Hemato - formerly Bloods - is an international, peer-reviewed, open access journal on hematology, published quarterly online by MDPI. The Spanish Society of Hematology and Hemotherapy (SEHH) and the Nuclear Medicine Discovery (Nu.Me.D.) are affiliated with Hemato and their members receive a discount on the article processing charges.As an international academic journal dedicated to the field of hematology, it enjoys a high reputation and influence in both academia and industry due to its wide coverage, high academic quality, and fast publication speed.

Hemato has been included in multiple internationally renowned databases, including Scopus, ESCI, ProQuest, EBSCO, DOAJ, and CNKI, reflecting its academic value and international influence.
