Anatolian Studies is an academic journal focused on Turkey and its surrounding region, especially the Black Sea coast, which provides a platform for scholars in the fields of history, archaeology and related social sciences to present and exchange research results through the publication of peer-reviewed research articles. The publication of this journal not only promotes a deeper understanding of the history and culture of the region, but also provides a valuable intellectual resource for the global academic community.

The journal covers a wide range of historical periods from prehistoric to modern times, including the development of ancient civilizations, medieval societies, the Ottoman Empire, and modern Turkey. Archaeological research involves site excavation, cultural relic analysis, ancient architectural techniques, art and religion. In addition, the journal focuses on social science issues related to these fields, such as social structure, economic activity, cultural exchange, and political change.
