1.1CAD模塊

為虛擬(ni)化(hua)的(de)(de)加(jia)工(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)建(jian)(jian)立(li)環(huan)(huan)境(jing)。用戶可(ke)(ke)以(yi)(yi)(yi)在(zai)(zai)(zai)UG軟件下(xia)根(gen)據實際(ji)加(jia)工(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)的(de)(de)情(qing)況,建(jian)(jian)立(li)虛擬(ni)化(hua)的(de)(de)加(jia)工(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)環(huan)(huan)境(jing)。在(zai)(zai)(zai)此虛擬(ni)化(hua)的(de)(de)加(jia)工(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)環(huan)(huan)境(jing)下(xia),用戶可(ke)(ke)以(yi)(yi)(yi)選擇(ze)數(shu)控(kong)機床的(de)(de)模(mo)(mo)型,以(yi)(yi)(yi)及(ji)可(ke)(ke)以(yi)(yi)(yi)定義刀具(ju)、工(gong)件毛坯(pi)模(mo)(mo)型。在(zai)(zai)(zai)這(zhe)(zhe)個過程(cheng)當中,為了確保所(suo)建(jian)(jian)立(li)的(de)(de)虛擬(ni)化(hua)的(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)環(huan)(huan)境(jing)與(yu)實際(ji)加(jia)工(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)環(huan)(huan)境(jing)一致,用戶還可(ke)(ke)以(yi)(yi)(yi)對數(shu)控(kong)機床、刀具(ju)、工(gong)件毛坯(pi)等(deng)模(mo)(mo)型的(de)(de)尺寸進行(xing)修改,以(yi)(yi)(yi)及(ji)調整它們的(de)(de)位(wei)置。虛擬(ni)化(hua)加(jia)工(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)環(huan)(huan)境(jing)的(de)(de)整個建(jian)(jian)立(li)過程(cheng)之(zhi)所(suo)以(yi)(yi)(yi)是(shi)在(zai)(zai)(zai)可(ke)(ke)視化(hua)的(de)(de)狀(zhuang)態下(xia)進行(xing)的(de)(de),則是(shi)因為只有(you)這(zhe)(zhe)樣(yang)才可(ke)(ke)以(yi)(yi)(yi)確保虛擬(ni)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)環(huan)(huan)境(jing)與(yu)實際(ji)加(jia)工(gong)環(huan)(huan)境(jing)的(de)(de)一致性。

2.2UG軟件(jian)數控(kong)加工(gong)程序(xu)的(de)流程

在UG軟(ruan)(ruan)件(jian)中進(jin)入具有建模(mo)功(gong)能的(de)(de)(de)模(mo)塊,利用(yong)仿真功(gong)能對零(ling)(ling)(ling)件(jian)模(mo)擬做出仿真圖,從而進(jin)行零(ling)(ling)(ling)件(jian)產品設(she)計。只(zhi)有進(jin)入加(jia)工(gong)模(mo)塊后(hou)(hou),才可以設(she)置模(mo)型的(de)(de)(de)路(lu)徑及刀(dao)具,然后(hou)(hou)在利用(yong)UG軟(ruan)(ruan)件(jian)的(de)(de)(de)零(ling)(ling)(ling)件(jian)加(jia)工(gong)模(mo)塊對設(she)置好的(de)(de)(de)好的(de)(de)(de)零(ling)(ling)(ling)件(jian)工(gong)藝(yi)參數(shu)(shu)、設(she)備(bei)是否(fou)正(zheng)(zheng)確運行及加(jia)工(gong)前對加(jia)工(gong)操作的(de)(de)(de)過程進(jin)行檢驗。在數(shu)(shu)控(kong)模(mo)擬加(jia)工(gong)的(de)(de)(de)過程中,模(mo)擬的(de)(de)(de)零(ling)(ling)(ling)件(jian)是否(fou)符合設(she)計的(de)(de)(de)要求。當模(mo)擬的(de)(de)(de)零(ling)(ling)(ling)件(jian)達(da)到預期效果后(hou)(hou),則利用(yong)UG軟(ruan)(ruan)件(jian)的(de)(de)(de)后(hou)(hou)處(chu)理程序對其生(sheng)成(cheng)數(shu)(shu)控(kong)代(dai)(dai)(dai)碼,從數(shu)(shu)控(kong)代(dai)(dai)(dai)碼中得出刀(dao)位的(de)(de)(de)軌(gui)跡文件(jian)。由于數(shu)(shu)控(kong)機床的(de)(de)(de)控(kong)制系(xi)統只(zhi)能識別G代(dai)(dai)(dai)碼和M代(dai)(dai)(dai)碼數(shu)(shu)控(kong)指令,其次,數(shu)(shu)控(kong)系(xi)統是由不同數(shu)(shu)控(kong)設(she)備(bei)組成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de),多以既有不同的(de)(de)(de)加(jia)工(gong)程序格式,所以為了數(shu)(shu)控(kong)機床的(de)(de)(de)正(zheng)(zheng)確驅動,必須要將刀(dao)位的(de)(de)(de)軌(gui)跡文件(jian)轉換成(cheng)能夠(gou)識別的(de)(de)(de)后(hou)(hou)處(chu)理程序,從而再進(jin)行后(hou)(hou)處(chu)理而生(sheng)成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)數(shu)(shu)控(kong)代(dai)(dai)(dai)碼。

3總結

總而言之,UG軟件在機械(xie)加工(gong)制(zhi)造(zao)行業和數控機床(chuang)加工(gong)發(fa)揮著重要的作(zuo)用。其不(bu)但提高了(le)(le)(le)零(ling)件從設計到制(zhi)造(zao)的銜接性(xing)以及零(ling)件的加工(gong)質量和效率,而且(qie)還(huan)能夠方便的建(jian)立零(ling)件的幾(ji)何(he)模型,縮短了(le)(le)(le)零(ling)件產品(pin)的工(gong)藝準備時間以及節(jie)省了(le)(le)(le)編(bian)程時間。
