3促進黑龍江綠色(se)食品營銷的對策

3.1加強政策支持

政府可以主辦各種形式的農產品(pin)(pin)展示和(he)(he)推(tui)介活動,鼓勵和(he)(he)組織綠(lv)色食品(pin)(pin)企業參加全國性和(he)(he)國際(ji)性的博覽(lan)會和(he)(he)展銷(xiao)會。應加大宣傳力度,喚起大家的環保意識,引導大眾(zhong)更新消費觀念,關(guan)注綠(lv)色食品(pin)(pin)[2]。應大力整(zheng)合各綠(lv)色食品(pin)(pin)企業和(he)(he)農貿批發市場(chang),布局(ju)建設現(xian)代(dai)化(hua)農產品(pin)(pin)物流中心,充分發揮它們的產品(pin)(pin)集散功能。

3.2加(jia)大市場(chang)監管力度

應盡快出(chu)臺和完善關于綠色(se)(se)(se)食(shi)(shi)品標示(shi)管理(li)、綠色(se)(se)(se)食(shi)(shi)品生產經營(ying)管理(li)和綠色(se)(se)(se)食(shi)(shi)品市場經濟行為(wei)(wei)規范的(de)的(de)法(fa)律法(fa)規,為(wei)(wei)綠色(se)(se)(se)食(shi)(shi)品市場發展創造良(liang)好(hao)的(de)法(fa)律環境。應完善省、市、縣(xian)三級質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)檢(jian)驗檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)體(ti)系,基(ji)本(ben)形成以省級檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)為(wei)(wei)主,區域性(xing)檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)為(wei)(wei)輔,以重點市縣(xian)檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)為(wei)(wei)基(ji)礎上下貫通的(de)綠色(se)(se)(se)食(shi)(shi)品質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)檢(jian)驗監(jian)測(ce)(ce)服(fu)務體(ti)系[3]。應加強綠色(se)(se)(se)食(shi)(shi)品質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)監(jian)管,擴大監(jian)管范圍(wei)和增加監(jian)管深(shen)度,提高對企業(ye)的(de)檢(jian)查頻率,全面推行企業(ye)自查自糾制度。

3.3壯大企業規模

應加(jia)大(da)招(zhao)商引資(zi)(zi)力(li)(li)度,鼓勵國內外(wai)資(zi)(zi)金投(tou)入(ru)黑龍江綠(lv)色(se)食品的(de)開發(fa),促(cu)進(jin)民(min)間(jian)資(zi)(zi)本向(xiang)綠(lv)色(se)食品產(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)流動,促(cu)進(jin)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)資(zi)(zi)金渠道的(de)多元化(hua)。應加(jia)快綠(lv)色(se)食品相關及(ji)支持產(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),為(wei)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)提供(gong)技術和服務支持,提升企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)競爭力(li)(li)。中小(xiao)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)要積極向(xiang)名牌(pai)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)靠近、同大(da)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)開展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)不同形式(shi)(shi)的(de)聯合與協(xie)作、通過聯營聯牌(pai)、貼牌(pai)生產(chan)(chan)等方式(shi)(shi)確保(bao)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)穩定和發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)[4]。

3.4優化產品結構

企業應(ying)以市場為(wei)導向(xiang),針對不(bu)同消費群體(ti)開發(fa)綠色食品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin),可以為(wei)高收入階層(ceng)開發(fa)價高檔綠色食品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin),為(wei)老(lao)年人、兒(er)童和(he)婦(fu)女開發(fa)高營養產(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)和(he)保健產(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)。應(ying)積極發(fa)展綠色食品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)養殖業和(he)精深加工,從而優化產(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)結構,增加產(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)附(fu)加值。應(ying)改善(shan)綠色食品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)包裝(zhuang),創新產(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)的包裝(zhuang)設(she)計(ji),實現產(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)差異化,提高整體(ti)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)價值。

3.5拓展營銷網絡

企業應(ying)積極(ji)合作,發(fa)展(zhan)共(gong)生銷售渠道(dao),互相(xiang)利用對(dui)方現有營(ying)銷渠道(dao),實現渠道(dao)資源共(gong)享(xiang),提(ti)高黑龍江(jiang)綠(lv)色食品的(de)市場覆蓋(gai)率(lv)。應(ying)積極(ji)發(fa)展(zhan)連(lian)鎖經營(ying)模式,在全國大中城市建立(li)綠(lv)色食品連(lian)鎖店和專賣店等(deng)。還應(ying)大力推動綠(lv)色食品的(de)網(wang)絡營(ying)銷,建立(li)黑龍江(jiang)省統一的(de)綠(lv)色食品交易(yi)平臺,大力開展(zhan)網(wang)上交易(yi),實現產(chan)品的(de)專業直銷。
