Journal Of Property Planning And Environmental Law雜志英文介紹
The Journal Of Property Planning And Environmental Law aims to publish original legal research contributions for scholars, policymakers and practitioners in the areas of legal practice, real estate, site management, housing, environmental regulation and land use planning. As an international journal dedicated to comparative legal studies, it publishes scholarly legal articles dealing with the application of law in these areas as well as theoretical and policy-oriented research. In addition, the journal encourages the adoption of multiple methodologies and promotes interdisciplinary and innovative ways to study how law affects the construction, use, ownership, operation, management, trading, alteration, damage, and/or elimination of places and Spaces.
The journal also particularly encourages contributions from the academic fields of legal geography, regulatory studies, political ecology, and law and technology, which explore the role of law in place-related matters. Some of the published articles examined the following topics: The legal status of real estate in the outer space economy, the transition of property rights to a circular system in waste, blockchain technology in the Dutch land registry, the coastal damage law and policy in New South Wales, Australia, the regulatory failure of the Bali hotel project, land acquisition in China, the legal framework for urban renewal in Syria, the development of private sector repair laws in the United Kingdom, the people of the UAE nuclear power operator Responsibility and the value logic of a community-owned pub in the UK.
