摘要:本文以北京環球主題公園項目為例,結合基礎(chu)處理、管(guan)道抗浮、包(bao)封裂縫修復等技術(shu)要點,分析了強電(dian)管(guan)道及(ji)通信管(guan)道安裝的關鍵施工技術(shu)措施,為其他游樂園項目提(ti)供借(jie)鑒。

強電管(guan)道系統和(he)通信管(guan)道系統對(dui)我(wo)們現在的生活越來(lai)越重要(yao),國內通常采用普(pu)通直埋和(he)架(jia)空的安裝方(fang)式(shi),施(shi)工周期長、項(xiang)(xiang)目成本高[1]。本文(wen)以(yi)北京環球(qiu)主題公園項(xiang)(xiang)目二級市政標段工程為例,針對(dui)美國標準U-PVC管(guan)道排管(guan)施(shi)工技術(shu)(shu)要(yao)求(qiu)提(ti)出了預(yu)制鋼(gang)筋(jin)網架(jia)、管(guan)道抗浮鋼(gang)筋(jin)、混(hun)凝土整體施(shi)工、預(yu)防(fang)裂縫等技術(shu)(shu)措施(shi),以(yi)期為今后類似項(xiang)(xiang)目施(shi)工提(ti)供借鑒。
1工程概況
北京環球主題公園及度假區項目位于通州文化旅游區東部,是國內首個環球主題公園項目。本項目二級市政標段強電管道和通信管道選用U-PVC塑料管,采用電纜排管埋地敷設方式,強弱電排(pai)管(guan)(guan)具(ju)體管(guan)(guan)道(dao)數據(ju)見(jian)表1。側鋪設(she)環繞一圈(quan),排(pai)管(guan)(guan)數量(liang)為4×4~4×11,排(pai)管(guan)(guan)總(zong)長度約(yue)為3650m;從(cong)排(pai)管(guan)(guan)分(fen)支進(jin)入(ru)各地塊的(de)接口井,排(pai)管(guan)(guan)數量(liang)為2×2和3×4,排(pai)管(guan)(guan)總(zong)長度約(yue)為374m。強電(dian)主排(pai)管(guan)(guan)圖(tu)(tu)和通信主排(pai)管(guan)(guan)圖(tu)(tu)分(fen)別見(jian)圖(tu)(tu)1和圖(tu)(tu)2。
2.1管(guan)道(dao)基礎(chu)施工質量保(bao)障措(cuo)施
管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)基(ji)(ji)(ji)礎應具有足夠承載力和(he)(he)穩(wen)(wen)定性(xing)[2],為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)滿足設(she)(she)計(ji)要求[3-6],可采(cai)(cai)(cai)取以下(xia)質量保(bao)障措施(shi)(shi)。(1)檢測(ce)地(di)(di)基(ji)(ji)(ji)基(ji)(ji)(ji)礎。強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)電與通信管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)地(di)(di)基(ji)(ji)(ji)設(she)(she)計(ji)承載力為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)100kPa,通過(guo)釬探法檢測(ce)地(di)(di)基(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)度,如(ru)地(di)(di)基(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)度不(bu)能(neng)滿足設(she)(she)計(ji)要求,則(ze)采(cai)(cai)(cai)取換填(tian)(tian)措施(shi)(shi)。(2)設(she)(she)置緩沖(chong)層(ceng)(ceng)。強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)電及(ji)通信管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)設(she)(she)計(ji)在(zai)原狀土(tu)(tu)(tu)基(ji)(ji)(ji)礎之(zhi)上(shang),管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)下(xia)部設(she)(she)計(ji)5cm中粗砂墊層(ceng)(ceng)作為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)緩沖(chong)層(ceng)(ceng),保(bao)證其穩(wen)(wen)定性(xing)。(3)砌(qi)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)磚基(ji)(ji)(ji)礎。采(cai)(cai)(cai)用MU20灰(hui)砂磚砌(qi)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)磚基(ji)(ji)(ji)礎,2m設(she)(she)置一組,以減少排(pai)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)過(guo)程中的(de)不(bu)均勻(yun)沉(chen)降。砌(qi)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)時基(ji)(ji)(ji)礎底(di)(di)鋪3cm的(de)水泥砂漿,砌(qi)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)120mm厚(hou)磚,錯縫砌(qi)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu),高程控制以管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)底(di)(di)距磚基(ji)(ji)(ji)礎面保(bao)持10cm為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)準。磚基(ji)(ji)(ji)礎示意見(jian)圖(tu)3。(4)肥(fei)(fei)槽混凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)澆筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)。檢查井與管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)連接(jie)處的(de)肥(fei)(fei)槽通常為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)回填(tian)(tian)薄弱(ruo)點,肥(fei)(fei)槽采(cai)(cai)(cai)用C15混凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)澆筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu),加強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)包(bao)封與檢查井連接(jie)處的(de)基(ji)(ji)(ji)礎強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)度,防止管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)與檢查井形(xing)成(cheng)不(bu)均勻(yun)沉(chen)降。肥(fei)(fei)槽混凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)澆筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)示意圖(tu)見(jian)圖(tu)4。(5)及(ji)時進行模板安裝(zhuang)和(he)(he)混凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)澆筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)。在(zai)砂基(ji)(ji)(ji)礎平整夯(hang)實和(he)(he)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)安裝(zhuang)完成(cheng)后,要及(ji)時進行模板安裝(zhuang)和(he)(he)混凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)澆筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu),防止管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)安裝(zhuang)后放置時間較長,造成(cheng)排(pai)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)變(bian)形(xing)。
2.2排(pai)管安裝質量(liang)保障技術
管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)安(an)裝前(qian),要(yao)(yao)將(jiang)擴口管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的內壁和直管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)插(cha)入部(bu)分(fen)外壁清理干(gan)凈,量出直管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)應(ying)插(cha)入部(bu)分(fen)的長度,在直管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)上標出記(ji)號(hao),均勻涂刷專(zhuan)用(yong)(yong)中性(xing)膠合粘劑,立即用(yong)(yong)緊線機等安(an)裝工(gong)(gong)具將(jiang)直管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)插(cha)至有記(ji)號(hao)的位置,保持(chi)15min左右。管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)安(an)裝時,相鄰兩(liang)個管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)口錯開其(qi)距(ju)(ju)離不小(xiao)于300mm,管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)轉彎處用(yong)(yong)接(jie)頭加(jia)強(qiang)加(jia)固。施工(gong)(gong)時,考慮強(qiang)電管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)使用(yong)(yong)期間(jian)電力電纜散熱的問題,美標指出強(qiang)電管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)之間(jian)要(yao)(yao)嚴(yan)格保證10cm間(jian)距(ju)(ju)。國標管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)枕無法(fa)滿足其(qi)要(yao)(yao)求,為了解決這一(yi)問題,現場(chang)施工(gong)(gong)采用(yong)(yong)預制(zhi)鋼筋網支架。預制(zhi)鋼筋網支架不僅達到了美標施工(gong)(gong)技術要(yao)(yao)求,同時現場(chang)預制(zhi)加(jia)快了施工(gong)(gong)進(jin)度,滿足了質(zhi)量要(yao)(yao)求。鋼筋網支架排管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)示意見(jian)圖5。
2.3管道抗(kang)浮技術措施
混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)是由液態(tai)水泥漿和固態(tai)砂石(shi)料所組成的混(hun)合物,具有流動性大的特點(dian)(dian),不同于單一流體,混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)浮(fu)(fu)力計(ji)(ji)(ji)算(suan)示意見圖6。設(she)h為澆(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)筑(zhu)(zhu)混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)時(shi)砼表面與管(guan)(guan)(guan)道最低點(dian)(dian)距離。取計(ji)(ji)(ji)算(suan)長(chang)度(du)10m,廠家提供強電管(guan)(guan)(guan)道6.4kg/m,標準長(chang)度(du)6m,管(guan)(guan)(guan)枕重(zhong)量單個0.13kg。強電管(guan)(guan)(guan)自(zi)重(zhong):(6.4kg/m×10m+6.4kg/m×0.1m)×15個=970kg。管(guan)(guan)(guan)枕重(zhong)量:0.13kg/塊(kuai)(kuai)×(15×2)塊(kuai)(kuai)×6組=23.4kg。抗浮(fu)(fu)計(ji)(ji)(ji)算(suan)過程如(ru)下:G=mg=(970+23.4)×9.8N/kg=9.74kN;F浮(fu)(fu)=ρ液gV排(pai)(pai)(pai)液;F浮(fu)(fu)=2400kg/m3×9.8N/kg×V排(pai)(pai)(pai)液;當(dang)F浮(fu)(fu)=G時(shi),V排(pai)(pai)(pai)液=0.41m3。根據圖6計(ji)(ji)(ji)算(suan)得出h=50mm。即(ji)當(dang)混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)澆(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)筑(zhu)(zhu)高度(du)h≥50mm時(shi),對整(zheng)體管(guan)(guan)(guan)道產生浮(fu)(fu)力,應(ying)及時(shi)采(cai)取抗浮(fu)(fu)措施(shi)。本項目設(she)置抗浮(fu)(fu)鋼筋來(lai)保(bao)(bao)證混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)澆(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)筑(zhu)(zhu)的施(shi)工質量。同時(shi)防止澆(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)筑(zhu)(zhu)過程中管(guan)(guan)(guan)道整(zheng)體上浮(fu)(fu),引(yin)起結構變形,還需采(cai)取其他保(bao)(bao)障措施(shi),具體如(ru)下:控制澆(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)筑(zhu)(zhu)混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)的速度(du),澆(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)筑(zhu)(zhu)過程分(fen)段(duan)分(fen)層(ceng),分(fen)層(ceng)高度(du)不大于20cm,且兩(liang)側對稱(cheng)澆(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)筑(zhu)(zhu)。澆(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)筑(zhu)(zhu)到抗浮(fu)(fu)計(ji)(ji)(ji)算(suan)的標高處,采(cai)取每(mei)澆(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)筑(zhu)(zhu)一段(duan)時(shi)間,暫停一段(duan)時(shi)間,確保(bao)(bao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)道抗浮(fu)(fu)要(yao)求(qiu)。
2.4管道混凝土包封(feng)質量保(bao)障技(ji)術(shu)
本工程采用(yong)(yong)整體一次澆筑,整體防水性和(he)混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)外觀質量得到了(le)有(you)效(xiao)保(bao)證。管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)安裝完成后,在與檢查井的(de)(de)預留洞口處(chu)(chu),將排(pai)管(guan)(guan)(guan)與檢查井的(de)(de)封(feng)板處(chu)(chu),用(yong)(yong)膠(jiao)帶封(feng)住,防止(zhi)(zhi)澆筑混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)時,混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)漿液流(liu)入管(guan)(guan)(guan)內(nei),造成管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)堵塞(sai),清理困(kun)難[7]。為(wei)防止(zhi)(zhi)兩次澆筑的(de)(de)混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)包封(feng)出現不均勻(yun)沉(chen)降,工作縫(feng)混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)包封(feng)連(lian)(lian)接處(chu)(chu)理:包封(feng)端部采用(yong)(yong)鋼(gang)膜網進行封(feng)堵,拆(chai)除時易形成毛(mao)(mao)面,避免(mian)鑿毛(mao)(mao)對管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)的(de)(de)損壞(huai)。管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)縱斷面兩側采用(yong)(yong)加筋措(cuo)施,兩側各設置(zhi)直徑16鋼(gang)筋3-4根(間距30cm),鋼(gang)筋預留頭為(wei)35d=35×16=560mm,與新混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)包封(feng)進行連(lian)(lian)接。工作縫(feng)包封(feng)連(lian)(lian)接見圖7。
2.5混凝土包封裂縫預防與修復措施
混(hun)(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)熱脹冷(leng)縮開裂(lie)(lie)(lie)(lie)、混(hun)(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)養護(hu)不(bu)到(dao)位、成(cheng)(cheng)品保(bao)護(hu)不(bu)到(dao)位等是(shi)造成(cheng)(cheng)混(hun)(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)包(bao)(bao)(bao)封(feng)裂(lie)(lie)(lie)(lie)縫(feng)(feng)的(de)主要成(cheng)(cheng)因(yin)[8]。(1)混(hun)(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)包(bao)(bao)(bao)封(feng)裂(lie)(lie)(lie)(lie)縫(feng)(feng)預(yu)防(fang)(fang)措施(shi)。嚴(yan)格對(dui)進場混(hun)(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)質量(liang)進行檢驗。每(mei)一(yi)(yi)個分層(ceng)振搗密實(shi),提高混(hun)(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)抗拉(la)強度(du)(du),及時(shi)做好養護(hu)和保(bao)溫(wen),預(yu)留溫(wen)度(du)(du)收(shou)縮縫(feng)(feng),新建混(hun)(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)包(bao)(bao)(bao)封(feng)應(ying)沿(yan)路(lu)徑(jing)長度(du)(du)每(mei)隔(ge)(ge)30m~50m設立一(yi)(yi)道(dao)伸縮縫(feng)(feng),間隔(ge)(ge)30m設置一(yi)(yi)道(dao)伸縮縫(feng)(feng),縫(feng)(feng)寬25mm,采(cai)用(yong)瀝青麻絲(si)填(tian)充。混(hun)(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)澆(jiao)筑后(hou)裸露的(de)表(biao)面(mian)覆蓋土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)工(gong)布及其他保(bao)水(shui)材(cai)料(liao),及時(shi)噴水(shui)濕養護(hu),夏季(ji)應(ying)適當延長養護(hu)時(shi)間,以提高抗裂(lie)(lie)(lie)(lie)能力。冬季(ji)采(cai)用(yong)覆蓋巖棉被包(bao)(bao)(bao)裹保(bao)溫(wen)措施(shi),混(hun)(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)使(shi)用(yong)防(fang)(fang)凍混(hun)(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)添加抗凍劑(ji),澆(jiao)筑完成(cheng)(cheng)后(hou)及時(shi)采(cai)取(qu)保(bao)溫(wen)措施(shi)。(2)混(hun)(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)包(bao)(bao)(bao)封(feng)裂(lie)(lie)(lie)(lie)縫(feng)(feng)修(xiu)復措施(shi)。混(hun)(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)包(bao)(bao)(bao)封(feng)裂(lie)(lie)(lie)(lie)縫(feng)(feng)采(cai)用(yong)填(tian)充法進行修(xiu)復,填(tian)充法是(shi)采(cai)用(yong)修(xiu)補材(cai)料(liao)直接(jie)填(tian)充裂(lie)(lie)(lie)(lie)縫(feng)(feng),一(yi)(yi)般用(yong)來修(xiu)補較寬的(de)裂(lie)(lie)(lie)(lie)縫(feng)(feng)(>0.3mm),作業(ye)簡單。先沿(yan)裂(lie)(lie)(lie)(lie)縫(feng)(feng)開鑿成(cheng)(cheng)U型(xing)槽或V型(xing)槽,填(tian)塞(sai)填(tian)充材(cai)料(liao),然后(hou)采(cai)用(yong)封(feng)護(hu)材(cai)料(liao)對(dui)處理完的(de)表(biao)面(mian)進行封(feng)護(hu)。方案(an)中的(de)填(tian)充材(cai)料(liao)可采(cai)用(yong)防(fang)(fang)水(shui)水(shui)泥砂漿,封(feng)護(hu)材(cai)料(liao)采(cai)用(yong)自粘型(xing)防(fang)(fang)水(shui)卷(juan)材(cai)。
3結語
現場采用的(de)預制鋼筋網架(jia)、管道抗浮鋼筋、混凝土(tu)整體施工(gong)(gong)、預防裂縫等技術(shu)措施,保證了美國標(biao)準要求下的(de)排管施工(gong)(gong)質(zhi)量,節約了項目成本,提(ti)高了施工(gong)(gong)進(jin)度,為以后國內(nei)同類高質(zhi)量排管工(gong)(gong)程的(de)施工(gong)(gong)提(ti)供(gong)依(yi)據。
