[摘要]旨在探究文化潤疆視域下,新疆高職院校國家通用語言文字教學中所融入的中華(hua)優秀(xiu)傳(chuan)統文化教育,分析國(guo)家通用語(yu)言文字(zi)教學中的有(you)效成果與(yu)存(cun)在的不足(zu),就不足(zu)之(zhi)處提出合理(li)化建議,給課程思(si)政(zheng)教育提供有(you)效借鑒(jian)。

文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)潤疆(jiang)要(yao)(yao)以(yi)鑄牢中華民(min)族(zu)共同體(ti)(ti)意識為主線,以(yi)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)人(ren),以(yi)文(wen)(wen)育(yu)人(ren),將文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)潤疆(jiang)融(rong)(rong)入各(ge)族(zu)人(ren)民(min)學習教育(yu)中,潛移默化(hua)(hua)地使(shi)各(ge)族(zu)人(ren)民(min)的思(si)想得(de)到浸潤,接(jie)受洗禮淬煉。語(yu)言(yan)文(wen)(wen)字(zi)是(shi)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)的重要(yao)(yao)載(zai)體(ti)(ti),語(yu)言(yan)相(xiang)通(tong)是(shi)各(ge)民(min)族(zu)交往、交流(liu)、交融(rong)(rong)的基本(ben)前提,黨和(he)國(guo)家(jia)高(gao)(gao)度重視國(guo)家(jia)通(tong)用(yong)(yong)語(yu)言(yan)文(wen)(wen)字(zi)推廣和(he)普及,學習掌握國(guo)家(jia)通(tong)用(yong)(yong)語(yu)言(yan)文(wen)(wen)字(zi)對維護民(min)族(zu)團結、提高(gao)(gao)國(guo)民(min)素質能起到不可替代的作用(yong)(yong)。怎樣在(zai)新疆(jiang)高(gao)(gao)職院校(xiao)國(guo)家(jia)通(tong)用(yong)(yong)語(yu)言(yan)文(wen)(wen)字(zi)教學中有效地進行中華優秀傳統(tong)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)教育(yu),是(shi)當(dang)前國(guo)家(jia)通(tong)用(yong)(yong)語(yu)言(yan)文(wen)(wen)字(zi)教學迫切需要(yao)(yao)作出解答的首要(yao)(yao)任務。在(zai)此背景下(xia),本(ben)文(wen)(wen)在(zai)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)潤疆(jiang)視域下(xia)對新疆(jiang)高(gao)(gao)職院校(xiao)國(guo)家(jia)通(tong)用(yong)(yong)語(yu)言(yan)文(wen)(wen)字(zi)教學進行探索與實(shi)踐研究。
一、文化潤疆視域下開展高職院校國家通用語言文字教學的重大意義
在文化(hua)(hua)(hua)潤(run)疆視域下,通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)過對(dui)國(guo)家通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)用(yong)語言(yan)文字教(jiao)學(xue)現(xian)狀(zhuang)的(de)(de)(de)研(yan)究,促進中(zhong)華(hua)優(you)(you)秀(xiu)(xiu)傳(chuan)統(tong)(tong)文化(hua)(hua)(hua)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)在國(guo)家通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)用(yong)語言(yan)文字教(jiao)學(xue)中(zhong)得以有效發展(zhan),從而(er)提(ti)升(sheng)中(zhong)華(hua)優(you)(you)秀(xiu)(xiu)傳(chuan)統(tong)(tong)文化(hua)(hua)(hua)軟實力,助力中(zhong)華(hua)優(you)(you)秀(xiu)(xiu)傳(chuan)統(tong)(tong)文化(hua)(hua)(hua)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)理論成果(guo)的(de)(de)(de)積淀。在新(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)歷史時期,站在新(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)起(qi)點(dian),從文化(hua)(hua)(hua)潤(run)疆的(de)(de)(de)高(gao)(gao)度看待(dai)國(guo)家通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)用(yong)語言(yan)文字在新(xin)(xin)疆地區(qu)的(de)(de)(de)推(tui)廣工作。通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)過深入高(gao)(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)院校進行(xing)調研(yan),掌握高(gao)(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)院校在國(guo)家通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)用(yong)語言(yan)文字教(jiao)學(xue)中(zhong)融(rong)入中(zhong)華(hua)優(you)(you)秀(xiu)(xiu)傳(chuan)統(tong)(tong)文化(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)現(xian)狀(zhuang),發現(xian)其優(you)(you)勢與(yu)不(bu)足(zu),通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)過經驗推(tui)廣與(yu)對(dui)策建議等來提(ti)高(gao)(gao)相關教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)部(bu)門對(dui)中(zhong)華(hua)優(you)(you)秀(xiu)(xiu)傳(chuan)統(tong)(tong)文化(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)重視程(cheng)度,提(ti)升(sheng)高(gao)(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)院校中(zhong)華(hua)優(you)(you)秀(xiu)(xiu)傳(chuan)統(tong)(tong)文化(hua)(hua)(hua)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)質量與(yu)水平(ping),增(zeng)強學(xue)生(sheng)對(dui)中(zhong)華(hua)優(you)(you)秀(xiu)(xiu)傳(chuan)統(tong)(tong)文化(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)認同(tong)感與(yu)歸屬感,進而(er)為推(tui)動新(xin)(xin)疆社會穩(wen)定與(yu)長(chang)治久安、提(ti)升(sheng)民族團結力與(yu)國(guo)家凝聚力做出應(ying)有的(de)(de)(de)貢獻(xian)。
二、文化潤疆視域下新疆高職院校國家通用語言文字教學現狀研究

1.新(xin)(xin)(xin)疆(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)高(gao)職院(yuan)校(xiao)在(zai)(zai)日常(chang)(chang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)通用(yong)(yong)語(yu)言(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)字(zi)(zi)(zi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)中(zhong),充分挖掘中(zhong)華優(you)秀(xiu)傳統(tong)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)功(gong)能,在(zai)(zai)較長時間(jian)內(nei)潛移默化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)地引(yin)領大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)全(quan)面(mian)發展、健(jian)康成長,提(ti)(ti)升學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)各方(fang)面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)能力(li)與素養。以大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)語(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)這(zhe)門課程(cheng)為(wei)例(li),筆者選取了(le)(le)該課程(cheng)中(zhong)有(you)(you)代(dai)(dai)表性(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)兩篇文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)章加以分析,講《〈孟(meng)(meng)子(zi)〉五章》時,從“孟(meng)(meng)母(mu)三遷(qian)”“孟(meng)(meng)母(mu)斷機”這(zhe)些廣為(wei)人知的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)故事說(shuo)起,從孟(meng)(meng)子(zi)小(xiao)時候(hou)母(mu)親(qin)對(dui)他的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)到成人結婚后對(dui)他的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu),孟(meng)(meng)母(mu)言(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)傳身教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao),孟(meng)(meng)子(zi)這(zhe)一(yi)(yi)(yi)生(sheng)(sheng)做(zuo)(zuo)人做(zuo)(zuo)事深受母(mu)親(qin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)正(zheng)面(mian)影響,引(yin)導(dao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)說(shuo)出家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)風家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)要(yao)性(xing)。第(di)二境界(jie)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)含義(yi)是(shi)(shi)要(yao)為(wei)目(mu)(mu)標(biao)而持(chi)(chi)續努力(li),要(yao)有(you)(you)堅(jian)持(chi)(chi)不(bu)懈、矢志不(bu)渝的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)精神(shen)。從1921年到2021年這(zhe)一(yi)(yi)(yi)百(bai)年中(zhong),中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)共產(chan)黨戰(zhan)(zhan)勝了(le)(le)無數的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)艱難(nan)困苦,也取得(de)(de)了(le)(le)無數的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)成功(gong),當初的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)小(xiao)小(xiao)紅船如(ru)今已(yi)成為(wei)巨輪(lun)!無志之人常(chang)(chang)立(li)志,有(you)(you)志之人立(li)長志,在(zai)(zai)追求(qiu)目(mu)(mu)標(biao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)道(dao)路(lu)上不(bu)會(hui)順心順意的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de),總有(you)(you)挫折與磨難(nan),只有(you)(you)不(bu)怕(pa)困難(nan),舍得(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)功(gong)、用(yong)(yong)心,用(yong)(yong)精衛(wei)填海般(ban)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)毅力(li)與愚(yu)公移山的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)執著,才能戰(zhan)(zhan)勝困難(nan),取得(de)(de)成功(gong)。第(di)三境界(jie)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)含義(yi)是(shi)(shi)為(wei)設(she)立(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)目(mu)(mu)標(biao)堅(jian)持(chi)(chi)到底,才可能獲得(de)(de)成功(gong)。在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)共產(chan)黨成立(li)一(yi)(yi)(yi)百(bai)周年之際,經過(guo)全(quan)黨全(quan)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)各族人民(min)持(chi)(chi)續奮(fen)斗,我(wo)們(men)全(quan)面(mian)建(jian)成了(le)(le)小(xiao)康社會(hui),實(shi)現了(le)(le)第(di)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個百(bai)年目(mu)(mu)標(biao)。我(wo)們(men)在(zai)(zai)實(shi)現目(mu)(mu)標(biao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)道(dao)路(lu)上要(yao)注重(zhong)量的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)積累,堅(jian)持(chi)(chi)到底,才能在(zai)(zai)必要(yao)時發生(sheng)(sheng)質變,從而取得(de)(de)成功(gong)。三大(da)境界(jie)是(shi)(shi)從目(mu)(mu)標(biao)設(she)定—不(bu)懈努力(li)—實(shi)現理想(xiang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)過(guo)程(cheng),進(jin)而鼓勵大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)做(zuo)(zuo)有(you)(you)理想(xiang)、有(you)(you)志向的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)(xin)時代(dai)(dai)青年。在(zai)(zai)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)通用(yong)(yong)語(yu)言(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)字(zi)(zi)(zi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)中(zhong)引(yin)入愛(ai)(ai)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)主義(yi)、人格(ge)品質、理想(xiang)信念(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu),幫助(zhu)(zhu)大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)完善人格(ge),進(jin)一(yi)(yi)(yi)步落實(shi)立(li)德樹人這(zhe)一(yi)(yi)(yi)根本任務。2.扎實(shi)推(tui)進(jin)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)潤(run)(run)(run)疆(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)工(gong)程(cheng),堅(jian)持(chi)(chi)黨的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)領導(dao),做(zuo)(zuo)到“以文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)人、以德潤(run)(run)(run)心”。各高(gao)職院(yuan)校(xiao)在(zai)(zai)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)通用(yong)(yong)語(yu)言(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)字(zi)(zi)(zi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)中(zhong),舉辦了(le)(le)豐(feng)富(fu)多彩的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)(dong),使文(wen)(wen)(wen)(w 隨(sui)著多(duo)媒體教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)應用和普及,教(jiao)師可以通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)互聯(lian)網獲取(qu)大量有效的素材內(nei)容,通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)對素材的整合(he)和內(nei)化(hua),講(jiang)授課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)緊密結(jie)(jie)合(he)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)潤(run)(run)疆(jiang)(jiang)工(gong)程(cheng)時代特征、熱(re)門話題引導大學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)參與課(ke)(ke)堂(tang),提(ti)高大學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的學(xue)(xue)習積(ji)極性,提(ti)升課(ke)(ke)堂(tang)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)質量,增強教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)的交互性;在授課(ke)(ke)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)引導大學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)思考與人物相關的事件經(jing)歷及結(jie)(jie)合(he)時代背(bei)景反(fan)映出的價值(zhi)取(qu)向,結(jie)(jie)合(he)當今社會(hui),與大學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)展開對話,讓他(ta)們來談所學(xue)(xue)所感(gan);多(duo)元(yuan)內(nei)容輔助(zhu)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue),積(ji)極創辦課(ke)(ke)外興(xing)趣小組(zu),開展系列文(wen)(wen)化(hua)浸潤(run)(run)活(huo)動,如成(cheng)立(li)石榴籽合(he)唱(chang)團、中(zhong)華詩(shi)詞朗誦團隊、校(xiao)園話劇社、書法社等,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)定期舉行一(yi)些表演或(huo)比賽活(huo)動,讓這些社團活(huo)動成(cheng)為校(xiao)園文(wen)(wen)化(hua)的常態化(hua)活(huo)動,學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)能(neng)夠在課(ke)(ke)本之(zhi)外用心去感(gan)知中(zhong)華優(you)秀(xiu)傳統文(wen)(wen)化(hua)的魅力,在活(huo)動中(zhong)提(ti)高大學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)國(guo)家通(tong)(tong)用語言文(wen)(wen)字的運用能(neng)力,培養(yang)大學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的想象力和創新力,進而實(shi)現國(guo)家通(tong)(tong)用語言文(wen)(wen)字教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)在文(wen)(wen)化(hua)潤(run)(run)疆(jiang)(jiang)工(gong)程(cheng)中(zhong)的有效體現。
(二)不(bu)斷強化高職院校教師的文化素養(yang)和理論學習意(yi)識
在文(wen)(wen)化(hua)潤疆(jiang)工(gong)程大背景下,高職院校教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)除了做好國(guo)家通(tong)(tong)用語(yu)言(yan)文(wen)(wen)字教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)工(gong)作以外(wai)(wai),還(huan)亟須重點關(guan)注文(wen)(wen)化(hua)素(su)養和思(si)(si)想理(li)論(lun)學(xue)習(xi)(xi),教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)自(zi)身(shen)的(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)素(su)養和思(si)(si)想理(li)論(lun)水平需進一(yi)步(bu)得到提(ti)高,明確文(wen)(wen)化(hua)潤疆(jiang)工(gong)程與(yu)國(guo)家通(tong)(tong)用語(yu)言(yan)文(wen)(wen)字教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育工(gong)作同(tong)步(bu)。高職院校教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)要(yao)緊跟國(guo)家方針政(zheng)策,學(xue)習(xi)(xi)政(zheng)治理(li)論(lun)知識(shi)。各(ge)高職院校每學(xue)期都(dou)會安排課程思(si)(si)政(zheng)示(shi)范課,還(huan)有校內教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)微課比(bi)賽,教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)要(yao)多參與(yu)、多觀摩(mo)、多學(xue)習(xi)(xi),在教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)活動(dong)中獲得進步(bu)。此外(wai)(wai),還(huan)應加強國(guo)家通(tong)(tong)用語(yu)言(yan)文(wen)(wen)字教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育的(de)課題(ti)研(yan)究(jiu),貫(guan)徹落實高校思(si)(si)政(zheng)理(li)論(lun)研(yan)究(jiu)與(yu)科(ke)研(yan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)同(tong)等重要(yao)的(de)思(si)(si)想。
