(2)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)預(yu)付(fu)款是(shi)支(zhi)付(fu)給施工單位用(yong)(yong)于購進將用(yong)(yong)于和安(an)裝在永久工程中的各種材(cai)(cai)料(liao)、設備之(zhi)用(yong)(yong),其支(zhi)付(fu)與扣回(hui)要(yao)要(yao)遵照公路(lu)工程國(guo)內招標文件(jian)范(fan)本通用(yong)(yong)條(tiao)(tiao)款60.7、60.8條(tiao)(tiao)之(zhi)規定。要(yao)注意(yi)到現場核實(shi)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)是(shi)否進場、存儲良好,并且材(cai)(cai)料(liao)抽(chou)檢要(yao)合格,材(cai)(cai)料(liao)發票(piao)要(yao)真實(shi)。
