【摘要】新(xin)疆(jiang)民族文化(hua)(hua)元素來源于新(xin)疆(jiang)各族人民在生產(chan)、生活中藝術思想的(de)積(ji)累,來源于新(xin)疆(jiang)各民族文化(hua)(hua)特征的(de)審美(mei)意識,將其運用于動畫“工(gong)作(zuo)室”化(hua)(hua)教學中有其獨到的(de)價(jia)值和意義。

新疆(jiang)地域遼闊,是(shi)東西方經濟文(wen)化傳播(bo)和交匯的(de)(de)地區,是(shi)舉世(shi)聞(wen)名的(de)(de)“古絲綢(chou)之路”要沖,世(shi)居民族(zu)(zu)有13個。這些民族(zu)(zu)歷史悠久,特(te)色鮮明,民族(zu)(zu)文(wen)化元(yuan)(yuan)素(su)豐富(fu),還(huan)有許多獨(du)有的(de)(de)民族(zu)(zu)文(wen)化元(yuan)(yuan)素(su)。這些元(yuan)(yuan)素(su)都來源于新疆(jiang)各(ge)民族(zu)(zu)傳統(tong)文(wen)化的(de)(de)積(ji)淀,來源于新疆(jiang)各(ge)族(zu)(zu)人民在生(sheng)產(chan)、生(sheng)活中藝術思想的(de)(de)積(ji)累(lei),來源于新疆(jiang)各(ge)民族(zu)(zu)文(wen)化特(te)征的(de)(de)審美意識,被新疆(jiang)藝術家廣泛應用于藝術創作中,其中動漫藝術就是(shi)其中的(de)(de)一種。
動(dong)(dong)(dong)漫(man)(man)藝(yi)(yi)術(shu)(shu)(shu)具(ju)(ju)有(you)(you)象(xiang)征性(xing)和(he)(he)多(duo)元性(xing),在(zai)藝(yi)(yi)術(shu)(shu)(shu)表(biao)現形式上借用民(min)族(zu)(zu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)元素,傳(chuan)達(da)民(min)族(zu)(zu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)符號的(de)動(dong)(dong)(dong)漫(man)(man)作(zuo)品(pin)比(bi)比(bi)皆是。縱(zong)觀全國,許多(duo)地區都制作(zuo)出了具(ju)(ju)有(you)(you)本(ben)土民(min)族(zu)(zu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)元素的(de)動(dong)(dong)(dong)漫(man)(man)作(zuo)品(pin),例如泉州的(de)動(dong)(dong)(dong)畫(hua)片《蔡六(liu)》,新(xin)疆的(de)動(dong)(dong)(dong)畫(hua)連續劇《西(xi)行總(zong)動(dong)(dong)(dong)員(yuan)之樓蘭傳(chuan)奇(qi)》等(deng),這(zhe)些動(dong)(dong)(dong)漫(man)(man)作(zuo)品(pin)將傳(chuan)統民(min)族(zu)(zu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)元素與(yu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)漫(man)(man)藝(yi)(yi)術(shu)(shu)(shu)進行融合(he),結(jie)合(he)時代特色(se)創作(zuo)出的(de)全新(xin)的(de)動(dong)(dong)(dong)漫(man)(man)角色(se)與(yu)故事(shi),是對中國民(min)族(zu)(zu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)元素的(de)繼承和(he)(he)發展,是實(shi)現民(min)族(zu)(zu)性(xing)、世界性(xing)和(he)(he)時代性(xing)三者的(de)高(gao)(gao)度(du)統一(yi)。作(zuo)為新(xin)疆培養動(dong)(dong)(dong)漫(man)(man)人才的(de)高(gao)(gao)等(deng)院校,我們有(you)(you)責任為新(xin)疆原創動(dong)(dong)(dong)漫(man)(man)盡自(zi)己的(de)一(yi)份(fen)力量,而(er)這(zhe)些設想都可以(yi)(yi)在(zai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)畫(hua)“工(gong)作(zuo)室”化(hua)教學中得以(yi)(yi)實(shi)現。獨具(ju)(ju)藝(yi)(yi)術(shu)(shu)(shu)魅力的(de)新(xin)疆民(min)族(zu)(zu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)元素成為新(xin)疆原創動(dong)(dong)(dong)漫(man)(man)作(zuo)品(pin)的(de)主角,這(zhe)種文(wen)(wen)化(hua)的(de)傳(chuan)承和(he)(he)藝(yi)(yi)術(shu)(shu)(shu)的(de)發展形式在(zai)高(gao)(gao)校動(dong)(dong)(dong)畫(hua)“工(gong)作(zuo)室”化(hua)的(de)教學中有(you)(you)著可操作(zuo)性(xing)和(he)(he)實(shi)際意義,是對動(dong)(dong)(dong)畫(hua)“工(gong)作(zuo)室”化(hua)教學的(de)創新(xin)和(he)(he)推進,其(qi)價值與(yu)意義主要(yao)體(ti)現在(zai)以(yi)(yi)下幾個方面(mian):
一(yi)、培(pei)養新疆動(dong)漫設計與制(zhi)作專業學(xue)生的(de)責任感(gan)和自豪(hao)感(gan)
通過對烏(wu)魯木齊職業大學(xue)(xue)信息(xi)工(gong)程學(xue)(xue)院2009~2013 級動(dong)漫(man)設計(ji)與(yu)制作(zuo)(zuo)專業學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(民(min)(min)漢共計(ji)8 個班級)的實(shi)踐教學(xue)(xue)分析,大多數學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)在(zai)新(xin)(xin)疆(jiang)(jiang)民(min)(min)族文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)元(yuan)(yuan)素(su)(su)方面(mian)沒(mei)有進行系統的學(xue)(xue)習,他們(men)無法(fa)正確認識(shi)新(xin)(xin)疆(jiang)(jiang)民(min)(min)族文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)元(yuan)(yuan)素(su)(su)的優(you)勢(shi)和潛力,所以(yi)也不(bu)會主動(dong)將這些內容運(yun)用于自(zi)己(ji)的動(dong)漫(man)作(zuo)(zuo)品設計(ji)中。動(dong)畫“工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)室”化(hua)(hua)教學(xue)(xue)在(zai)這方面(mian)能夠(gou)對癥下藥,因材施教。教學(xue)(xue)實(shi)踐證明將新(xin)(xin)疆(jiang)(jiang)民(min)(min)族文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)元(yuan)(yuan)素(su)(su)納入動(dong)畫“工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)室”化(hua)(hua)教學(xue)(xue)中有助(zhu)于培養學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)對新(xin)(xin)疆(jiang)(jiang)民(min)(min)族文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)元(yuan)(yuan)素(su)(su)進行全(quan)面(mian)的了解,進而培養學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)對新(xin)(xin)疆(jiang)(jiang)民(min)(min)族文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)元(yuan)(yuan)素(su)(su)的責任感(gan)和自(zi)豪感(gan)。
二、借鑒動畫(hua)“工作室(shi)”成功案例的模式(shi)和(he)經驗(yan),培養學(xue)生成為職業(ye)動漫人良(liang)好的素(su)質許多比較成功的動畫(hua)片都是將民族文化
元素和動(dong)(dong)(dong)漫(man)藝(yi)術巧妙地(di)(di)結合起來,再通過各(ge)種(zhong)技(ji)術處理,使得這(zhe)些(xie)動(dong)(dong)(dong)畫(hua)(hua)片(pian)帶(dai)給觀眾強烈(lie)的(de)(de)(de)感官享(xiang)受和巨(ju)(ju)大的(de)(de)(de)內心(xin)沖擊力(li),例如(ru)由(you)上海(hai)美(mei)影(ying)廠制(zhi)作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)動(dong)(dong)(dong)畫(hua)(hua)片(pian)《阿凡提的(de)(de)(de)故(gu)事》《大鬧天宮》等動(dong)(dong)(dong)畫(hua)(hua)片(pian)。由(you)此反觀我們新疆高(gao)校動(dong)(dong)(dong)漫(man)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業的(de)(de)(de)教學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),發(fa)現這(zhe)些(xie)成(cheng)功案例的(de)(de)(de)模式(shi)和經(jing)驗在教學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)中都可以借鑒。在教學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)過程(cheng)中,將動(dong)(dong)(dong)畫(hua)(hua)“工作(zuo)室”的(de)(de)(de)工作(zuo)流程(cheng)合理地(di)(di)安排到每(mei)個學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)期,在學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習的(de)(de)(de)過程(cheng)中,參照(zhao)這(zhe)些(xie)成(cheng)功案例的(de)(de)(de)模式(shi)和經(jing)驗對(dui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)在設(she)計(ji)理念、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習情境、崗位設(she)置(zhi)和學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習成(cheng)果社會化進行合理而(er)有效地(di)(di)引導,使學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)站在巨(ju)(ju)人的(de)(de)(de)肩膀(bang)上進行專(zhuan)(zhuan)業學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)在實訓項目的(de)(de)(de)設(she)計(ji)與制(zhi)作(zuo)中也積累了寶(bao)貴的(de)(de)(de)工作(zuo)經(jing)驗,培養了學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)成(cheng)為職(zhi)業動(dong)(dong)(dong)漫(man)人良(liang)好的(de)(de)(de)素質。
三、將新疆民(min)族文化元素在動畫“工作室”化教學(xue)中進行(xing)深度推廣,是學(xue)生創作出(chu)更多更好的(de)新疆原(yuan)創動漫(man)作品的(de)重要條件(jian)

眾(zhong)所周(zhou)知,臺(tai)山九(jiu)人制排球(qiu)運動(dong)是(shi)(shi)承(cheng)(cheng)接十二(er)人制和六人制排球(qiu)承(cheng)(cheng)前(qian)啟(qi)后不可缺失作用(yong)的(de)重要階段,臺(tai)山九(jiu)人制排球(qiu)作為(wei)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)文(wen)化的(de)組(zu)成部分并(bing)與民(min)俗(su)緊密(mi)相(xiang)連,而(er)被民(min)俗(su)活動(dong)吸納成為(wei)民(min)俗(su)文(wen)化的(de)新載體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)。從而(er)使其(qi)成為(wei)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)學界研究(jiu)與探討(tao)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)文(wen)化發(fa)展的(de)“活化石”,因(yin)此,其(qi)文(wen)化價(jia)值是(shi)(shi)其(qi)他(ta)活動(dong)不能替代與相(xiang)提并(bing)論的(de)。
(二(er))臺山僑鄉九人制排球(qiu)體(ti)現了(le)我國傳統體(ti)育的崇(chong)尚文(wen)化(hua)精髓
臺(tai)山僑鄉九人制排球(qiu)運動(dong)是(shi)我國(guo)排球(qiu)生生不(bu)息,催(cui)人奮進不(bu)竭動(dong)力,它(ta)具有我國(guo)傳(chuan)統體(ti)育(yu)文化的基(ji)本特(te)質并成為當今(jin)傳(chuan)統體(ti)育(yu)文化精髓,著重表現在:
第一(yi),體育(yu)(yu)(yu)理念的(de)統(tong)一(yi)性(xing)。這里所(suo)指(zhi)的(de)體育(yu)(yu)(yu)理念,就是排球健身,增強(qiang)體質,這與大眾體育(yu)(yu)(yu)理念是高度(du)的(de)統(tong)一(yi)的(de),臺山僑鄉九人制排球運動本身帶有濃(nong)郁(yu)的(de)地(di)方(fang)特性(xing),在開展活(huo)動中給(gei)人們(men)傳遞(di)體育(yu)(yu)(yu)健身和運動健康理念。
第二,社(she)(she)會次序建設上和諧意愿。社(she)(she)會安定與社(she)(she)會和諧是國(guo)富民強推(tui)進國(guo)家向前(qian)邁(mai)進的(de)(de)必然要(yao)求,臺山(shan)人(ren)在開展(zhan)九(jiu)人(ren)制排球運動(dong)中(zhong)能將這(zhe)項運動(dong)深入人(ren)心,從中(zhong)綻放出獨(du)特魅(mei)力并吸引更多(duo)的(de)(de)民眾投(tou)身到該(gai)運動(dong)中(zhong)來,這(zhe)是凝(ning)聚人(ren)心的(de)(de)一個(ge)具有現實意義(yi)的(de)(de)事(shi)情。
第三(san),人(ren)際交(jiao)往與(yu)(yu)倫理相處的(de)自身要求。人(ren)們(men)在(zai)同一(yi)(yi)社會勞動與(yu)(yu)生活(huo)(huo)免不了與(yu)(yu)親人(ren)相處和(he)朋友交(jiao)流(liu)。實(shi)踐證明,人(ren)們(men)只有在(zai)相處和(he)交(jiao)流(liu)中思維才能開(kai)闊、思想得已進步、情感(gan)得到加深。多年來,臺山人(ren)就是借助開(kai)劈(pi)排(pai)球(qiu)活(huo)(huo)動這(zhe)一(yi)(yi)平臺,在(zai)大力推進排(pai)球(qiu)運動的(de)發展的(de)同時,有效(xiao)地促(cu)進和(he)諧的(de)構建和(he)社會環境(jing)(jing)的(de)優化(hua),使得人(ren)們(men)生活(huo)(huo)在(zai)這(zhe)樣的(de)環境(jing)(jing)煥發出積極向上的(de)活(huo)(huo)力和(he)激情。
(三)臺山僑(qiao)鄉(xiang)九人制排球運動(dong)是(shi)我國排球運動(dong)的基本源泉
1.排球運動的搖籃(lan)
據資料(liao)顯(xian)示,排球(qiu)運(yun)動(dong)自(zi)1905年(nian)傳入臺(tai)(tai)山(shan)至今一直深深扎根于這沃土中,歷經近百年(nian)風雨歷程,有(you)(you)興(xing)旺也(ye)有(you)(you)低潮,但排球(qiu)運(yun)動(dong)仍伴隨人(ren)們同(tong)行并見證著不(bu)同(tong)時(shi)期經濟發展(zhan)和城(cheng)市變化,可以說,臺(tai)(tai)山(shan)排球(qiu)發展(zhan)至今從來沒(mei)有(you)(you)動(dong)搖(yao)過(guo),同(tong)時(shi)也(ye)沒(mei)有(you)(you)消失過(guo),相反,臺(tai)(tai)山(shan)排球(qiu)運(yun)動(dong)的存在影(ying)響著周邊地區乃(nai)至全(quan)國,為我(wo)(wo)國排球(qiu)運(yun)動(dong)輸送了大批人(ren)才,為發展(zhan)我(wo)(wo)國體育事(shi)業(ye)培(pei)養許多(duo)業(ye)務骨干(gan),正(zheng)如上(shang)個(ge)世紀人(ren)們所公認的那樣“中國排球(qiu)半臺(tai)(tai)山(shan)”,這是臺(tai)(tai)山(shan)排球(qiu)對(dui)我(wo)(wo)國體育事(shi)業(ye)的最大貢獻。
2.技術(shu)靈活(huo)與多變的(de)基(ji)本特征(zheng)
眾(zhong)所周知(zhi),臺(tai)山(shan)九人(ren)排(pai)(pai)球的(de)核(he)心(xin)技術是上手(shou)(shou)雙(shuang)手(shou)(shou)傳球為主,從人(ren)體生(sheng)理(li)特(te)點來講,手(shou)(shou)上的(de)靈巧(qiao)能力(li)和(he)(he)多變(bian)能力(li)優于身體其(qi)(qi)它部位,因此,臺(tai)山(shan)九人(ren)排(pai)(pai)球靈活與(yu)多變(bian)是自身的(de)基本(ben)特(te)征和(he)(he)靈魂。這(zhe)種技術風格的(de)影(ying)(ying)響力(li),在特(te)定的(de)時期里(li)對周邊城鎮乃至國(guo)(guo)內(nei)其(qi)(qi)他省(sheng)市(shi)是有一(yi)(yi)定的(de)影(ying)(ying)響的(de),而對當今(jin)我(wo)國(guo)(guo)排(pai)(pai)球運動(dong)發(fa)展和(he)(he)形(xing)成我(wo)國(guo)(guo)排(pai)(pai)球靈、巧(qiao)、快、變(bian)等技術風格來講,同樣具有一(yi)(yi)定的(de)指(zhi)導作用和(he)(he)一(yi)(yi)定的(de)現(xian)實(shi)意義。
3.排球文化底蘊深厚
文化底(di)蘊的(de)(de)定義在業內(nei)專(zhuan)家中是有(you)多(duo)種(zhong)解(jie)釋,其核心含(han)義是反映一(yi)種(zhong)文化在社會氛圍下對(dui)不同(tong)的(de)(de)人(ren)(ren)群的(de)(de)影響(xiang)。臺山(shan)九人(ren)(ren)排(pai)球(qiu)恰恰是在特定地區的(de)(de)人(ren)(ren)群中產生(sheng)、傳(chuan)播(bo)及發展,對(dui)人(ren)(ren)們的(de)(de)交流、學習與研究(jiu)起到(dao)一(yi)定的(de)(de)積(ji)極作(zuo)用(yong)。正(zheng)如我們舉辦(ban)傳(chuan)統體育文化節,舉辦(ban)一(yi)次大型(xing)的(de)(de)九人(ren)(ren)制排(pai)球(qiu)賽事,在活動中給人(ren)(ren)們傳(chuan)遞傳(chuan)統體育文化方面的(de)(de)知識和(he)信息,將多(duo)年積(ji)墊下來的(de)(de)九人(ren)(ren)排(pai)球(qiu)理(li)念(nian)和(he)排(pai)球(qiu)技能一(yi)代代的(de)(de)傳(chuan)承。
三、建議
(一)注重保(bao)護與(yu)繼承(cheng)
九人制排球是廣(guang)東臺(tai)山地區特有的(de)(de)傳(chuan)統體育文化產物,要使它得到重視和保護,當(dang)務之急就(jiu)必(bi)須做好(hao)歷史文獻的(de)(de)收集、整理、歸納及研究,將其(qi)在理念、技能上(shang)用科學(xue)方法加以總結,從而(er)形成自身獨特理論體系,以便得到世(shi)人的(de)(de)公認。
(二)注重(zhong)與(yu)當地(di)民俗結合
要使九人制排(pai)球代(dai)代(dai)相傳,具有(you)(you)生命力就(jiu)必(bi)須與當地(di)民俗(su)有(you)(you)機結合,同時將排(pai)球文化滲透到(dao)基層、深入(ru)到(dao)民間,作為當地(di)民俗(su)的一(yi)個不(bu)可分(fen)割部分(fen)參與到(dao)節假(jia)日及民俗(su)文化活動(dong)中去(qu),從(cong)而體(ti)現其真正意義和價值。
(三)注重與現代體育(yu)互補
不能將九人制排(pai)(pai)球當(dang)作“過(guo)時”產物來看待,應該將其(qi)與現(xian)(xian)代排(pai)(pai)球相提并(bing)論,在現(xian)(xian)實生活中發揮作用。我們認為(wei),九人制排(pai)(pai)球側重(zhong)于大眾(zhong)體(ti)(ti)育、全民(min)健身、民(min)間活動多些;而現(xian)(xian)代排(pai)(pai)球側重(zhong)于競(jing)技體(ti)(ti)育、奧運爭(zheng)光多些吧了。由此(ci)可見,傳統與現(xian)(xian)代之間是(shi)一(yi)個不可分割(ge)的統一(yi)體(ti)(ti)。
