【摘要(yao)】針對當(dang)下職(zhi)(zhi)業學(xue)校德(de)(de)育教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研工作(zuo)存(cun)在(zai)的(de)問題,結合江蘇省鎮江高(gao)等職(zhi)(zhi)業技術學(xue)校德(de)(de)育教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研工作(zuo)的(de)改(gai)(gai)革實踐,提出創(chuang)新德(de)(de)育教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研觀念、創(chuang)新德(de)(de)育教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研內容、創(chuang)新德(de)(de)育教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研途(tu)徑的(de)德(de)(de)育教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研改(gai)(gai)革策略,切(qie)實提高(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)校德(de)(de)育工作(zuo)的(de)實效性。

在職(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)(yan)活(huo)(huo)動中(zhong),各(ge)職(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)普遍重(zhong)(zhong)視專業課程(cheng)的教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)(yan),文化(hua)課教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)(yan)較弱。而在文化(hua)課教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)(yan)中(zhong),語(yu)文、數學(xue)(xue)和英語(yu)三大學(xue)(xue)科受(shou)到(dao)的重(zhong)(zhong)視又比德(de)(de)育(yu)多(duo)一些,德(de)(de)育(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)(yan)是(shi)“弱中(zhong)之(zhi)弱”。就鎮江(jiang)市而言(yan),沒有專門的職(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)(yan)室(shi),職(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)(yan)員人數也不(bu)足,平時(shi)組織的專門的德(de)(de)育(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)(yan)活(huo)(huo)動少,教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)(yan)氣(qi)氛不(bu)夠濃(nong)厚。以鎮江(jiang)高(gao)等(deng)職(zhi)業技術(shu)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)為(wei)例(li),除了上述德(de)(de)育(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)(yan)人員嚴重(zhong)(zhong)欠缺(que)的問(wen)題(ti)外,還存在教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)(yan)形(xing)式單一,教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)(yan)內容(rong)缺(que)乏(fa)針(zhen)對性、實(shi)(shi)效(xiao)性和時(shi)代感,校(xiao)(xiao)際交(jiao)流不(bu)足,教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)(yan)活(huo)(huo)動各(ge)自為(wei)政等(deng)問(wen)題(ti)。對此(ci),學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)立足職(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)實(shi)(shi)際,通(tong)過廣泛調研(yan)(yan),認識到(dao)德(de)(de)育(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)(yan)存在的問(wen)題(ti),決定突出學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)特(te)色,講求實(shi)(shi)效(xiao),在教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)(yan)觀念、內容(rong)和途徑等(deng)方面改革創新。

一、創(chuang)新(xin)德育教研(yan)觀念(nian),服務師生成長(chang)

2017年(nian),鎮(zhen)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)高等(deng)職(zhi)業(ye)技術學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)大膽進行教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)創新,依托鎮(zhen)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)市(shi)(shi)(shi)禁(jin)毒教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)館、星火志(zhi)(zhi)愿者、職(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)活動(dong)(dong)周等(deng)平臺,以活動(dong)(dong)為抓手(shou),積極開展(zhan)(zhan)活動(dong)(dong),為師生成長服(fu)務。2011年(nian),鎮(zhen)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)市(shi)(shi)(shi)禁(jin)毒教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)館在學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)落(luo)成,成為全(quan)市(shi)(shi)(shi)青少年(nian)預防教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)基地。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)德(de)育(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師積極參與活動(dong)(dong)的組織(zhi)策劃,通過參觀實物、圖(tu)片、模(mo)型、漫(man)畫,觀看錄像,聽真實案例(li),充(chong)分提高師生對危害性的認(ren)識。2017年(nian)9月,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)組織(zhi)德(de)育(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師參加由江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)蘇(su)省委(wei)宣傳部、省文(wen)明(ming)辦(ban)、省民政廳、團省委(wei)共同舉辦(ban)的第二屆(jie)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)蘇(su)志(zhi)(zhi)愿服(fu)務展(zhan)(zhan)示交流會(hui),充(chong)分展(zhan)(zhan)示星火志(zhi)(zhi)愿者服(fu)務隊的良好風(feng)貌,弘揚志(zhi)(zhi)愿精(jing)神,彰顯志(zhi)(zhi)愿魅(mei)力(li)。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)擁有(you)1個(ge)鎮(zhen)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)市(shi)(shi)(shi)德(de)育(yu)名師工作室,工作室教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師經常開展(zhan)(zhan)閱讀活動(dong)(dong)和研(yan)課(ke)活動(dong)(dong),成為德(de)育(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)成果(guo)的“孵化器”。

高(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)校(xiao)園文化是在(zai)長(chang)期的(de)(de)校(xiao)園實踐中(zhong)逐步形成(cheng)的(de)(de),是高(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)院校(xiao)師生精神風貌、價(jia)值取向和行(xing)為規范的(de)(de)綜合體(ti)現,是高(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)學校(xiao)文化氛(fen)圍、品位格調的(de)(de)最(zui)直接體(ti)現。它(ta)不僅在(zai)師生的(de)(de)個人發展中(zhong)起(qi)到(dao)舉足輕重(zhong)的(de)(de)作用,在(zai)高(gao)校(xiao)建設(she)中(zhong)也起(qi)到(dao)至(zhi)關重(zhong)要的(de)(de)作用。

一、高職校(xiao)園文化建設現狀(zhuang)

(一)缺(que)乏對高職校園文化建設的認識

校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)建設的(de)(de)內涵是(shi)廣(guang)義(yi)的(de)(de),是(shi)長遠的(de)(de),但(dan)是(shi)部分高職(zhi)(zhi)院校(xiao)(xiao)對于校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)理解,僅僅局限于具體(ti)的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活動的(de)(de)開(kai)展(zhan),比如(ru)說定(ding)期開(kai)展(zhan)軍(jun)訓、定(ding)期舉行高職(zhi)(zhi)院校(xiao)(xiao)運動會,等(deng)等(deng)。他們認(ren)為簡單的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活動就能體(ti)現校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua),忽略了文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活動背后的(de)(de)精心(xin)設計、系統安排(pai)和專業指導,這樣發(fa)揮不了校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)活動應有的(de)(de)作用。另外,還有一些院校(xiao)(xiao)為了加速學(xue)(xue)生與(yu)企(qi)(qi)業的(de)(de)接(jie)軌,過分推崇某些企(qi)(qi)業文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)與(yu)職(zhi)(zhi)場文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)。但(dan)是(shi)變相的(de)(de)企(qi)(qi)業文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)并不適(shi)應高職(zhi)(zhi)院校(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)發(fa)展(zhan),它在浪(lang)費學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)資源的(de)(de)同時,也阻礙了學(xue)(xue)生職(zhi)(zhi)業素養的(de)(de)提高,嚴重影響了校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)建設的(de)(de)進程。

(二)過(guo)分強調物質文化建(jian)設(she)(she),忽視(shi)校園文化建(jian)設(she)(she)

隨著社會發(fa)展速度的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)斷(duan)加(jia)快(kuai),高(gao)(gao)(gao)職(zhi)院校(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)競爭也日益激烈。部(bu)分(fen)高(gao)(gao)(gao)職(zhi)院校(xiao)片面追求高(gao)(gao)(gao)速發(fa)展,把高(gao)(gao)(gao)職(zhi)院校(xiao)發(fa)展的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)重點放在擴(kuo)(kuo)建(jian)、擴(kuo)(kuo)招上,為了增加(jia)學校(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)競爭力(li),增加(jia)學校(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)招生(sheng)率,盲目加(jia)大對基礎設施的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)投資(zi),以物質條件來(lai)吸引家長(chang)(chang)與(yu)考生(sheng),以提(ti)高(gao)(gao)(gao)高(gao)(gao)(gao)職(zhi)院校(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)影響(xiang)力(li)。但是過(guo)分(fen)強(qiang)調物質文(wen)化(hua),忽視校(xiao)園文(wen)化(hua)建(jian)設的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)做法,從(cong)長(chang)(chang)遠看,對高(gao)(gao)(gao)校(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)氛圍的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)培養(yang)(yang)與(yu)品(pin)位格調的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)提(ti)高(gao)(gao)(gao)是不(bu)利的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de),對學生(sheng)文(wen)化(hua)素養(yang)(yang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)培養(yang)(yang)更(geng)為不(bu)利,這在一定程度上阻礙(ai)了高(gao)(gao)(gao)職(zhi)院校(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)健康、和諧發(fa)展,使得高(gao)(gao)(gao)職(zhi)院校(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)發(fa)展陷入形式化(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)危機。

對接近(jin)幾(ji)年,高(gao)(gao)職(zhi)教育得到(dao)了跨越(yue)式發展(zhan),為(wei)國家培(pei)(pei)養了大(da)批高(gao)(gao)素質(zhi)技能型人(ren)才。但(dan)是眾多(duo)的高(gao)(gao)職(zhi)院(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)過(guo)于(yu)強調硬(ying)件建設,不重視軟件建設,尤其是校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園文(wen)化建設,培(pei)(pei)養出(chu)來的學(xue)生對社會、企(qi)業(ye)很難適應(ying),忽略(lve)了學(xue)生綜合素質(zhi)的培(pei)(pei)養,尤其是職(zhi)業(ye)素養的培(pei)(pei)養。目(mu)前,校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)企(qi)合作出(chu)現(xian)(xian)了校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園文(wen)化和(he)企(qi)業(ye)文(wen)化的脫節問(wen)題,嚴重阻(zu)礙了高(gao)(gao)職(zhi)院(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)的發展(zhan)。高(gao)(gao)職(zhi)院(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)要(yao)實現(xian)(xian)培(pei)(pei)養目(mu)標,就要(yao)融合現(xian)(xian)代企(qi)業(ye)的優秀(xiu)文(wen)化理念,樹立品牌意識,擁有自己的辦學(xue)特色。將高(gao)(gao)職(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園文(wen)化與企(qi)業(ye)文(wen)化實現(xian)(xian)對接,讓(rang)畢業(ye)生實現(xian)(xian)“零距離(li)”就業(ye),已經(jing)成為(wei)目(mu)前急需解決的問(wen)題。

1高職(zhi)校園文(wen)化與(yu)企業文(wen)化的關系(xi)
