Materials for Quantum Technology (MQT) is a new open access journal published by IOP Press, focusing on the application of materials science in quantum technology and devices. This journal aims to publish material research related to quantum computing, quantum communication, quantum sensing, and other quantum technologies. The content of MQT covers multiple fields, including the manufacturing and characterization of quantum application materials and interfaces, materials for hybrid quantum systems, quantum sensing and metrology materials, quantum optics and photonics materials, quantum bit system materials, and the development of new materials and devices.
