一、現代工(gong)商管理培訓存在的問題

1 加強工商(shang)管理培訓的重要(yao)意(yi)義

(1)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)商(shang)管(guan)理起(qi)步(bu)晚,起(qi)點低。2001年我國(guo)正式(shi)加入世貿,面對這個機(ji)遇和挑戰(zhan),我們才(cai)(cai)發(fa)(fa)(fa)現自(zi)己的(de)(de)企業競(jing)爭力(li)確實(shi)不如人家(jia),特別是(shi)在工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)商(shang)管(guan)理方面。由于(yu)我國(guo)對外(wai)開放(fang)經濟(ji)(ji)改革在1978年才(cai)(cai)實(shi)施,我國(guo)經濟(ji)(ji)才(cai)(cai)能夠(gou)快(kuai)速發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan),工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)商(shang)管(guan)理在這時候才(cai)(cai)受到重視,才(cai)(cai)逐步(bu)探(tan)索(suo)。而國(guo)外(wai)自(zi)二戰(zhan)以后(hou)就一直致力(li)于(yu)本國(guo)的(de)(de)經濟(ji)(ji)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan),工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)商(shang)管(guan)理發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)的(de)(de)較早,說(shuo)得(de)更(geng)早那就是(shi)第二次(ci)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業革命以后(hou),工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)廠企業的(de)(de)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)促生了工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)商(shang)管(guan)理的(de)(de)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)。因(yin)此我國(guo)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)商(shang)管(guan)理相對于(yu)國(guo)外(wai),起(qi)步(bu)晚,起(qi)點低,造(zao)成了入世后(hou)我國(guo)企業競(jing)爭能力(li)弱(ruo)于(yu)國(guo)外(wai)企業。

(2)工商(shang)(shang)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)人(ren)才不足(zu)。近年(nian)來(lai)由于我(wo)國(guo)經濟快速的(de)發(fa)(fa)展,因此對工商(shang)(shang)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)人(ren)才的(de)需求量(liang)不斷增大,特別是(shi)高(gao)(gao)質量(liang)的(de)人(ren)才,每年(nian)我(wo)國(guo)造就的(de)工商(shang)(shang)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)才約40萬人(ren),這遠遠不能夠滿足(zu)我(wo)國(guo)經濟發(fa)(fa)展的(de)需求。造成這種原因只(zhi)要(yao)有兩(liang)點,一是(shi)我(wo)國(guo)工商(shang)(shang)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)人(ren)才培育起(qi)步(bu)較晚,經濟快速發(fa)(fa)展導致晚起(qi)步(bu)和大需求的(de)相(xiang)矛盾,二是(shi)我(wo)國(guo)高(gao)(gao)校對工商(shang)(shang)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)人(ren)才培養不足(zu),缺乏實用性,創新性。

(3)工(gong)商(shang)管(guan)(guan)理經驗不足(zu)(zu)。我(wo)國工(gong)商(shang)管(guan)(guan)理經驗不足(zu)(zu)的(de)主要原因在于(yu)工(gong)商(shang)管(guan)(guan)理方面的(de)起點晚,起步較(jiao)低,因此工(gong)商(shang)管(guan)(guan)理的(de)經驗積累不夠,使得工(gong)商(shang)管(guan)(guan)理經驗不足(zu)(zu)。
