內容摘要:生命教育是全人的教育。近年來,中學生心理問題的頻出和新冠疫情的爆發,都在提醒教育者開展生命教育的迫切性和必要性。但在中學語文教學存(cun)在(zai)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)命意(yi)識滲(shen)透不到位的(de)問題。為了改善(shan)狀況,教師(shi)要在(zai)課堂教學中把握和感(gan)受教材中的(de)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)命意(yi)識,讓學生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)在(zai)閱讀(du)中思(si)考與(yu)交流生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)命意(yi)識,在(zai)課外從寫作、作業布置和課外實踐活動三方面入手(shou),幫助學生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)認識生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)命、感(gan)受生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)命,進(jin)而(er)引導(dao)學生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)建立正確的(de)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)命價值觀(guan)。

近年來,關于生命的話題屢屢被提起,有關校園霸凌和學生自殺的新聞屢見不鮮,這些事件在使人痛心的同時,也令人深思生命的脆弱和珍貴。生命教育已然成為教育的熱點。目前,有很多學者進行有關生命教育在教學方面的研究,但在實際的教學活動中仍存在很多問題。以此為出發點,在前人研究的基礎上,筆者對生命教育在語文教學中實施提出建議,以(yi)期(qi)能為(wei)一(yi)線(xian)教師提供借鑒。
一.生命教育與語文教學
(一)生命教育的含義(yi)
生(sheng)命(ming)(ming)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)是全人(ren)的(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)。教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學中,把生(sheng)命(ming)(ming)理念作為核心,把教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)作為方法,利用課內外(wai)各個相關資源進行生(sheng)命(ming)(ming)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu),在(zai)學生(sheng)的(de)(de)切(qie)實生(sheng)長環境下,利用多種教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)方式,提升(sheng)中學生(sheng)的(de)(de)生(sheng)命(ming)(ming)意識,加(jia)強生(sheng)命(ming)(ming)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu),使學生(sheng)能(neng)夠對必要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)生(sheng)存技能(neng)有所掌握,懂得珍(zhen)惜和尊重(zhong)自己以及(ji)他(ta)人(ren)的(de)(de)生(sheng)命(ming)(ming),進而延伸到愛護、欣(xin)賞生(sheng)命(ming)(ming),并最(zui)(zui)(zui)終享受生(sheng)命(ming)(ming)。生(sheng)命(ming)(ming)是人(ren)類(lei)活動的(de)(de)開始,教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)活動都是在(zai)生(sheng)命(ming)(ming)的(de)(de)基礎上進行的(de)(de),在(zai)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)多種存在(zai)形態中,生(sheng)命(ming)(ming)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)是其中最(zui)(zui)(zui)為重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)形態之一,也是最(zui)(zui)(zui)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)理念之一,人(ren)類(lei)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)最(zui)(zui)(zui)高追求即為實現生(sheng)命(ming)(ming)價值。
(二)生命教育的現狀(zhuang):重要性和迫切性
近(jin)年(nian)(nian)來,心(xin)(xin)(xin)理問(wen)題的(de)(de)出現(xian)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)群體(ti)(ti)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)頻(pin)率越(yue)(yue)發增多(duo)。北(bei)京(jing)大學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)兒童(tong)青(qing)少年(nian)(nian)衛生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)研究所(suo)曾(ceng)(ceng)公布了一(yi)項全國性的(de)(de)調查(cha)研究:在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),曾(ceng)(ceng)經考慮過(guo)自殺(sha)(sha)的(de)(de)占調查(cha)總數(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)20.4%,而其中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)做過(guo)自殺(sha)(sha)計劃的(de)(de)占6.5%。并且(qie)在(zai)網絡上頻(pin)繁能看到報道青(qing)少年(nian)(nian)校園(yuan)暴力(li)、殘害小(xiao)動物等事件,越(yue)(yue)來越(yue)(yue)多(duo)的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)出現(xian)過(guo)激的(de)(de)行(xing)為(wei),那些觸目驚心(xin)(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)字眼(yan)和令(ling)人(ren)心(xin)(xin)(xin)痛的(de)(de)視頻(pin)都在(zai)提醒教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育者開展生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)命教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育的(de)(de)重要性。疫(yi)情(qing)期間(jian),國家印發了中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)工作安排通知(zhi)(zhi),提出要“停(ting)(ting)課不(bu)(bu)停(ting)(ting)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)”,但同時也(ye)要鼓勵(li)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)增強(qiang)體(ti)(ti)質、拓寬(kuan)閱(yue)讀視野(ye),加強(qiang)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)命和心(xin)(xin)(xin)理健康的(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育,此通知(zhi)(zhi)是近(jin)年(nian)(nian)第一(yi)次公開提出生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)命教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育。國家的(de)(de)重視,以(yi)及不(bu)(bu)斷在(zai)減少的(de)(de)人(ren)們生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)命的(de)(de)總數(shu)(shu),都在(zai)表(biao)示加強(qiang)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)命教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育迫在(zai)眉睫。并且(qie),多(duo)年(nian)(nian)以(yi)來,受應試教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育的(de)(de)影響,語文教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)成了形(xing)式化(hua)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),只(zhi)為(wei)將知(zhi)(zhi)識傳輸給學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng),以(yi)此讓學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)可以(yi)有一(yi)個很好的(de)(de)卷面成績,教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)為(wei)“教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)書匠”,而學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)成為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習機(ji)器,知(zhi)(zhi)識的(de)(de)搬運工。這(zhe)使(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)和學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)思想情(qing)感(gan)都受到嚴重壓抑(yi)。分數(shu)(shu)壓力(li)使(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)在(zai)課堂學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)不(bu)(bu)能發現(xian)自己、提升自己,對課文情(qing)感(gan)的(de)(de)體(ti)(ti)悟(wu),也(ye)僅僅停(ting)(ting)留在(zai)表(biao)層,使(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)不(bu)(bu)能夠真正思考自我價值,對生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)命也(ye)缺乏關注和體(ti)(ti)驗。
(三)生命教育在語文教學中滲透的必要性
2021年,教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)部發(fa)布《關(guan)于加強(qiang)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)心(xin)(xin)理(li)健(jian)(jian)康(kang)管理(li)工作的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)通(tong)知》,在(zai)通(tong)知里提到(dao),對(dui)(dui)(dui)于生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)命(ming)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)要安排形式(shi)多樣的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)活(huo)(huo)動,幫(bang)助學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)養成積極健(jian)(jian)康(kang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)心(xin)(xin)理(li),培養學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)負責(ze)任(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)態(tai)度,啟迪學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)樹立(li)珍愛生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)命(ming)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)(huo)態(tai)度。《語(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)課程(cheng)(cheng)標(biao)準》中(zhong)(zhong)提出“語(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)課程(cheng)(cheng)還應通(tong)過優秀文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)熏陶感染,促進(jin)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)和諧發(fa)展(zhan),使中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)提高思(si)(si)(si)(si)想(xiang)道(dao)德修養和審(shen)美(mei)情趣,逐步形成良好的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)個性和健(jian)(jian)全的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)人(ren)(ren)格。”同時(shi),在(zai)新(xin)課標(biao)中(zhong)(zhong),對(dui)(dui)(dui)語(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)課程(cheng)(cheng)“人(ren)(ren)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)性”的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)特征,表示生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)命(ming)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)重任(ren),理(li)應由語(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)學(xue)(xue)科(ke)(ke)扛起來。因此(ci),生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)命(ming)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)在(zai)語(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)中(zhong)(zhong)進(jin)行,關(guan)注學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)(huo)狀態(tai)、幫(bang)助學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)認(ren)識(shi)(shi)自己(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)命(ming)價(jia)值,是語(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)理(li)應承擔的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)責(ze)任(ren),也是提升學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)語(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)素(su)養的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)必然。“人(ren)(ren)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)素(su)養”和“人(ren)(ren)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)內(nei)(nei)涵(han)”都具(ju)有豐富(fu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)內(nei)(nei)涵(han)和人(ren)(ren)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)底(di)蘊(yun),而(er)其(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)無疑包含了對(dui)(dui)(dui)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)(huo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)感受與(yu)(yu)體(ti)驗(yan),對(dui)(dui)(dui)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)命(ming)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)思(si)(si)(si)(si)考與(yu)(yu)認(ren)識(shi)(shi),以及(ji)對(dui)(dui)(dui)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)命(ming)價(jia)值的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)追(zhui)求。進(jin)行生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)命(ming)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu),是對(dui)(dui)(dui)“語(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)素(su)養”的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)落(luo)實,利(li)于語(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)老(lao)師豐富(fu)語(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)人(ren)(ren)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)內(nei)(nei)容(rong),增強(qiang)語(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)人(ren)(ren)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)魅力,進(jin)而(er)提高學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)道(dao)德修養,幫(bang)助學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)形成優良的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)思(si)(si)(si)(si)想(xiang)個性。語(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)作為(wei)經(jing)典的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)人(ren)(ren)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)學(xue)(xue)科(ke)(ke),它融(rong)(rong)會貫通(tong),學(xue)(xue)科(ke)(ke)內(nei)(nei)容(rong)可(ke)包攬(lan)容(rong)納其(qi)他各個學(xue)(xue)科(ke)(ke)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)知識(shi)(shi)思(si)(si)(si)(si)想(xiang),課程(cheng)(cheng)資源的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)容(rong)涉及(ji)廣泛,教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材中(zhong)(zhong)也蘊(yun)含了各種各樣體(ti)現(xian)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)命(ming)形態(tai)和表現(xian)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)命(ming)價(jia)值的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)容(rong)。在(zai)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)過程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong),教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師應有所側重,春風化(hua)(hua)(hua)雨地讓學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)慢(man)慢(man)吸收(shou)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材中(zhong)(zhong)人(ren)(ren)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)內(nei)(nei)涵(han),并(bing)將其(qi)漸漸融(rong)(rong)入學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)自身(shen)(shen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)思(si)(si)(si)(si)想(xiang)觀念之(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong),升華學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)對(dui)(dui)(dui)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)命(ming)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)認(ren)識(shi)(shi)與(yu)(yu)體(ti)悟。對(dui)(dui)(dui)于語(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)課程(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)身(shen)(shen)來講,語(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)作為(wei)重點學(xue)(xue)科(ke)(ke),擁有十(shi)足(zu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)課時(shi)量,生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)命(ming)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)作為(wei)語(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)課程(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)隱(yin)形課程(cheng)(cheng),在(zai)日常中(zhong)(zhong)語(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師可(ke)以與(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)有充(chong)足(zu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)時(shi)間進(jin)行接觸(chu)互動,進(jin)而(er)將生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)命(ming)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)思(si)(si)(si)(si)想(xiang)潛移默化(hua)(hua)(hua)地滲透到(dao)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)日常生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)(huo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)方方面(mian)面(mian)。
二.課堂語文教學中的生命教育
(一)把握和感受教(jiao)材中(zhong)的(de)生命意識

三.課外實踐活動中的生命教育
