The Criminal Law Forum is a peer-reviewed journal dedicated to promoting global criminal law theory, practice, and reform. Under the guidance of the International Editorial Committee, the Criminal Law Forum provides services to the global community of criminal law scholars and practitioners by publishing original articles and disseminating noteworthy public documents. It covers a rich and diverse range of in-depth topics, including but not limited to the theoretical basis and philosophical thinking of criminal law, the latest developments and trends in criminal legislation, difficult issues in criminal justice practice, the determination of crime composition and criminal responsibility, the purpose and application of punishment, international criminal law and comparative criminal law research, criminal law responses to specific types of crimes (such as economic crimes, cybercrime, etc.), criminal evidence rules and procedural justice, and the intersection of criminal law with other legal fields (such as the Constitution and civil law).
This magazine focuses on the close integration of academic exploration and practical application.
