Special Topics & Reviews In Porous Media-An International Journal is an academic journal that focuses on Porous Media and provides an international platform for researchers from around the world to present and share their research results. The journal has a special emphasis on the application of porous media to the intersection of multiple disciplines including engineering, physics, chemistry and biology, including but not limited to fluid dynamics, heat transfer, mass transfer, multiphase flow, and physicochemical processes in porous media.

Researchers are encouraged to submit high-quality original research, technical notes, and letters to the editor that cover not only theoretical analysis, but also experimental studies and numerical simulations. The journal especially welcomes innovative research that advances the field of porous media science and engineering, as well as in-depth reviews and reviews of existing theories or technologies.
