一(yi)(yi)是抓(zhua)落實(shi)不(bu)(bu)夠徹底,工(gong)(gong)作作風不(bu)(bu)夠扎實(shi)。突(tu)出表現(xian)(xian)在(zai)(zai):對(dui)于(yu)(yu)檢(jian)(jian)查發(fa)現(xian)(xian)的問題處理(li)不(bu)(bu)及(ji)(ji)時(shi)、不(bu)(bu)到(dao)位(wei)、不(bu)(bu)積極。如在(zai)(zai)檢(jian)(jian)查班(ban)組(zu)設備以(yi)及(ji)(ji)日常工(gong)(gong)作時(shi),對(dui)于(yu)(yu)檢(jian)(jian)查發(fa)現(xian)(xian)的設備問題、職工(gong)(gong)兩紀問題,口頭批評多(duo),按規定進(jin)行處理(li)少;要求(qiu)多(duo),跟(gen)(gen)蹤檢(jian)(jian)查少。存在(zai)(zai)著說到(dao)了(le)(le)、在(zai)(zai)干部檢(jian)(jian)查登(deng)記本(ben)上(shang)也登(deng)記了(le)(le)就算克服(fu)了(le)(le)解決了(le)(le)的問題,對(dui)于(yu)(yu)班(ban)組(zu)是否及(ji)(ji)時(shi)進(jin)行處理(li),結果如何沒有(you)及(ji)(ji)時(shi)進(jin)行檢(jian)(jian)查和過問,問題跟(gen)(gen)蹤要求(qiu)沒有(you)得到(dao)良好落實(shi),致使班(ban)組(zu)管(guan)理(li)以(yi)及(ji)(ji)設備上(shang)的一(yi)(yi)些問題長期存在(zai)(zai),得不(bu)(bu)到(dao)解決。

二是在(zai)開展的(de)(de)各項活(huo)動(dong)(dong)中,應付(fu)心里嚴(yan)重(zhong),一(yi)些工(gong)作(zuo)停留(liu)在(zai)傳(chuan)達上,在(zai)制定一(yi)些措施時,空(kong)洞、泛(fan)泛(fan),不能(neng)認(ren)真結合車(che)間(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)實際認(ren)真研究(jiu)、制定出(chu)結合車(che)間(jian)(jian)工(gong)作(zuo)實際的(de)(de)、針對性強的(de)(de)措施,致(zhi)使一(yi)些活(huo)動(dong)(dong)開展效果(guo)不好,也(ye)是造(zao)(zao)成車(che)間(jian)(jian)管(guan)內班(ban)組管(guan)理不到(dao)位、安全(quan)問(wen)題時有發生(sheng)的(de)(de)重(zhong)要原因(yin)。如(ru)在(zai)今年開展的(de)(de)教育(yu)(yu)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)中,由(you)于(yu)自己思想(xiang)認(ren)識(shi)的(de)(de)不到(dao)位,沒能(neng)將黨(dang)(dang)委下發的(de)(de)及時下發班(ban)組并組織開展教育(yu)(yu),造(zao)(zao)成黨(dang)(dang)委重(zhong)點(dian)工(gong)作(zuo)落(luo)實不到(dao)位。再(zai)如(ru)今年年初,由(you)于(yu)我(wo)對開展的(de)(de)安全(quan)大檢查(cha)、人身(shen)安全(quan)專(zhuan)項檢查(cha)等(deng)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)認(ren)識(shi)不夠、思想(xiang)麻痹、開展不好,造(zao)(zao)成職工(gong)思想(xiang)認(ren)識(shi)不高、安全(quan)意(yi)識(shi)淡薄(bo),以至于(yu)發生(sheng)問(wen)題的(de)(de)發生(sheng)。

三是安(an)全(quan)管理不(bu)扎實,表面(mian)現(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)象較為突出(chu)。突出(chu)的(de)表現(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)為班組(zu)以(yi)(yi)及(ji)(ji)車間的(de)許多管理工(gong)(gong)作基本(ben)處(chu)于表面(mian)化狀態(tai),或者說許多制度(du)(du)、辦法只(zhi)停留(liu)在(zai)(zai)(zai)文字上。如班組(zu)的(de)月(yue)度(du)(du)生產(chan)會、分(fen)析、月(yue)度(du)(du)安(an)全(quan)分(fen)析等(deng),表現(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)出(chu)來的(de)應付現(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)象比較明顯,但在(zai)(zai)(zai)自(zi)己(ji)以(yi)(yi)及(ji)(ji)車間的(de)檢查中不(bu)能夠及(ji)(ji)時予以(yi)(yi)糾(jiu)正(zheng),把“有(you)(you)沒有(you)(you)是態(tai)度(du)(du)問(wen)題、好(hao)不(bu)好(hao)是水平問(wen)題”作為評判工(gong)(gong)作是否落實的(de)標準,認(ren)為只(zhi)要有(you)(you)、不(bu)缺少就行,沒有(you)(you)認(ren)識到管理工(gong)(gong)作也(ye)(ye)(ye)是安(an)全(quan)工(gong)(gong)作的(de)重要組(zu)成(cheng)部(bu)分(fen),思想認(ren)識產(chan)生嚴(yan)重偏差。在(zai)(zai)(zai)車間管理上,同(tong)樣也(ye)(ye)(ye)存在(zai)(zai)(zai)一(yi)些(xie)問(wen)題,如安(an)全(quan)問(wen)題庫問(wen)題管理不(bu)規(gui)范(fan),對于一(yi)些(xie)車間無力解決(jue)(jue)的(de)問(wen)題以(yi)(yi)匯報(bao)有(you)(you)關(guan)科室代替解決(jue)(jue),認(ren)為只(zhi)要匯報(bao)了(le)就沒事兒了(le),缺乏保證措施,同(tong)時也(ye)(ye)(ye)沒有(you)(you)進一(yi)步聯系有(you)(you)關(guan)部(bu)門進行解決(jue)(jue),造成(cheng)一(yi)些(xie)問(wen)題的(de)長期存在(zai)(zai)(zai)。再如班組(zu)的(de)安(an)全(quan)考試、業務考試以(yi)(yi)及(ji)(ji)政(zheng)治考試等(deng)工(gong)(gong)作,流(liu)于形式(shi)的(de)問(wen)題仍然存在(zai)(zai)(zai),不(bu)能促進職工(gong)(gong)加(jia)強自(zi)身學習的(de)主動(dong)性(xing)和自(zi)覺性(xing),同(tong)時也(ye)(ye)(ye)不(bu)能反映職工(gong)(gong)對有(you)(you)關(guan)知識要求掌握的(de)真(zhen)實水平。因此在(zai)(zai)(zai)職工(gong)(gong)教育以(yi)(yi)及(ji)(ji)考試組(zu)織上還需(xu)進一(yi)步完(wan)善和提高。

二、做(zuo)(zuo)職工的(de)(de)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)榜樣。作(zuo)為(wei)采煤生產(chan)(chan)一線的(de)(de)班組長,沒有(you)過硬的(de)(de)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu),沒有(you)一定的(de)(de)文化素(su)質和(he)業務技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu),是很(hen)難服(fu)眾的(de)(de)。所以(yi),我(wo)認(ren)為(wei)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)想搞好班組工作(zuo),首先(xian)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)從提高自身素(su)質做(zuo)(zuo)起,不(bu)斷(duan)加強學(xue)習(xi),肯鉆研。做(zuo)(zuo)業務上的(de)(de)權威,做(zuo)(zuo)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)上的(de)(de)標兵(bing),起到“領頭羊”的(de)(de)作(zuo)用(yong),給自己(ji)(ji)補充好能量;同時不(bu)斷(duan)地(di)思考和(he)總結,尋找(zhao)差距(ju),完善自我(wo);并對班組的(de)(de)各種(zhong)(zhong)常(chang)規操(cao)作(zuo)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu),做(zuo)(zuo)到熟練自如,得心應手;對關鍵、復(fu)雜的(de)(de)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)問題要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)做(zuo)(zuo)到了解(jie)和(he)掌握(wo),經(jing)過日積月累也要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)具(ju)備處理各種(zhong)(zhong)事故(gu)的(de)(de)能力,為(wei)職工樹立好榜樣。為(wei)了提高班組整體素(su)質,我(wo)采用(yong)多(duo)種(zhong)(zhong)靈活多(duo)變的(de)(de)形式,帶動職工提高技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)水平,以(yi)工作(zuo)促學(xue)習(xi),以(yi)學(xue)習(xi)推動工作(zuo),打(da)破(po)傳統(tong)觀念,提倡職工相互學(xue)習(xi),取人之(zhi)長,補己(ji)(ji)之(zhi)短。帶領職工克(ke)服(fu)困難,積極地(di)去創(chuang)造條件,為(wei)區隊生產(chan)(chan)指標的(de)(de)完成(cheng)作(zuo)出(chu)貢獻。

三、管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)創新。剛當班組長(chang)時,靠的是(shi)師(shi)傅傳授(shou)和自(zi)己(ji)平(ping)時摸索,積累經驗來了解(jie)、感(gan)悟什么是(shi)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li),而缺(que)乏系統(tong)的專業知識。后來通過理(li)(li)論培訓和工作實踐逐(zhu)步(bu)提(ti)高了自(zi)己(ji)的管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)水平(ping)。我感(gan)覺到(dao)沒有創新就(jiu)沒有發展,墨守成(cheng)規、平(ping)淡無奇(qi),慢慢地就(jiu)會被淘汰。作為一名班組長(chang)必須要做到(dao)事事超前,天天創新、不斷學(xue)習、自(zi)我加壓(ya)、自(zi)我超越。

四、民主(zhu)公正。辦(ban)事(shi)民主(zhu)公正才會(hui)有(you)說服力,否則很難立住腳(jiao)。所(suo)以,我利用班前班后會(hui)的時間,廣泛征求大家的意(yi)見和建議,制(zhi)定了各種(zhong)班組管(guan)理制(zhi)度;分(fen)配工(gong)作時要做到合(he)(he)情合(he)(he)理,做到辦(ban)事(shi)公道、獎罰分(fen)明、是非分(fen)明。

五(wu)、關心(xin)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)。對職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)在(zai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作生活(huo)上不管不問(wen)、漠不關心(xin),職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)自然(ran)也就不會(hui)滿意(yi)你。所(suo)以(yi)我認為,關心(xin)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)必(bi)須先要(yao)(yao)了解職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),只有(you)與(yu)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)面(mian)(mian)對面(mian)(mian)、心(xin)貼心(xin)才(cai)(cai)懂得其所(suo)思所(suo)想;在(zai)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)遇(yu)到實際困(kun)難(nan)時要(yao)(yao)及時伸出援(yuan)手,想法設(she)法去解決(jue)處理。只有(you)擁有(you)一(yi)顆平常的心(xin)、敬重的心(xin)、無私的心(xin),才(cai)(cai)能(neng)把一(yi)個班(ban)組帶(dai)到一(yi)種(zhong)全新的境界,才(cai)(cai)能(neng)得到職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的信(xin)任和擁戴。

審計局班組建設經驗交流材料

近年(nian)來,**省(sheng)××市審計(ji)局以建設(she)學習型(xing)、開拓型(xing)、效能型(xing)、務(wu)實(shi)型(xing)、廉潔型(xing)領導班(ban)子(zi)為(wei)目(mu)標,以加(jia)強班(ban)子(zi)成員執行力(li)建設(she)為(wei)重(zhong)點,開展了以創建“學習好(hao)、工(gong)作好(hao)、團結好(hao)、作風好(hao)、自律好(hao)”為(wei)內容(rong)的“五(wu)好(hao)班(ban)子(zi)”創建活動(dong),取得了顯著(zhu)成效,在(zai)工(gong)作考核(he)中,連年(nian)被市委評(ping)定為(wei)“優秀班(ban)子(zi)”,4次在(zai)省(sheng)審計(ji)廳和荊(jing)(jing)門(men)市審計(ji)局綜(zong)合工(gong)作考核(he)中獲(huo)先進(jin)單位,被荊(jing)(jing)門(men)市評(ping)定為(wei)平安單位示(shi)范(fan)點,二次被省(sheng)委省(sheng)政府授予(yu)“文明單位”光榮稱號。

一、以(yi)建設(she)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)型班子(zi)(zi)為理(li)念,促進水平(ping)提高強(qiang)素質(zhi)。該(gai)局采取走出去,請進來(lai)等方式不斷(duan)改變學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)形式,豐富學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)內(nei)容,開闊工作(zuo)(zuo)思路(lu)。近年,7名班子(zi)(zi)成(cheng)員都分別參加(jia)了上級審(shen)(shen)計機(ji)關、市委舉辦的(de)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)培訓,“一把(ba)手”還參加(jia)了審(shen)(shen)計署、審(shen)(shen)計廳舉辦的(de)縣市審(shen)(shen)計局長培訓,提升了參學(xue)(xue)層(ceng)次,增強(qiang)了學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)效果。通過學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)政治(zhi)理(li)論(lun)、審(shen)(shen)計知識、計算機(ji)審(shen)(shen)計技能操作(zuo)(zuo)、法律法規(gui),提高自(zi)身理(li)論(lun)水平(ping),不斷(duan)適應(ying)審(shen)(shen)計工作(zuo)(zuo)發展的(de)需要(yao)。

二、以(yi)建設(she)開拓(tuo)型班子(zi)為動力,促(cu)進(jin)工(gong)作(zuo)創(chuang)新謀發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)。該局一(yi)是(shi)圍繞審計(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)質量,狠抓人(ren)力及項(xiang)目(mu)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源整(zheng)合。采(cai)取強(qiang)化(hua)(hua)責任意識,實(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)責任追究;強(qiang)化(hua)(hua)風險意識,實(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)三級復核;強(qiang)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源意識,注重(zhong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源整(zheng)合;強(qiang)化(hua)(hua)統籌(chou)意識,形成審計(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)系統上下一(yi)盤棋格局等措(cuo)施,實(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)人(ren)力資(zi)(zi)(zi)源與(yu)項(xiang)目(mu)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源整(zheng)合,提高(gao)審計(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)質量。二是(shi)創(chuang)新審計(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)方式,積(ji)極(ji)開展(zhan)(zhan)計(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)算(suan)機(ji)(ji)審計(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)。先(xian)后投資(zi)(zi)(zi)100多萬(wan)元(yuan),購置臺(tai)式電腦26臺(tai)、筆記本電腦38臺(tai)、班子(zi)成員和科室配備了打印機(ji)(ji)、無線上網設(she)備,實(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)了計(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)算(suan)機(ji)(ji)審計(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)和自動化(hua)(hua)辦(ban)公。三是(shi)圍繞促(cu)進(jin)地方經濟(ji)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan),充(chong)分(fen)發(fa)(fa)揮審計(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)監(jian)督(du)(du)(du)作(zuo)用(yong)。2007年以(yi)來,通過開展(zhan)(zhan)預(yu)算(suan)執行(xing)(xing)(xing)審計(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)、專項(xiang)資(zi)(zi)(zi)金(jin)審計(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)、政(zheng)府投資(zi)(zi)(zi)建設(she)項(xiang)目(mu)審計(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)等,突出(chu)對(dui)重(zhong)點領域、重(zhong)點部門及單位(wei)、重(zhong)點資(zi)(zi)(zi)金(jin)的(de)監(jian)督(du)(du)(du),共查出(chu)違規和管理不規范資(zi)(zi)(zi)金(jin)6300萬(wan)元(yuan),被(bei)審計(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)單位(wei)采(cai)納合理化(hua)(hua)建議150條,歸還原渠道資(zi)(zi)(zi)金(jin)1000萬(wan)元(yuan),促(cu)進(jin)增收節支1100萬(wan)元(yuan),認真履(lv)行(xing)(xing)(xing)了審計(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)監(jian)督(du)(du)(du)職責,充(chong)分(fen)發(fa)(fa)揮了審計(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)規范經濟(ji)秩序(xu)的(de)監(jian)督(du)(du)(du)作(zuo)用(yong)。

四、以(yi)建設務實型班子為(wei)(wei)目標,促進關(guan)愛干(gan)部聚民心。一是(shi)班子成(cheng)員(yuan)(yuan)深入一線工(gong)(gong)作做表率。主動(dong)承擔重大項目和難(nan)點項目的(de)(de)(de)審(shen)計任務,甘(gan)當審(shen)計的(de)(de)(de)排頭兵。二是(shi)狠抓機關(guan)作風建設,班子成(cheng)員(yuan)(yuan)帶頭堅(jian)持(chi)每天簽到,為(wei)(wei)干(gan)部職工(gong)(gong)當好遵(zun)規守紀的(de)(de)(de)楷模(mo)。三是(shi)關(guan)心干(gan)部聚民心。堅(jian)持(chi)以(yi)人為(wei)(wei)本,關(guan)心干(gan)部,不斷改(gai)善(shan)干(gan)部職工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)政治待遇和經濟待遇。有(you)干(gan)部反(fan)映所屬二級單位(wei)未辦(ban)養老保險,局黨組高度重視這件事(shi)關(guan)群(qun)眾切身(shen)利益(yi)和民心穩(wen)定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)大事(shi),拿(na)出近20萬元的(de)(de)(de)資金(jin)為(wei)(wei)二級單位(wei)辦(ban)理了(le)養老保險手續(xu),解決了(le)他們的(de)(de)(de)后顧之(zhi)憂(you)。

我(wo)(wo)(wo)礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)進(jin)一(yi)(yi)步完善《煤(mei)礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)內(nei)(nei)控管(guan)(guan)理(li)制(zhi)度》、《煤(mei)礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)(ben)管(guan)(guan)理(li)細(xi)則》等管(guan)(guan)理(li)制(zhi)度,嚴(yan)格(ge)樹立(li)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)(ben)管(guan)(guan)理(li)理(li)念,注重以(yi)監督(du)考(kao)核控制(zhi)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)(ben)支出(chu)。一(yi)(yi)是細(xi)化(hua)指(zhi)標,落實(shi)責任。我(wo)(wo)(wo)礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)細(xi)化(hua)班組(zu)(zu)(zu)責任,層層分(fen)(fen)(fen)解班組(zu)(zu)(zu)各(ge)(ge)(ge)項(xiang)工作(zuo)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)(ben)指(zhi)標,明確在各(ge)(ge)(ge)項(xiang)工作(zuo)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)材(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)(liao)承(cheng)(cheng)包(bao)維護(hu)(hu)費(fei)(fei)用(yong)(yong),制(zhi)定(ding)出(chu)相(xiang)應(ying)考(kao)核辦法(fa)(fa),并與噸煤(mei)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)(ben)掛鉤。對責任心不強(qiang),不按(an)規定(ding)作(zuo)業造(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)設備損(sun)壞或嚴(yan)重超出(chu)承(cheng)(cheng)包(bao)維護(hu)(hu)費(fei)(fei)用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de),所有維護(hu)(hu)費(fei)(fei)用(yong)(yong)由班組(zu)(zu)(zu)承(cheng)(cheng)擔;造(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)重大(da)損(sun)失的(de)(de)(de)(de),除嚴(yan)格(ge)按(an)礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)文件(jian)執行(xing)外,還要按(an)損(sun)壞物(wu)件(jian)價格(ge)的(de)(de)(de)(de)200%扣(kou)罰。二是強(qiang)化(hua)監督(du),全面(mian)掌(zhang)握。我(wo)(wo)(wo)礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)立(li)材(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)(liao)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)(ben)考(kao)核監督(du)領(ling)導小(xiao)組(zu)(zu)(zu),嚴(yan)格(ge)執行(xing)月(yue)初限(xian)額(e)(e)預算,月(yue)中(zhong)監督(du)檢查,月(yue)末定(ding)額(e)(e)考(kao)核制(zhi)度,通(tong)過采取(qu)定(ding)期上報基層單位內(nei)(nei)部全面(mian)材(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)(liao)管(guan)(guan)理(li)消耗單的(de)(de)(de)(de)方式,及時(shi)掌(zhang)握全礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)各(ge)(ge)(ge)班組(zu)(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)材(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)(liao)實(shi)際(ji)消耗情況,并建帳立(li)卡,實(shi)現(xian)(xian)帳卡物(wu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)致。三是限(xian)額(e)(e)儲備,杜絕積(ji)壓(ya)。各(ge)(ge)(ge)班組(zu)(zu)(zu)計劃當月(yue)材(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)(liao)使用(yong)(yong)量(liang)時(shi),要做到精(jing)確計劃,杜絕出(chu)現(xian)(xian)積(ji)壓(ya)現(xian)(xian)象。對超限(xian)額(e)(e)儲備的(de)(de)(de)(de)班組(zu)(zu)(zu),無償將超額(e)(e)部分(fen)(fen)(fen)收(shou)回(hui)(hui)(hui)到礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)小(xiao)庫統一(yi)(yi)管(guan)(guan)理(li)。四是加強(qiang)現(xian)(xian)場管(guan)(guan)理(li),杜絕浪費(fei)(fei)。我(wo)(wo)(wo)礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)配備了各(ge)(ge)(ge)區(qu)隊生產班組(zu)(zu)(zu)兼職材(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)(liao)管(guan)(guan)理(li)員,負責對當班的(de)(de)(de)(de)工具、材(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)(liao)配件(jian)進(jin)行(xing)回(hui)(hui)(hui)收(shou)、整理(li),對廢(fei)舊物(wu)資(zi)進(jin)行(xing)集中(zhong)管(guan)(guan)理(li),能復用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)由機修(xiu)人員制(zhi)作(zuo)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)各(ge)(ge)(ge)種(zhong)小(xiao)型使用(yong)(yong)材(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)(liao)。在一(yi)(yi)線班組(zu)(zu)(zu)制(zhi)作(zuo)專用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)存放(fang)支架,對井下(xia)的(de)(de)(de)(de)各(ge)(ge)(ge)種(zhong)材(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)(liao)配件(jian)及各(ge)(ge)(ge)種(zhong)工具每班進(jin)行(xing)對號入座,分(fen)(fen)(fen)層分(fen)(fen)(fen)類碼放(fang),規范管(guan)(guan)理(li),避(bi)免了因人為和(he)(he)環境影響造(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)損(sun)耗。五是交舊領(ling)新(xin),細(xi)化(hua)管(guan)(guan)理(li)。我(wo)(wo)(wo)礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)嚴(yan)格(ge)執行(xing)《礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)交舊領(ling)新(xin)管(guan)(guan)理(li)辦法(fa)(fa)》,對各(ge)(ge)(ge)類回(hui)(hui)(hui)收(shou)率高和(he)(he)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)(ben)較(jiao)高的(de)(de)(de)(de)材(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)(liao),均實(shi)行(xing)先交舊件(jian),后發新(xin)件(jian)。設專人保管(guan)(guan)回(hui)(hui)(hui)收(shou)上來的(de)(de)(de)(de)廢(fei)舊物(wu)資(zi),做到定(ding)點存放(fang),建卡立(li)賬,妥善保管(guan)(guan)。

二(er)、強化員工(gong)責任意識(shi)保證材料合(he)理(li)使用

班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)是(shi)(shi)各類材料(liao)(liao)(liao)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)最終實(shi)施單元,班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)則是(shi)(shi)材料(liao)(liao)(liao)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)最終落實(shi)者。為(wei)強化員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)責任(ren)意識保證材料(liao)(liao)(liao)合理(li)使(shi)用(yong)(yong),一是(shi)(shi)加強班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)節(jie)約意識教育。對(dui)每(mei)一顆螺釘、每(mei)一個(ge)(ge)配件的(de)(de)(de)實(shi)際價值都向員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)講(jiang)清楚,讓員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)做(zuo)到心(xin)中(zhong)有數,落實(shi)到工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong),牢固樹立“節(jie)約光榮、浪費(fei)可恥”、“節(jie)約是(shi)(shi)另一種增收”的(de)(de)(de)觀念。二是(shi)(shi)狠(hen)抓(zhua)現場(chang)管(guan)(guan)理(li)。要(yao)求各職能(neng)機構和基層區隊嚴格(ge)樹立安全(quan)管(guan)(guan)理(li)、生(sheng)產管(guan)(guan)理(li)、成本(ben)管(guan)(guan)理(li)同步進(jin)行、同等(deng)重(zhong)要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)理(li)念,注重(zhong)抓(zhua)好工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)現場(chang)材料(liao)(liao)(liao)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)監督檢查,對(dui)現場(chang)查出的(de)(de)(de)材料(liao)(liao)(liao)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)不規范(fan)、亂堆亂放或(huo)井下不能(neng)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)物件沒(mei)有得到及(ji)時(shi)回收的(de)(de)(de),嚴格(ge)按規定(ding)處罰(fa)。在全(quan)礦(kuang)各單位中(zhong)推行“區段安全(quan)、班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)質(zhi)量責任(ren)目標管(guan)(guan)理(li)法”,為(wei)各班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)劃分責任(ren)區域,明確(que)材料(liao)(liao)(liao)碼放、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)具擺放、小件回收等(deng)要(yao)求,注重(zhong)材料(liao)(liao)(liao)的(de)(de)(de)日(ri)常保養和維護,對(dui)材料(liao)(liao)(liao)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)做(zuo)到班(ban)(ban)(ban)班(ban)(ban)(ban)有記(ji)錄,使(shi)用(yong)(yong)多少(shao)、剩余多少(shao)要(yao)明確(que)上(shang)賬(zhang)。三是(shi)(shi)在全(quan)礦(kuang)各區隊開展了“三零、六(liu)化、六(liu)型(xing)”班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)優秀員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、明星(xing)(xing)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、平(ping)安礦(kuang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)評比競(jing)賽活動(dong),實(shi)行月評比、月獎(jiang)勵(li),季(ji)評比、季(ji)獎(jiang)勵(li),每(mei)月5日(ri)前評出上(shang)一個(ge)(ge)星(xing)(xing)級(ji)(ji)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),每(mei)季(ji)度(du)結束評選(xuan)出平(ping)安礦(kuang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),并將成本(ben)管(guan)(guan)理(li)納入到星(xing)(xing)級(ji)(ji)班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)、星(xing)(xing)級(ji)(ji)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、優秀員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)考核評比之中(zhong),對(dui)表現優異(yi)的(de)(de)(de)班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)和個(ge)(ge)人給(gei)予一定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)物質(zhi)獎(jiang)勵(li),以此提高班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)(de)自主管(guan)(guan)理(li)能(neng)力(li)和責任(ren)意識。

一(yi)、建立健(jian)全規章(zhang)制度,明確班組長的(de)責權(quan)利

為全(quan)面掌握了解(jie)(jie)我礦班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)和(he)班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)(chang)(chang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)實際(ji)情況,探索班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)管(guan)理的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)新(xin)途徑、新(xin)方(fang)法和(he)新(xin)措施,2004年(nian),我們安排專人(ren)(ren)用(yong)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)多(duo)(duo)月的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)時(shi)間,通過(guo)144份問(wen)卷(juan)調查和(he)對28個(ge)單位272名正副(fu)班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)(chang)(chang)走訪了解(jie)(jie),發現(xian)(xian)全(quan)礦班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)(chang)(chang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)業務素質亟待(dai)(dai)提高(gao),以(yi)生產(chan)線(采掘及(ji)井下輔助)為例(li),168名正副(fu)班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)(chang)(chang)從(cong)事班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)(chang)(chang)3年(nian)以(yi)下的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)占(zhan)(zhan)49%,參加過(guo)正規(gui)班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)(chang)(chang)培訓的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)僅占(zhan)(zhan)10%左(zuo)右;文(wen)化(hua)程(cheng)度初中以(yi)下達70人(ren)(ren),占(zhan)(zhan)生產(chan)一(yi)(yi)線班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)(chang)(chang)總(zong)人(ren)(ren)數(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)41.7%。呈現(xian)(xian)“兩多(duo)(duo)一(yi)(yi)少(shao)(shao)”的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)現(xian)(xian)象。兩多(duo)(duo):即文(wen)化(hua)程(cheng)度低(di)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)多(duo)(duo),從(cong)事班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)(chang)(chang)時(shi)間短(duan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)多(duo)(duo);一(yi)(yi)少(shao)(shao),就是參加過(guo)正規(gui)班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)(chang)(chang)培訓的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)少(shao)(shao)。從(cong)調查中我們感(gan)覺到,某煤礦班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)(chang)(chang)隊伍政治素質培養有(you)(you)待(dai)(dai)加強,黨員(yuan)班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)(chang)(chang)所占(zhan)(zhan)比例(li)比較低(di),大部(bu)分(fen)班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)(chang)(chang)沒有(you)(you)一(yi)(yi)技之長(chang)(chang)(chang),在被調查的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)272名正副(fu)班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)(chang)(chang)中,個(ge)人(ren)(ren)有(you)(you)一(yi)(yi)技之長(chang)(chang)(chang),且與工作性質相關的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)僅有(you)(you)80人(ren)(ren),占(zhan)(zhan)班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)(chang)(chang)總(zong)數(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)29.4%,這說(shuo)明一(yi)(yi)專多(duo)(duo)能(neng),一(yi)(yi)崗多(duo)(duo)責在班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)(chang)(chang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)隊伍中還比較欠缺。同(tong)時(shi)全(quan)礦班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)(chang)(chang)年(nian)齡(ling)也普遍偏大,45歲以(yi)上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)(chang)(chang)占(zhan)(zhan)全(quan)礦班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)(chang)(chang)總(zong)數(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)58%左(zuo)右,存(cun)在“青黃不接”的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)現(xian)(xian)象,導致工作按部(bu)就班(ban)(ban)(ban)多(duo)(duo),開(kai)拓創新(xin)少(shao)(shao),出經驗成(cheng)果少(shao)(shao)。

為切實(shi)解(jie)決班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)隊(dui)伍現(xian)狀,我們(men)從抓制度(du)(du)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)入手(shou),2004年研究(jiu)(jiu)出臺了(le)(le)《班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)管(guan)理規(gui)定》,對班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)中的(de)人(ren)、財、物進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)合理地組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)、有(you)(you)(you)效地利用(yong),在制度(du)(du)上加以規(gui)范,明(ming)確了(le)(le)加強班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)的(de)主要(yao)途徑和方法(fa),規(gui)定了(le)(le)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)的(de)職(zhi)責、權(quan)(quan)利及基(ji)本條件。全(quan)礦(kuang)各單位(wei)認真貫徹落實(shi)《班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)管(guan)理規(gui)定》,實(shi)現(xian)了(le)(le)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)管(guan)理工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)“三(san)(san)個標準(zhun)(zhun)化”。一是(shi)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)日(ri)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)標準(zhun)(zhun)化。班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)在班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)前到工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)區領取生(sheng)(sheng)產任務并參加礦(kuang)生(sheng)(sheng)產調度(du)(du)會(hui)議(yi)(yi),查看交班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)簿和生(sheng)(sheng)產現(xian)場,檢查班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)人(ren)員出勤和生(sheng)(sheng)產準(zhun)(zhun)備情(qing)況,按班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)前會(hui)七個程序召開班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)前會(hui)。二是(shi)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)周工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)標準(zhun)(zhun)化。每(mei)周召開一次班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)民管(guan)會(hui),總結上周工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),研究(jiu)(jiu)下周工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)任務;三(san)(san)是(shi)月(yue)(yue)(yue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)標準(zhun)(zhun)化。每(mei)月(yue)(yue)(yue)至少召開一次班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)委會(hui),回顧(gu)月(yue)(yue)(yue)度(du)(du)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)完成(cheng)情(qing)況,分析班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)思想(xiang)動態,研究(jiu)(jiu)文明(ming)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)選和月(yue)(yue)(yue)度(du)(du)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)公開項目。《班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)管(guan)理規(gui)定》明(ming)確要(yao)求:班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)應由區隊(dui)集體研究(jiu)(jiu)提出候(hou)選人(ren)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)任命并公示(shi)。對不(bu)稱職(zhi)的(de)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang),區隊(dui)黨(dang)(dang)政(zheng)應召開聯席(xi)會(hui)議(yi)(yi)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)研究(jiu)(jiu)撤(che)換(huan),職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)代表也有(you)(you)(you)權(quan)(quan)建(jian)(jian)議(yi)(yi)區隊(dui)撤(che)換(huan)。區隊(dui)黨(dang)(dang)政(zheng)領導未經集體研究(jiu)(jiu)和公示(shi),不(bu)得任意(yi)撤(che)換(huan)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)。班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)有(you)(you)(you)負責組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)和指(zhi)揮(hui)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)的(de)安(an)全(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)產、在技(ji)術上指(zhi)導每(mei)個工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)安(an)全(quan)規(gui)范操作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)、關心(xin)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)思想(xiang)、學習、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)和生(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)等(deng)6大主要(yao)職(zhi)責。《班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)管(guan)理規(gui)定》為維護保(bao)證班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)權(quan)(quan)益,發揮(hui)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)提供(gong)了(le)(le)有(you)(you)(you)力(li)的(de)保(bao)障。

礦務集團班組長隊伍建設工作會議交流材料

班組(zu)是(shi)企業生產(chan)組(zu)織(zhi)環節的(de)最小“單(dan)元”,也(ye)是(shi)企業安全、生產(chan)、經營管(guan)(guan)理和精神文明建設的(de)最基層組(zu)織(zhi),對實施企業決策(ce)和管(guan)(guan)理層的(de)意(yi)圖,保證(zheng)企業目(mu)標的(de)實現和各項工(gong)作的(de)順利進行起著重要的(de)基礎作用。

我(wo)(wo)們(men)某礦(kuang)現有(you)(you)職工5000余(yu)人(ren),全礦(kuang)165個班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組、200多名(ming)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組長。近年來,礦(kuang)黨政工高度重視(shi)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組基礎建設(she)(she),將創新班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組管理(li)作為(wei)(wei)推動(dong)企業發(fa)(fa)展的(de)大事(shi)來抓,使班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組建設(she)(she)成為(wei)(wei)推動(dong)礦(kuang)井快速發(fa)(fa)展的(de)“助推劑”。2000年以來,我(wo)(wo)礦(kuang)先(xian)后(hou)有(you)(you)62個班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組被(bei)評(ping)(ping)為(wei)(wei)集團公(gong)司“文明班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組”和“安康杯”競賽“先(xian)進班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組”、8個班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組被(bei)評(ping)(ping)為(wei)(wei)市(shi)級“紅旗班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組”,12名(ming)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)長被(bei)評(ping)(ping)為(wei)(wei)集團公(gong)司勞(lao)動(dong)模(mo)范、3名(ming)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)長被(bei)評(ping)(ping)為(wei)(wei)某州市(shi)勞(lao)動(dong)模(mo)范、1名(ming)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)長被(bei)評(ping)(ping)為(wei)(wei)全國煤炭(tan)系統“優秀班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)長”。我(wo)(wo)們(men)的(de)主要(yao)做法是:

一、從(cong)完善制度入手(shou),強化班組(zu)管理

俗話說(shuo),“沒有規矩(ju),不成方圓”。完善班組(zu)管(guan)理制度(du)是班組(zu)建設(she)的基(ji)礎工作,只有用(yong)制度(du)來規范班組(zu)的行為,才能(neng)最大(da)限度(du)地發揮班組(zu)作用(yong)。

1、建(jian)(jian)立組(zu)(zu)(zu)織領導(dao)制度。在(zai)班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)上,礦領導(dao)層統(tong)一認識,于2001年初專門制定下發(fa)了(le)文件,礦專門成立班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)領導(dao)小(xiao)組(zu)(zu)(zu),定期召開班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)辦公會議(yi),專題研究班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)工(gong)作,分工(gong)負責,層層落實責任,做到(dao)(dao)考核到(dao)(dao)位,責任落實到(dao)(dao)位。機(ji)關(guan)各科(ke)室職能部門與基(ji)層班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)建(jian)(jian)立工(gong)作聯系點,每月至(zhi)少參加一次班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)活動(dong),了(le)解班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)職工(gong)的(de)工(gong)作、學習、生活和(he)安全生產狀況,幫助班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)解決班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)工(gong)作中的(de)難題。全礦上下形成較為完善的(de)領導(dao)制度。

2、健全班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)(chang)管(guan)理(li)制(zhi)度。班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)管(guan)理(li)制(zhi)度是加(jia)強(qiang)班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)建設的前提,是做(zuo)好(hao)一切工(gong)作的基(ji)礎。近年(nian)來(lai),礦先后出臺了(le)《某(mou)礦班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)(chang)管(guan)理(li)暫行規(gui)定》、編印了(le)《某(mou)礦班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)(chang)學(xue)(xue)習手冊》。規(gui)定了(le)班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)(chang)主(zhu)要職責、權限、地(di)位和作用,確定了(le)班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)(chang)的基(ji)本條件、選拔(ba)任用程序和待遇等,我們還(huan)定期舉辦班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)(chang)論壇、班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)(chang)學(xue)(xue)習交流(liu)會,增進(jin)了(le)班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)(chang)之間(jian)的交流(liu)溝通。促進(jin)班(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)管(guan)理(li)和班(ban)(ban)(ban)長(chang)(chang)業(ye)務(wu)能(neng)力的不斷提高。

《實(shi)施(shi)細則》的(de)制定要(yao)立足班組(zu)(zu)(zu),面(mian)向(xiang)職工,務(wu)實(shi)求效(xiao),找(zhao)準載體。形成人人要(yao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)技(ji),個個愛學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi),拼搏向(xiang)上的(de)良好氛圍(wei)。在制定“創爭(zheng)”活動實(shi)施(shi)方案工作(zuo)中(zhong)我(wo)(wo)處采(cai)取(qu)了各(ge)種有效(xiao)措施(shi),廣泛(fan)營造(zao)工作(zuo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)化、學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)工作(zuo)化的(de)氛圍(wei)。結合(he)工作(zuo)實(shi)際,生產(chan)一(yi)線(xian)的(de)職工每周自(zi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)不(bu)少(shao)于2小(xiao)時(shi),辦公室(shi)辦公員每周自(zi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)不(bu)少(shao)于5小(xiao)時(shi),我(wo)(wo)處還成立了“學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)型(xing)組(zu)(zu)(zu)織、知識型(xing)職工評(ping)(ping)審(shen)(shen)委員會”每季度評(ping)(ping)審(shen)(shen)一(yi)次(ci),并成立了相應(ying)的(de)組(zu)(zu)(zu)織機(ji)構,支(zhi)持(chi)鼓勵(li)職工參加(jia)(jia)多(duo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)科、多(duo)技(ji)能(neng)、多(duo)資質的(de)準備(bei)教育(yu)和(he)終(zhong)身教育(yu),培育(yu)一(yi)批學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)能(neng)力(li)強、創新能(neng)力(li)強、競爭(zheng)能(neng)力(li)強的(de)先進組(zu)(zu)(zu)織和(he)職工,發揮示范帶(dai)頭(tou)作(zuo)用(yong)。在職工中(zhong)大(da)力(li)推廣學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)力(li)就是(shi)提高競爭(zheng)力(li)的(de)觀念,以加(jia)(jia)強班組(zu)(zu)(zu)建設,增強班組(zu)(zu)(zu)和(he)職工的(de)技(ji)術功關能(neng)力(li)為重(zhong)點,廣泛(fan)開展班組(zu)(zu)(zu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)、勞(lao)動競賽(sai)、集體攻關、獻“金(jin)點子”等活動。

二、建立愿景,激發員(yuan)工(gong)學習(xi)的原動(dong)力

共同愿景(jing)是(shi)(shi)激勵全體(ti)員(yuan)工學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)工作的(de)(de)燈塔和原動力(li),是(shi)(shi)個人(ren)、團(tuan)隊、組(zu)織學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)和行為(wei)的(de)(de)坐標,是(shi)(shi)創建學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)型組(zu)織的(de)(de)基(ji)礎。選(xuan)擇(ze)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)就是(shi)(shi)選(xuan)擇(ze)進(jin)步,這是(shi)(shi)我們電(dian)費(fei)管理(li)班(ban)的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)理(li)念。我們電(dian)費(fei)管理(li)班(ban)設立一間小(xiao)屋(wu)(wu)叫(jiao)“三(san)室合用”間,既是(shi)(shi)休(xiu)息室,也(ye)是(shi)(shi)會(hui)(hui)議室,還(huan)是(shi)(shi)讀書(shu)室。小(xiao)屋(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)書(shu)柜(ju)里存放了數十種(zhong)電(dian)費(fei)核算、電(dian)能(neng)計量和會(hui)(hui)計知識等專業(ye)書(shu)籍,墻上還(huan)懸掛著一塊小(xiao)黑板,布置(zhi)的(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)近期(qi)的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)計劃。班(ban)組(zu)成(cheng)員(yuan)一有空閑時間就在這小(xiao)屋(wu)(wu)里認真學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi),學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)國網SG186新系統、新辦(ban)公軟件、新變壓(ya)器和電(dian)能(neng)表等新技術(shu),切實提高(gao)自身素質,學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)中還(huan)與兄(xiong)弟單(dan)位(wei)的(de)(de)班(ban)組(zu)結對(dui)子,加強(qiang)班(ban)組(zu)間的(de)(de)交流與學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi),共同提高(gao)。。
