Estudios Gerenciales is an academic journal dedicated to the field of business management, which provides a platform for academics, practitioners and policymakers to share knowledge and research results. The journal places special emphasis on in-depth exploration of management theory and practice, including but not limited to organizational behavior, strategic planning, human resource management, financial management, marketing, supply chain management, and international business.
Scholars are encouraged to submit innovative research that may challenge existing management theories or provide new perspectives to solve practical management problems. Interdisciplinary studies are also welcome, especially those that enrich management disciplines by combining knowledge from other disciplines such as economics, psychology, and sociology. The journal also focuses on innovative approaches and techniques in management education and how to train future business leaders through education. It provides a forum to discuss management education best practices and challenges with the aim of improving the quality and effectiveness of management education.
