摘要:為提高實驗室的管理水平,更好地發揮攝影實驗室在高校實踐教學中的作用,高校就要培養實用型、創新型的攝影人才。本文從高校攝影實驗室管理實踐出發,逐一分析“8s”管理理念在實驗室管理中的應用,探討提升實驗室管理效能的方法,并結合攝影實踐教學的新形勢,詳細闡述高校攝影實驗室管(guan)理的制度、細節、學習和(he)創新(xin)四大要素。

高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)攝(she)影(ying)人才培養離不(bu)開攝(she)影(ying)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)室(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi),要(yao)(yao)(yao)提升(sheng)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)室(shi)(shi)工作(zuo)效(xiao)能,就需(xu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)對(dui)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)室(shi)(shi)開展(zhan)科學的(de)(de)(de)管理(li)(li)工作(zuo)。管理(li)(li)是(shi)人類(lei)長期協作(zuo)和共(gong)同勞(lao)動的(de)(de)(de)產物,是(shi)指在(zai)(zai)特定環(huan)境下,對(dui)各項資源進(jin)行計(ji)劃、組(zu)織(zhi)、領(ling)導和控(kong)制,有(you)效(xiao)率和有(you)效(xiao)能地(di)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)目(mu)標(biao)的(de)(de)(de)過(guo)程。通過(guo)管理(li)(li)可以形(xing)成一種(zhong)集體力量(liang),有(you)效(xiao)有(you)序地(di)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)預定目(mu)標(biao)[1]。攝(she)影(ying)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)室(shi)(shi)是(shi)高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)攝(she)影(ying)課實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)踐教(jiao)(jiao)學、實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)訓的(de)(de)(de)場所(suo)。因為(wei)攝(she)影(ying)是(shi)一門(men)動手實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)操性很強(qiang)的(de)(de)(de)課程,所(suo)以攝(she)影(ying)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)室(shi)(shi)是(shi)高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)傳媒(mei)類(lei)、藝術(shu)類(lei)和設(she)計(ji)類(lei)等專業學生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)課堂。加強(qiang)高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)攝(she)影(ying)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)室(shi)(shi)管理(li)(li),提升(sheng)高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)攝(she)影(ying)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)教(jiao)(jiao)學水平,對(dui)培養合(he)格(ge)的(de)(de)(de)專業人才有(you)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)作(zuo)用。隨著科技(ji)的(de)(de)(de)創(chuang)新和發展(zhan),攝(she)影(ying)成為(wei)藝術(shu)創(chuang)作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)一種(zhong)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)媒(mei)介,并日益生(sheng)活化(hua)、商業化(hua),不(bu)斷(duan)(duan)向其他(ta)領(ling)域延伸,且(qie)社會對(dui)攝(she)影(ying)人才的(de)(de)(de)需(xu)求不(bu)斷(duan)(duan)增加,要(yao)(yao)(yao)求也(ye)越來越高(gao)(gao)。面(mian)對(dui)科技(ji)的(de)(de)(de)飛速發展(zhan),社會生(sheng)活不(bu)斷(duan)(duan)改變,攝(she)影(ying)教(jiao)(jiao)學需(xu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)適應變化(hua),不(bu)斷(duan)(duan)創(chuang)新,攝(she)影(ying)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)室(shi)(shi)也(ye)要(yao)(yao)(yao)加強(qiang)科學管理(li)(li),并不(bu)斷(duan)(duan)創(chuang)新,從(cong)而在(zai)(zai)人才培養中更好(hao)地(di)發揮作(zuo)用。
18S管理概述
“7S”管理法最早產生并應用于日本企業(ye),“7S”指的(de)(de)是(shi)整理(li)(li)(li)(li)(SEIRI)、整頓(SEITON)、清掃(SEISOU)、清潔(SEIKETSU)、素(su)養(yang)(yang)(SHISUKEI)、安(an)全(SAFETY)和節約(SAVE)七項管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)要(yao)素(su)。在“7S”管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)法投入使(shi)用(yong)一段時間后(hou)補充(chong)了學習(xi)(STUDY)要(yao)素(su),強調學習(xi)的(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong),成(cheng)為“8S”管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)法[2]。“8S”管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)通(tong)過推行整理(li)(li)(li)(li)、整頓、清掃、清潔對管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)對象進(jin)行計(ji)劃(hua)、組織和控(kong)制,使(shi)行為規范、環境有序,進(jin)而改變(bian)其工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)態度(du),使(shi)其不斷學習(xi),養(yang)(yang)成(cheng)良好習(xi)慣,提高(gao)(gao)素(su)養(yang)(yang),逐步實(shi)(shi)現管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)的(de)(de)制度(du)化(hua)、標準化(hua),減(jian)少(shao)浪(lang)費,節約成(cheng)本,在安(an)全的(de)(de)前提下提高(gao)(gao)效率(lv),實(shi)(shi)現高(gao)(gao)效高(gao)(gao)質生產和服務的(de)(de)目(mu)標。“8S”管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)是(shi)科學實(shi)(shi)用(yong)的(de)(de)企業(ye)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)模式(shi)。結合高(gao)(gao)校實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)室的(de)(de)實(shi)(shi)際(ji)情況,創新應用(yong)“8S”管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)理(li)(li)(li)(li)念,對提高(gao)(gao)實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)室管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)水平能夠起到重要(yao)作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)。

8S管理(li)理(li)念(nian)已經(jing)被很多實驗室管理(li)借鑒應用,取得了一定的成效。
2.1從整理和(he)整頓入手,實現實驗室(shi)有序(xu)整潔
實(shi)(shi)(shi)驗室(shi)整(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)理(li)(li)(li)(li)的(de)(de)第一(yi)步是要(yao)(yao)(yao)區分(fen)出(chu)(chu)有用(yong)(yong)和(he)無(wu)(wu)(wu)用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)物(wu)品(pin)(pin),將不需(xu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)物(wu)品(pin)(pin)按相關(guan)處理(li)(li)(li)(li)規定搬(ban)離實(shi)(shi)(shi)驗室(shi),實(shi)(shi)(shi)驗室(shi)有限空間里僅存放(fang)需(xu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)物(wu)品(pin)(pin)。第二步是整(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)頓(dun),將整(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)理(li)(li)(li)(li)留(liu)存下來的(de)(de)物(wu)品(pin)(pin)按照(zhao)(zhao)類(lei)(lei)別(bie)、特(te)性、使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)頻率(lv)(lv)等進行科(ke)學合理(li)(li)(li)(li)的(de)(de)布局,整(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)理(li)(li)(li)(li)出(chu)(chu)更多(duo)的(de)(de)空間,使(shi)(shi)現場井然有序,方便尋(xun)找和(he)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong),提高工(gong)作效率(lv)(lv)。攝影實(shi)(shi)(shi)驗室(shi)的(de)(de)整(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)理(li)(li)(li)(li)包含硬(ying)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)整(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)理(li)(li)(li)(li)和(he)軟件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)整(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)理(li)(li)(li)(li)。攝影實(shi)(shi)(shi)驗室(shi)硬(ying)件(jian)(jian)主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)包含照(zhao)(zhao)相機(ji)、攝像(xiang)機(ji)、鏡頭、存儲(chu)卡、攝影燈、腳架、掃描儀、投影儀、計(ji)算(suan)機(ji)等各種設(she)(she)(she)備(bei),需(xu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)根(gen)(gen)據(ju)相關(guan)規定將無(wu)(wu)(wu)用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)清理(li)(li)(li)(li)移出(chu)(chu)實(shi)(shi)(shi)驗室(shi)。其(qi)余的(de)(de)設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)根(gen)(gen)據(ju)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)頻率(lv)(lv)和(he)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)方式等科(ke)學整(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)理(li)(li)(li)(li),合理(li)(li)(li)(li)布局擺放(fang),方便使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)。攝影實(shi)(shi)(shi)驗室(shi)需(xu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)用(yong)(yong)到(dao)的(de)(de)軟件(jian)(jian)主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)有常用(yong)(yong)辦公軟件(jian)(jian)、設(she)(she)(she)計(ji)類(lei)(lei)軟件(jian)(jian)、視頻音頻采集(ji)編(bian)輯軟件(jian)(jian)等。由實(shi)(shi)(shi)驗室(shi)專職人員根(gen)(gen)據(ju)實(shi)(shi)(shi)驗教學計(ji)劃(hua)和(he)科(ke)研需(xu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)分(fen)析(xi)確定需(xu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)軟件(jian)(jian)與電(dian)子(zi)文件(jian)(jian),負責(ze)安裝和(he)拷貝(bei),設(she)(she)(she)置安全保護。無(wu)(wu)(wu)論(lun)其(qi)他人員對計(ji)算(suan)機(ji)作任何操作,都會在計(ji)算(suan)機(ji)重啟(qi)后還原到(dao)初始狀(zhuang)態,保障(zhang)計(ji)算(suan)機(ji)正常使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)和(he)數據(ju)安全[3]。
2.2清潔工作日(ri)常化、科學化,制定完善合理(li)的規章制度
實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)室(shi)清掃(sao)清潔(jie)工作(zuo)應(ying)全(quan)方位(wei)和(he)常態(tai)化。清潔(jie)實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)室(shi)地面(mian)(mian)、墻面(mian)(mian)、物(wu)品放置(zhi)柜(ju)、實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)操作(zuo)臺面(mian)(mian)等所有空間(jian)位(wei)置(zhi),同時(shi)排查(cha)實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)設備的(de)異(yi)常、實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)室(shi)安全(quan)隱患(huan),及時(shi)維護保養(yang),做到保持環境(jing)整(zheng)潔(jie)、衛生(sheng)、安全(quan)。還要(yao)(yao)定(ding)期對實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)室(shi)的(de)軟(ruan)(ruan)件(jian)和(he)電子文件(jian)進行維護和(he)檢查(cha),及時(shi)更新軟(ruan)(ruan)件(jian)。根據各項軟(ruan)(ruan)硬(ying)件(jian)裝備的(de)特性和(he)實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)室(shi)管理需要(yao)(yao),制(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)出完善的(de)、操作(zuo)性強的(de)規(gui)章制(zhi)(zhi)度,形成良好的(de)工作(zuo)習慣和(he)工作(zuo)氛圍。
2.3注重提高管理人員的素養,堅持不(bu)斷學習

2.4實驗室管理(li)始終把安(an)全(quan)放在(zai)第一位
實驗室(shi)內(nei)有大(da)量的(de)專業設(she)(she)備,成(cheng)本昂(ang)貴,種類繁多,須(xu)防范機器設(she)(she)備損壞或遺失(shi),避免安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)事(shi)故發(fa)生。安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)是實驗室(shi)管理(li)的(de)頭等要(yao)事(shi)。因為(wei)攝(she)影設(she)(she)備昂(ang)貴、精細(xi)、易燃、怕潮(chao)濕(shi)、怕灰塵等特性,需要(yao)加強防盜(dao)、防火、防潮(chao)和(he)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)用電、用水的(de)設(she)(she)施(shi)安(an)(an)(an)裝,每個實驗室(shi)須(xu)安(an)(an)(an)裝滅(mie)火器、安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)監(jian)控系(xi)統(tong)(tong)、消防栓(shuan)和(he)消防監(jian)控報(bao)警系(xi)統(tong)(tong)。落實責任制(zhi),建立巡檢制(zhi)度、檢查(cha)登(deng)記制(zhi)度,及時發(fa)現安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)隱患,定期對(dui)設(she)(she)備和(he)設(she)(she)施(shi)進(jin)行檢查(cha)維(wei)護。安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)管理(li)工作(zuo)(zuo)務必做到(dao)科學(xue)規(gui)劃、合(he)理(li)部署、具體落實,建立健(jian)全(quan)實驗室(shi)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)管理(li)制(zhi)度和(he)工作(zuo)(zuo)流程(cheng)[5]。同時,加強師生的(de)技能培訓,要(yao)求進(jin)入實驗室(shi)的(de)人員需要(yao)熟悉并嚴格遵守操作(zuo)(zuo)規(gui)程(cheng),愛護設(she)(she)備,規(gui)范使用。另外,還要(yao)注意計算機的(de)信(xin)息安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)保護,定期維(wei)護,定期病毒(du)查(cha)殺。
2.5節約是(shi)對(dui)實(shi)驗室管理的(de)更高的(de)要求
通過(guo)前面幾項管理(li)(li),基本上(shang)實(shi)(shi)現了空間(jian)、布局合理(li)(li)有(you)序,管理(li)(li)制度化、規范(fan)化,提(ti)升了相(xiang)關人(ren)員的(de)主(zhu)觀能(neng)動性(xing),對(dui)儀器(qi)設(she)備加強(qiang)了維護,提(ti)高(gao)(gao)了使(shi)用(yong)率,延長了設(she)備使(shi)用(yong)年(nian)限(xian)。之后就(jiu)是(shi)對(dui)實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)室時間(jian)、空間(jian)、人(ren)員、設(she)備等各(ge)項資源科學利用(yong),發揮出它們(men)的(de)最大(da)效能(neng),人(ren)盡(jin)其能(neng),物盡(jin)其用(yong),實(shi)(shi)現節(jie)約(yue)(yue),提(ti)高(gao)(gao)管理(li)(li)工(gong)作效率,提(ti)高(gao)(gao)實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)室和(he)設(she)備的(de)使(shi)用(yong)效率。安全(quan)和(he)節(jie)約(yue)(yue)的(de)共同(tong)之處就(jiu)是(shi)講求細(xi)節(jie)和(he)認真(zhen)。只有(you)將實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)室管理(li)(li)的(de)細(xi)節(jie)做(zuo)到位(wei),才能(neng)實(shi)(shi)現安全(quan)和(he)節(jie)約(yue)(yue)。
3新形勢下“8S”理念在攝影實驗室管理的創新應用
隨著科(ke)(ke)技的(de)飛速發展(zhan)(zhan),移動互聯網、智(zhi)能設備、社(she)交網絡(luo)的(de)日益普及,我(wo)們悄然步入(ru)(ru)讀(du)圖(tu)時(shi)代,攝(she)(she)影(ying)(ying)(ying)的(de)應用不斷跨界,進入(ru)(ru)社(she)會(hui)生活各領域,攝(she)(she)影(ying)(ying)(ying)器(qi)材和攝(she)(she)影(ying)(ying)(ying)技術也不斷翻新,這對攝(she)(she)影(ying)(ying)(ying)人才培(pei)養(yang)提(ti)出(chu)了新要(yao)求,攝(she)(she)影(ying)(ying)(ying)實驗室(shi)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)也需要(yao)跟上(shang)時(shi)代發展(zhan)(zhan)步伐。通過對“8S”理(li)(li)(li)念與攝(she)(she)影(ying)(ying)(ying)實驗室(shi)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)的(de)逐項探(tan)討,結(jie)合當前社(she)會(hui)和科(ke)(ke)技發展(zhan)(zhan)的(de)新形勢(shi),筆者(zhe)總結(jie)歸納出(chu)適用于攝(she)(she)影(ying)(ying)(ying)實驗室(shi)創(chuang)新性管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)的(de)四大要(yao)素(su):制(zhi)度(du)、細節(jie)、學習和創(chuang)新。
3.1制度

攝(she)影(ying)既(ji)是(shi)(shi)一(yi)門技術(shu)(shu),也是(shi)(shi)一(yi)門藝術(shu)(shu),還(huan)是(shi)(shi)一(yi)種文化。在倡(chang)導(dao)素(su)質教(jiao)育(yu)的(de)今(jin)天,攝(she)影(ying)的(de)獨(du)特作用和(he)魅力(li)越發(fa)凸顯。學生(sheng)通過對(dui)攝(she)影(ying)的(de)學習、欣賞和(he)感悟,長(chang)期(qi)積(ji)累,不斷熏陶,有(you)(you)助(zhu)于提高(gao)(gao)自身的(de)藝術(shu)(shu)修養、創(chuang)(chuang)新思維和(he)審美(mei)能(neng)力(li),培(pei)養自身高(gao)(gao)尚(shang)的(de)道德情(qing)操和(he)健康的(de)心理素(su)質。隨著社(she)會(hui)對(dui)攝(she)影(ying)人(ren)才的(de)廣泛(fan)需(xu)求、攝(she)影(ying)在社(she)會(hui)生(sheng)活中(zhong)的(de)廣泛(fan)應用,攝(she)影(ying)教(jiao)學越來(lai)越受到重(zhong)視,攝(she)影(ying)實驗室(shi)(shi)(shi)成(cheng)為(wei)大學生(sheng)喜愛的(de)課堂。8S管理理念在攝(she)影(ying)實驗室(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)創(chuang)(chuang)新應用,有(you)(you)助(zhu)于完(wan)善實驗室(shi)(shi)(shi)管理體系(xi),對(dui)提高(gao)(gao)實驗室(shi)(shi)(shi)管理水(shui)平有(you)(you)切實作用,是(shi)(shi)培(pei)養高(gao)(gao)素(su)質攝(she)影(ying)人(ren)才的(de)重(zhong)要保障(zhang),以后的(de)研究者仍(reng)舊需(xu)要在長(chang)期(qi)實踐中(zhong)不斷創(chuang)(chuang)新和(he)完(wan)善8S管理理念。
