1SF6高壓設備補氣的重要性

1.1SF6氣體

(1)帶(dai)電(dian)補(bu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)方(fang)(fang)(fang)案操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)過程(cheng)中(zhong)應(ying)(ying)先(xian)將(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)SF6高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)補(bu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)裝置(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong)的(de)充氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)(guan)連接到(dao)高純氮氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)瓶中(zhong),然(ran)后(hou)打開(kai)(kai)(kai)連接頭區(qu)域的(de)頂絲,進行管(guan)(guan)路吹掃。然(ran)后(hou),用(yong)電(dian)吹風(feng)采(cai)用(yong)同樣方(fang)(fang)(fang)法(fa)(fa)處(chu)理充氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)孔。準備(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)工作(zuo)完成后(hou)開(kai)(kai)(kai)始向SF6高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)補(bu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),直至達到(dao)額定的(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力值后(hou),依(yi)次(ci)關(guan)閉SF6氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)瓶閥(fa)門(men)(men)、氮氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)瓶閥(fa)門(men)(men),斷(duan)開(kai)(kai)(kai)連接,其(qi)主(zhu)要操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)如下表所(suo)示(shi)。一般(ban)帶(dai)電(dian)補(bu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)過程(cheng)中(zhong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力較大(da),很容易(yi)出現管(guan)(guan)道破裂,在(zai)補(bu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)時(shi)首先(xian)應(ying)(ying)對管(guan)(guan)道耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)情況(kuang)進行測(ce)試,將(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)補(bu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)(guan)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力調(diao)整到(dao)1MPa左右,測(ce)定是(shi)否會出現壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力問(wen)題。同時(shi),在(zai)補(bu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)過程(cheng)中(zhong)還可(ke)(ke)(ke)以在(zai)連接補(bu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)(guan)區(qu)域設(she)(she)(she)置(zhi)(zhi)減壓(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa),進行管(guan)(guan)道壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力保(bao)護。(2)停電(dian)檢(jian)修補(bu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)該(gai)補(bu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)過程(cheng)中(zhong)操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)較為復(fu)雜,往往針(zhen)對嚴重SF6高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)泄漏(lou)、裝置(zhi)(zhi)故障等,包(bao)括抽(chou)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)法(fa)(fa)和(he)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)室(shi)處(chu)理兩種。1)抽(chou)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)。該(gai)方(fang)(fang)(fang)法(fa)(fa)可(ke)(ke)(ke)以有效(xiao)檢(jian)測(ce)SF6高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)是(shi)否存(cun)在(zai)密封性(xing)問(wen)題。處(chu)理過程(cheng)中(zhong)先(xian)使用(yong)SF6氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)回收(shou)(shou)裝置(zhi)(zhi)將(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)SF6高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)中(zhong)的(de)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)全部(bu)回收(shou)(shou)。該(gai)環節中(zhong)應(ying)(ying)先(xian)打開(kai)(kai)(kai)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)泵閥(fa)門(men)(men),將(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)回收(shou)(shou)接口與SF6高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)室(shi)連接,此時(shi)可(ke)(ke)(ke)以抽(chou)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)直至真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)。一般(ban)麥(mai)氏真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)表顯示(shi)在(zai)133MPa以下即(ji)可(ke)(ke)(ke),持續2~3h后(hou),觀察(cha)是(shi)否存(cun)在(zai)漏(lou)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)。如不(bu)漏(lou)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),則選用(yong)SF6高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)補(bu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)裝置(zhi)(zhi)按照(zhao)帶(dai)電(dian)補(bu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)方(fang)(fang)(fang)法(fa)(fa)進行操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)即(ji)可(ke)(ke)(ke)。若漏(lou)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),則應(ying)(ying)先(xian)將(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)漏(lou)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)區(qu)域處(chu)理完畢后(hou),方(fang)(fang)(fang)可(ke)(ke)(ke)依(yi)照(zhao)上(shang)述方(fang)(fang)(fang)法(fa)(fa)進行補(bu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)。2)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)室(shi)檢(jian)查(cha)。使用(yong)抽(chou)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)裝置(zhi)(zhi)將(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)室(shi)內(nei)SF6氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)回收(shou)(shou),并不(bu)斷(duan)補(bu)進新鮮空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)。當真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)表顯示(shi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力為0MPa時(shi),可(ke)(ke)(ke)以打開(kai)(kai)(kai)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)室(shi),逐一檢(jian)查(cha)內(nei)部(bu)密封圈、接口劃痕、內(nei)部(bu)開(kai)(kai)(kai)裂等情況(kuang),對其(qi)進行相(xiang)應(ying)(ying)處(chu)理,如使用(yong)干(gan)油膠密封,砂紙打磨等。確定密封情況(kuang)良好后(hou),同樣按照(zhao)帶(dai)電(dian)補(bu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)方(fang)(fang)(fang)法(fa)(fa)進行操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)即(ji)可(ke)(ke)(ke)。

(1)嚴格把握現(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)場環(huan)境SF6高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)(bei)補(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)氣(qi)(qi)過(guo)(guo)程中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)對(dui)現(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)場環(huan)境要求非(fei)常嚴格,必須控(kong)制現(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)場作(zuo)業濕度低于80%,且帶電補(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)氣(qi)(qi)的(de)過(guo)(guo)程中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)要保(bao)證溫度高(gao)(gao)于8℃以上(shang),否(fou)則均(jun)可(ke)能(neng)(neng)導(dao)(dao)致補(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)氣(qi)(qi)時出(chu)現(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)SF6微水量現(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)象、補(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)力不均(jun)衡問題等,進而影響SF6高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)(bei)的(de)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)和使用效益(yi)。(2)科(ke)學控(kong)制補(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)氣(qi)(qi)次數SF6高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)(bei)補(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)氣(qi)(qi)過(guo)(guo)于頻(pin)繁很容易造成裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)磨損(sun),從而影響其安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)性(xing)(xing)、可(ke)靠性(xing)(xing)和穩定性(xing)(xing)。如頻(pin)繁補(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)氣(qi)(qi)時若造成接口(kou)松動(dong),將可(ke)能(neng)(neng)直(zhi)接導(dao)(dao)致空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)進入到SF6高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)(bei)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),致使SF6氣(qi)(qi)體遇(yu)(yu)水反(fan)應,產生影響金(jin)屬(shu)部件(jian)和絕(jue)緣部件(jian)的(de)腐蝕性(xing)(xing)化(hua)學物(wu)質。同(tong)時,頻(pin)繁補(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)氣(qi)(qi)的(de)過(guo)(guo)程中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)SF6氣(qi)(qi)體泄漏的(de)可(ke)能(neng)(neng)性(xing)(xing)加大,長此以往,可(ke)能(neng)(neng)會(hui)對(dui)周圍生態環(huan)境造成危害。因此,在SF6高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)(bei)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)應在國家規范標準基礎上(shang),結合本(ben)區域SF6高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)(bei)特性(xing)(xing),合理設(she)(she)置(zhi)(zhi)補(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)氣(qi)(qi)間隔(ge)時間。(3)做(zuo)好(hao)補(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)氣(qi)(qi)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)防(fang)(fang)護SF6氣(qi)(qi)體密度過(guo)(guo)大或遇(yu)(yu)水反(fan)應后(hou),均(jun)會(hui)對(dui)人體造成損(sun)害。在補(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)氣(qi)(qi)過(guo)(guo)程中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)為了(le)保(bao)證操(cao)作(zuo)的(de)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)性(xing)(xing),應配置(zhi)(zhi)鼓風(feng)(feng)機(ji),且2人同(tong)時操(cao)作(zuo),1人補(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)氣(qi)(qi),1人監督,避免出(chu)現(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)嚴重補(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)氣(qi)(qi)事(shi)故。帶電補(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)氣(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)人員(yuan)可(ke)酌情穿(chuan)戴防(fang)(fang)護裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi),停電檢修(xiu)補(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)氣(qi)(qi)過(guo)(guo)程中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)必須做(zuo)好(hao)個人防(fang)(fang)護。上(shang)述(shu)環(huan)節操(cao)作(zuo)時人員(yuan)應先打開鼓風(feng)(feng)機(ji),保(bao)證區域空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)流通暢通。然(ran)后(hou),穿(chuan)好(hao)SF6氣(qi)(qi)體防(fang)(fang)護裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi),確保(bao)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)防(fang)(fang)護到位后(hou),方可(ke)進行(xing)現(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)場操(cao)作(zuo)。

高壓設(she)備(bei)運行(xing)過(guo)程中很容易出現(xian)由裝(zhuang)置故障(zhang)、元件損壞等造成的(de)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)室漏氣(qi)(qi)(qi)。補(bu)(bu)(bu)充(chong)SF6氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體時必須嚴(yan)格按照(zhao)國家標準(zhun)和(he)作(zuo)業環(huan)境要求(qiu),選擇科學、高效(xiao)、安(an)全的(de)補(bu)(bu)(bu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)裝(zhuang)置,根據運行(xing)情況開(kai)展帶(dai)電補(bu)(bu)(bu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)或檢修(xiu)補(bu)(bu)(bu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi),遵循上述方案中的(de)技術規范,逐步完成補(bu)(bu)(bu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)操作(zuo)。尤其是(shi)在檢修(xiu)補(bu)(bu)(bu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)過(guo)程中,應先對漏氣(qi)(qi)(qi)情況進行(xing)檢查和(he)處理,確定(ding)無問題后,方可嚴(yan)格依照(zhao)操作(zuo)規范進行(xing)安(an)全補(bu)(bu)(bu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi),從而(er)最大限度減(jian)少SF6高壓設(she)備(bei)補(bu)(bu)(bu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)頻率(lv),提升(sheng)SF6氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體的(de)應用時效(xiao)。
