Home Cultures is an interdisciplinary, peer-reviewed academic journal that focuses on in-depth research in the field of the family. The journal strives to provide a platform for scholars to critically understand and analyze family phenomena from different perspectives and cultural contexts. The magazine covers domestic products, domestic Spaces, family relationships, and the role and meaning of the family in society.

In particular, the magazine focuses on how the family, as a highly fluid and controversial place of human existence, reflects and concretizes identity and values across time and culture. This cross-cultural and transtemporal perspective of research helps to reveal the diversity and complexity of family phenomena and promotes a deeper understanding of the role of families in society. The journal encourages scholars to submit research articles on family structure, family function, family policy, and family relationship dynamics. These studies include not only theoretical but also empirical research aimed at exploring, through rigorous academic methods, the representation and influence of families in different social and cultural contexts.
