Research published in the Journal of Power Technology includes, but is not limited to, energy conversion systems, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, thermal energy storage, renewable energy technologies, power systems, and energy efficiency. It provides a platform for engineers, researchers and academics to share their innovative research results in the field of power and energy technology.
Authors are encouraged to submit high-quality original research papers with a clear scientific contribution and practical application. The journal also pays special attention to those research efforts that can advance technological progress in the field of energy, including but not limited to the improvement of existing technologies and the exploration of new energy technologies. The journal has also published a number of review articles, such as a review of effective thermal conductivity models for composite materials, a review of the structure, application and optimization of virtual power plants, and a comparative review of different types of energy storage systems in power systems. These reviews provide readers with a comprehensive view of research progress within the field.
