Ansiedad Y Estres-anxiety And Stress is an academic journal that focuses on anxiety, stress, and coping strategies. The journal provides a forum for the publication of research reports and conceptual contributions of scientific, theoretical and clinical importance. It covers experimental and field studies of the dimensions of anxiety, stress and coping processes, as well as topics related to the causes and consequences of stress exposure and their accompanying emotional states.
