高職擴招下財經類融合人才培養模式

摘要:在“大智移云”和新技術革命下,會計職業正發生顛覆性的變革,財務會計由核算型向管理型轉型已經迫在眉睫,因此企業對人才的需求也發生重大改變,復合型、創新型人才已經成為企業對人才的基本要求。高職擴招正好給高職院校進行分類培養,實施多專業融合的創新型和復合型會計人才培養提供了契機。本文以大數據與會計專業為例構建了多維多層多專業融合人才培養模式,并提出了具體實施路徑,為財經類專業創新(xin)型(xing)、復(fu)合型(xing)人才(cai)培養提供參考模式。

1高職大數據與會計專業人才培養模式現狀

在高職擴招背景下,大數據與會計專業生源多元化,學生學習水平和能力差異化較大,目前,大部分高職大數據與會計專業的人才培養,仍然以傳統專業技能培養為主,既沒有考慮到高職擴招后生源的差異性,也沒有與大數據和“互聯網+”時代財務人員轉型的要求接軌。大數據與會計專業培養目標仍側重于記賬、核算等專業技能培養,而對管理能力、職業素養、信息應用、創新等復合能力的培養重視程度不夠,這導致培養出來人才,只能勝任會計核算、審核等傳統會計崗位。然而隨著“大智移云”和新技術革命的發展,會計職業正在發生顛覆性的變革,會計職業呈現出未來專業邊界越來越模糊、專業融合越來越高,核算型會計向管理型會計轉型,傳統的會計核算崗位隨著人工智能的快速發展可能會被計算機替代的趨勢。因此要求會計人才具有除了具備會計基礎技能外,還應具有營銷、管理方面的專業技能,大數據與會計專業人才培養方案迫切需要進行改革,實現由單一會計技能人才培養向發展型、復合型和創新型會計人才培養轉變。高職擴招正好給高職院校實施分類培養,創新人才培養模式,實(shi)施多(duo)專業融(rong)合的創新型和復合型人才提供了契機。

3.3優化整(zheng)合教學(xue)環境和教學(xue)資源

(1)優化(hua)(hua)(hua)整(zheng)合(he)(he)(he)資(zi)源(yuan),建(jian)(jian)(jian)設有利于培(pei)(pei)養(yang)復(fu)合(he)(he)(he)型人(ren)才的(de)實(shi)(shi)(shi)訓(xun)中心。圍繞大(da)數據(ju)與會(hui)計專業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)高復(fu)合(he)(he)(he)型高技(ji)能人(ren)才培(pei)(pei)養(yang)目標(biao),將專業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)群內各專業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)實(shi)(shi)(shi)訓(xun)室(shi)進(jin)行(xing)整(zheng)合(he)(he)(he),建(jian)(jian)(jian)設虛擬仿真實(shi)(shi)(shi)訓(xun)中心,實(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)資(zi)源(yuan)共(gong)享。基(ji)于企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)真實(shi)(shi)(shi)案例和(he)(he)場景,校(xiao)企(qi)(qi)合(he)(he)(he)作(zuo)(zuo)開發(fa)虛擬仿真實(shi)(shi)(shi)訓(xun)平(ping)臺,真實(shi)(shi)(shi)再現(xian)服(fu)務(wu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)與制造業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)協同、上下游企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)供應鏈協同的(de)產業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)特(te)征,培(pei)(pei)養(yang)學(xue)生良好(hao)的(de)溝(gou)通協作(zuo)(zuo)能力。依(yi)托(tuo)信息技(ji)術,建(jian)(jian)(jian)設與行(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)對接的(de)現(xian)代化(hua)(hua)(hua)實(shi)(shi)(shi)訓(xun)室(shi),整(zheng)合(he)(he)(he)校(xiao)企(qi)(qi)優質資(zi)源(yuan),合(he)(he)(he)作(zuo)(zuo)共(gong)建(jian)(jian)(jian),以(yi)現(xian)代財經類人(ren)才的(de)職業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)和(he)(he)就業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)能力為(wei)重點,通過平(ping)臺建(jian)(jian)(jian)設、設備更新、流程改造,增加實(shi)(shi)(shi)訓(xun)項目,建(jian)(jian)(jian)設復(fu)合(he)(he)(he)型高素質技(ji)術技(ji)能人(ren)才培(pei)(pei)養(yang)基(ji)地(di)(di)。運用(yong)信息技(ji)術,充(chong)分體現(xian)“互聯網+教育(yu)”理念,建(jian)(jian)(jian)設會(hui)計智能化(hua)(hua)(hua),互聯網化(hua)(hua)(hua),機器人(ren)化(hua)(hua)(hua)線上線下一(yi)體賬務(wu)處理與財務(wu)管理的(de)新型智能會(hui)計實(shi)(shi)(shi)訓(xun)室(shi)。(2)深(shen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)校(xiao)企(qi)(qi)合(he)(he)(he)作(zuo)(zuo),拓(tuo)展校(xiao)外(wai)(wai)實(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)基(ji)地(di)(di)。以(yi)校(xiao)企(qi)(qi)合(he)(he)(he)作(zuo)(zuo)委(wei)員(yuan)會(hui)和(he)(he)大(da)數據(ju)與會(hui)計專業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設指導(dao)委(wei)員(yuan)會(hui)為(wei)依(yi)托(tuo),完善校(xiao)企(qi)(qi)合(he)(he)(he)作(zuo)(zuo)機制,創(chuang)新合(he)(he)(he)作(zuo)(zuo)模式,培(pei)(pei)育(yu)緊(jin)密(mi)融合(he)(he)(he)的(de)合(he)(he)(he)作(zuo)(zuo)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye),實(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)校(xiao)企(qi)(qi)深(shen)度(du)融合(he)(he)(he),優先在(zai)緊(jin)密(mi)融合(he)(he)(he)的(de)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)內進(jin)行(xing)技(ji)術技(ji)能培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)服(fu)務(wu)、現(xian)代學(xue)徒制試點、“1+X”證書試點等工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。充(chong)分利用(yong)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)、兼(jian)職教師和(he)(he)校(xiao)友資(zi)源(yuan),大(da)力拓(tuo)展校(xiao)外(wai)(wai)實(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)基(ji)地(di)(di),優化(hua)(hua)(hua)專業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)群頂(ding)崗實(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)崗位,進(jin)一(yi)步促進(jin)學(xue)生的(de)實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐能力的(de)培(pei)(pei)養(yang)。
