de)(de),系統(tong)為學(xue)習(xi)(xi)的(de)(de)進行提供教(jiao)育資源和(he)平臺(tai)。
(三) 同步(bu)學習功能
同(tong)步(bu)實時學(xue)(xue)(xue)習功能(neng)是(shi)(shi)指由教師發起(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)同(tong)步(bu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習機制,通過系統實現實時教學(xue)(xue)(xue)。在教學(xue)(xue)(xue)過程中,學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)和老師的(de)(de)(de)(de)交流(liu)是(shi)(shi)同(tong)步(bu)進行(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)。這種學(xue)(xue)(xue)習方式的(de)(de)(de)(de)優點是(shi)(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)和教師的(de)(de)(de)(de)交流(liu)是(shi)(shi)同(tong)步(bu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)、直觀的(de)(de)(de)(de),整個(ge)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習活動是(shi)(shi)實時的(de)(de)(de)(de),與真(zhen)實的(de)(de)(de)(de)教學(xue)(xue)(xue)活動類似(si),教學(xue)(xue)(xue)效果可與實地教學(xue)(xue)(xue)類似(si)。
(四)在線(xian)測(ce)(ce)評(ping)。在線(xian)測(ce)(ce)評(ping)是以考試(shi)(shi)形式(shi)為(wei)主,分為(wei)在線(xian)作(zuo)業(ye)、在線(xian)考試(shi)(shi)、在線(xian)練習、達(da)標訓(xun)練和闖關競賽5種形式(shi)。
(五)安(an)(an)規考試功(gong)(gong)能。根據廣東電網公司安(an)(an)規考試管(guan)理(li)(li)與實施要求,專門針(zhen)對安(an)(an)規考試流(liu)程設計,有考試報名、考試批次管(guan)理(li)(li)、題庫(ku)管(guan)理(li)(li)、試卷管(guan)理(li)(li)、統(tong)計分析等功(gong)(gong)能組成(cheng)。
(六)技能(neng)鑒(jian)(jian)定(ding)子系統(tong)。根據廣東電網公司(si)技能(neng)鑒(jian)(jian)定(ding)管(guan)理(li)與實施要求,專門針對技能(neng)鑒(jian)(jian)定(ding)流程(cheng)設計,由技能(neng)鑒(jian)(jian)定(ding)項目管(guan)理(li)、考試(shi)(shi)報名、考試(shi)(shi)批次管(guan)理(li)、題庫管(guan)理(li)、試(shi)(shi)卷(juan)管(guan)理(li)、統(tong)計分析等功能(neng)組(zu)成。
(七) 娛樂式學(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)功能(neng)。為(wei)了(le)充(chong)分調(diao)動員工學(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)的積極性和(he)培(pei)養(yang)全局學(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)的習(xi)(xi)(xi)慣(guan)(guan),系統除了(le)采用傳統的學(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)方式外,也引入趣(qu)味式學(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi),以寓教于樂的形式來激發學(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)興(xing)趣(qu)、培(pei)養(yang)學(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)慣(guan)(guan)。
(八)自主學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)功(gong)能(neng)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)員(yuan)自主學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)空間,包括資源學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)、題(ti)庫學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)、試題(ti)收藏、錯題(ti)收藏等功(gong)能(neng),具(ju)備(bei)模(mo)糊搜索功(gong)能(neng)。
(九)知識庫(ku)搜索(suo)。類(lei)似于“百度知道”的功能。學員提問自(zi)己的問題,全體員工均可上線回(hui)答問題,系統管理(li)員或提問者(zhe)可以推薦最佳答案。知識庫(ku)具備保存歷史信息的功能。案例(li)資料上傳、存儲、查詢(xun)功能。
(十)培(pei)訓需(xu)(xu)求調(diao)(diao)查(cha)(cha)。分為熱點(dian)調(diao)(diao)查(cha)(cha)和問卷調(diao)(diao)查(cha)(cha)兩(liang)種,分別應(ying)用于(yu)培(pei)訓需(xu)(xu)求調(diao)(diao)查(cha)(cha)和主題調(diao)(diao)查(cha)(cha)等。
(十一(yi))系(xi)統(tong)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)功(gong)能(neng)。系(xi)統(tong)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)功(gong)能(neng)包括:角(jiao)色、權(quan)限(xian)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li),機構(gou)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li),崗(gang)位管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li),用戶管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li),教師管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)和(he)日志管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)。
四、 系統(tong)應用推廣方案
(一)推廣工(gong)作目(mu)標。全(quan)體員工(gong)登陸系統參與網(wang)絡學習(xi)或考試。
(二)推(tui)廣(guang)工作(zuo)(zuo)思路。通過制定(ding)《佛山(shan)供電局網絡教育培(pei)訓(xun)系統推(tui)廣(guang)方案》,逐(zhu)步(bu)落實系統推(tui)廣(guang)使用(yong)工作(zuo)(zuo),重點做好以下(xia)三項工作(zuo)(zuo):
1 .通過各(ge)種途徑(jing)引起公司領(ling)導重視(shi)。
2 .制定系(xi)統運行(xing)管理辦法(fa),建立(li)激勵、約(yue)束機制。
3 .與(yu)各項(xiang)考(kao)試工作(zuo)結(jie)合,以考(kao)促培,已考(kao)促推。
(三)推廣組(zu)(zu)織措施。為方便系統推廣工作(zuo)(zuo)開展,設立由公司(si)各(ge)部門主要負責人(ren)及培訓管(guan)(guan)理(li)人(ren)員、信息管(guan)(guan)理(li)人(ren)員組(zu)(zu)成的業務工作(zuo)(zuo)組(zu)(zu)和技術支持工作(zuo)(zuo)小組(zu)(zu),明確其工作(zuo)(zuo)職責。
(四) 推廣(guang)計劃內容
1.以創先工作(zuo)為契機,向(xiang)領(ling)導介紹、演示系統(tong),引起領(ling)導重視(shi)、推動系統(tong)推廣。
2.制訂系統運行管理辦(ban)法,建立激勵、約束機制。
3.制作(zuo)培訓視頻、操作(zuo)手冊供員(yuan)工自學(xue)。
4.豐富系統課件、題(ti)庫、提(ti)供娛樂式學習功能(neng)。
5.開展二級培(pei)訓(xun)員使用(yong)系統(tong)培(pei)訓(xun)。
6.開展(zhan)三、四級培訓(xun)員(yuan)及內(nei)訓(xun)師培訓(xun)和班組內(nei)部培訓(xun)(各單位自行(xing)安(an)排)。
7.直屬各單(dan)位發(fa)文通知應用(yong)該系統。
8.以考(kao)(kao)(kao)促推,通過安(an)規考(kao)(kao)(kao)試(shi)(shi)、競賽考(kao)(kao)(kao)試(shi)(shi)、普考(kao)(kao)(kao)、抽考(kao)(kao)(kao)、技能(neng)鑒定等(deng)考(kao)(kao)(kao)試(shi)(shi)促進系統推廣應用。
9.結(jie)合班(ban)組(zu)建設中的(de)培訓工作推廣系統(tong),如:班(ban)組(zu)安全活動看(kan)視頻;技術問答(da)在網上做題(ti)等(deng)。

10.完善網(wang)絡安全教育培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)室,各模塊分工管理(li)(設版主),以(yi)某單位為試點在年底舉(ju)辦網(wang)絡安全知識競賽,檢驗(yan)網(wang)絡培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)成(cheng)果。
11.提供外網連(lian)入功能,便于員工利用業(ye)余時間(jian)學習。
12.根據各(ge)單(dan)位訪問率、人均網絡培訓積分等指(zhi)標進行檢查評比,并在培訓簡報中公(gong)布。
13.利用公(gong)共課程(cheng),要求相關員(yuan)工(gong)進行培訓及考試,增進對網絡(luo)系統的熟悉程(cheng)度(du),并(bing)通過此種方式的積分獲取(qu),刺激(ji)員(yuan)工(gong)對網絡(luo)培訓系統的興趣。
14.重點挖掘(jue)系統推(tui)廣使用的(de)標桿班組,以點代面推(tui)廣系統。
(五)保障措施
1.制(zhi)訂系統運(yun)行管理辦(ban)法,建(jian)立(li)激(ji)勵、約束機制(zhi)。
2.系統使(shi)用(yong)與(yu)創(chuang)先工作掛鉤、與(yu)目標考核掛鉤、與(yu)積(ji)分(fen)管(guan)理掛鉤。
3.保證計劃執行的剛性,務必逐項落實。
五(wu)、系(xi)統推廣應(ying)用(yong)效果

(五)率先實(shi)現(xian)技(ji)能(neng)鑒(jian)(jian)定(ding)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)化(hua)。佛山供電局(ju)技(ji)(下轉(zhuan)(zhuan)185頁)(上接182頁)能(neng)鑒(jian)(jian)定(ding)管理子系統的建設,率先在(zai)(zai)省內掀開了技(ji)能(neng)鑒(jian)(jian)定(ding)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)化(hua)的新(xin)篇章。佛山供電局(ju)在(zai)(zai)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)網絡教(jiao)育培(pei)訓系統成(cheng)功(gong)完成(cheng)09年(nian)安規(gui)考試(shi)之(zhi)后(hou),便著手調(diao)研這種成(cheng)功(gong)模式復制到(dao)技(ji)能(neng)鑒(jian)(jian)定(ding)方面的可能(neng)性。在(zai)(zai)通過了不斷探(tan)討和嘗試(shi)后(hou),終于找到(dao)技(ji)能(neng)鑒(jian)(jian)定(ding)工作信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)化(hua)的轉(zhuan)(zhuan)變之(zhi)路,并(bing)在(zai)(zai)2009年(nian)6月份(fen)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)系統完成(cheng)了300余人的技(ji)能(neng)鑒(jian)(jian)定(ding)工作,邁出了技(ji)能(neng)鑒(jian)(jian)定(ding)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)化(hua)的新(xin)步伐。

平(ping)臺的(de)(de)遠程技能(neng)(neng)(neng)培(pei)(pei)訓和職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)技能(neng)(neng)(neng)鑒(jian)定(ding)考前(qian)培(pei)(pei)訓較以往(wang)的(de)(de)所有(you)人(ren)員參加統一大班(ban)授課的(de)(de)針對(dui)性更高(gao),培(pei)(pei)訓效果更好。以職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)技能(neng)(neng)(neng)鑒(jian)定(ding)考前(qian)培(pei)(pei)訓為(wei)例,通過分專業(ye)分層次的(de)(de)考前(qian)培(pei)(pei)訓,職(zhi)(zhi)工的(de)(de)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)技能(neng)(neng)(neng)鑒(jian)定(ding)合(he)格率(lv)較往(wang)年(nian)(nian)有(you)大幅提(ti)高(gao)。2012―2014年(nian)(nian)期間,陽煤(mei)集(ji)團職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)技能(neng)(neng)(neng)鑒(jian)定(ding)合(he)格率(lv)分別為(wei)61.7%、60.3%、65.3%,三(san)年(nian)(nian)的(de)(de)平(ping)均合(he)格率(lv)為(wei)62.4%。在線培(pei)(pei)訓在2015年(nian)(nian)開通后,當年(nian)(nian)的(de)(de)鑒(jian)定(ding)合(he)格率(lv)達(da)到85.9%,較前(qian)三(san)年(nian)(nian)平(ping)均合(he)格率(lv)提(ti)升了23.5%。
(四)服務滿足了(le)不同層次技能人才(cai)的需求
技(ji)能(neng)(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)網絡服(fu)(fu)務(wu)平(ping)臺根據不同層(ceng)次(ci)技(ji)能(neng)(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)特(te)點,開(kai)展針對性的(de)(de)(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)務(wu),一是(shi)為初(chu)、中級層(ceng)次(ci)的(de)(de)(de)(de)技(ji)能(neng)(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)提(ti)供了基礎的(de)(de)(de)(de)安全(quan)(quan)和(he)技(ji)能(neng)(neng)培訓(xun)的(de)(de)(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)務(wu),讓他們快速掌握基本的(de)(de)(de)(de)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)技(ji)能(neng)(neng)操(cao)(cao)作方法和(he)操(cao)(cao)作規范,樹(shu)立基本的(de)(de)(de)(de)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)意識(shi)(shi),形成與職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)或崗位(wei)相對應(ying)的(de)(de)(de)(de)較完備(bei)、合理的(de)(de)(de)(de)專業(ye)知(zhi)識(shi)(shi)結構,確保他們適應(ying)相應(ying)崗位(wei)需要(yao)并進(jin)一步(bu)(bu)促(cu)進(jin)技(ji)能(neng)(neng)水平(ping)的(de)(de)(de)(de)快速提(ti)升。二是(shi)為高(gao)技(ji)能(neng)(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)提(ti)供開(kai)闊視野(ye)、相互學習(xi)交(jiao)流(liu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)務(wu),讓他們掌握最(zui)先進(jin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)相關職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)理念和(he)操(cao)(cao)作方法的(de)(de)(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)力,擴大(da)知(zhi)識(shi)(shi)面,形成更全(quan)(quan)面的(de)(de)(de)(de)具有延伸(shen)性知(zhi)R結構的(de)(de)(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)力。三是(shi)為領(ling)軍(jun)高(gao)技(ji)能(neng)(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)提(ti)供交(jiao)流(liu)合作的(de)(de)(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)務(wu),使他們能(neng)(neng)夠進(jin)一步(bu)(bu)擴大(da)知(zhi)識(shi)(shi)面,提(ti)高(gao)不斷發現問(wen)題、創(chuang)造(zao)性解決問(wen)題的(de)(de)(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)力,能(neng)(neng)夠根據工作的(de)(de)(de)(de)需要(yao)提(ti)出創(chuang)造(zao)性的(de)(de)(de)(de)設想,并具體實踐、操(cao)(cao)作和(he)開(kai)發。
(五)技(ji)能人才服務(wu)成本大幅降(jiang)低
